[0025] 请参阅图1至3,一实施例的户外LED灯10包括壳体11和与壳体11 一体成型的散热器。也就是说,壳体11和散热器112设计成一个整体结构,从而实现良好的散热。
[0026] 如图2和3所示,在壳体11上与散热器对应的位置处设置有通孔15。在一实施例中, 在壳体11相对的两侧与散热器相对应的位置分布设置有多个通孔15,每一侧的多个通孔15 均匀间隔设置,且每个通孔15均为条状长孔,由此散热器通过两侧的多个通孔15与外界空气连通形成热交换通道进行热对流,加强了空气在散热器112的翅片之间的热对流,使该户外LED灯10的散热效果更好。在一个实施例中,通孔15设置在壳体11的侧面,散热器112的散热齿片位于壳体11的顶部,由此通孔15与散热齿片之间相通,即形成对流通道,温度较低的气流从侧面的通孔15进入,快速带走顶部的散热器112的散热齿片处温度较高的空气。另夕卜,通孔15在壳体11的侧面更好地避免从该户外LED灯10的下方可直接看到通孔15,从而更好地改善了外观。
[0027] 如图1和2所示,在壳体11内设置有与散热器112导热连接的LED灯板12,在一实施例中,该LED灯板12包括铝基板和设置在该铝基板上的LED灯珠。另外,在壳体11上且LED灯板12上方设置有连体透镜13,由此在使用时,通过连体透镜13把LED灯板12发射的光导出进行照明。[〇〇28]在一实施例中,如图1和2所示,LED灯板12上设置有多个LED灯珠以及在连体透镜 13上设置有多个透镜131,一个透镜131将一个LED灯珠发射的光导出。在一实施例中,该连体透镜采用聚碳酸酯(PC)材料制成,由此一体化形成PC连体透镜,将该PC连体透镜安装在 LED灯板12上方把光发射出去,实现发光效果。如图4和5所示的实施例中,通过调节透镜131 的内曲面和外曲面的结构,可以实现不同的偏光角度。在示范性实施例中,透镜131的偏光角度可以调节为是67度。
[0029]另外,在一实施例中,连体透镜13与壳体11的连接位置处设置有防水密封圈14。也就是说,连体透镜13安装在壳体11上后,与该防水密封圈14结合,达到IP65以上的防护等级。在一实施例中,该防水密封圈14采用硅胶制成。[〇〇3〇]如图2所示,在壳体11内设置有电源仓171,由此可以将多种电源驱动及感应器等相关电路设备安装在该电源仓171内。另外,在壳体11上还设置有与电源仓171匹配的电源仓盖172。在一实施例中,该电源仓盖172采用铝材制成。在使用时电源仓171开口朝地面方向,由此需要在电源仓盖172和电源仓171之间设置有连接绳(未示出),在一实施例中,该连接绳为钢丝绳。从而,电源仓盖172和电源仓171用钢丝绳吊接,防止拆开电源仓盖172后电源仓171掉落地面。因此,该户外LED灯10安装后方便拆开电源仓盖172后进行电路检修和更换驱动电源。在一实施例中,电源仓171在壳体11上的对应安装柄位置从水平方向向外凸出,增大区域,有利于用户伸手进去安装,方便使用。
[0031] 如图2所示,在壳体11上设置有用于安装感应器的安装位。在一实施例中,在壳体 11上设置有多个不同的安装位用于安装多个不同的感应器。在该实施例中,壳体11上设置有分离式感光器安装孔163、动作感应器安装孔161和旋扣式感光器安装孔等等。由此,可将分离式感光器、旋扣式感光器164、动作感应器162安装到壳体11上,例如,可以选择在壳体 11的顶部安装旋扣式感光器164,在壳体的侧面安装普通感光器,以及在底部装雷达动作感应器,由此实现该户外LED灯10可自带多种感应器。如图6所示,在另一实施例中,感光器底座安装位212凸起,也就是说,壳体11表面的其他位置均低于感光器底座安装位212,由此减少该户外LED灯的整体的重量。
[0032] 在一实施例中,在壳体11上设置有与多种安装支架相兼容的安装柄18。由此,可同时兼容使用传统的户外LED灯10的圆形(方形)安装支架、弓形安装支架和挤压铝臂(盒型) 安装支架等四种以上的安装方式。
[0033] 如图7所示,将该户外LED灯10安装到安装支架19上。在图7所示的实施例中,将安装柄18设置在壳体11上时,在安装柄18和壳体11之间设置有第一防水胶片211。然后,通过安装柄18将该户外LED灯10安装到安装支架19上。在一实施例中,将支撑块212、第二防水胶片213和固定块214先用螺丝安装在安装支架19上。接着,通过安装柄18将该户外LED灯10整体先卡入支撑块212,再用螺丝将安装柄18锁定在支撑块212上。最后,在安装柄18内连接好 AC电线后,将底盖215用螺丝锁定在安装柄18上。由此,在后期的使用过程中,如果需要接线仅需要拆卸下底盖215就可以进行操作。该实施例的设计优点是:整个过程仅需1个操作员便可完成整个操作过程,这很大程度上提高了安装效率和显著降低了灯具安装的人工成本。因为现有的设计务必需要两个人才能完成安装。
[0034] 如图8所示再一实施例的户外LED灯10,其中在壳体上且LED灯板上方设置有两个连体透镜13。也就是说,在该实施例中,采用280W的双透镜的设计。
