Description
本发明涉及物联网技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能楼宇监控方法及装置。
随着社会的进步,经济的发展,高速发展的建筑业以及不断扩大的建筑规模使得建筑能耗日益增长,对楼宇的能耗控制显得越来越重要。
现有技术中,智能楼宇监控一般为通过现场开关控制或者可以通过服务器远程控制一些物联网设备。虽然通过服务器控制物联网设备的电源,实现能耗监测。但用户不能直观了解自己的办公场所耗电量分布,以及不能智能化对自己办公场所的用电设备进行智能化控制。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种智能楼宇监控方法及装置。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种智能楼宇监控方法,该方法包括:
接收用户注册请求,根据所述用户注册请求建立智能楼宇内相应办公单位的用户账户信息;
接收物联网设备的备案请求,所述备案请求包括物联网设备的基本信息,将所述物联网设备的基本信息存储在对应的用户账户下;
接收物联网设备的监测信息,对所述物联网设备的监测信息进行综合分析,生成分析结果,根据所述分析结果对物联网设备进行智能控制。
本发明实施例提供的智能楼宇监控方法,通过不同单位注册自己的账户,将本单位的物联网设备信息存储在用户账户下,根据物联网设备信息的分析结果对物联网设备进行智能控制,实现各个单位对自己本单位物联网设备的智能监控,提高智能楼宇的个性化监控。
进一步,该方法还包括在成员列表中设置各物联网设备的属性,所述物联网设备的属性包括公用和个体用,管理员终端对所有物联网设备具有操作权限,用户终端对其所使用的个体用物联网设备具有操作权限。

具体地,如果普通员工或管理员想了解自己所使用的物联网设备的使用情况,可以通过发送查询请求,比如,普通员工所用的电脑、电话和一些生活电器(如加湿器等),可以发送查询请求,查询请求中包括该员工的基本信息,根据该员工的基本信息从成员列表中获取对应的物联网设备信息,如该员工所对应的上述物联网设备的开关通断信息,通过上述通断信息可以判读是否有浪费电能的情况。如在下班时间后上述设备还处于开启状态。管理员也可以发送查询请求,查询存在异常使用物联网设备的员工信息等。
该实施例提供的智能楼宇监控方法,管理员终端和员工终端可以向服务端发送查询请求,服务端根据查询请求获取对应物联网设备的物联网设备信息和/或对应的分析结果;将所述物联网设备的监测信息和/或对应的分析结果发送给管理员终端或员工终端。便于管理员终端或员工终端对各物联网设备信息的快速查询。
优选地,作为本发明另一实施例,在上述任一实施例的基础上,该智能楼宇监控方法中,接收物联网设备的监测信息,对所述物联网设备的监测信息进行综合分析,生成分析结果,根据所述分析结果对物联网设备进行智能控制包括:
根据物联网设备的开关通断获取各物联网设备的使用时间,当所述使用时间超出预设标准范围时,生成物联网设备异常使用的提示信息,其中所述提示信息包括异常使用的物联网设备的基本信息,将所述提示信息发送至安装于所述办公单位的提示装置、物联网设备对应的员工终端和管理员终端中的至少一个。
具体地,如办公单位一台电脑的预设使用时间是8:30-17:30,当该台电脑的实际使用时间超出预设标准范围时,如在17:30以后该台电脑仍处于开启状态,则生成物联网设备异常使用的提示信息,提示信息中包括该设备的基本信息,如设备编号,根据设备编号查询该设备对应的工作人员基本信息,可以将提示信息发送至安装于所述办公单位的提示装置、物联网设备对应的员工终端和管理员终端中的至少一个。
当将提示信息发送至安装于办公单位的提示装置时,提示装置显示该台电脑的基本信息,并进行语音播报,提示办公区域内的员工该台电脑异常使用,是否继续使用,如果该工作人员是因为加班需要继续使用,则员工可以手动结束提示装置的报警,或者该员工忘记关电脑,其他员工收到提示信息后帮该员工关闭该台电脑,并手动结束提示装置的报警,或者在提示信息发出预设时间后,未收到提示装置结束报警的反馈信息,则服务端远程控制关闭该台电脑。
当将提示信息发送至该台电脑对应的工作人员的员工终端,员工可以根据自身情况决定是否关闭该台电脑。如原需要加班则可以结束员工终端的报警,继续使用该台电脑;或者该工作人员忘记关电脑而导致该台电脑异常使用,则可以通过员工终端向服务端发送关闭该台电脑的控制指令,服务端根据控制指令关闭该台电脑;或者在提示信息发出预设时间后,未收到员工终端结束报警的反馈信息,则服务端远程控制关闭该台电脑。
当将提示信息发送至管理员终端,管理员终端可以通过打电话给使用该台电脑的工作人员,确认是否继续使用该台电脑,进而决定是否远程控制关闭该台电脑;或者在提示信息发出预设时间后,未收到管理员终端结束报警的反馈信息,则服务端远程控制关闭该台电脑。
该实施例提供的智能楼宇监控方法,通过实时检测各物联网设备信息是否异常使用,当检测到异常使用时,生成提示信息,将所述提示信息发送至安装于所述办公单位的提示装置、物联网设备对应的员工终端和管理员终端等,以提醒相关人员进行处理,避免物联网设备异常允许,造成公司损失。
图6为发明另一实施例提供的智能楼宇监控系统架构图;在图1所示实施例的基础上,该系统还包括安装于办公场所内的交互设备,交互设备可以包括语音交互设备和视频交互设备。交互设备与员工终端和管理员终端在服务器端预先建立绑定关系。根据需要,员工终端和管理员终端可以与交互设备建立通信连接,进而进一步确认是否存在异常使用的物联网设备
如图7给出了本发明实施例提供的一种智能楼宇监控方法的信令交互图。交互设备710向服务器720发送备案请求,备案请求中包括交互设备的基本信息,服务器720根据备案信息对交互设备710进行备案,管理员终端或员工终端730向服务器720发送绑定请求,服务器720根据绑定请求将交互设备710和管理员终端或员工终端730进行绑定。服务器720在接收到管理员终端或员工终端730发送的连接请求时,根据绑定关系查找到对应的交互设备710,并向交互设备710发送连接请求,如果在预设时间内接通,则将连接记录记录到日志文件中,如果在预设时间内未接通,服务器720向员工终端或管理员终端730发送是否关闭所述异常使用的物联网设备的询问信息,员工终端或管理员终端730根据询问信息向服务器720发送确认结果,服务器720根据确认结果决定是否关闭所述异常使用的物联网设备。
优选地,作为本发明另一实施例,在上述任一实施例的基础上,如图8所示,服务器执行的方法还包括:
S810,预先建立员工终端、管理员终端与安装于办公场所内的交互设备的绑定关系;
S820,在接收到员工终端或管理员终端发送的连接请求时,建立员工终端或管理员终端与交互设备的通信连接;
S830,判断在预设时间内连接是否接通;
S840,如果在预设时间内连接接通,通过与办公单位内员工确认所述异常使用的物联网设备是否继续使用;

上述实施例中智能楼宇监控方法,员工终端、管理员终端可以预先与办公场所内的交互设备进行绑定,可以根据需要发送连接请求,如果在预设时间内连接接通,通过与办公
单位内员工确认所述异常使用的物联网设备是否继续使用,比如工作人员答复,需要继续使用设备,取消异常报警;如果在预设时间内连接未接通,可以向员工或管理员询问是否关闭异常使用的物联网设备,根据反馈的结果决定是否远程关闭物联网设备。该实施例中的方法,在办公场所内安装交互设备,员工或管理员不在现场的情况也可以根据交互设备了解办公场所内设备的使用情况。
优选地,作为本发明另一实施例,在上述任一实施例的基础上,该方法还包括:接收办公单位的视频监控信息,将所述视频监控信息存储在对应的用户账户下,在接收到管理员终端发送的第二查询请求时,将所述视频监控信息发送至所述管理员终端。
具体地,在办公单位的办公场所安装监控设备,监控设备的开启关闭时间可以自行设置,如工作时间工作人员都在办公,一般不会出现异常使用的情况,但是在非工作时间,可能由于工作人员的疏忽,造成物联网设备的异常使用,如下班忘记关自己所使用的电脑。在非工作时间开启视频监控设备获取异常使用设备的情况,并在预设时间后关闭,以节省能源。
上述方案中,通过安装于办公单位的视频监控设备获取办公单位的物联网设备使用情况,并存储在对应账户下,在管理员需要查看监控信息时,可以随时调取监控信息,了解物联网设备的使用情况。
优选地,作为本发明另一实施例,在上述任一实施例的基础上,该方法还包括:根据所述物联网设备信息判断存在异常使用的物联网设备时,发送开启指令至安装于办公单位的摄像设备,获取所述办公单位的视频监控信息,将所述监控信息发送至管理员终端。
具体地,该实施例中,视频监控设备是被动开启的,当监测出存在异常使用的物联网设备时开启视频监控设备,将所述视频监控设备发送至管理员终端,以便管理员及时了解设备的使用情况。在判断出存在异常使用的物联网设备时,才控制安装于办公单位的摄像设备开启,进而获取视频监控信息,将视频监控信息发送至管理员终端,这种方式不仅无需全天候开启监控设备,节约了能源,还能使管理员能及时了解到异常的发生,进而采取处理措施,如发送控制指令远程关闭异常使用的物联网设备,或因为员工加班忘记备案导致产生异常信息,再进行确认后取消异常报警,关闭视频监控设备。
优选地,作为本发明一个实施例,该实施例中,还可以在用户账户下存储账户余额,在所述账户余额低于预设值时,向管理员终端发送余额不足提醒。在用户账户下存储账户金额,账户金额里可以包括办公单位的物业管理费和电费等,在各项费用的余额不足时,可以向管理员终端发送余额不足的提醒信息,管理员可以根据提示信息及时缴纳各种费用,避免费用不足造成办公单位的工作不能正常运行带来的经济损失。
上文结合图1-8详细描述了根据本发明实施例的智能楼宇监控方法,下面结合图9-12,详细描述了根据本发明实施例的智能楼宇监控装置。
本申请文件将详细介绍物联网应用服务器所执行的方法流程。该实施例中,物联网应用服务器为智能楼宇监控装置。图9为本发明实施例提供的一种智能楼宇监控装置的结构示意图。如图9所示,该装置包括:注册单元901和处理单元902。
注册单元901接收用户注册请求,根据所述用户注册请求建立智能楼宇内相应办公单
位的用户账户信息;处理单元902接收物联网设备的备案请求,所述备案请求包括物联网设备的基本信息,将所述物联网设备的基本信息存储在对应的用户账户下;还用于接收物联网设备的监测信息,对所述物联网设备的监测信息进行综合分析,生成分析结果,根据所述分析结果对物联网设备进行智能控制。
需要说明的是,该实施例中,物联网设备包括本身能够联网的设备以及电源开关为物联网开关的设备。如物联网空调、物联网开关、物联网插座等通过无线射频信息化与中继器通信,中继器与服务器连接。其中,分析结果可以包括各物联网设备的使用时间分布图以及各物联网设备耗电量分布图等,方便监控人员直观了解各物联网设备的使用情况。
由不同办公单位在使用智能楼宇的办公场所,每个办公单位的办公场所内有各种电器设备,如果物联网空调等电器设备,还有其他非物联网电器设备,但可以通过使这些电器设备连接物联网开关或物联网插座,通过物联网开关或物联网插座与中继器连接,中继器在与服务器连接。通过物联网开关和物联网插座可以实现对其连接的电器设备的远程控制。也可以通过检测物联网开关或物联网插座的状态来检测各电器设备的工作状态,进而将物联网设备信息上传至服务器。由于每个单位都有自己的账户,且物联网设备会与用户账户绑定,上传的物联网设备的监测信息自动存储到对应的用户账户下。
本发明实施例提供的智能楼宇监控装置,通过不同单位注册自己的账户,将本单位的物联网设备信息存储在用户账户下,根据物联网设备信息的分析结果对物联网设备进行智能控制,实现各个单位对自己本单位物联网设备的智能监控,提高智能楼宇的个性化监控。
优选地,作为本发明另一实施例,如图10所示,在上述实施例的基础上,智能楼宇监控装置还包括列表建立单元903,用于在用户账户下建立成员列表,所述成员列表存储所述办公单位工作人员的基本信息、物联网设备信息以及根据物联网设备信息生成的分析结果;在所述成员列表中设置工作人员对物联网设备的操作权限,其中物联网设备信息包括物联网设备的基本信息和监测信息。
具体地,该实施例中还可以在成员列表中设置各物联网设备的属性,所述物联网设备的属性包括公用和个体用,管理员终端对所有物联网设备具有操作权限,用户终端对其所使用的个体用物联网设备具有操作权限。成员列表中的工作人员,可通过智能终端接入到服务端,查询其权限范围内的物联网设备信息,也可以向服务端发送控制指令,服务端根据控制指令控制该工作人员权限范围内物联网设备的工作状态,实现物联网设备的针对性监控,各个员工可以了解自己所使用的物联网设备的使用情况,针对不合理的使用进行改进。
上述实施例中提供的智能楼宇监控装置,在用户账户下建立成员列表,所述成员列表存储所述办公单位工作人员的基本信息、物联网设备信息以及根据物联网设备信息生成的分析结果;在所述成员列表中设置工作人员对物联网设备的操作权限,其中物联网设备信息包括物联网设备的基本信息和监测信息。工作人员基本信息、物联网设备信息以及分析结果匹配存储,并根据工作人员身份设置操作权限,便于工作人员对权限范围内的物联网设备信息进行查询,以及根据查询结果进行相应控制等。
优选地,作为本发明另一实施例,在图10所示实施例的基础上,该实施例中,工作
人员包括管理员和员工;智能楼宇监控中的处理单元902接收管理员终端或员工终端发送的第一查询请求;根据所述查询请求获取对应物联网设备的监测信息和/或对应的分析结果,将所述物联网设备的监测信息和/或对应的分析结果发送给管理员终端或员工终端。

具体地,在办公单位的办公场所安装监控设备,监控设备的开启关闭时间可以自行设置,如工作时间工作人员都在办公,一般不会出现异常使用的情况,但是在非工作时间,可能由于工作人员的疏忽,造成物联网设备的异常使用,如下班忘记关自己所使用的电脑。在非工作时间开启视频监控设备获取异常使用设备的情况,并在预设时间后关闭,以节省能源。
上述方案中,通过安装于办公单位的视频监控设备获取办公单位的物联网设备使用情况,并存储在对应账户下,在管理员需要查看监控信息时,可以随时调取监控信息,了解物联网设备的使用情况。

上述方案中,还可以在用户账户下存储账户金额,账户金额里可以包括办公单位的物业管理费和电费等,在各项费用的余额不足时,可以向管理员终端发送余额不足的提醒信息,管理员可以根据提示信息及时缴纳各种费用,避免费用不足造成办公单位的工作不能正常运行带来的经济损失。

- 根据权利要求1所述的智能楼宇监控方法,其特征在于,该方法还包括:在用户账户下建立成员列表,所述成员列表存储所述办公单位工作人员的基本信息、物联网设备信息以及根据物联网设备信息生成的分析结果;在所述成员列表中设置工作人员对物联网设备的操作权限,其中物联网设备信息包括物联网设备的基本信息和监测信息。

- 根据所述权利要求9所述的智能楼宇监控装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括绑定单元,用于预先建立员工终端、管理员终端与安装于办公场所内的交互设备的绑定关系;所述处理单元还用于在接收到员工终端或管理员终端发送的连接请求时,建立员工终端或管理员终端与交互设备的通信连接;如果在预设时间内连接接通,通过与办公单位内员工确认所述异常使用的物联网设备是否继续使用;如果在预设时间内连接未接通,向员工终端或管理员终端发送是否关闭所述异常使用的物联网设备的询问信息,根据员工终端或管理员终端反馈的确认结果确定是否关闭所述异常使用的物联网设备。
