Description

振膜及设有该振膜的微型发声器 技术领域
本发明涉及电声产品技术领域,特别涉及一种振膜及设有该振膜的微型发声器。
背景技术
微型发声器是便携式电子设备中一种重要的声学部件,用于将声波电信号转换成声音信号传出,是一种能量转换器件。微型发声器通常包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜和音圈,振膜包括由内向外依次结合的中心部、折环部和固定部,振膜是微型发声器的重要部件,对微型发声器的放声性能有着至关重要的作用,它决定了微型发声器由电能到声能的转换质量。
现有振膜的折环部的花纹通常是呈直线形,且花纹由折环部的一侧边缘延伸至另一侧边缘,此种结构的振膜在振动时会产生如下缺陷:
一、振膜在大位移振动时会出现摇摆振动,振动不平稳,易有杂音出现;
二、振膜顺性较低,导致微型发声器的灵敏度较低,声学性能差;
三、振膜在振动时四角部易出现褶皱,导致高次谐波失真较高,同时还会使得振膜折环部疲劳,不易通过可靠性试验。
发明内容
针对以上缺陷,本发明所要解决的第一个技术问题是提供一种振膜,此振膜振动平稳,顺性较高,角部不易出现褶皱,能够有效的降低高次谐波失真,能够提高微型发声器的可靠性及声音质量。
基于同一个发明构思,本发明所要解决的第二个技术问题是提供一种微型发声器,此微型发声器不会产生杂音,灵敏度高,高次谐波失真小,声音质 量高。
为解决上述第一个技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种振膜,包括由内向外依次连接的中心部、折环部和固定部,所述折环部上分布有花纹,在所述振膜的正投影面内,所述花纹包括多条月牙形花纹,且每条所述月牙形花纹均由所述折环部的内侧边缘向所述折环部的外侧边缘方向延伸。
其中,在所述振膜的正投影面内,各所述月牙形花纹的两端分别与所述折环部的内侧边缘和外侧边缘相连接。
其中,在所述振膜的正投影面内,所述振膜为方形或跑道形,所述折环部包括弧形拐角及分别连接在所述弧形拐角两端的第一边和第二边,所述月牙形花纹分布在所述弧形拐角处。
其中,在所述振膜的正投影面内,位于同一所述弧形拐角处的各月牙形花纹依次排布,且各所述月牙形花纹均由所述第一边向所述第二边弯曲,或均由所述第二边向所述第一边弯曲。
其中,在所述振膜的正投影面内,位于各所述弧形拐角处的所述月牙形花纹的弯曲方向均相同,或位于相邻两所述弧形拐角处的月牙形花纹的弯曲方向相反。

为解决上述第二个技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种微型发声器,包括振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜和音圈,所述振膜为上述振膜。
采用了上述技术方案后,本发明的有益效果是:
由于本发明振膜的折环部上设有花纹,在振膜的正投影面内,花纹包括多条月牙形花纹,月牙形花纹由折环部的内侧边缘向外侧边缘延伸。此种月牙形花纹在振膜振动时,花纹处褶皱会由窄到宽,再由宽到窄进行过渡,与现有技术中的直线形花纹的振膜相比具有如下优点:
一、能够有效的抑制振膜在大位移时摇摆振动,使得振膜在振动时更加平稳,不会产生杂音;
二、能够增加振膜的顺性,可使得微型发声器获得更高灵敏度,具有更优的低频性能;
三、能够减小振膜拐角处褶皱的产生,能够有效的降低谐振频率处的高次谐波失真,提高微型发声器的声音质量;
四、可以有效的减缓振膜拐角处应力大的问题,有效减轻偏振,提高折环部的抗疲劳能力,提高了微型发声器的可靠性余量。
由于本发明微型发声器的振膜为上述振膜,从而不会产生杂音,灵敏度高,高次谐波失真小,声音质量高,可靠性余量大。
综上所述,本发明振膜及设有该振膜的微型发声器解决了现有技术中振膜振动不平稳、顺性低、易产生褶皱等技术问题,本发明振膜及设有该振膜的微型发声器的振膜振动平稳、顺性高、不易产生褶皱、抗疲劳能力强,从而微型发声器的灵敏度高,失真小,声音质量高,可靠性余量大。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一:
如图1所示,一种振膜,包括由内向外依次连接为一体的中心部14、折环部12和固定部10。在振膜的正投影面内,折环部12上分布有花纹,花纹包括多条月牙形花纹20,且每条月牙形花纹20均由折环部12的内侧边缘向折环部12的外侧边缘方向延伸。
进一步的,在振膜的正投影面内,各月牙形花纹20的两端分别与折环部12的内侧边缘和外侧边缘相连接。在振膜振动时,月牙形花纹的花纹处褶皱会由窄到宽,再由宽到窄进行过渡,从而能够有效的减小折环褶皱,减小非线性振动,使得振膜振动时更加平稳,对谐波失真起到有效的抑制作用,能够提高微型发声器的可靠性和声音质量。
需要说明的是,折环部12的内侧是指靠近振膜中心部14的一侧。折环部12的外侧是指靠近振膜固定部10的一侧。
如图所示,月牙形花纹20可以采用与折环部12的凸起方向相反的凹花纹,也可以采用与折环部12的凸起方向相同的凸花纹。
如图1所示,本实施方式优选振膜为方形结构,相应的折环部12为方环形结构,包括弧形拐角及连接在弧形拐角两端的第一边和第二边,弧形拐角共设有四处,月牙形花纹20设置在弧形拐角上。花纹设置在弧形拐角处为本实施方式的优选,实际应用中花纹也可以设置在折环部的第一边和第二边上,本实施例对此不做限制。
需要说明的是,在本发明实施例中,振膜还可以是其他形状的结构,例如跑道形结构,本发明对此不做限制。并且在振膜的为其他形状的结构时,则折环为相应形状的环状结构。例如,在振膜为跑道形结构时,则折环可以为跑道形环状结构。
如图1所示,在振膜的正投影面内,各弧形拐角处均设有多条月牙形花纹20,位于同一弧形拐角处的各月牙形花纹20依次排列,且各月牙形花纹20均由第一边向第二边弯曲,或各月牙形花纹20均由第二边向第一边弯曲。
进一步的,本实施方式中,四个弧形拐角中对角设置的两弧形拐角处的月牙形花纹20均由第一边向第二边弯曲,另外的对角设置的两个弧形拐角处的月牙形花纹20均由第二边向第一边弯曲,即各弧形拐角处的月牙形花纹20 的弯曲方向均相同,整个振膜上的所有的月牙形花纹20均沿折环部12的顺时针方向或逆时针方向弯曲。
如图1所示,在振膜的正投影面内,位于各弧形拐角上的月牙形花纹20的条数相同,同时花纹由弧形拐角处扩展到第一边和第二边靠近弧形拐角的部位上,且位于同一弧形拐角两端的第一边和第二边上的月牙形花纹20条数相同。本实施方式中每一处花纹共设有九条月牙形花纹20,其中有五条位于弧形拐角上,另外的四条分别位于弧形拐角两端的第一边和第二边上,每一边上各设有两条。此种结构有利于改善振膜的偏振,提高微型发声器的声音质量。
需要说明的是,每一处花纹中月牙形花纹的条数并不限于本实施方式中的九条,设计人员可以根据振膜的结构及产品性能的要求进行增减,本实施例对月牙形花纹的条数并不作限制。同时月牙形花纹也可以仅设置在弧形拐角上,或者还可以布满整个折环,设计人员也根据振膜的结构及产品的性能进行调整,本实施例对此也不做限制。
如图1所示,在振膜的正投影面内,位于弧形拐角上的月牙形花纹20的长度大于位于第一边和第二边上的月牙形花纹20的长度,相应的位于弧形拐角上的月牙形花纹20的弧度小于位于第一边和第二边上的月牙形花纹20的弧度,即位于第一边和第二边上的月牙形花纹20的弯曲度较大。此种设计是由折环部的结构决定的,因为弧形拐角处的折环部的宽度大于第一边和第二边处的折环部的宽度,从而根据折环部的结构将各月牙形花纹20设计成长度和弧度不等的结构,可以有效的减缓振膜拐角处应力大的问题,有效减轻偏振,提高折环部的抗疲劳能力,提高了微型发声器的可靠性余量。
实施例二:
如图2所示,本实施方式与实施例一基本相同,其不同之处在于:
位于四个弧形拐角处的月牙形花纹20均由第一边向第二边弯曲;或均由第二边向第一边弯曲,即位于相邻两弧形拐角处的月牙形花纹20的弯曲方向相反,且位于相邻两弧形拐角处的花纹相对于振膜的x轴中心线或y轴中心线对称设置。
实施例三:
一种微型发声器,包括振动系统和磁路系统,振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜和音圈,振膜为实施例一或实施例二中描述的振膜。
由于本发明微型发声器采用了实施例一或实施例二中描述的振膜,从而具有不会产生杂音,灵敏度高,高次谐波失真小,声音质量高,可靠性余量大等优点。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本领域的普通技术人员从上述构思出发,不经过创造性的劳动,所做出的种种变换,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 振膜,包括由内向外依次连接的中心部、折环部和固定部,所述折环部上分布有花纹,其特征在于,在所述振膜的正投影面内,所述花纹包括多条月牙形花纹,且每条所述月牙形花纹均由所述折环部的内侧边缘向所述折环部的外侧边缘方向延伸。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的振膜,其特征在于,在所述振膜的正投影面内,各所述月牙形花纹的两端分别与所述折环部的内侧边缘和外侧边缘相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的振膜,其特征在于,在所述振膜的正投影面内,所述振膜为方形或跑道形,所述折环部包括弧形拐角及分别连接在所述弧形拐角两端的第一边和第二边,所述月牙形花纹分布在所述弧形拐角处。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的振膜,其特征在于,在所述振膜的正投影面内,位于同一所述弧形拐角两端的所述第一边和所述第二边上的所述月牙形花纹条数相同。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的振膜,其特征在于,在所述振膜的正投影面内,位于所述弧形拐角上的所述月牙形花纹的弧度小于位于所述第一边和所述第二边上的所述月牙形花纹的弧度。
  10. 微型发声器,包括振动系统和磁路系统,所述振动系统包括结合在一起的振膜和音圈,其特征在于,所述振膜为权利要求1至9任一权利要求所述的振膜。
