Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Gallensäurederivaten mit geschützter Hydroxylgruppe in 3-Position umfassend das Kontaktieren eines Gallensäurederivats mit ungeschützter 3-alpha-Hydroxylgruppe mit einer spezifischen Lipase. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Gallensäurederivat, erhalten oder erhältlich gemäß den Verfahren, die Verwendung des Gallensäurederivats erhalten oder erhältlich nach dem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Lithocholsäure, sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Lithocholsäure und nach dem Verfahren erhaltene Lithocholsäure. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung von Lithocholsäure erhalten oder erhältlich nach dem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Ursodesoxycholsäure oder Ursodesoxycholsäurederivaten.
