Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a mask worn so as to cover both nostrils and mouth.
When you catch a cold or get hay fever, you usually wear a mask to prevent cold outside air, outside bacteria, or pollen mixed in the atmosphere from entering the body. The mask is generally composed of a main body portion made of a flexible material such as a square planar gauze and ear hook straps attached to both sides of the main body portion. In addition to gauze, there are materials that use a resin nonwoven fabric or the like for disposable masks for surgery and various operations in addition to gauze. Covering the nose and mouth with the main body part and hanging the ear strap on both ears, the main body part is pulled left and right by the pulling force of the ear strap, and the main body part is deformed into a shape along the outer surface of the face, The nose and mouth are covered with the main body.
In general, the mask is worn so as to cover the mountain-shaped nose, the cheeks that follow it, and the mouth. However, there is a drawback that the main body of the mask is displaced downward with the movement of the mouth and cheeks. When working in a food factory or in a dusty place or in an operation, both hands are blocked, and there is a problem that the shift of the lowering of the main body cannot be corrected.
To correct this defect, insert a deformable member such as a wire near the upper edge or both side edges of the main unit, and deform the wire etc. by hand to match the outer shape of the nose or cheek. Is provided in close contact with the outer shape of the nose or cheek so that the main body does not slide downward. However, it takes a long time to shape by hand with a wire etc. inside the main body, and in addition, since the wire etc. is a rigid body, it may squeeze a part of the nose and give discomfort. is there.
In addition, since the main body of the mask covers the user's nostril and mouth, the breath (sigh) discharged by the user himself rises along the inner surface of the mask. For this reason, when a user wears glasses, there is a problem that the lens of the glasses is fogged by his / her breath. Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2006-288650 (Patent Document 1) describes a portion above a nostril when a mask body having a size covering both the nostrils and the mouth is attached for the purpose of solving the above problem. It has been proposed to provide an adhesive layer.
In this way, by sticking the adhesive layer provided on the body of the mask to the user's face, the increase in breathing is prevented, and as a result, the fogging of the glasses located above the mask is suppressed, The position can be prevented from shifting.
However, when the adhesive is applied to the skin of the nose or cheek, there are problems that many users feel uncomfortable during use and cannot withstand long-time use. Moreover, when the mask is removed, some of the adhesive may adhere to the skin. To remove this adhesive, a special solvent must be used, which damages the skin tissue. There are things to do. In addition, once the adhesive is applied to the skin of the nose and cheeks, the adhesive strength is significantly reduced and cannot be used repeatedly, eventually a new mask must be used, which is uneconomical. There is also a problem.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a mask that prevents the main body from slipping down and can be repeatedly attached and detached by bringing the slip prevention sheet disposed on the main body into close contact with the back of the nose.
Therefore, the mask according to the present invention is a mask having a main body part that is worn so as to cover both nostrils and the mouth, and an ear strap for hanging on the ears on both sides of the main body part,
A flexible slip prevention sheet is disposed on the inner surface of the upper end side of the mask,
The slip prevention sheet has a substantially mirror-like surface so that at least part of the slip prevention sheet is in close contact with the back of the nose.
The slip prevention sheet is formed of a thin sheet made of synthetic resin or synthetic rubber such as silicon, urethane, or styrene having flexibility, or natural rubber.
In addition, an adhesive layer is formed of an adhesive or an adhesive on the inner surface side of the upper end of the slip prevention sheet and the mask, the adhesive layer is formed on the center side of the slip prevention member, and the upper end and the lower end are provided with the above The non-adhesion part in which an adhesive bond layer is not formed is provided.
Further, the shift prevention sheet is fixed to the inner surface of the upper end of the mask by sewing or heat welding. The position for sewing or welding is preferably on both sides of the slip prevention sheet.
According to the present invention, when the mask is attached, the flexible slip prevention sheet disposed on the inner surface on the upper end side comes into contact with the back of the nose, so that the mask does not shift downward and the position of the mask is stabilized. Can be made. The slip prevention sheet has a substantially mirror-like surface that contacts the back of the nose, so that at least a smooth part of the skin on the back of the nose is in close contact with the mirror surface of the slip prevention sheet, so that the downward shift is not caused. Is prevented. In addition, since the surface of the slip prevention sheet that contacts the back of the nose is free of pressure-sensitive adhesive or adhesive, there is little discomfort even when used for a long time, and part of the pressure-sensitive adhesive adheres to the skin. Nothing will happen. Further, even when the mask is repeatedly used a plurality of times or when the mask is washed, the close contact state does not decrease, which is economical.
The slip prevention sheet is formed of a thin sheet made of synthetic resin such as silicon, urethane, styrene, or synthetic rubber, or natural rubber, and has flexibility, so it can flexibly correspond to the shape of the back of the nose, Discomfort during use can be eliminated.
In addition, when the slip prevention sheet is disposed on the inner surface side of the upper end of the mask, the slip prevention sheet is formed with non-adhesive portions at the upper end and the lower end. Even if the adhesive is about to diffuse when it is brought into contact with the body, it prevents the adhesive from leaking out to the back of the nose due to the non-adhesive part, so it is possible to prevent user discomfort in advance. Become.
Further, by fixing the slip prevention sheet to the inner surface side of the upper end of the mask by sewing or heat welding, it is possible to prevent uncomfortable feeling when the adhesive or adhesive comes into contact, and the adhesive. And the like are less likely to be detached due to peeling of the adhesive or the like, and can be firmly fixed.
The mask has a main body part that is mounted so as to cover both nostrils and the mouth, and an ear strap for hanging on the ears on both sides of the main body part. A flexible slip prevention sheet is disposed on the inner surface of the upper end side of the mask. The slip prevention sheet has a substantially mirror-like surface so that at least part of the slip prevention sheet is in close contact with the back of the nose. The slip prevention sheet is formed of a thin sheet made of synthetic resin such as silicon, urethane, styrene, or synthetic rubber, or natural rubber, and has flexibility. In addition, the slip prevention sheet has an adhesive layer formed on the inner surface side of the upper end of the mask by an adhesive or an adhesive, and a non-adhesive portion in which the adhesive layer is not formed is formed on the upper end and the lower end of the slip prevention member. Thus, when the slip prevention sheet is brought into contact with the back of the nose, even if the adhesive is diffused, the non-adhesive portion is prevented from leaking to the back of the nose.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. A
The
In the
Further, the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
As described above, when the
When the
FIG. 6 shows an embodiment when applied to the three-
The
Even with such a three-
FIG. 7 shows a modification of the slip prevention sheet. That is, (A) shows the
FIG. 8 shows an example in which an anti-slip sheet is fixed by sewing to the inner surface on the upper end side at the center of the main body of the mask. In this embodiment, the
FIG. 9 shows an example in which a slip prevention sheet is fixed to the inner surface on the upper end side at the center of the main body of the mask by heat welding. In this embodiment, the
The above-described slip prevention sheet is formed into a thin sheet by a flexible material made of synthetic resin such as silicon, urethane, styrene, or polyurethane, or synthetic rubber, or natural rubber. As the slip prevention sheet, various materials can be mixed as well as a single material. For example, a silica mineral made of black silica or jammonstone, a mineral powder made of germanium powder, a capsaicin powder, or the like may be mixed with the above material. When these sub-materials are mixed, since the far-infrared rays are radiated, the back of the nose is appropriately heated, so that an effect of alleviating symptoms such as nasal congestion is obtained. Moreover, when sweating with capsaicin, the close contact between the slip prevention sheet and the back of the nose is improved by sweat, and the slip-off prevention effect can be further enhanced.
The present invention is applicable to various masks.
