有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种基于虚拟现实的购物方法及系统,所述方法包括:获取用户图像以及用户信息;根据所述用户图像以及用户信息建立所述用户对应的购物模型;当接收到用户选择的衣物时,将所述衣物搭配至所述购物模型;将搭配衣物的购物模型传送至用户使用的虚拟现实设备,以使所述虚拟现实设备呈现所述搭配衣物的购物模型以供购物参考。本发明通过建立用户对应的购物模型,并将用户选择的衣物搭配至所述购物模型,并通过虚拟现实设备呈现显示效果以提示用户,使得用户在网购时能够模拟试穿所选择的衣物,再根据模拟试穿效果决定是否购买,提高了网购的效率。

本发明提供一种基于虚拟现实的购物方法及系统,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明中,使用用于表示元件的诸如“模块”、“部件”或“单元”的后缀仅为了有利于本发明的说明,其本身并没有特定的意义。因此,模块”、“部件”或“单元”可以混合地使用。
终端设备可以以各种形式来实施。例如,本发明中描述的终端可以包括诸如移动电话、智能电话、笔记本电脑、数字广播接收器、PDA(个人数字助理)、PAD(平板电脑)、PMP(便携式多媒体播放器)、导航装置等等的移动终端以及诸如数字TV、台式计算机等等的固定终端。然而,本领域技术人员将理解的是,除了特别用于移动目的的元件之外,根据本发明的实施方式的构造也能够应用于固定类型的终端。
下面结合附图,通过对实施例的描述,对发明内容作进一步说明。
请参照图1,图1为本发明提供的基于虚拟现实的购物方法的较佳实施例的流程图。所述方法包括:
S100、获取用户图像以及用户信息。
具体地,所述用户图像指的是用户全身照片。所述用户全身照片包括多个从各个视角拍摄的全身照片,例如,正面全身照,左侧面全身照,右侧面全身照等。所述用户信息为用户的身体外形信息。在本实施例中,所述用户信息包括用户的身高和体重,例如,身高175cm,体重65kg。当然,在实际应用中,所述用户信息还可以包括用户的体型信息,例如胸围、腰围、臀围等,为用户的购物模型的建立提供更加精确的数据,使得购物模型更加贴近用户的真实体型。
在本实施例中,所述用户图像通过具有拍照功能的外部设备进行采集,然后通过网络将采集的用户图像信息上传到购物平台用于创建购物模型。因此,所述获取用户图像以及用户信息具体可以包括:
S101、购物平台通过网络与外部设备相连接;
S102、接收外部设备上传的用户图像以及用户信息,其中,所述用户图像为用户全身照片。
具体地,在所述步骤S101中,所述购物平台通过网络与外部设备进行通信,接收外部设备上传的用户图像和用户信息,并发布商品信息供用户浏览和购买。所述外部设备指的是能够采集用户图像并且与购物平台进行通信的终端设备,例如,PC端、移动终端、VR设备等。用户可以通过所述外部设备浏览购物平台发布的商品信息,并进行购物。
在所述步骤S102中,所述外部设备拍摄完所述用户图像,并保存在外部设备的存储设备。当外部设备与购物平台建立网路连接后,将保存的用户图像上传至购物平台,购物平台接收所述用户图像。所述用户信息是用户根据自身当前的身体数据输入的。在本实施例中,用户通过外部设备的语音识别功能,直接说出当前的身高、体重等信息进行语音输入,这样用户不需要再进行手动输入用户信息,使得人机交互的过程更加人性化,同时使得不会使用键盘输入的用户也可以准确而快速的输入自己当前的身体外形信息。当然,所述用户信息也可以通过外部设备的键盘进行手动输入。
在本实施例中,为了便于管理用户图像以及用户信息,在购物平台接收外部设备上传的用户图像以及用户信息之前还包括一个用户登陆所述购物平台的过程。购物平台为每一个用户配置一个账号,这样每一个用户在所述购物平台都对应唯一的一个账号。当购物平台接收到外部设备上传的用户图像和用户信息时,自动将所述用户图像和用户信息保存至用户对应的账号。进一步地,用户通过所述账号登陆所述购物平台并上传了用户图像和用户信息后,购物平台保存所述用户图像和用户信息至所述账号。当用户下次登陆所述账号时,购物平台可以提示用户是否需要重新上传用户图像和用户信息,若用户选择否,则直接调用上一次保存的用户图像和用户信息,这样即不需要再次上传,节省了购物时间,给用户带来方便。
当外部设备拍摄到用户多个角度的全身照时,通过网络上传至所述购物平台,购物平台接收所述用户图像和用户信息并执行步骤S200。
S200、根据所述用户图像以及用户信息建立所述用户对应的购物模型。
具体地,所述购物模型指的是模拟用户身体而建立的三维仿真模型,用于当用户在所述购物平台购物时,替代用户本体试穿衣物。由于所述购物模型为模拟用户身体而建立的,因此必须利用用户真实的身体信息进行建模。
示例性的,所述根据所述用户图像以及用户信息建立所述用户对应的购物模型具体可以包括:
S201、根据所述用户图像生成所述用户的3D模型;
S202、根据所述用户信息确定所述用户的身形信息,并根据所述身形信息调整所述3D模型以建立与用户对应的购物模型。
具体的来说,在所述步骤S201中,购物平台接收到用户图像后,利用照片建模技术建立所述用户的3D模型,将接收到的所述用户图像转化成3D模型。所述照片建模技术指的是将采集的照片通过计算机进行图形图像处理以及三维计算后,自动生成被拍摄物体的三维模型的技术。在实际应用中,可以采用Autodesk123D根据所述用户图像创建3D模型。
由于用户图像无法反应用户的真实身高、体重等信息,因此在创建完3D模型后还需结合用户提供的用户信息对所述3D模型进行调整以得到还原用户真实身形数据的购物模型。在所述步骤S202中,所述身形信息指的是用户身材的类型。所述类型可以分为不同的等级,例如,A,B,C等。在实际应用中,由于男性和女性的身形差异较大,可以将所述身形信息按照性别分为男性和女性两类,例如,将男性用户身材的类型分为Men-A,Men-B,Men-C等;将女性用户的身材类型分为WM-A,WM-B,WM-C等。因此在步骤S202之前还包括一个性别识别的过程,其可以根据用户在所述购物平台的账号信息中获取用户的性别,也可以根据所述用户图像来确定用户的性别。
在本实施例中,所述根据所述用户信息确定所述用户的身形信息具体为:根据用户的身高和体重数据确定用户的身材类型,例如,男性身高175cm、体重65KG,对应等级A;男性身高185cm、体重85KG,对应等级B,……;女性身高160cm,体重55KG,对应等级WM-A;女性身高165cm,体重60KG,对应等级WM-B,……。这样,每一组身高和体重都对应一种身材类型,方便购物模型与尺码的对应。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,由于每个人的身材是不一样的,光凭借身高和体重可能无法准确还原用户的身材,因此可以将处在某一范围的身高和体重,对应一个身形等级,从而建立一个与用户信息相对应的购物模型。例如,男性身高173-175cm,体重60-65KG,对应等级Men-A;男性身高180-185cm、体重75-85KG,对应等级Men-B,……。
在确定用户的身形信息后,根据所述身形信息对所述3D模型进行调整,以生成以用户真实身高和体重为基础的购物模型,用于代替用户试穿购物平台中选中的衣物,从而还原真实的试穿效果。
S300、当接收到用户选择的衣物时,将所述衣物搭配至所述购物模型。
具体地,所述衣物包括:衣服、裤子、鞋子、帽子等。所述衣物携带一个衣物尺寸,例如,M-M码、WM-M码、M-L码、WM-L码等。由于用户的购物模型携带了与用户相对应的身形类型,而不同的身形类型对应不同的衣物尺寸。因此,在搭配衣物前还包括预先设置购物模型与衣物尺寸的对应关系。所述购物模型与衣物尺寸的对应关系指的是所述购物模型携带的身形类型与衣物尺寸的对应关系。例如,用户的购物模型携带的身形类型为Men-A,其对应的衣物尺寸为M-M码;用户的购物模型携带的身形类型为Men-B,其对应的衣物尺寸为M-L码等。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,由于不同的用户的身形比例差异较大,为了使购物模型在搭配衣物时更加灵活,可以将一个身形等级对应一个尺码范围,例如购物模型携带的身形类型为Men-A,其对应的衣物尺寸可以为M-M码和M-L码;购物模型携带的身形类型为Men-A,其对应的衣物尺寸可以为M-L码和M-XL码,这样就使得不同身材的用户对应的的衣物尺寸在一个弹性的范围内,避免了用户选取不到满意的衣物的问题。
示例性的,所述当接收到用户选择的衣物时,将所述衣物搭配至所述购物模型具体可以包括:
S301、当接收到用户选择的衣物时,确定所述衣物的尺寸;
S302、根据预设的购物模型与衣物尺寸的对应关系确定所述衣物的尺寸搭配至所述购物模型的显示效果,并将所述衣物以显示效果搭配至所述购物模型。
具体的来说,在所述步骤S302中,所述显示效果指的是购物模型搭配衣物尺寸的搭配效果,其可以分为合适与不合适。当获取的尺寸与当前用户的购物模型之间的关系符合所述预设的购物模型与衣物尺寸的对应关系,则判定为合适;当获取的尺寸与当前用户的购物模型之间的关系不符合所述预设的购物模型与衣物尺寸的对应关系,则判定为不合适。例如,用户当前的购物模型携带的身形类型为Men-A,其对应的衣物尺寸为M-M码,若所述获取的尺寸为M-L码,则判定显示效果为不合适。
所述步骤S302具体过程可以包括:
H1、根据预设的购物模型与衣物尺寸的对应关系确定当前用户的购物模型对应的衣物尺寸;
H2、将所述衣物尺寸与所述尺寸进行比较,若二者不同,则判定为不合适;若二者相同,则判定为合适。
H3、将所述衣物以判定的显示效果搭配至当前用户的购物模型。
S400、将搭配衣物的购物模型传送至用户使用的虚拟现实设备,所述虚拟现实设备呈现所述搭配衣物的购物模型。
具体地,所述虚拟现实设备指的是可以将所述搭配衣物的购物模型以虚拟现实的效果呈现给用户的显示设备,例如,VR眼镜,头戴式显示器等。所述虚拟显示设备接收所述衣物以显示效果搭配至所述购物模型,将所述显示效果呈现给用户,并给予相应的提示供用户参考。
在本实施例中,当所搭配的衣物与用户当前的购物模型为合适时,所述虚拟现实设备的显示界面出现图标“√”,提示用户所述衣物与用户当前购物模型的显示效果为合适;当所搭配的衣物与用户当前的购物模型为合适时,所述虚拟现实设备的显示界面出现图标“×”,提示用户所述衣物与用户当前购物模型的显示效果为不合适。当然,所述提示方式还可以为在所述显示界面上直接以文字形式进行提示,若合适则出现文字“合适”;若不合适则出现文字“不合适”来提示用户。在实际应用中,所述提示方式可以是系统默认,也可以是用户根据自己的偏好自行设定以满足用户的个性化的视觉需求。
当然,用户也可以根据所述显示界面呈现的所述搭配衣物的购物模型的三维图像自行判定是否合适,并决定是否购买所述衣物。通过建立用户购物模型并将所述购物模型搭配衣物后的图像通过虚拟现实设备呈现给用户,使得用户在购物平台购物时,直接把喜欢的衣物通过放置在购物模型上来查看试穿效果,这样用户身临其境地体验实体购物的试穿效果。
下面通过一个具体实施例流程对发明内容作进一步说明,如图2所示,所述基于虚拟现实的购物方法,其包括:
S10、接收用户上传全身照片;
S20、根据所述全身照片生成与所述用户对应的3D模型,其中,所述3D模型保留所述全身照片携带的头部图像;
S30、接收用户输入身高和体重;
S40、根据接收到的身高和体重调整所述3D模型,以得到所述用户的购物模型;
S50、接收用户选取衣物的操作,并确实所述操作对应的第一衣物尺寸;
S60、根据预先建立的购物模型与衣物尺寸对应关系的数据库确定所述购物模型对应的第二衣物尺寸,并判断所述第一衣物尺寸与所述第二衣物尺寸是否一致;
S70、若不一致,则在虚拟现实设备的显示界面提示不合适,并将搭配不协调的效果呈现给用户;
S80、若一致,则在虚拟现实设备的显示界面提示合适,并将搭配协调的效果呈现给用户。

  12. 根据权利要求11所述基于虚拟现实的购物系统,其中,所述获取用户图像以及用户信息具体包括:
    购物平台通过网络与外部设备相连接;
    接收外部设备上传的用户图像以及用户信息,其中,所述用户图像为用户全身照片。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述基于虚拟现实的购物系统,其中,所述根据所述用户图像以及用户信息建立所述用户对应的购物模型,具体包括:
    根据所述用户图像生成所述用户的3D模型;
    根据所述用户信息确定所述用户的身形信息,并根据所述身形信息调整所述3D模型以建立与用户对应的购物模型。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述基于虚拟现实的购物系统,其中,所述当接收到用户选择的衣物时,将所述衣物搭配至所述购物模型具体包括:
    当接收到用户选择的衣物时,确定所述衣物的尺寸;
    根据预设的购物模型与衣物尺寸的对应关系确定所述衣物的尺寸搭配至所述购物模型的显示效果,并将所述衣物以显示效果搭配至所述购物模型。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述基于虚拟现实的购物系统,其中,所述将搭配衣物的购物模型传送至用户使用的虚拟现实设备,所述虚拟现实设备呈现所述搭配衣物的购物模型具体为:
    将所述购物模型传送至用户使用的虚拟现实设备,所述虚拟现实设备呈现所述搭配衣物的购物模型并提示用户所述购物模型配置的所述衣物的显示效果。
