  1. 面料胶粉吸附装置,其特征在于:包括:机架(1),在所述机架(1)的前端中部设置有送料主动辊(2),在所述机架(1)的后端中部设置有出料从动辊(3),在所述机架(1)的下端设置有若干支撑辊(4),所述主动辊(2)、从动辊(3)和支撑辊(4)之间通过输送网带(5)相连接,在所述机架(1)的下端设置有与主动辊(3)相连接的驱动装置(6),在所述送料主动辊(2)和出料从动辊(3)之间输送网带(5)上端的机架(1)上从前往后分别设置有前吸粉头(7)和后吸粉头(8),所述前吸粉头(7)和后吸粉头(8)分别通过吸粉支管(9)与吸粉主管(10)相连接,所述吸粉主管(10)与上吸风机(11)相连接,所述上吸风机(11)设置在机架(1)上,在所述前吸粉头(7)前端的机架(1)上倾斜设置有与前吸粉头(7)相互配合的主吹风头(12),所述主吹风头(12)通过主吹风管(13)与主吹风机(14)相连接,所述主吹风机(14)设置在机架(1)上,在所述前吸粉头(7)后端的机架(1)上倾斜设置有与前吸粉头(7)相互配合的第一副吹风头(15),在所述后吸粉头(8)后端的机架(1)上倾斜设置有与后吸粉头(8)相互配合的第二副吹风头(16),所述第一副吹风头(15)和第二副吹风头(16)分别通过副吹风管(17)与副吹风机(18)相连接,所述副吹风机(18)设置在机架(1)上,在所述送料主动辊(2)和出料从动辊(3)之间输送网带(5)下端的机架(1)上设置有若干吸风头(19),在所述吸风头(19)的上端设置有若干吸风口(20),在所述吸风头(19)下端 的机架(1)上设置有与吸风头(19)相互连通的吸风腔(21),所述吸风腔(21)通过吸风管(22)与下吸风机(23)相连接,所述下吸风机(23)设置在机架(1)上,在相邻两个吸风头(19)之间的机架(1)上分别设置有网带振动装置(24),所述网带振动装置(24)的机构包括:与输送网带(5)相互配合的振动方管(241),所述振动方管(241)的两端分别通过转轴(242)转动设置在轴承座(243)内,所述轴承座(243)固定设置在机架(1)上,在所述振动方管(241)的一端上设置有从动链轮(244),在所述振动方管(241)下端的机架(1)上设置有伺服减速电机(245),在所述伺服减速电机(245)的电机轴(246)上设置有主动链轮(247),所述主动链轮(247)通过链条(248)与从动链轮(244)相连接。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的面料胶粉吸附装置,其特征在于:在所述送料主动辊(2)和出料从动辊(3)之间输送网带(5)下端的机架(1)上设置有三个吸风头(19)。
