And in FIG. 2, the 1st part 11 of the main-body part 10 of the heating implement 100 WHEREIN: The surface which faces outside in the state which mounted | worn the heating implement 100 on the user's face is shown.
FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view (along line AA of FIG. 1) of the heating implement 100 cut along the width direction corresponding to the alignment direction of the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 in the state where the heating implement 100 is developed. FIG. 2 is a view showing a cross section), and a surface facing the face side is shown on the upper side, and a surface facing the outer side is shown on the lower side, with the heating tool 100 attached to the user's face.
In the present embodiment, the description of the positional relationship (upper and lower relationship etc.) of each component of the heating tool 100 is a posture in which the head is at the top and the neck is at the bottom, as shown in FIG. The positional relationship in the state which mounted | worn the heating tool 100 on a user's face is demonstrated.
As shown in any of FIGS. 1 to 4, the heating tool 100 according to the present embodiment includes a main body 10 mounted along the face, a heating element 20 provided on the main body 10, and a main body And a mounting portion (a pair of ear hooks 30 in the case of the present embodiment) for mounting 10 along the face. The main body portion 10 is in the form of a sheet having a three-dimensional structure portion 60 to be described later, and is formed in a size capable of covering a region from the eyes to the cheeks in the face.
Here, covering the eyes of the body portion 10 means covering the front (front side) of the entire orbit (around the eyes). In addition, covering the cheek with the body portion 10 means covering at least the front (front side) of the lower end position of the cheekbone. That is, to cover the region of the face from the eyes to the cheeks of the body part 10 means to cover a region in the front from the upper part around the eyes to the lower part of the cheekbones.
A slit 54 extending upward from the lower edge of the main body portion 10 is formed at the central portion in the lateral width direction of the main body portion 10. The slit 54 is not limited to a linear (linear or the like) slit, and may be a notch-shaped portion having a shape such as an inverted V-shape or an inverted U-shape. In the case of the present embodiment, the slit 54 is in a folded state as shown in FIG. 2 and in a state where the linear slit is opened in an inverted V shape in the unfolded state as shown in FIG. .
In the present invention, the mounting portion is not limited to the pair of ear hooks 30 illustrated in the present embodiment, but is in the shape of a strip or string connecting the left and right ends of the main body 10. Sometimes it may be hooked to the back of the head. Further, the ear hooking portion 30 may be a sheet integral with the main body portion 10, or may be provided by joining a separate body from the main body portion 10 to the main body portion 10.
A three-dimensional structure 60 is formed at an upper portion of the central portion in the width direction of the main body portion 10 so that the upper portion has a convex curved shape facing forward. In the case of this embodiment, the three-dimensional structure 60 includes a part of the upper edge of the main body 10. However, the present invention is not limited to this example, and the three-dimensional structure 60 may not include the upper edge of the main body 10 (even if it is disposed below the upper edge of the main body 10) Good).
The three-dimensional structure portion 60 is configured such that the upper portion of the central portion in the width direction of the main body portion 10 has a convex curved shape toward the front. For this reason, it becomes easy to closely contact or approach the upper edge in the widthwise direction central portion of the main body portion 10 to the forehead. As a result, it is possible to suppress warm air from escaping upward from the gap between the upper edge and the face at the central portion in the lateral width direction of the main body portion 10, and warm air can be filled in the three-dimensional structure 60. The face covered by the part 10 can be warmed extensively and sufficiently.
According to such a heating tool 100, the main body portion 10 is formed in a size capable of covering the region from the eyes to the cheek in the face, so the heating element 20 disposed in the main body portion 10 makes the face Can be heated extensively.
A slit 54 extending upward from the lower edge of the main body 10 is formed at the central portion in the lateral width direction of the main body 10, so that the lower portion of the main body 10 and the face from the lower side of the main body 10 Outside air can be introduced smoothly in the meantime, and the outside air can be supplied to the heat generating body 20 to cause the heat generating body 20 to generate heat.
In the case of this embodiment, as described later, the heating implement 100 is a steam heating implement. Therefore, as in the case of the air described above, it is possible to suppress the escape of the vapor from the gap between the upper edge and the face at the center in the lateral width direction of the main body 10 and fill the vapor between the main body 10 and the face be able to.
Moreover, when the heating tool 100 is mounted, the heating tool 100 includes the three-dimensional structure 60, so that a convex shape is formed at the upper portion in the lateral width direction central portion of the main body 10, and the side edge portion of the main body 10 The side edge of the main body portion 10 (curved portion 81 shown in FIG. 4) can be curved in a convex manner. By forming the curved portion 81, external air can be smoothly introduced between the main body portion 10 and the face from the side of the main body portion 10, and the entire heat generating body 20 can be more uniformly heated. . The curved portion 81 is formed because the face of the person is convex toward the front, and the ear is located rearward of the eyes and cheeks.
More specifically, the bending portion 81 bends, for example, to satisfy the following conditions (1) and (2).
(1) “the upper end and the lower end of a portion of the ear hooking portion 30 that is a portion closer to the main body portion 10 than the ear hooking slit 31 and along the ear hooking slit 31”; The upper end and the lower end of the portion along the ear-striking slit 31 at the side edge are located relatively backward and near the portion adjacent to the front of the ear in the cheek.
(2) “an intermediate portion in the up and down direction of a portion of the ear hooking portion 30 that is a portion closer to the main body portion 10 than the ear hooking slit 31 and along the ear hooking slit 31”; The middle part in the up and down direction of the part along the ear hook slit 31 at the side edge is positioned relatively forward and at a position separated laterally from the part adjacent to the front of the ear in the cheek Be done.

In the state where the heating tool 100 is folded in half as shown in FIG. 2, for example, the lower edge of the main body 10 is inclined downward toward the side edge of the main body 10.

The joint 53 may be continuous or intermittent.
The joining portion 53 joins not only the first sheet 51 and the second sheet 52 but also, for example, the first sheet 51 or the second sheet 52 and the heating element 20.
A heating element 20 is provided between the first sheet 51 and the second sheet 52.
More specifically, the heat generating body 20 is provided between the first sheet 51 and the second sheet 52 in each of the first portion 11 and the second portion 12.
In the case of the present embodiment, the arrangement area of the heat generating element 20 is set to cover the range from the eyes to a part below the mouth corner of the cheek.
This makes it possible to warm up a wide area of the face from the eyes to the cheeks (a part of the cheek below the corner of the mouth) more sufficiently.
More specifically, the heating element 20 provided in the first portion 11 is sized to cover a range from the left eye to the lower cheek of the left cheek than the left opening angle, and provided in the second portion 12 The heating element 20 is sized to cover a range from the right eye to the lower part of the right cheek in the right cheek.
Also, the heating element 20 provided in the first portion 11 is set to a size that covers the left temple, and the heating element 20 provided in the second portion 12 is set to a size that covers the right temple It is done.

Similarly, the second portion 12 may be provided with a single heating element, or may be provided with a heating element group which is an assembly of a plurality of heating elements disposed adjacent to or close to each other. Good.
The heating element 20 refers to a single heating element or a heating element group as referred to herein. Therefore, the arrangement area of the heating element 20 can be an arrangement area of a single heating element or an arrangement area of a heating element group.
The planar shape of the arrangement region of the heat generating body 20 of the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 is not particularly limited, but in the case of the present embodiment, for example, the arrangement region of each heat generating body 20 is rectangular (for example, square) It is formed.

As a result, the upper portion of the central portion in the lateral width direction of the main body portion 10 has a convex curved shape toward the front, and it becomes easy to attach the upper edge of the heating implement 100 close to or close to the forehead.
Further, in the heating element 20, a portion along the slit 54 (the inner edge 25 shown in FIGS. 1 and 4) extends, for example, parallel to the slit 54. The inner edge 25 is, for example, disposed close to the slit 54.
On the other hand, the edge (the outer edge 26 shown in FIG. 1) opposite to the inner edge 25 in the heating element 20 extends, for example, along the side 51a (FIG. 1) of the first sheet 51 (eg, the side 51a) Extends parallel to the The outer edge 26 is, for example, disposed close to the side 51 a.
As shown in FIG. 3, the heating element 20 is, for example, a sheet-like member in which the first covering sheet 21, the second covering sheet 22, and the first covering sheet 21 and the second covering sheet 22 are held. A heat generating material 23 is provided.
The first covering sheet 21 and the second covering sheet 22 are formed, for example, in the same shape and size as each other. The heat generating material 23 is preferably joined to at least one of the first covering sheet 21 and the second covering sheet 22.

At least one of the first covering sheet 21 and the second covering sheet 22 of the heating element 20 has air permeability.
In the case of the present embodiment, the first covering sheet 21 has air permeability. Further, the first covering sheet 21 has higher air permeability than the second covering sheet 22. The second covering sheet 22 may have breathability or may not have breathability substantially.
Furthermore, the first coated sheet 21 is breathable so as to be permeable to air and water vapor. On the other hand, the second coated sheet 22 is more impervious to the first coated sheet 21 or non-breathable.
The air permeability of the first coated sheet 21 is preferably 1000 seconds / 100 ml or more, more preferably 2000 seconds / 100 ml or more, from the viewpoint of sufficiently heating a wide area of the face. Also, it is preferably 50000 seconds / 100 ml or less, more preferably 20000 seconds / 100 ml or less.
The air permeability is a value measured according to JIS P8117, and is defined as a time in which 100 ml of air passes an area of 6.45 cm 2 under a constant pressure. The air permeability can be measured with an Oken type air permeability meter or a measuring instrument according thereto.
As such a sheet having air permeability, a porous sheet of resin having moisture permeability but not having water permeability or a sheet of resin having an air vent can be used. For example, polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene A vinyl acetate copolymer etc. can be used.
As the resin-made porous sheet, a film obtained by molding a melt-kneaded product of a thermoplastic resin and an organic or inorganic filler incompatible with the resin into a film and uniaxially or biaxially stretching is used. Can. Further, it is possible to use a non-air-permeable sheet or a non-air-permeable sheet provided with fine holes with a needle or the like, or a sheet provided with fine holes with a needle or the like in the aforementioned air-permeable sheet. The thickness of the breathable sheet is preferably 5 μm or more and 200 μm or less.
On the other hand, the second cover sheet 22 may be a breathable sheet or a non-breathable sheet. When the second coated sheet 22 is a breathable sheet, the air permeability is preferably 80000 seconds / 100 ml or more. When the second cover sheet 22 is a non-air-permeable sheet, a laminated sheet obtained by laminating a non-air-permeable resin film and paper or the like can be used as the non-air-permeable sheet.
Each of the first covering sheet 21 and the second covering sheet 22 may be made of one sheet material, or may be made of a laminate of a plurality of sheet materials. As such a laminate, a laminate sheet obtained by laminating a non-woven fabric and a breathable sheet, or a laminate sheet obtained by laminating a knitted fabric and a breathable sheet can be used.
In the case of the present embodiment, as described above, the heat generating material 23 generates water vapor by heat generation, and the first covering sheet 21 has moisture permeability, and the first sheet 51 has moisture permeability. Have. For this reason, water vapor is released through the surface on the face side of the main body 10, and the water vapor can be applied to the face.
That is, the heat generating material 23 is accompanied by the generation of water vapor at the time of heat generation, and the heating implement 100 is configured such that the water vapor is released to the outside through the face which becomes the face side in the main body 10.
In the present embodiment, the ear hooking portion 30 is formed in a vertically long shape (vertically long shape). The upper and lower dimensions of the ear hooking portion 30 are set to, for example, the same dimensions as the upper and lower dimensions of the main body portion 10. Since the ear hooking portion 30 is vertically long, the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the side edge portion of the main body portion 10 can be pulled backward respectively by the ear hooking portion 30, so that the bending portion 81 can be sufficiently curved. It becomes possible.
Openings for ear hooking (hereinafter referred to as ear hooking openings 30a) are formed in the left and right ear hooking portions 30, respectively. The ear hooking opening is formed in a vertically long shape. In the case of the present embodiment, the ear hooking opening 30 a is a vertically long ear hooking slit 31. When attaching the heating tool 100, as shown in FIG. 4, the main body 10 is applied to the portion from the face 75 to the cheek 76 of the face, and the right and left Insert the ear 74 and hook the ear hook 30 behind the ear 74.
More specifically, the height position of the lower end of the ear hooking slit 31 is set to, for example, a height position substantially equal to the lower end of the heating element 20. On the other hand, the height position of the upper end of the ear hook slit 31 is set, for example, at a position lower than the upper end of the heat generating body 20, and the center 20c of the heat generating body 20 in the vertical direction (FIG. 1, FIG. 2) It is set to a position above.
That is, the ear hooking slit 31 is disposed slightly downward with reference to the heating element 20. By arranging the ear hook slits 31 in this manner, the slits 54 can be made to largely open in an inverted V shape or an inverted U shape when the heating tool 100 is attached, and the three-dimensional structure 60 The size of the gap between the face and the face can be secured sufficiently. In addition, since the upper portion of the main body portion 10 can be pulled backward more strongly, the bending portion 81 can be sufficiently curved.
The portion between the upper end of the ear hooking slit 31 and the upper edge of the ear hooking portion 30 is a portion closer to the main body 10 than the ear hooking slit 31 in the ear hooking portion 30 and the ear hooking slit 31 Also, an ear hook upper connection portion 32 is formed on the upper side of the ear hook slit 31 to connect with a portion far from the main body portion 10.
Similarly, the portion between the lower end of the ear hooking slit 31 and the lower edge of the ear hooking portion 30 is a portion closer to the main body portion 10 than the ear hooking slit 31 in the ear hooking portion 30 and the ear hooking slit An ear hook lower connection portion 33 is provided below the ear hook slit 31 to connect a portion farther from the main body portion 10 than the arm portion 31.
In the case of the present embodiment, the vertical width L1 (FIGS. 1 and 2) of the ear hook upper connection 32 is set larger than the vertical width L2 (FIGS. 1 and 2) of the ear hook lower connection 33. ing. In other words, the distance between the upper edge of the ear hooking portion 30 and the upper end of the ear hooking slit 31 is larger than the distance between the lower end of the ear hooking slit 31 and the lower edge of the ear hooking portion 30.
Thereby, it is possible to suppress the extension of the ear hook upper connection portion 32 when the heating tool 100 is attached, and when the ear hook portion 30 is hooked to the ear, the upper portion of the side edge portion of the main body portion 10 is Can be pulled backwards enough. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 4, the curved portion 81 can be sufficiently curved, and a portion closer to the center in the lateral width direction than the curved portion 81 in the main body portion 10 can be favorably fitted to the face.
On the other hand, since the moderate extension of the ear hook lower connection portion 33 can be realized, the ear hook portion 30 can be favorably fitted to the ear regardless of the size of the user's ear.
Here, the upper and lower width dimension L1 is, for example, the upper edge of the ear hooking portion 30 and the upper end of the ear hooking slit 31 on a straight line AX1 (FIG. 1, FIG. 2) connecting the upper end and the lower end of the ear hooking slit 31. The distance can be
The upper and lower width dimension L2 can be the distance between the lower edge of the ear hooking portion 30 and the lower end of the ear hooking slit 31 on the straight line AX1 (FIGS. 1 and 2).
The ear hooking slit 31 is, for example, convexly curved in the lateral width direction away from the main body 10. That is, in the unfolded state shown in FIG. 1, the left ear hooking slit 31 is convexly curved toward the left, and the right ear hooking slit 31 is convexly curved toward the right.
More specifically, in the case of the present embodiment, the ear hooking slit 31 is formed in, for example, a bent line shape which is bent in a convex direction in a direction away from the main body portion 10 in the lateral width direction.
The ear hooking slit 31 includes, for example, a linear ear hooking slit lower portion 31a constituting a lower portion of the ear hooking slit 31, and a linear ear hooking slit upper portion 31b constituting an upper portion of the ear hooking slit 31. And is comprised.
The bent portion 31c of the earpiece slit 31, which is the boundary between the earpiece slit lower portion 31a and the earpiece slit upper portion 31b, is the center position of the earpiece slit 31 in the vertical direction (the earpiece slit center 31d ) Is located below.
Since the bent portion 31c of the earpiece slit 31 is disposed below the earpiece slit center 31d, when the earpiece portion 30 is hooked to the ear through the earpiece slit 31, the earhook portion 30 is formed. In the above, the portion 35 (see FIG. 1) along the ear hooking slit upper portion 31b is pushed and spread by the ear for a longer distance, and is bent in the direction away from the main body portion 10. That is, the upper portion of the main body 10 is pulled backward more strongly. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the bending portion 81 can be sufficiently bent.
In particular, when the vertical width dimension L1 is larger than the vertical width dimension L2 as described above, the bent portion 31c of the ear hooking slit 31 is disposed lower than the ear hooking slit center 31d. Since the extension of the ear hook upper connection portion 32 can be suppressed, the curved portion 81 can be sufficiently curved by pulling the upper portion of the main body portion 10 backward more strongly.
In the case of this embodiment, the lower end of the ear hooking slit lower portion 31a and the side 51a of the first sheet 51 are disposed close to each other, and the upper end of the ear hooking slit upper portion 31b and the side of the first sheet 51 The sides 51a are arranged close to each other. Thereby, since the expansion of the ear hook upper connection portion 32 and the ear hook lower connection portion 33 can be appropriately suppressed, the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the side edge portion of the main body portion 10 can be sufficiently pulled by the ear hook portion 30 It is possible.
Further, in the case of the present embodiment, the distance between the lower end of the ear hooking slit lower portion 31a and the outer edge 26 of the heating element 20 and the distance between the upper end of the ear hooking slit upper portion 31b and the outer edge 26 of the heating element 20 are mutually different. It is set to the same distance.
In addition, it is preferable that the center 20c in the vertical direction of the heat generating body 20 and the earpiece slit center 31d be disposed at the same height position with each other, such a configuration more reliably curves the curved portion 81. It can be done. The height difference between the center 20c and the middle portion 31d of the earpiece slit is, for example, preferably 3 cm or less, more preferably 2 cm or less, and still more preferably 1 cm or less.
In the present invention, the shape of the ear hooking slit 31 is not limited to the broken line shape as in the present embodiment, but is formed in a curved shape (arc shape etc.) convex in a direction (side) away from the main body 10 It may be done.
Here, the above-described three-dimensional structure unit 60 will be described.
As described above, the main body 10 covers the first portion 11 covering a region from one eye (left eye) to one cheek (left cheek), and from the other eye (right eye) to the other cheek (right cheek) And a second portion 12 covering the portion of
In the case of the present embodiment, the three-dimensional structure portion 60 is a connection portion 61 connecting the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 to each other above the slit 54.
The connection portion 61 includes a lower connection portion 61a extending vertically and an upper connection portion 61b adjacent to the upper side of the lower connection portion 61a and extending vertically. There is.
As shown in FIG. 2, in the state where the heating tool 100 is folded in two, the lower connection portion 61 a and the upper connection portion 61 b do not exist on the same straight line, and mutually at the boundary portion. It is bent. More specifically, the lower connection portion 61a and the upper connection portion 61b are bent at an angle α.
And when the main-body part 10 is expand | deployed, the upper part in the width direction center part of the main-body part 10 becomes a convex curve shape toward the front (refer FIG. 4).
The angle α (FIG. 2) is preferably 120 degrees or more and 170 degrees or less, and more preferably 130 degrees or more and 160 degrees or less. By having such an angle, when the heating tool 100 is attached, the upper edge in the widthwise central portion of the main body portion 10 can be brought into close contact with or close to the forehead 71 (see FIG. 4). And the three-dimensional structure 60, and the space can be filled with a sufficient volume of warm air.
Further, as described above, the slit 54 is formed at the central portion in the width direction of the main body portion 10. The slit 54 extends upward from the lower edge of the main body 10.
Here, it is preferable that the upper and lower dimensions H2 (FIGS. 2 and 5) of the slits 54 be 40% or more of the upper and lower dimensions H1 of the central portion of the main body portion 10. More preferably, the upper and lower dimension H2 is 50% or more of the upper and lower dimension H1.
When the vertical dimension H2 is 40% or more of the vertical dimension H1, as shown in FIG. 1, when the main body portion 10 is expanded to make the three-dimensional structure portion 60 into a three-dimensional shape, linear in the folded state shown in FIG. The slits 54 can be made to open largely in an inverted V-shape or an inverted U-shape. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, when the heating tool 100 is worn on the face, the slit 54 can be largely opened in an inverted V shape or an inverted U shape and can be extended along the statute line. By this, external air can be more smoothly introduced between the lower part of the main body 10 and the face from the lower side of the main body 10.
For example, as shown in FIG. 4, when the heating tool 100 is worn on the face, it is preferable that the nose 72 and the mouth 73 be exposed through the slits 54, whereby the heating tool 100 is You will be able to breathe comfortably when wearing
In addition, 75% or less of the upper and lower dimension H1 is preferable, and 70% or less of the upper and lower dimension H2 is more preferable.
Further, when the slit 54 is largely opened in an inverted V-shape or an inverted U-shape as described above, when the main body portion 10 and the ear hooking portion 30 are expanded as shown in FIG. The ear hooking portion 30 can be inclined as compared to the case where the 100 is folded in half.
That is, in the state of FIG. 1, the straight line AX1 connecting the upper end and the lower end of the ear hooking slit 31 approaches the center of the widthwise direction of the main body 10 toward the upper portion of the straight line AX1 compared to the state of FIG. So as to tilt.
For this reason, when the heating implement 100 is attached, the upper portion of the ear hooking portion 30 is more strongly pulled backward, and the bending portion 81 can be bent more sufficiently.
In addition, the slits 54 are largely opened in an inverted V-shape or an inverted U-shape, so that each heating element 20 can be fitted well to the region from the eyes of the face to the cheek.
In the present invention, in a state in which the main body 10 and the pair of ear hooks 30 are spread flatly as shown in FIG. 1, the distance between the pair of ear hooks 30 is W, and the ear hooking opening 30a When the vertical dimension of 31) is H, it is preferable that H / W is 0.2 or more.
Here, the state in which the main body portion 10 and the pair of ear hook portions 30 are spread flatly refers to a state in which the entire heating tool 100 is spread as flat as possible and the entire heating tool 100 is naturally mounted (however, the heating tool In the case where the heating tool 100 is provided with a three-dimensional structure portion 60 to be described later, the strain is made uniform throughout the three-dimensional structure portion 60 without applying a tension for stretching 100 around.
The vertical dimension H of the ear hooking opening 30a is the size of the ear hooking opening 30a in the direction orthogonal to the alignment direction (left and right direction in FIG. 1) of the pair of ear hooking portions 30, that is, the upper end of the ear hooking opening 30a. And the lower end (the difference between the lower end of the ear hooking slit lower portion 31a and the upper end of the ear hooking slit upper portion 31b).
The distance W can be, for example, the distance between the pair of ear hooks 30 at the same height position as the center 20 c in the vertical direction of the heat generating body 20. The distance between the pair of ear hooks 30 is, as shown in FIG. 1, the distance between the farthest portions of the pair of ear hook openings 30a at the same height as the center 20c in the vertical direction of the heating element 20. (Refer also to FIG. 7 (a) and FIG. 7 (b) which are mentioned later as a modification).
When H / W is 0.2 or more, the bending portion 81 can be bent more reliably. More preferably, H / W is 0.25 or more. Further, H / W is preferably 0.7 or less, and more preferably 0.6 or less.
In addition, assuming that the length of the ear hooking portion 30 is L, H / L is preferably 0.6 or more. By doing so, the bending portion 81 can be bent more reliably.
As in the present embodiment, when the ear hooking slit 31 is a slit having substantially no width, the length L of the ear hooking portion 30 is the total extension length of the ear hooking slit 31, that is, for ear hooking The sum of the length dimension of the lower slit portion 31 a and the length dimension of the slit upper portion 31 b for ear hooking can be used.
More preferably, H / L is 0.8 or more.
H / L is 1 or less.
The heating implement 100 is sealed in a packaging bag (not shown) made of, for example, a packaging material having an oxygen barrier property before use. When the heating tool 100 is taken out of the packaging bag at the time of use, the heat generating material 23 of the heat generating body 20 comes into contact with oxygen in the air to generate heat and generate steam (vapor thermal). And, it is discharged to the outside through the first sheet 51.
Therefore, when the user wears the heating implement 100, the water vapor is supplied to the user's face. This makes it possible to warm the user's face with a steaming towel. Thus, the heating implement 100 according to the present embodiment is a steam heating implement.
In order to attach the heating implement 100, the first sheet 51 of the main body 10 is on the face side, and the first portion 11 and the second portion 12 are applied to the left and right eyes 75 to the cheek 76, respectively. The hooks 30 are hooked on the left and right ears 74 respectively.
Here, an example of a method for forming the three-dimensional structure 60 will be described with reference to FIG.
The heating implement-constituting sheet 120 shown in FIG. 5 is a material for producing the heating implement 100. The heating tool-constituting sheet 120 is different from the heating tool 100 in that the pair of left and right planned joining portions 56 shown in FIG. 5 are not joined to each other, and in the other points, the configuration is the same as the heating tool 100. It is done.
For example, as shown in FIG. 5, by forming a V-shaped cutout portion 55 at the upper edge of the widthwise central portion of the main body portion 10 in the first sheet 51 and the second sheet 52, the heating tool configuration is provided. The sheet 120 is obtained. Then, the upper connection portions 61b of the three-dimensional structure 60 are formed as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 by mutually joining a pair of planned joining portions 56 which are the left and right edges of the notch shaped portion 55, The heating implement 100 can be manufactured.
The lower connection portion 61a of the three-dimensional structure 60 is, for example, a portion in which the portion on the first portion 11 side and the portion on the second portion 12 side are mutually connected in the first sheet 51 and the second sheet 52, for example. It is.
Note that the method of forming the three-dimensional structure 60 is not limited to this example, and for example, a straight line extending vertically at the upper edge of the widthwise central portion of the main body 10 in the first sheet 51 and the second sheet 52 A three-dimensional structure 60 similar to that shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 can be formed by forming a slit (not shown) in the shape of a loop and overlapping portions of the left and right sides of the slit and joining them.
Alternatively, the structure of the lower connection portion 61a and the upper connection portion 61b may be reversed to that of the present embodiment. In this case, in the first sheet 51 and the second sheet 52, the upper connecting portion 61b is originally a portion in which the portion on the first portion 11 side and the portion on the second portion 12 side are mutually connected. On the other hand, the lower connection portion 61 a is formed by mutually bonding the left and right edges of the slit connected to the upper side of the slit 54.
Alternatively, the three-dimensional structure 60 can be formed by pressing (press) on the top of the central portion in the width direction of the main body 10.
Alternatively, the three-dimensional structure portion 60 can be formed by partially forming an upper portion of the widthwise center portion of the main body portion 10 with a structure containing rubber fibers and shrinking the portion in the width direction.
The heating implement 100 preferably has, for example, a surface maximum temperature of 38 to 70.degree. The surface maximum temperature of the heating implement 100 and the amount of water vapor generation are numerical values measured as follows using the device 90 shown in FIG. The apparatus 90 shown in FIG. 6 measures a measurement chamber (volume 4 L) 91 made of aluminum, and an inflow path 92 which allows dehumidified air (humidity less than 2%, flow rate 2.1 L / min) to flow into the lower part An outlet 93 for discharging air from the upper part of the chamber 91, an inlet temperature and humidity meter 94 and an inlet flow meter 95 provided in the inlet 92, and an outlet temperature and humidity meter 96 and an outlet flow meter 97 provided in the outlet 93. And a thermometer (thermistor) 98 provided in the measurement chamber 91. As the thermometer 98, one having a temperature resolution of about 0.01 ° C. is used.
The surface maximum temperature of the heating tool 100 is measured by removing the heating tool 100 from the packaging bag at a measurement environment temperature of 30 ° C. (30 ± 1 ° C.) and positioning the face of the heating tool 100 on the face side Of the two sheets 52, the surface on the side of the first sheet 51) is placed on top in the measurement chamber 91, and a thermometer 98 having a metal ball (mass of 4.5 g) is placed on it and measured.
In this state, dehumidified air is allowed to flow from the lower part, and the difference in absolute humidity before and after air flows into the measurement chamber 91 is determined from the temperature and humidity measured by the inlet temperature and humidity meter 94 and the outlet temperature and humidity meter 96. From the flow rates measured by the flow meter 95 and the outlet flow meter 97, the amount of water vapor released by the heating implement 100 is calculated.
The surface temperature in the present specification means the highest temperature reached on the surface of the heating tool 100 after the heating tool 100 is taken out from the packaging bag, that is, after the generation of water vapor is started, Is the total amount of the amount of water vapor measured up to 10 minutes after the temperature tool 100 is removed from the oxygen blocking bag, that is, when the generation of water vapor is started.
According to the embodiment as described above, the main body portion 10 of the heating tool 100 is formed in a size capable of covering the region from the eyes to the cheek in the face, and the lateral width direction central portion of the main body portion 10 A slit 54 extending upward from the lower edge of the main body 10 is formed, and a three-dimensional structure that causes the upper part to have a convex curved shape toward the front at the upper part in the lateral width direction central part of the main body 10 The portion 60 is formed.
Therefore, the face can be widely heated by the heating element 20 in a state where the body part 10 covers the eyes to the cheek in the face. Further, outside air can be smoothly introduced between the lower portion of the main body portion 10 and the face from the lower side of the main body portion 10, and the external air can be supplied to the heat generating body 20 to cause the heat generating body 20 to generate heat. And since it becomes easy to closely contact or approach the upper edge in the lateral width direction central part of the main body 10 to the forehead, warm air escapes upward from the gap between the upper edge and the face in the lateral width direction central part of the main body 10 This warm air can be filled between the main body 10 and the face. Therefore, the wide area of the face can be warmed more sufficiently.
Hereinafter, modified examples of the above embodiment will be described.
As in the modified example 1 shown in FIG. 7A and the modified example 2 shown in FIG. 7B, the ear hooking opening 30a may be the ear hooking slit 31 having a shape having a lateral width. . In the case of the modified example 1 shown in FIG. 7A, the circumferential length L on the side far from the main body 10 in the ear hook opening 30a is the sum of the length L11 and the length L12 shown in FIG. .
Further, in the case of the second modification shown in FIG. 7B, the circumferential length L of the ear hook opening 30a on the side far from the main body 10 is based on the longitudinal axis AX2 connecting the upper end and the lower end of the ear hook opening 30a. As a length along the edge far from the main body 10, that is, a length L13 shown in FIG.
The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment and each modification, and also includes various modifications, improvements and the like as long as the object of the present invention is achieved.
For example, although an example in which the number of three-dimensional structure parts 60 formed in the main body part 10 is one has been described above, a plurality of (for example, two) three-dimensional structure parts 60 are arranged side by side. It is good.
Further, although the example in which the main body portion 10 and the pair of ear hooking portions 30 are configured by a part of each of the series of sheets (second sheet 52) has been described above, the ear hooking portion 30 is the main body portion 10 The sheet separate from the sheet constituting the sheet may be provided on the main body portion 10 by joining the sheet constituting the body portion 10 to the sheet.
Also, the heating element 20 may be an exothermic one that does not release steam. Therefore, the heating implement 100 may not be a steam heating implement but a simple heating implement.
