Description
本发明涉及电声转换技术领域。更具体地,涉及一种发声器以及包括该发声器的电子设备。
发声器是一种能够将电能转化为声能的器件,属于最基本的发声单元,其广泛应用于手机等终端设备中。近年来,为了满足手机等电子产品的外观要求,电子产品的体积不断减小,外形趋于轻薄化,因此,安装在电子产品中的发声器的体积也趋于小型轻薄化。
如图1所示,目前的发声器包括外壳11和和收容于所述外壳11内的振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括振膜和音圈,音圈两侧各引出一条音圈引线,分别与外部电路的正、负极电连接形成回路,通过电磁感应原理使音圈振动并由此带动振膜振动发声,实现发声器的发声功能。其中,每条音圈引线通过设于发声器外壳11上的第一导电件12以及与第一导电件12电连接的第二导电件13与外部电路电连接。第一导电件12注塑于外壳11中,一端露出于外壳11内侧,与音圈引线电连接,另一端露出于外壳11外侧,与第二导电件13电连接,该第二导电件13同时与外部电路连接。第一导电件12和第二导电件13的电连接导通发声器内部电路和外部电路,从而实现发声器的发声功能。目前的发声器中第一导电件12与第二导电件13的电连接是通过焊接上下叠放的第一导电件12的焊盘和第二导电件13的焊盘实现的,第二导电件13的焊盘遮挡住下方的第一导电件12的焊盘,仅能从第二导电件13的焊盘上方对两个焊盘的接触面进行焊接。在焊接过程中,由于焊接时间和激光能量等因素的影响,可能会出现虚焊,虚焊现象将影响第一导电件12与第二导电件13连接的可靠性,进而影响发声器的音质和稳定性。但是目前第一导电件12与第二导电件13的焊接结构无法直观地检查第一导电件12和第二导电件13的焊接处是否存在虚焊,从而无法很好地保证发声器的品质。
因此,需要提供一种能够提高第一导电件与第二导电件电连接可靠性的发声器,提高发声器的音质和稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的在于提供一种发声器,提高第一导电件与第二导电件电连接的连接质量以及可靠性,从而使发声器内部电路与外部电路稳定电连接,提高发声器的音质和稳定性。本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种包括该发声器的电子设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用下述技术方案:
本发明一方面公开了一种发声器,包括外壳、第一导电件和第二导电件;
所述外壳中注塑有第一导电件,所述第一导电件包括位于其第一端的焊盘部和位于其第二端的第一焊接部,所述焊盘部用于与发声器内部电路电连接;
所述第二导电件包括位于其第一端的第二焊接部,所述第二焊接部用于与所述第一焊接部进行焊接固定,所述第二导电件的第二端用于与发声器外部电路电连接;
所述第一焊接部用于与第二焊接部进行焊接的一面设有凸起部;
所述第二焊接部上设有镂空部,所述凸起部嵌入所述镂空部;
所述第二焊接部环绕镂空部的周侧区域与所述凸起部的边缘区域之间形成焊接区,在所述焊接区内形成有连接第一焊接部和第二焊接部的焊斑。
优选地,所述焊斑是通过激光点焊的方式形成。
优选地,所述焊斑设有多个,且呈轴对称分布。
优选地,所述凸起部为圆形、长圆形或圆角矩形。

所述凸起部是通过对第一焊接部进行冲压弯折形成,
或者所述凸起部是通过对所述第一焊接部局部加厚形成。

本发明在发声器外壳上设置第一导电件和与第一导电件电连接的第二导电件。其中,所述第一导电件注塑在所述外壳中,其一端裸露于发声器内并与发声器内的内部电路电连接,其另一端露出于发声器外侧,形成第一焊接部。所述第一导电件根据实际需要可设置为U型或Z型等结构。所述第二导电件的一端形成第二焊接部,用于与第一焊接部焊接,实现与第一导电件的电连接,其另一端可设置为能够相对于第二焊接部进行上下浮动的弹性力臂,所述弹性力臂与所述第二焊接部通过弯折部连接,并与发声器外的外部电路电连接。其中,第一焊接部与第二焊接部进行焊接的一面上设有凸起部,第二焊接部上设有与所述凸起部对应的镂空部,第一焊接部的凸起部能够嵌入至所述镂空部中。所述第二焊接部环绕镂空部的周侧区域与所述凸起部上表面的边缘区域之间形成焊接区,可采用激光点焊在焊接区内焊接第一焊接部和第二焊接部,形成连接第一焊接部和第二焊接部的焊斑,实现第一导电件与第二导电件的电连接。
本发明可从发声器外侧对嵌套的凸起部和镂空部进行焊接实现第一导电件与第二导电件的电连接,焊点位置可选择在凸起部上表面与镂空部邻接的焊接区并在此形成焊斑,因此可从发声器外侧对焊斑进行放大检测,直观确定第一导电件与第二导电件的焊接处是否存在虚焊现象,从而保证第一导电件与第二导电件电连接的可靠性,提高发声器的音质和稳定性。
为保证焊接电连接的可靠性,可在焊接区中选择多个点进行焊接,由此形成多个连接第一导电件和第二导电件的焊斑,优选的,可形成对称分布的多个焊斑。所述凸起部可根据实际需要设置为圆形、长圆形或圆角矩形的台阶,相应的,所述镂空部优选设置为与该台阶对应的大小和形状。所述凸起部可通过对所述第一焊接部进行冲压弯折形成,也可在第一导电件成型过程中对所述第一焊接部局部加厚形成。通过以上方式形成的凸起部的上表面优选的不超过第二焊接部的上表面,从而不增加发声器的体积。

在焊接区进行激光点焊时,优选的可进行对称焊接,在保证连接可靠性的条件下减少工艺成本。在本实施例中,在焊接区相对的两个长边上分别对应的选择2个区域进行激光点焊,形成对称分布的4个焊斑24,如图6所示,在实际操作中也可焊接形成其他形式和数量的焊斑。
本实施例中的凸起部223的上表面与所述第二焊接部231的上表面齐平,从而保证凸起部223的设计不增加发声器的体积。所述凸起部223在第一导电件22的成型过程中一并成型,可采用冲压工艺成型,也可对第一焊接部222进行局部加厚设计形成,本实施例中,所述凸起部223采用冲压成型,所述第一焊接部222的下表面冲压形成凹槽,从而其上表面可形成相应形状的凸起部223。本发明的第一导电件和第二导电件的成型工艺简单,其连接结构易实现。
本实施例中的第一导电件22呈水平开口的U型,包括露出于发声器外形成第一焊接部222的第一端和露出于发声器内部与内部电路电连接的第二端,还包括连接所述第一端和所述第二端的连接部224。所述第一导电件22也可采用Z型等其他结构。
本实施例中的发声器的振动系统包括音圈和自所述音圈引出的两条音圈引线,本实施例中的发声器上设有分别与两个音圈引线电连接的两个所述第一导电件22,以及分别与两个所述第一导电件22电连接的两个所述第二导电件23,实现发声器内、外电路的连通,本领域技术人员应当知道,本实施例中所述的第一导电件22和第二导电件23也可只用于其中任一个音圈引线与外部电路的电连接。
本实施例还包括一种电子设备,该电子设备包括电子设备外壳和安装于所述电子设备外壳内的如本实施例所述的发声器。
显然,本发明的上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明本发明所作的举例,而并非是对本发明的实施方式的限定,对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动,这里无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举,凡是属于本发明的技术方案所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明的保护范围之列。
Claims (10)
- 一种发声器,包括外壳、第一导电件和第二导电件;所述外壳中注塑有第一导电件,所述第一导电件包括位于其第一端的焊盘部和位于其第二端的第一焊接部,所述焊盘部用于与发声器内部电路电连接;所述第二导电件包括位于其第一端的第二焊接部,所述第二焊接部用于与所述第一焊接部进行焊接固定,所述第二导电件的第二端用于与发声器外部电路电连接;其特征在于,所述第一焊接部用于与第二焊接部进行焊接的一面设有凸起部;所述第二焊接部上设有镂空部,所述凸起部嵌入所述镂空部;所述第二焊接部环绕镂空部的周侧区域与所述凸起部的边缘区域之间形成焊接区,在所述焊接区内形成有连接第一焊接部和第二焊接部的焊斑。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器,其特征在于,所述焊斑是通过激光点焊的方式形成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器,其特征在于,所述焊斑设有多个,且呈轴对称分布。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器,其特征在于,所述凸起部为圆形、长圆形或圆角矩形。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器,其特征在于,所述凸起部是通过对第一焊接部进行冲压弯折形成,或者所述凸起部是通过对所述第一焊接部局部加厚形成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器,其特征在于,所述第一焊接部的凸起部的顶面与第二焊接部的上表面齐平。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器,其特征在于,所述第一导电件为U型或Z型结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的发声器,其特征在于,所述第二导电件的第二端为能够相对于第二焊接部上下浮动的弹性力臂,所述弹性力臂与所述第二焊接部通过弯折部连接,所述弹性力臂与发声器外部电路电连接。
- 根据权利要求1-8任一权利要求所述的发声器,其特征在于,所述发声器进一步包括收容于所述外壳内的振动系统;所述振动系统包括音圈和自所述音圈引出的两条音圈引线;所述外壳上设有分别与所述两条音圈引线电连接的两个第一导电件以及分别与两个第一导电件电连接的两个第二导电件。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括电子设备外壳和固定于所述电子设备外壳内的如权利要求1-9任一权利要求所述的发声器。
