一种导电件及发声装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电声技术领域,更具体地,本发明涉及一种导电件及发声装置。
背景技术
现有发声装置等电子产品一般包括注塑于其壳体中的导电件,电子产品内的电子元件通过导电件与外部电路电连接在一起。
尤其是,在发声装置中,其振动组件一般包括音圈。注塑于其外壳中的导电件将音圈与外部电路电连接在一起,以输入声音电信号。
在导电件上设有用于与音圈引线焊接在一起的焊盘,以及用于与外部触盘上的触点弹性接触的弯折部分。因而,现有导电件一般由不锈钢材质制成,以保证导电件的硬度以及弯折的可靠性。
但是,导电件完全由不锈钢材质制成,会导致导电件的整体阻抗值大,导致信号传递的不通畅。实践中,完全由不锈钢材质制成的导电件的阻抗值一般大于0.08Ω。
尤其是,发声装置的振动组件一般通过导电件与外部电路电连接在一起。导电件阻抗值大会影响信号的传递,导致灵敏度低,进而影响声学性能。
此外,不锈钢导磁率高,会影响发声装置等电子产品的整体天线性能。
因此,有必要对现有导电件进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种导电件及发声装置的新技术方案。
根据本发明的第一方面,提供了一种导电件。该导电件包括位于两端的第一电连接部和第二电连接部,以及用于连接所述第一电连接部和第二 电连接部的中间部,所述第一电连接部和第二电连接部由不锈钢材质制成,所述中间部由阻抗值小于不锈钢材质,且导磁性弱于不锈钢材质的材质制成。

根据本发明的第二方面,提供了一种发声装置。该发声装置包括:壳体;收纳于所述壳体内的磁路组件和振动组件,所述振动组件包括振膜和固定于振膜上的音圈;以及上述导电件,所述音圈的引线与所述导电件的第一电连接部连接,所述导电件的第二电连接部与外部电连接件电连接。
可选地,所述导电件作为嵌件与所述壳体注塑在一起;或者,所述导电件与所述壳体卡扣安装在一起。
本发明的发明人发现,现有发声装置的振动组件一般通过导电件与外部电路电连接在一起。现有导电件完全由不锈钢制成,导电件的整体阻抗值大,导磁性强。而导电件的阻抗值大会影响信号的传递,导致灵敏度低,进而影响声学性能。导电件的导磁率高会影响发声装置的整体天线性能。因此,本发明所要实现的技术任务或者所要解决的技术问题是本领域技术人员从未想到的或者没有预期到的,故本发明是一种新的技术方案。
本发明提供的导电件及发声装置中,导电件的第一电连接部和第二电连接部由不锈钢材质制成,能够保证其硬度,能够保证导电件与其他部件之间电连接的可靠性。
导电件的中间部材质阻抗值小于不锈钢材质,导电件整体阻抗值小,信号传递通畅。中间部材质的导磁性弱于不锈钢材质,能够有效减少对天线性能的影响。
发声装置的振动组件通过导电件与外部电连接件电连接,信号传递通畅,灵敏度高,音质好;导磁性弱,对天线性能的影响小。

一个例子中,所述第一电连接部100为平面的焊盘部。所述第二电连接部102也为平面的焊盘部。在所述焊盘部上均设有焊盘。所述第一电连接部100和第二电连接部102分别通过所述焊盘与其他部件焊接,以电连接在一起。所述焊盘部由不锈钢材质制成,机械强度高,能够保证焊盘的硬度,不易变形。
另一个例子中,参考图1,所述第一电连接部100为平面的焊盘部。所述焊盘部上设有焊盘。所述第一电连接部100通过所述焊盘与其他部件焊接,机械强度高,能够保证焊盘的硬度,不易变形。所述第二电连接部102为能够发生弹性形变的弯折部。而且,所述弯折部上设有触点1022。所述第二电连接部102通过所述触点与外部电连接件电连接在一起。所述第二电连接部102由不锈钢材质制成,机械强度高,能够保证弯折的可靠性高。
所述第二电连接部102至少弯折一次,以使得所述触点1022能与外部部件弹性接触。例如,外部电连接件可为触盘,所述触点1022与外部触盘弹性接触以电连接在一起。
该实施例中,所述第二电连接部102可为厚度较薄的片状结构。所述第二电连接部102包括第一弯折位置1020。在所述第一弯折位置1020,沿所述导电件10的厚度方向弯折,以成型所述弯折部。所述第二电连接部102被所述第一弯折位置1020分为第一部分和第二部分。所述触点1022位于所述第一部分。所述中间部101通过所述第二部分与所述第一部分连 接。
所述第二电连接部102在弯折后能产生弹性形变,所述第二电连接部102上的触点1022能与外部电连接件弹性接触。例如,所述第一弯折位置1020弯折后可呈弧形结构。例如,所述第一部分与第二部分之间的角度可小于90度。
电子产品内的电子元件通过所述导电件10与外部电连接件电连接在一起。电子元件与所述第一电连接部100电连接,所述第二电连接部102与外部电连接件电连接在一起。例如,所述中间部101可为具有一定长度的片状结构,以将所述第一电连接部100与所述第二电连接部102连接在一起。
所述触点1022的形成方式可有多种。
一个例子中,在所述第二电连接部102上可直接设有凸点。
另一个例子中,参考图1,所述第二电连接部102可包括用于成型所述触点1022的第二弯折位置1021。在所述第二弯折位置1021,沿所述导电件的厚度方向弯折,以成型所述触点1022。例如,沿所述第二弯折位置1021弯折后,所述第二电连接部102可呈弧形、折形或者其他形状。
所述第一电连接部100、第二电连接部102与所述中间部101由不同材质制成。所述中间部101需分别与所述第一电连接部100、第二电连接部102连接在一起。其之间的连接方式可有多种。
一个例子中,所述中间部101可分别与所述第一电连接部100、第二电连接部102激光焊接在一起。激光焊接可焊接不同物性金属,还具有工件变形小、焊缝强度高、表面状态好等优点。
一个例子中,所述中间部101可分别与所述第一电连接部100、第二电连接部102铆接固定在一起。
本发明还提供了一种发声装置。参考图1至图3,该发声装置包括壳体14、发明提供的导电件10、以及收纳于所述壳体14内的磁路组件和振动组件。所述振动组件包括振膜12和固定于所述振膜12上的音圈11。所述音圈11的引线110通过所述导电件10与外部电连接件电连接在一起。
具体地,参考图3,所述音圈11包括一对引线110。所述导电件10 的数量有两个。一对所述引线110分别焊接于所述导电件10的第一电连接部100上。所述导电件10的第二电连接件102与外部电连接件电连接在一起。这样,一对所述引线110分别通过两个所述导电件10与外部电路电连接在一起。
可选地,参考图2,所述导电件10可作为嵌件与所述壳体14注塑在一起。例如,所述导电件10可注塑于所述壳体14的壳壁中。例如,所述导电件10的表面可涂层。
可选地,所述导电件10与所述壳体14卡扣安装在一起。例如,在所述壳体14的壳壁中可设有卡槽,所述导电件10安装与所述卡槽内。
所述磁路组件的具体结构可采用现有技术,在此不作赘述。
所述壳体14的具体结构可有多种。例如,所述发声装置可以是扬声器单体或者扬声器模组等。
一个例子中,参考图4,所述壳体14可包括上壳140、下壳142和位于所述上壳140与下壳142之间的中壳141。所述上壳140、中壳141和下壳142围有容纳腔,所述磁路组件13和振动组件收纳于所述容纳腔内。所述导电件10作为嵌件与所述中壳141注塑在一起。在所述上壳140或者下壳142上设有用于穿出所述第二电连接部102的避让槽或者避让空间。
所述第一电连接部100、第二电连接部100的结构可有多种。
一个例子中,参考图1、图2,所述第一电连接部100为平面的焊盘部。所述第二电连接部102为能够发生弹性形变的弯折部。所述弯折部上设有触点1022。所述第二电连接部102穿出所述壳体14,以使所述触点1022与外部电连接件弹性接触。例如,外部电连接件可为触盘。
该实施例中,所述第二电连接部102穿出所述壳体14的方式可以有多种。可选地,参考图2,在所述壳体14上设有避让槽。所述第二电连接部102的部分穿出所述避让槽。例如,所述触点1022的位置可高出于所述避让槽周侧的壳体14外表面。
该实施例中,所述第二电连接部102上的触点1022需与外部电连接件电连接在一起。可选地,参考图1至图3,所述第二电连接部102还可以包括第三弯折位置1023。所述第三弯折位置1023位于所述中间部101 与所述第一弯折位置1020之间。在所述第三弯折位置1023,沿所述中间部101的宽度方向弯折。这样,能使所述触点1022与外部电连接件之间的位置相对应。
此外,参考图1至图3,由于所述壳体14结构、外部电连接件位置的限制,所述中间部101可弯折设置。
所述中间部101的弯折位置材质可与其他位置材质保持一致。例如,所述中间部101可全部由铜材质制成。
所述中间部101的弯折位置材质也可与其他位置材质不同。例如,所述中间部101的弯折位置材质可由不锈钢等高机械强度材质制成。
这样,通过所述中间部101的弯折设计,能使得所述第一电连接部100对应于所述发声装置组件的位置,所述第二电连接部102对应于外部电连接件的位置。
虽然已经通过例子对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上例子仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种导电件,其特征在于,包括位于两端的第一电连接部(100)和第二电连接部(102),以及用于连接所述第一电连接部(100)和第二电连接部(102)的中间部(101),
    所述第一电连接部(100)和第二电连接部(102)由不锈钢材质制成,
    所述中间部(101)由阻抗值小于不锈钢材质,且导磁性弱于不锈钢材质的材质制成。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的导电件,其特征在于,所述第一电连接部(100)为平面的焊盘部,所述第二电连接部(102)为能够发生弹性形变的弯折部,且所述弯折部上设有触点(1022)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的导电件,其特征在于,所述第二电连接部(102)包括用于使所述触点(1022)与外部电连接件弹性接触的第一弯折位置(1020)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的导电件,其特征在于,所述第二电连接部(102)包括用于成型所述触点(1022)的第二弯折位置(1021)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的导电件,其特征在于,所述第一电连接部(100)为平面的焊盘部,所述第二电连接部(102)为平面的焊盘部。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的导电件,其特征在于,所述中间部(101)的材质为铜或者铜合金。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的导电件,其特征在于,所述导电件(10)的整体阻抗值小于0.04Ω。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的导电件,其特征在于,所述中间部(101)分别与所述第一电连接部(100)和第二电连接部(102)激光焊接或者铆接固定。
  9. 一种发声装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体(14);
    收纳于所述壳体(14)内的磁路组件(13)和振动组件,所述振动组件包括振膜(12)和固定于振膜(12)上的音圈(11);以及
    根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的导电件(10),所述音圈(11)的引线(110)与所述导电件(10)的第一电连接部(100)连接,所述导电件(10)的第二电连接部(102)与外部电连接件电连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的发声装置,其特征在于,所述导电件(10)作为嵌件与所述壳体(14)注塑在一起;或者,
    所述导电件(10)与所述壳体(14)卡扣安装在一起。
