本申请的目的是提供一种推荐用户服务方法及设备,本申请通过在网络设备端从展示设备获取展示设备中展示的展品的用户操作数据和用户影像数据;之后对用户操作数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析,得到分析结果;分析结果既可以是用户对展品的操作习惯、操作误区等,还可以包括展品自身存在哪些异常或者不合理性等;最后根据分析结果向展示设备发送对应的推荐信息,该推荐信息可以是文字、语音、视频等形式,以使展示设备接收并展示该推荐信息,进而能够帮助用户解决试用过程中遇到的问题,以更好地体验该展品,进一步增加了体验展品的用户对该展品的体验度。

本申请涉及计算机领域,尤其涉及一种推荐用户服务方法及设备。
现有技术中,关于门店销售及专柜销售都是采用的传统驻店客服,然后再对驻店客服人员进行培训,以解决在销售过程中用户可能遇到或者提出的问题。但如果新增门店或新增展示设备,以及驻店客服人员有变动,那这样的模式就显得极为不便,不仅消耗人力资源且难于管理,故如何在门店销售及专柜销售中方便快捷地解决用户在试用过程中遇到的问题成为业界主要研究的课题。
发明内容
本申请的一个目的是提供一种推荐用户服务方法及设备,以解决在现有门店销售及专柜销售中用户对展品试用过程中遇到的问题。
根据本申请的一个方面,提供了一种在网络设备端的推荐用户服务方法,该方法包括:
从展示设备获取用户操作数据和用户影像数据;
对所述用户操作数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析,得到分析结果;
根据所述分析结果向所述展示设备发送对应的推荐信息。

在本申请一个典型的配置中,终端、服务网络的设备和可信方均包括一个或多个处理器(CPU)、输入/输出接口、网络接口和内存。

所述步骤S11,从所述获取用户操作数据和用户影像数据并发送给网络设备;所述步骤S12,接收所述网络设备基于所述用户操作数据和用户影像数据返回的对应的推荐信息。例如,当展示设备获取到与用户有关的用户操作数据和用户影像数据时,实时地将获取的用户操作数据和用户影像数据转发给网络设备,待网络设备对该用户操作数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析之后,返回与分析结果对应的推荐信息后,所述步骤S12接收网络设备返回的对用户操作数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析后的分析结果对应的推荐信息,能够使体验展品的用户基于该推荐信息进行相应的操作或指导,不仅解决了用户在使用过程中遇到的问题,还提高了用户对产品的 体验度。
为了保证用户或展品的维护人员能够更直观地获悉网络上设备返回的推荐信息,则所述步骤S12之后,还需展示所述对应的推荐信息,若所述推荐信息是视频的形式,则向用户或维护人员展示视频形式的所述推荐信息(例如推荐操作视频信息及推荐展品款式视频信息等),以增加直观地形式让用户对展品进一步了解,进而提高用户对展品的体验度或维护人员对展品的维护力度。
接着本申请的上述实施例,所述步骤S11获取用户操作数据和用户影像数据并发送给网络设备,包括:获取用户进入所述展示设备的预设摄像范围内所记录的用户影像数据,并从对应的展品获取用户对所述展品所进行的用户操作数据。例如,当体验展品的用户对展示的展品感兴趣,则会靠近并进入展示设备的预设摄像范围,对展品的外形和构造进行观看且不试用的同时,展示设备上的摄像装置会记录用户进入到所述预设摄像范围内的用户影像数据,该用户影像数据可以包括用户的一些体貌特征,例如用户的穿着打扮、高矮胖瘦、大概年纪及面部表情等,展示设备通过自带的无线通讯模块将预设摄像范围内的用户影像数据发送给后台服务的网络设备端,实现对未进行试用展品的用户对应的用户影像数据的上传。同时用户在对展品进行操作时,该展品自身没有出现异常,则该用户操作数据可以是用户对展品的操作数据,还可以是用户操作的过程中展品自身运行对应输出的用户操作数据等,展品通过无线通讯模块将用户操作数据发送给展示设备,使得所述步骤S11从对应的展品获取用户对所述展品所进行的用户操作数据,实现对用户操作数据的实时获取,进而实现了用户试用展品过程中,对用户操作数据和用户影像数据的上传,以便后续网络设备对所述用户操作数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析。
接着本申请的上述实施例的一种在展示设备端的推荐用户服务方法还包括:获取用户影像数据和从对应的展品获取用户对所述展品进行操作时对 应的异常操作运行数据,并发送给所述网络设备;接收所述网络设备基于所述异常操作运行数据和用户影像数据返回的与所述展品对应的正确操作的推荐信息。下面以智能手表为例进行说明:当用户对展品进行试用操作时,由于用户对一款新的智能手表是陌生的,故在拿到该智能手表之后不知道如何操作,比如对于半反半透屏幕手表,不切换屏幕则无法操作,若用户不断点击屏幕而没有反应,半反半透屏幕手表会通过无线通讯模块,将该半反半透屏幕手表对应的用户的误操作导致该半反半透屏幕手表出现卡顿及数据加载不出来等异常操作运行数据,并发送给对应的展示设备;同时,为了更好地对该展品及用户对展品进行的操作时的具体动作进行分析,则从对应的展品获取用户对所述展品进行操作时对应的异常操作运行数据的同时,还获取用户影像数据,实现了对异常操作运行数据和用户影像数据的实时获取,以便将异常操作运行数据和用户影像数据实时地转发至后台服务的网络设备端进行实时综合分析,并根据实时分析得到的异常操作时对应的分析结果向展示设备发送对应的与所述展品对应的正确操作的推荐信息,以引导用户正确试用该半反半透屏幕手表,不仅解决了展品在试用过程中的异常情况,还引导用户正确试用该展品,进而提高用户的体验度。
接着本申请的上述实施例的一种在展示设备端的推荐用户服务方法还包括:获取用户影像数据和从对应的展品获取所述展品自身运行时产生的自身异常运行数据并发送给网络设备;接收所述网络设备基于所述自身异常运行数据和用户影像数据返回的对应的解决异常的推荐信息。例如,当用户对展品进行试用操作时,该展品自身运行便出现了异常响应的情况,则所述自身异常运行数据可以包括展品出现异常时的状态(例如卡顿、宕机、电量不足及数据加载不出来等)等异常的运行数据等。下面以智能手表为例进行说明:由于用户在试用展品时,展品由于自身电源或应用程序不兼容该智能手表时,会出现卡屏甚至是宕机等异常的现象,展品将该自身异常运行数据获取并发送给对应的展示设备,同时,为了更好地对该展品及用户对展品进行 的操作时的具体动作进行分析,则从对应的展品获取所述展品进行操作时对应的自身异常运行数据的同时,还获取用户影像数据,接着展示设备实时地获取用户影像数据和从所述展示设备展示的智能手表中获取该智能手表自身运行时产生的自身异常运行数据,实现对自身异常运行数据和用户影像数据的实时获取,以便将自身异常运行数据实时地转发至后台服务的网络设备端进行实时分析并根据实时分析得到的异常分析结果向展示设备发送对应的解决异常的推荐信息,以引导用户根据该推荐信息操作所述智能手表以解决智能手表自身出现异常的情况,不仅解决了展品在试用过程中的异常情况,还引导用户正确解决异常并继续试用该展品,进而提高用户的体验度。
图2示出根据本申请一个方面的一种在网络设备端的推荐用户服务方法的流程示意图;该方法应用于各种品牌的门店销售及专柜销售的展示的展品的后台网络设备端,包括步骤S21、步骤S22和步骤S23,其中,具体包括:

例如,当展示设备通过无线通讯模块从展示设备中展示的展品中获取到用户操作数据的同时,该展示设备还通过安装的摄像装置在预设摄像范围内拍摄并记录用户的用户影像数据,之后将接收的用户操作数据和拍摄的用户影像数据一并发送至展示设备的后台服务的网络设备端,则所述步骤S21通过无线通信的方式从展示设备获取所述展示设备中展示的展品的用户操作数据的同时,还从所述展示设备获取用户进入所述展示设备的预设摄像范围内所记录的用户影像数据;在此,所述用户影像数据不仅包括:用户的一些体貌特征,例如用户的穿着打扮、高矮胖瘦、大概年纪及面部表情等,还包括用户对展品的试用时长、对展品的喜好程度、购买意向、对展品的使用及佩戴习惯等,实现对用户操作数据和用户影像数据的获取。
接着本申请的上述实施例,所述步骤S22对所述用户操作数据和用户影像数据进行分析,具体分析如下几个方面:(1)对展品进行体验的用户对应的用户操作数据中的操作习惯,例如点击还是滑动,是右滑还是左滑等进行分析,以得到用户在使用过程中的操作习惯;(2)对展品进行体验的用户对应的用户操作数据中的打开过的应用程序进行分析,依得到用户偏向使用的应用程序;(3)对展品进行体验的用户的用户操作数据中的输入信息等进行分析,进而得到对所述用户操作数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析之后的分析结果(例如用户的操作习惯、打开哪些应用程序、输入信息、展品是否卡顿、宕机及电量剩余量等),实现在后台服务的网络设备端对所述用户操作数据和用户影像数据的分析。
当用户在对展品进行试用的同时,为了更好地分析并精确地给出适用于展品体验的用户的定向推荐信息,在对所述用户操作数据进行分析的同时, 也会对所述用户影像数据进行视觉图像分析,例如,通过视觉图像分析技术,不仅分析该用户影像数据中的用户的性别、大概年龄、大致身高和体格、穿衣风格及消费水平和购买力等,还分析该用户影像数据中的用户对展示的展品的喜好程度、使用习惯及购买意向等;其中,通过该影像中的用户的穿衣及配饰的品牌等可以分析出该用户的消费水平及购买力等,从该用户影像数据中的用户在试用展品的过程中的面部表情等可以分析出该用户对展品的喜好程度等,从该用户影像数据中用户对展品的使用时长可分析出用户对该展品的购买意向等。通过上述的视觉图像分析,得到所述用户的个人属性信息(例如性别、身高、年龄、体格、穿衣风格、购买力及购买意向等),实现在后台服务的网络设备端对所述用户影像数据的分析。
最后,所述步骤S23根据上述步骤S22综合分析出的分析结果,给出需要向专柜端发送的推荐信息,下面以展品为只能手表为例,对具体的所述推荐信息进行如下几个方面的说明:(a)推荐与用户大致匹配的手表款式,如男款、女款、运动款、商务款、成熟型、年轻型等;(b)推荐与用户大致匹配的表带款式,如长的、短的、多孔的、颜色、卡扣类型等;(c)根据体验展品的用户的左右手佩戴习惯,推荐指导如何打开左右手佩戴设置等;(d)根据体验展品的用户的操作习惯,可推荐模拟操作引导(当然,该展示设备的显示支持用户进行触摸);(e)根据试用智能手表的用户重点体验过的应用程序,推荐这些应用程序的介绍说明信息等,实现根据对用户数据和用户影像数据的分析,向展示设备端的用户提供有效地推荐信息,并通过所述步骤S23将所述推荐信息发送给展示设备,以使所述展示设备展示给用户。
接着本申请的上述实施例中的一种在网络设备端的推荐用户服务方法,还包括:
从展示设备获取用户对所述展示设备中展示的展品进行操作时,对应的异常操作运行数据和用户影像数据;
对所述异常操作运行数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析,得到异常操作 时对应的分析结果;
根据所述异常分析结果向所述展示设备发送与所述展品对应的正确操作的推荐信息。
例如,下面以智能手表为例进行说明:当用户对展品进行试用操作时,由于用户对一款新的智能手表是陌生的,故在拿到该智能手表之后不知道如何操作,比如对于半反半透屏幕手表,不切换屏幕则无法操作,若用户不断点击屏幕而没有反应,则会将该半反半透屏幕手表对应的用户的误操作的异常操作运行数据发送给展示设备。同时,为了更好地对该展品及用户对展品进行的操作时的具体动作进行分析,则从对应的展品获取用户对所述展品进行操作时对应的异常操作运行数据的同时,还获取用户影像数据,以使展示设备将异常操作运行数据和用户影像数据实时地转发至后台服务的网络设备端,则展示设备可以从展示设备获取所述展示设备中展示的半反半透屏幕手表被异常操作之后,产生的异常操作运行数据,实现对异常操作运行数据和用户影像数据的上传,以便网络设备而对所述异常操作运行数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析(例如分析用户在对展品进行试用操作的过程中是否存在没有加载出来的数据,及分析用户试用展品过程中,展品是否卡顿、宕机及剩余电量是否充足等),并根据分析得到的异常分析结果向展示设备发送对应的与所述展品对应的正确操作的推荐信息(例如,若因为网络异常导致展品中的数据加载不出来,则推荐用户进行网络更换的推荐提示信息;若用户在试用过程中,智能手表的自身系统卡顿,则可以推荐用户清理缓存;及根据智能手表的剩余电量则推荐对智能手表进行充电的提示等),以引导用户按照正确的操作步骤试用该半反半透屏幕手表,不仅解决了展品在试用过程中的异常操作的情况,还引导用户正确试用该展品,进而提高用户的体验度。
接着本申请的上述实施例中的一种在网络设备端的推荐用户服务方法,还包括:
从展示设备获取所述展示设备中展示的展品自身运行时产生的自身异常 运行数据和用户影像数据;
对所述自身异常运行数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析,得到异常分析结果;

例如,下面以手机为例进行说明:当用户对产品进行试用操作产生用户操作数据时,同时该展品自身运行也出现了异常响应的情况,由于用户在试用手机时,对手机进行打开应用程序、输入文本、播放音乐及视频等时,由于手机自身设计等原因,导致手机无法响应、手机机身发烫及黑屏等异常现象,则手机内部的操作日志等数据会记录下手机异常时的自身异常运行数据,并将自身异常运行数据同时通过无线通讯模块发送给展示设备,同时,为了更好地对该展品及用户对展品进行的操作时的具体动作进行分析,则从对应的展品获取用户对所述展品进行操作时对应的自身异常操作运行数据的同时,还获取用户影像数据,以使展示设备将用户影像数据和自身异常运行数据转发给后台服务的网络设备,则所述步骤S21就可以从展示设备获取用户对展示设备中展示的手机所进行的用户操作时对应的用户影像数据的同时,获取所述手机自身运行时产生的自身异常运行数据,实现对用户影像数据和手机自身运行时产生的自身异常运行数据的上传。
接着本申请的上述实施例,当在展示设备中展示的展品中存在无线通讯模块,则该展品无需将用户数据先发送给展示设备,并通过展示设备转发给后台服务的网络设备,该展品可以通过无线通信的方式,直接将用户数据发送至后台服务的网络设备端,则本申请实施例中的一种在网络设备端的用户服务方法还包括:从所述展示设备中展示的展品中直接获取所述展品的用户操作数据、异常操作运行数据及自身异常运行数据中的任意项,实现网络设备端能够实时地获取到展品上传过来的用户操作数据、异常操作运行数据及自身异常运行数据中的任一的数据,以便对从所述展示设备中展示的展品中 直接获取的数据进行实时分析,并实时反馈分析结果对应的推荐信息给展品,进而提高用户体验度。
此外,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令可被处理器执行以实现前述方法。

Claims (13)
- 一种在网络设备端的推荐用户服务方法,其中,所述方法包括:从展示设备获取用户操作数据和用户影像数据;对所述用户操作数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析,得到分析结果;根据所述分析结果向所述展示设备发送对应的推荐信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述从展示设备获取用户操作数据和用户影像数据,包括:从展示设备获取用户对所述展示设备中展示的展品所进行的用户操作数据,和用户进入所述展示设备的预设摄像范围内所记录的用户影像数据。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:从展示设备获取用户对所述展示设备中展示的展品进行操作时,对应的异常操作运行数据和用户影像数据;对所述异常操作运行数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析,得到异常操作时对应的分析结果;根据所述异常分析结果向所述展示设备发送与所述展品对应的正确操作的推荐信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:从展示设备获取所述展示设备中展示的展品自身运行时产生的自身异常运行数据和用户影像数据;对所述自身异常运行数据和用户影像数据进行综合分析,得到异常分析结果;根据所述异常分析结果向所述展示设备发送对应的解决异常的推荐信息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:从所述展示设备中展示的展品中获取所述展品的用户操作数据、异常操作运行数据及自身异常运行数据中的任意项。
- 一种在展示设备端的推荐用户服务方法,其中,所述方法包括:获取用户操作数据和用户影像数据并发送给网络设备;接收所述网络设备基于所述用户操作数据和用户影像数据返回的对应的推荐信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户操作数据和用户影像数据并发送给网络设备,包括:获取用户进入所述展示设备的预设摄像范围内所记录的用户影像数据,并从对应的展品获取用户对所述展品所进行的用户操作数据。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述接收所述网络设备基于所述用户操作数据和用户影像数据返回的对应的推荐信息之后,还包括:展示所述对应的推荐信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:获取用户影像数据和从对应的展品获取用户对所述展品进行操作时对应的异常操作运行数据,并发送给所述网络设备;接收所述网络设备基于所述异常操作运行数据和用户影像数据返回的与所述展品对应的正确操作的推荐信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:获取用户影像数据和从对应的展品获取所述展品自身运行时产生的自身异常运行数据并发送给网络设备;接收所述网络设备基于所述自身异常运行数据和用户影像数据返回的对应的解决异常的推荐信息。
- 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令可被处理器执行以实现如权利要求1至10中任一项所述的方法。
- 一种用于推荐用户服务的网络设备,其中,该网络设备包括:一个或多个处理器;以及存储有计算机可读指令的存储器,所述计算机可读指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行如权利要求1至5中任一项所述方法的操作。
- 一种推荐用户服务的展示设备,其中,该展示设备包括:一个或多个处理器;以及存储有计算机可读指令的存储器,所述计算机可读指令在被执行时使所述处理器执行如权利要求6至10中任一项所述方法的操作。
