本发明涉及LED灯具设计技术领域,具体涉及一种便于加工和装配的户外灯具。
背景技术
户外的照明灯具通常可以与周围的道路、景观、建筑相结合进行灯光设计安装,从而达到其功能性与艺术性的统一,户外灯包括道路灯、景观灯(中华灯、烟花灯、樱花灯等)、草坪灯(不锈钢草皮灯)、地埋灯、墙头灯、户外射灯、投光灯、洗墙灯等,对于停车场用灯要是户外照明灯具中经常用到的一种,然而,现有技术中的停车场用灯往往存在一定的缺陷,比如装配复杂、维护成本高、寿命短等,因此有待进一步的改进。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足而提供一种使用方便、维护成本低、便于安装的便于加工和装配的户外灯具。
本发明为解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:
本发明提供一种便于加工和装配的户外灯具,包括灯体、电源组件、透镜组和LED灯板,所述灯体包括安装主体和电源安置空间,所述LED灯板和所述透镜组安装于所述安装主体上,所述电源安置空间内安置所述电源组件,所述电源组件与所述LED灯板连接,并为所述LED灯板提供电能。
进一步地,所述灯体的安装主体为中空结构,所述安装主体内设置有过线槽,所述过线槽内安置有电子线,所述电子线用于连通所述电源组件和所述LED灯板。
进一步地,所述电源安置空间一侧设置有穿线孔,所述穿线孔与所述过线槽接通,用于将电子线从所述电源安置空间牵引至所述过线槽。
进一步地,所述安装主体上还设置有用于快速散热的空气对流孔,所述灯体上还设置有散热鳍片和防水孔,所述防水孔内安置有防水盖,所述防水盖上安置有防水圈,用于防止水进入所述灯体。
进一步地,所述电源组件由驱动电源和用于固定所述驱动电源的电源固定板组成,所述驱动电源上设置有固定座,所述电源固定板为中部凸起结构,两侧设置有折边,所述固定座和所述电源固定板上设置有螺丝孔,所述螺丝孔内安置有螺丝,所述驱动电源通过所述螺丝孔和螺丝固定在所述电源固定板上,所述驱动电源通过所述电子线与所述LED灯板连接,并为所述LED灯板提供电能。
进一步地,所述透镜组上设置有透镜防水圈,防止水进入到LED灯板上。
进一步地,所述电源安置空间上设置有保护盖,所述保护盖和所述电源安置空间上对应设置有螺丝孔,所述螺丝孔内安装有螺丝,所述保护盖通过所述螺丝孔和螺丝与所述电源安置空间紧固在一起,所述保护盖上设置有转芯,所述电源安置空间上设置有与所述转芯相配合的转体。
进一步地,所述转芯和所述转体之间安插有插销,所述保护盖通过所述转芯、转体和插销在所述电源安置空间上翻转。
进一步地,所述插销为一体式插销,所述插销上设置有与所述插销相配合的卡簧,所述插销上设置有用于安装所述卡簧的卡槽,所述卡簧上设置有卡口。

如图1至5所示,本发明提供一种便于加工和装配的户外灯具,包括灯体1、电源组件2、透镜组3和LED灯板4,所述灯体1包括安装主体5和电源安置空间6,所述LED灯板4和所述透镜组3安装于所述安装主体5上,所述电源安置空间6内安置所述电源组件2,所述电源组件2与所述LED灯板4连接,并为所述LED灯板4提供电能,本实施例中LED灯板有2块,透镜组由两组透镜组成。
本实施例中,所述灯体1的安装主体5为中空结构,所述安装主体5内设置有过线槽7,所述过线槽7内安置有电子线8,所述电子线8用于连通所述电源组件2和所述LED灯板4。
本实施例中,所述电源安置空间6一侧设置有穿线孔9,所述穿线孔9与所述过线槽7接通,用于将电子线8从所述电源安置空间6牵引至所述过线槽7。
本实施例中所述安装主体5上还设置有用于快速散热的空气对流孔51,所述灯体1上还设置有散热鳍片52和防水孔53,所述防水孔53内安置有防水盖54,所述防水盖54上安置有防水圈55,用于防止水进入所述灯体1。
本实施例中,所述电源组件2由驱动电源21和用于固定所述驱动电源21的电源固定板22组成,所述驱动电源21上设置有固定座211, 所述电源固定板22为中部凸起结构,两侧设置有折221边,所述固定座和所述电源固定板22上设置有螺丝孔10,所述螺丝孔10内安置有螺丝101,所述驱动电源21通过所述螺丝孔10和螺丝101固定在所述电源固定板22上,所述驱动电源21通过所述电子线8与所述LED灯板4连接,并为所述LED灯板4提供电能。
本实施例中,所述透镜组3上设置有透镜防水圈31,防止水进入到LED灯板4上。
本实施例中,所述电源安置空间6上设置有保护盖61,所述保护盖61和所述电源安置空间6上对应设置有螺丝孔10,所述螺丝孔10内安装有螺丝101,所述保护盖61通过所述螺丝孔10和螺丝101与所述电源安置空间6紧固在一起,所述保护盖61上设置有转芯611,所述电源安置空间6上设置有与所述转芯611相配合的转体612。
本实施例中,所述转芯611和所述转体612之间安插有插销613,所述保护盖61通过所述转芯611、转体612和插销613在所述电源安置空间6上翻转。

本发明所提供的一种便于加工和装配的户外灯具,具有易加工、易装配、成本低、寿命长等特点,不但方便了用户的使用,而且有效节约了资源,具有极大的经济使用价值,本申请中灯体采用铝合金压铸经表面静电喷涂工艺制成,兼具外形美观、LED散热器、电源外壳及光感应器底座等功能于一体,灯体上设计的的穿线孔和过线槽,并且均设计在灯体的正面。该机构使得生产组装灯具时,以下工位:电子线连接LED灯板与LED驱动电源、电子线连接LED灯板、上螺丝锁LED灯板、上螺丝锁透镜组、上螺丝锁LED驱动电源等五道工序全部均可在灯体的正面完成操作,不必翻转至灯体的背部操作,在生产时极为方便,极大的提高了生产效率。
所述灯体背面设计的数片散热鳍片,以辅助LED散热,灯体中间及头部设计的数个空气对流孔,以提高灯体的对流散热能力。在户外使用本灯具时该孔位还同时起到了排泄灯体背部积水的功能。灯体电源安置空间上设计的转体,该机构的孔位经巧妙的设计可通过压铸模具前后模的穿插配合成型,无需进行钻孔加工,保证了尺寸的精准性并同时减少了加工工艺。
另外,灯体的过线槽在两组透镜交接处设计有穿插结构100,保证了两组透镜防水圈能与灯体有效接触,并通过背部锁小防水盖封闭了过线槽,在保证防水性能的同时简化了该处模具的结构及加工的复杂
