Abstract

一种提示信息的显示方法、提示信息的显示装置及计算机可读存储介质，所述提示信息的显示方法包括：根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息（S10）；确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板（S20）；在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示（S30）。查询提示信息时信息生成模板相同的提示信息以合并后的方式显示，使得显示更加简洁，提升了用户体验。

本申请要求于2017年6月22日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710483565.3、发明名称为“提示信息的显示方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权，其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及信息处理技术领域，尤其涉及一种提示信息的显示方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质。
背景技术
在服务行业，如保险、银行或证券等行业，工作人员为客户办理业务时，需要查询该客户的业务信息，由于该客户可能办理多个同种类型的业务，从而会导致显示多条同种业务的提示信息，这种方式，显示页面不够简洁，用户体验不高。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种提示信息的显示方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质，旨在解决提示信息显示不够简洁，用户体验不高的技术问题。
为实现上述目的，本申请提供一种提示信息的显示方法，所述提示信息的显示方法包括：
根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息；
确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板；
在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示。
此外，为实现上述目的，本申请还提供一种提示信息的显示装置，所述提示信息的显示装置包括：存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的提示信息的显示程序，所述提示信息的显示程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上所述的提示信息的显示方法的步骤。
此外，为实现上述目的，本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质，所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有提示信息的显示程序，所述提示信息的显示程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上所述的提示信息的显示方法的步骤。
本申请提出一种提示信息的显示方法、装置及计算机可读存储介质，在该方法中，根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息；确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板；在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示。通过上述方式，本申请先根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息，然后确定各提示信息所对应的信息生成模板，进而将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，从而能够实现在查询提示信息时信息生成模板相同的提示信息以合并后的方式显示，显示更加简洁，提升了用户体验。

具体实施方式
应当理解，此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请，并不用于限定本申请。
由于现有技术中工作人员在查询客户的业务信息时，同种类型业务对应的多条提示信息不能合并显示，造成显示不够简洁，用户体验不高的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本申请提出一种提示信息的显示方法，通过由获得到的账户获取的提示信息确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板，在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示合并后的提示信息，使得信息生成模板相同的提示信息以合并后的方式显示，显示更加简洁，提升了用户体验。
本申请提示信息的显示方法可以在如图1所示的终端上执行，图1是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的终端结构示意图。
本申请实施例终端可以是PC，也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3（Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III，动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3）播放器、MP4（Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV，动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面4）播放器、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备。
如图1所示，该终端可以包括：处理器1001，例如CPU，网络接口1004，用户接口1003，存储器1005，通信总线1002。其中，通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏（Display）、输入单元比如键盘（Keyboard），可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口（如WI-FI接口）。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器，也可以是稳定的存储器（non-volatile memory），例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地，终端还可以包括摄像头、RF（Radio Frequency，射频）电路，传感器、音频电路、Wi-Fi模块等等。其中，传感器比如光传感器、运动传感器以及其他传感器。具体地，光传感器可包括环境光传感器及接近传感器，其中，环境光传感器可根据环境光线的明暗来调节显示屏的亮度，接近传感器可在移动终端移动到耳边时，关闭显示屏和/或背光。作为运动传感器的一种，重力加速度传感器可检测各个方向上（一般为三轴）加速度的大小，静止时可检测出重力的大小及方向，可用于识别移动终端姿态的应用（比如横竖屏切换、相关游戏、磁力计姿态校准）、振动识别相关功能（比如计步器、敲击）等；当然，移动终端还可配置陀螺仪、气压计、湿度计、温度计、红外线传感器等其他传感器，在此不再赘述。
本领域技术人员可以理解，图1中示出的终端结构并不构成对终端的限定，可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件，或者组合某些部件，或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示，作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统、网络通信模块、用户接口模块以及提示信息的显示程序。
在图1所示的终端中，网络接口1004主要用于连接后台服务器，与后台服务器进行数据通信；用户接口1003主要用于连接客户端（用户端），与客户端进行数据通信；而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的提示信息的显示程序，并执行以下操作：
根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息；
确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板；
在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示。
进一步地，处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的网络操作控制应用程序，还执行以下操作：
在不存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则显示所述提示信息。
进一步地，处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的网络操作控制应用程序，还执行以下操作：
提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数；
在各参数之间添加分离符号形成参数组，并将所述参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数。
进一步地，处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的网络操作控制应用程序，还执行以下操作：
确定提取到的参数的类别；
确定同一类别参数的数量；
在同一类别参数的数量为两个时，在两个参数之间添加第一分离符号形成所述参数组。
进一步地，处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的网络操作控制应用程序，还执行以下操作：
在同一类别参数的数量为三个以上时，在最后两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，并在除最后两个参数之外的其他参数之后添加第二分离符号形成所述参数组。
进一步地，处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的网络操作控制应用程序，还执行以下操作：
将所述参数组分别替换信息生成模板中对应类别的参数。

确定合并后的提示信息待显示的系统；
将所述合并后的提示信息发送至所述待显示系统，以供工作人员和用户查看。
进一步地，处理器1001可以调用存储器1005中存储的网络操作控制应用程序，还执行以下操作：
确定信息生成模板相同的提示信息的数量；
在信息生成模板相同的提示信息的数量为两条以上时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并。
基于上述硬件结构，提出本申请提示信息的显示方法实施例。
参照图2，图2为本申请提示信息的显示方法第一实施例的流程示意图，所述方法包括：
步骤S10，根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息；
在本申请实施例中，该提示信息的显示方法可以应用于银行、保险或证券等行业，工作人员为客户办理业务时，需要查询该客户的业务信息，由于该客户可能办理多个同种类型的业务，从而会导致显示多条同种业务的提示信息，这种方式，显示页面不够简洁，为使提示信息显示时更加简洁，本实施例提出一种提示信息的显示方法。其中提示信息用于提示客户或者工作人员所需要办理或即将需要办理业务相关的提示信息。具体地：在本实施例中，预先设置有提示信息的信息生成模板，所述信息生成模板定义有各业务所对应的字段。例如保单到期提示信息生成模板1：“尊敬的***先生/女士，您的单号为字段a的保单，已经到期，请续费”；基金处理提示信息生成模板2：“尊敬的***先生/女士，您仓位为字段c的基金已经可以卖出，请处理”。在查询业务信息时，则可以根据对应的信息生成模板生成对应的提示信息并显示，比如：需要查询已到期的保单，根据对应信息生成模板“尊敬的***先生/女士，您的单号为字段a的保单，已经到期，请续费”生成的提示信息即为：“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321的保单，已经到期，请续费”。
首先，所述账户可以是工作人员账户，也可以是客户账户，本实施例以客户账户为例。具体地，工作人员在终端为客户查询信息时，可以在终端输入客户账户，该输入的账户包括但不限于身份证号码、合同编号、邮箱等，也可以采用在终端读取客户身份证的方式获得账户。需要说明的是，所述客户账户为在服务器中注册过的账号。当客户账户登录成功时，则会触发该账户在服务器中记录的对应的提示信息，或者在客户账户登录成功时，根据客户需要查询的业务，从服务器中查询到对应的信息。
步骤S20，确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板；
当根据获得的客户账户获取对应的提示信息后，确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板。
作为第一种实施方式，当生成提示信息后，根据提示信息中的参数查找所对应的关键字段，将所述提示信息中参数所对应的关键字段与信息生成模板进行对比，若与信息生成模板相符合，即可确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板。
作为第二种实施方式，在本实施例中，还可以在生成提示信息时，预先建立提示信息与信息生成模板之间的映射关系。当得到提示信息时，通过所述映射表可以确定对应的提示信息信息生成模板。比如获得的三条提示信息为“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321的保单，已经到期，请续费”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为467的保单，已经到期，请续费”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您仓位1的基金已经可以卖出，请处理”，根据映射关系可以确定“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321的保单，已经到期，请续费”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为467的保单，已经到期，请续费”对应信息生成模板1；“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您仓位1的基金已经可以卖出，请处理”对应信息生成模板2。
作为第三种实施方式，当生成提示信息后，将提示信息中参数之外的部分与信息生成模板对比，若提示信息中参数之外的部分与信息生成模板相同，即可确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板，比如提示信息为：尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321的保单，已经到期，请续费，将其中的参数去除，得到的不包括参数的内容：尊敬的先生/女士，您的单号为的保单，已经到期，请续费，此时将不包括参数的内容与模板对比，从而确定提示信息所对应的信息生成模板。
作为第四种实施方式，还可以在信息生成模板中预先设置有对应的关键词，比如信息生成模板：“尊敬的***先生/女士，您的单号为字段a的保单，于字段b已到期，请续费”，预置关键词是“保单”、“到期”和“续费”。当生成的提示信息中含有所述对应的关键词时，即可确定该提示信息所对应的信息生成模板。
可以理解的是，同一账户对应着多种业务类型提示信息的显示信息生成模板。所述信息生成模板包括但不限于保单到期提示信息生成模板、客户基金处理提示信息生成模板、客户投诉提示信息生成模板等。
进一步地，在确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板之前，还可以对获得的提示信息的数量进行判断，如果获得的提示信息只有一条，则不进行任何处理，直接显示。当然在确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板之前，也可以不对获得的提示信息的数量进行判断。
步骤S30，在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示。
根据步骤S20确定提示信息所对应的信息生成模板后，可以分为两种情况：存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同和不存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同。
存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同，即存在对应同一信息生成模板的提示信息的数量大于或等于两条，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示合并后的提示信息。
在不存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则不做任何处理，直接显示获得的提示信息。
在实际实施中，获得的提示信息实际可以为一条，可以为多条。其中多条可以对应同一信息生成模板，也可以对应不同的信息生成模板，每一条提示信息都将按照本申请实施例中的技术方案实现显示。
如从客户账户获取到的三条提示信息如下：“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321的保单，已经到期，请续费”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为467的保单，已经到期，请续费”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您仓位1的基金已经可以卖出，请处理”。其中存在“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321的保单，已经到期，请续费”和“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为467的保单，已经到期，请续费”这两条提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同，对应的信息生成模板是“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为【参数a】的保单，已经到期，请续费”，则将这两条提示信息根据该信息生成模板进行合并，合并后得到的提示信息为：尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321；467的保单，已经到期，请续费”，然后显示合并后的提示信息。而提示信息“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您仓位1的基金已经可以卖出，请处理”对应的信息生成模板是“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您仓位为【参数c】的基金已经可以卖出，请处理”，只有这一条提示信息与之对应，则直接显示该提示信息，即显示合并后的提示信息和未进行合并的提示信息，当然若都有进行过合并处理，则显示经过合并处理后的提示信息。
若从客户账户获取到的提示信息是如下两条：“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321的保单，已经到期，请续费”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您仓位1的基金已经可以卖出，请处理”，那么这两条提示信息分别对应不同的信息生成模板，且同一信息生成模板只对应了一条提示信息，则分别直接显示这两条提示信息。
本实施例通过根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息；确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板；在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示。实现了信息生成模板相同的提示信息以合并后的方式显示，显示更加简洁，使用户体验得到了提升。
进一步地，参照图3，图3为本申请提示信息的显示方法第二实施例的流程示意图。基于上述的实施例，在本实施例中，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，对应地，步骤S30可以包括：
步骤S31，提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数。
步骤S32，在各参数之间添加分离符号形成参数组，并将所述参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数。
为了方便用户进行查看，避免多个参数合并时，无法识别，本实施例中在确定存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数，然后在提取的各参数之间添加分离符号作为一个整体，从而形成参数组，该参数组包括多个参数和在各参数之间添加的分离符合，并将包括分离符号的参数替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数。比如，在某一信息生成模板对应的提示信息中提取到的参数为“A”和“B”，然后在A和B之间添加分离符号，处理为“A和B”，然后将“A和B”替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是，提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数后，可以是先在参数之间添加分离符号形成参数组，然后将参数组替换信息生成模板中对应的参数；也可以是先将提取到的参数替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数，然后在替换了的多个参数之间添加分离符号。或者添加分离符号的动作和替换动作同时进行。
作为一种实施方式，将参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数，信息生成模板作为显示信息。
比如，信息生成模板“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为【参数a】的保单已到期，请续费”所对应的两条提示信息“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321的保单已到期，请续费”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为467的保单已到期，请续费”，提取到的参数分别为“321”、“467”，将“321”、“467”替换信息生成模板中的【参数a】，此时信息生成模板作为显示的信息，即“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为【321和467】的保单已到期，请续费”。
作为另一种实施方式，将参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数的步骤还可以为：提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数后，任意选择对应同一信息生成模板中的一条提示信息，将所述参数组替换被选择的提示信息中的参数，作为显示的信息。
比如，假设信息生成模板“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为【参数a】的保单已到期，请续费”所对应的两条提示信息为：“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321的保单已到期，请续费”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为467的保单已到期，请续费”，提取到的参数分别为“321”、“467”，选择提示信息“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为467的保单已到期，请续费”，然后将“321”、“467”替换所述提示信息中的“467”。此时替换了参数的提示信息为待显示的信息，即“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321和467的保单已到期，请续费”。
具体实施中也可以不添加分离符号，可以预先在设置信息生成模板时，在各字段添加其他符号，在提取参数时和信息生成模板中其他符号也一起提取，作为提取到的参数，从而在合并时由于各参数都包括其他符号，用户在阅读时可以区分，因此可以不添加其他符号。例如可以将设置的信息生成模板为：“尊敬的***先生/女士，您的单号为【字段A】的保单已到期，请续费”，本实施例中其他符号为“【】”，当然在具体实施中其他符号也可以是引号等。当收到如下两条提示信息：“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为【321】的保单已到期，请续费”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为【467】的保单已到期，请续费”，提取的参数为单号“【321】”、“【467】”，此时由于信息生成模板中的各字段已预先设置其他符号，将“【321】”、“【467】”替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数后，待显示的信息即为：“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为【321】【467】的保单已到期，请续费”。
在本实施例中，信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并时，先提取所述提示信息中的参数，然后在各参数之间添加分离符号形成参数组，并将所述参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数，有效完成了提示信息的合并。
进一步地，基于上述本申请提示信息的显示方法的实施例，参照图4，提出本申请提示信息的显示方法第三实施例。
在本实施例中，步骤S32可以包括：
步骤S320，确定获取到的参数的类别；
步骤S321，确定同一类别参数的数量；
步骤S322，在同一类别参数的数量为两个时，在两个参数之间添加第一分离符号。
步骤S323，在同一类别参数的数量为三个以上时，在最后两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，并在除最后两个参数之外的其他参数之后添加第二分离符号形成所述参数组。
本实施例中，分离符号可以包括第一分离符号和第二分离符号，其中，第一分离符号可以是“和”、“and”、“与”、“及”等，第二分离符号可以是标点符号中的顿号或逗号等。
提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数后，所述参数的类别存在一类以上，先确定所述参数的类别，本实施例中参数的类别为各参数所对应的字段，每个字段对应一个类别。然后确定同一类别参数的数量，在所述参数的数量为两个时，在两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，所述参数的数量为三个以上时，在最后两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，并在除最后两个参数之外的其他参数之后添加第二分离符号形成参数组。
需要说明的是，本实施例中，预先建立了信息生成模板中参数与提示信息中参数之间的映射关系且参数有相应的标记，根据所述映射关系可以确定对应的参数的类别。比如信息生成模板“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为参数a的保单于参数b到期，请续费”，其中的参数已用“参数a”、“参数b”进行标记，当收到的提示信息为“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321的保单于2017年3月28日到期，请续费”时，根据映射关系就可以确定“321”对应一类“参数a”，“2017年3月28日”对应另一类“参数b”。
确定提取到的参数的类别后，所述参数的类别存在一类以上，同一类别的参数数量存在两个以上。需要说明的是，本实施例中，服务器可以对同一类别参数的数量进行判断。确定同一类别参数的数量后，在所述参数的数量为两个时，在两个参数之间添加第一分离符号；在所述参数的数量为三个以上时，在最后两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，并在除最后两个参数之外的其他参数之后添加第二分离符号，从而形成所述参数组。
比如，终端获取到两条提示信息：“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您仓位1的基金于2017年3月5日可以卖出，请处理”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您仓位2的基金于2017年3月22日可以卖出，请处理”。其中的参数为仓位“1”、“2”，日期“2017年3月5日”、“2017年3月22日”。参数“1”、“2”为同一类别，数量为两个，在合并时这两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，即“1和2”；“2017年3月5日”、“2017年3月22日”为另一同类别的参数，数量为两个，在合并时这两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，即“2017年3月5日和2017年3月22日”，待显示的信息即为：“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您仓位1和2的基金于2017年3月5日和2017年3月22日可以卖出，请处理”。若终端获取到三条提示信息：“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321的保单已到期，请续费”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为467的保单已到期，请续费”、“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为506的保单已到期，请续费”。其中的参数为单号“321”、“467”、“506”，属于同一类别，数量为三个，则在最后两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，并在除最后两个参数之外的其他参数之后添加第二分离符号，即“321、467和506”，待显示的信息即为：“尊敬的AAA先生/女士，您的单号为321、467和506的保单已到期，请续费”。
在本实施例中，在各参数之间添加分离符号，先确定所述参数的类别，然后确定同一类别的参数的数量，根据参数的数量在各参数之间添加相应的分离符号，体现了添加分离符号的合理性。
进一步地，基于上述本申请提示信息的显示方法的实施例，参照图5，提出本申请提示信息的显示方法第四实施例。
在本实施例中，将包括分离符号的参数替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数，对应地，步骤S32包括：
步骤S324，将所述参数组分别替换信息生成模板中对应类别的参数。
本实施例中，提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数后，确定了参数的类别，确定了同一类别参数的数量，同一类别的各参数之间根据数量添加了相应的分离符号形成参数组，并将不同类别的参数组分别替换信息生成模板中对应类别的参数。
进一步地，显示提示信息，对应地，步骤S30还可以包括：
步骤S33，确定合并后的提示信息待显示的系统；

在本实施例中，将包括分离符号的参数分别替换信息生成模板中对应类别的参数，完成了合并，将合并后的提示信息发送至待显示的系统，显示更加简洁，用户查看时一目了然。
本申请还提供一种提示信息的显示装置。
本申请基于提示信息的显示装置包括：存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的提示信息的显示程序，所述提示信息的显示程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上所述的提示信息的显示方法的步骤。
其中，在所述处理器上运行的提示信息的显示程序被执行时所实现的方法可参照本申请提示信息的显示方法各个实施例，此处不再赘述。
此外，本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质。
本申请计算机可读存储介质上存储有提示信息的显示程序，所述提示信息的显示程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的提示信息的显示方法的步骤。
其中，在所述处理器上运行的提示信息的显示程序被执行时所实现的方法可参照本申请提示信息的显示方法各个实施例，此处不再赘述。
此外，本申请实施例还提出一种提示信息的显示装置，所述显示装置包括：
获取模块，用于根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息；
确定模块，用于确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板；
第一显示模块，用于在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示。
进一步地，所述显示装置还包括：
第二显示模块，用于在不存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则显示所述提示信息。
进一步地，所述第一显示模块包括：
提取单元，用于提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数；
替换单元，用于在各参数之间添加分离符号形成参数组，并将所述参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数。
进一步地，所述合并单元包括：
第一确定子单元，用于确定提取到的参数的类别；
第二确定子单元，用于确定同一类别参数的数量；
第一添加子单元，用于在同一类别参数的数量为两个时，在两个参数之间添加第一分离符号形成所述参数组。
进一步地，所述合并单元还包括：
第二添加子单元，用于在同一类别参数的数量为三个以上时，在最后两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，并在除最后两个参数之外的其他参数之后添加第二分离符号形成所述参数组。
进一步地，所述合并单元还用于将所述参数组分别替换信息生成模板中对应类别的参数。
进一步地，所述第一显示模块还包括：
第一确定单元，用于确定合并后的提示信息待显示的系统；
发送单元，用于将所述合并后的提示信息发送至所述待显示系统，以供工作人员和用户查看。
进一步地，所述第一显示模块还包括：
第二确定单元，用于确定信息生成模板相同的提示信息的数量；
合并单元，用于在信息生成模板相同的提示信息的数量为两条以上时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并。

Claims (33)

  1. 一种提示信息的显示方法，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示方法包括以下步骤：
    根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息；
    确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板；
    在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的提示信息的显示方法，其特征在于，所述确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板的步骤之后还包括：
    在不存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则显示所述提示信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的提示信息的显示方法，其特征在于，所述将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并的步骤包括：
    提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数；
    在各参数之间添加分离符号形成参数组，并将所述参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的提示信息的显示方法，其特征在于，所述在各参数之间添加分离符号形成参数组的步骤包括：
    确定提取到的参数的类别；
    确定同一类别参数的数量；
    在同一类别参数的数量为两个时，在两个参数之间添加第一分离符号形成所述参数组。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的提示信息的显示方法，其特征在于，所述确定同一类别参数的数量的步骤之后还包括：
    在同一类别参数的数量为三个以上时，在最后两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，并在除最后两个参数之外的其他参数之后添加第二分离符号形成所述参数组。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的提示信息的显示方法，其特征在于，所述将所述参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数的步骤包括：
    将所述参数组分别替换信息生成模板中对应类别的参数。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的提示信息的显示方法，其特征在于，所述将所述参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数的步骤包括：
    将所述参数组分别替换信息生成模板中对应类别的参数。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的提示信息的显示方法，其特征在于，所述显示的步骤包括：
    确定合并后的提示信息待显示的系统；
    将所述合并后的提示信息发送至所述待显示系统，以供工作人员和用户查看。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的提示信息的显示方法，其特征在于，所述在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并的步骤包括：
    确定信息生成模板相同的提示信息的数量；
    在信息生成模板相同的提示信息的数量为两条以上时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并。
  10. 一种提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示装置包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的提示信息的显示程序，所述提示信息的显示程序被所述处理器执行时实现如下步骤：
    根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息；
    确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板；
    在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤：
    在不存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则显示所述提示信息。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤：
    提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数；
    在各参数之间添加分离符号形成参数组，并将所述参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤：
    确定提取到的参数的类别；
    确定同一类别参数的数量；
    在同一类别参数的数量为两个时，在两个参数之间添加第一分离符号形成所述参数组。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤：
    在同一类别参数的数量为三个以上时，在最后两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，并在除最后两个参数之外的其他参数之后添加第二分离符号形成所述参数组。
  15. 如权利要求13所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤：
    将所述参数组分别替换信息生成模板中对应类别的参数。
  16. 如权利要求10所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤：
    确定合并后的提示信息待显示的系统；
    将所述合并后的提示信息发送至所述待显示系统，以供工作人员和用户查看。
  17. 如权利要求10所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示程序被所述处理器执行时还实现如下步骤：
    确定信息生成模板相同的提示信息的数量；
    在信息生成模板相同的提示信息的数量为两条以上时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并。
  18. 一种提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述显示装置包括：
    获取模块，用于根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息；
    确定模块，用于确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板；
    第一显示模块，用于在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述显示装置还包括：
    第二显示模块，用于在不存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则显示所述提示信息。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述第一显示模块包括：
    提取单元，用于提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数；
    替换单元，用于在各参数之间添加分离符号形成参数组，并将所述参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数。
  21. 如权利要求20所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述合并单元包括：
    第一确定子单元，用于确定提取到的参数的类别；
    第二确定子单元，用于确定同一类别参数的数量；
    第一添加子单元，用于在同一类别参数的数量为两个时，在两个参数之间添加第一分离符号形成所述参数组。
  22. 如权利要求21所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述合并单元还包括：
    第二添加子单元，用于在同一类别参数的数量为三个以上时，在最后两个参数之间添加第一分离符号，并在除最后两个参数之外的其他参数之后添加第二分离符号形成所述参数组。
  23. 如权利要求21所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述合并单元还用于将所述参数组分别替换信息生成模板中对应类别的参数。
  24. 如权利要求18所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述第一显示模块还包括：
    第一确定单元，用于确定合并后的提示信息待显示的系统；
    发送单元，用于将所述合并后的提示信息发送至所述待显示系统，以供工作人员和用户查看。
  25. 如权利要求18所述的提示信息的显示装置，其特征在于，所述第一显示模块还包括：
    第二确定单元，用于确定信息生成模板相同的提示信息的数量；
    合并单元，用于在信息生成模板相同的提示信息的数量为两条以上时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并。
  26. 一种计算机可读存储介质，其特征在于，所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有提示信息的显示程序，所述提示信息的显示程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤：
    根据获得的账户获取对应的提示信息；
    确定所述提示信息所对应的信息生成模板；
    在存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，将信息生成模板相同的提示信息进行合并，并显示。
  27. 如权利要求26所述的计算机可读存储介质，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤：
    在不存在提示信息所对应的信息生成模板相同时，则显示所述提示信息。
  28. 如权利要求26所述的计算机可读存储介质，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤：
    提取信息生成模板相同的提示信息中的参数；
    在各参数之间添加分离符号形成参数组，并将所述参数组替换所述信息生成模板中对应的参数。
  29. 如权利要求28所述的计算机可读存储介质，其特征在于，所述提示信息的显示程序被处理器执行时还实现如下步骤：
    确定提取到的参数的类别；
