背景技术
通常云台(特别是手持云台)包括壳体及设置于所述壳体内的各种电子元件,如电路板、天线等。为了不影响天线的性能,云台的壳体多采用塑料;或者,部分壳体为金属,天线附近的部分壳体仍然为塑料。
塑料壳体在强度、散热等方面的性能均弱于金属壳体。
发明内容
本发明提供一种云台,在保留金属壳体的同时,实现了优良的天线性能。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种云台,所述云台可利用天线与外部的装置和/或网络无线连接,所述云台包括内部具有容纳空间的金属壳体,所述金属壳体上设置有绝缘体,所述金属壳体与发射机模组和/或接收机模组电性连接,以使所述金属壳体的至少一部分可作为天线工作。
进一步地,所述金属壳体上设置有空隙,所述绝缘体填充在所述空隙内;所述金属壳体包括第一金属壳体与第二金属壳体,所述第一、二金属壳体以所述空隙为界,所述空隙未完全隔离所述第一、二金属壳体,使得两者仍电性连接。
进一步地,所述第一、二金属壳体中的其中一个与所述发射机模组和/或所述接收机模组电性连接,另一个接地。

图1是本发明一示例型实施例云台的元件模块示意图。本实施例中的云台为手持云台,当然,在其它实施例中,也可以是其它类型的云台,比如,无人机云台。如图1,手持云台可主要包括手持部200、云台部400以及成像装置600。
手持部200的形貌可为便于单手握持的柱状,也可为便于双手握持的其它形状,比如,与卡片式相机、手机等类似的长方体。手持部 200上或内可设置控制器220、显示屏240、控制面板260与无线传输模块280等多个元件。其中,控制面板260为用户与云台之间交互的界面。用户可通过控制面板260对云台发出各种控制指令,比如,向上抬升成像装置600,以获取更上方处的图像;也可通过控制面板260获得云台的一些状态信息,比如,通过电源信号灯可容易地知道云台是否已开启。显示屏240可实时向用户显示成像装置600正抓取到的景物的实时图像,也可供用户浏览之前保存在云台设备内的图像。无线传输模块280通常可包括一个或多个天线以及与其配套的发射机模块和/或接收机模块,用于实现云台与外界之间的数据交换。
手持部200的最外层是一金属壳体,金属壳体的内部具有容纳空间。控制器220与发射机模块和/或接收机模块等电子元器件,可设置在该容纳空间内;显示屏240与控制面板260等可设置在金属壳体上,比如,可在金属壳体上开设孔或槽等,显示屏240以及与控制面板260相关的控制按键或信号灯等可镶嵌在相应的孔或槽内。金属壳体或其一部分可作为天线,与发射机模块和/或接收机模块电性相连。
云台部400可安装在手持部200上,并用于承载成像装置600。云台部400可包括多个转轴,以实现云台部400在多个方向上(相对手持部200)的转动。成像装置600可跟随云台部400一起转动,从而实现其位置和状态的调整。成像装置600既可以是摄像头、相机,也可以是具有拍照功能的智能手机等。

金属壳体10的内部具有容纳空间,用以放置各种元器件,比如,电路板、处理器、发射机模组/接收机模组等。金属壳体10上设置有 空隙G,该空隙G内填充有绝缘体30。金属壳体10与发射机模组和/或接收机模组电性连接,以使该金属壳体10的至少一部分可作为天线工作。由于金属壳体10具备天线功能,这使得金属壳体10的容纳空间内可适量减少天线的数量,或者干脆不设置天线。另外,与塑料壳体相比,金属材料的壳体不仅外观更漂亮,机身强度、散热性能等方面也得到了增强。
说明一点,这里所说的金属壳体10既可以是由金属或合金制作而成的金属板,也可以是由在绝缘基材上涂覆金属材料而制成。绝缘体30的材料可以是塑料、陶瓷等非导电材质。
以空隙G或绝缘体30为界,金属壳体10可被划分为第一金属壳体12与第二金属壳体14,在图2至图5所示的实施例中,所述空隙G未完全隔离第一、二金属壳体12、14,使得两者仍电性连接。第一、二金属壳体12、14中的其中一个与发射机模组和/或接收机模组电性连接,作为天线的辐射部,另一个接地,作为天线的接地部。在本实施例云台的工作状态,第一金属壳体12朝上、第二金属壳体14朝下,第一金属壳体12比第二金属壳体14更靠近天空,将第一金属壳体12作为辐射部,可取得更优的天线性能。
除第一、二金属壳体12、14外,金属壳体10可还包括导通部13,导通部13的两端分别连接第一金属壳体12与第二金属壳体14,以使第一、二金属壳体12、14电性相连。第一、二金属壳体12、14可与导通部13一体成型。另外,导通部13的数量可以是1个、2个或更多个。
导通部13的上方可覆盖有绝缘体30,以使得绝缘体30的所有部分连为一个整体,如图4所示。导通部13与其上方的绝缘体30的厚度之和可等于第一金属壳体12和/或第二金属壳体14的厚度,如图3,以使得绝缘体30的上表面和与其相邻的第一金属壳体12与第二金属壳体14的上表面齐平。导通部13不外露,绝缘体30呈细长、平直的带状,如图2所示,有利于整个壳体的美观。

云台内常用的天线包括双频WiFi天线(2.4GHZ WiFi天线与5.8GHz WiFi天线)、GPS天线与5.8G音频天线等。将图2至图5中所示的金属壳体10与发射机模组和接收机模组连接,在实验室中检测其天线在回波损耗和隔离度等各方面的性能,发现其可以很好地满足双频WiFi天线、GPS天线与5.8G音频天线的性能要求。
说明一点,在其它实施例中,第一、二金属壳体之间的空隙可完全隔离第一、二金属壳体,使得两者电绝缘。即,第一、二金属壳体之间可不存在如前面所述的导通部。第一金属壳体和/或第二金属壳体可独立作为天线使用。比如,第一金属壳体的一个区域可与发射机模组和/或接收机模组,作为天线的辐射部,第一金属壳体的另一个区域接地,作为天线的接地部。同时,第二金属壳体作为或不作为天线使用。
金属壳体10内部的容纳空间内可另外设置内置天线,空隙G及绝缘体30可作为该内置天线发送和/或接受电磁波的通道。该内置天线既可工作于不同频段,在不同于金属壳体10的频段为云台提供无线传输服务;也可工作于与金属壳体10相同的频段,作为金属壳体10的备用。
图6与图7是本发明另一实施例金属壳体的结构示意图。该金属壳体可应用于各种云台装置,比如,可用在如图1所示的手持云台中,作为其手持部200的壳体。其中,图6为其正视图,显示第一金属壳体12、第二金属壳体14与绝缘体30之间的位置关系,图7为其第一金属壳体12的俯视图。本实施例中金属壳体的主要结构(除极少数细节外)均可与前面各实施例中相同,因而以下重点介绍它的不同处,未介绍到的结构均可参见前面各实施例。
如图6与图7,金属壳体包括第一金属壳体12与第二金属壳体14,第一金属壳体12在横向的长度明显小于第二金属壳体14。如图1中所示的云台部400以及成像装置600等可安装在第一金属壳体12处。在云台的工作状态,第一金属壳体12朝上、第二金属壳体14 朝下,用户可握持在第二金属壳体14上。
第一金属壳体12的横向截面呈“U”形,因而也可称其为“U”型部。除边缘处外,该“U”型部各处在纵向上的高度相等。第一金属壳体12与发射机模组和/或接收机模组电性相连,作为天线的辐射部。
第二金属壳体14的横向截面呈封闭的形状,比如圆角矩形。第二金属壳体14接地,作为天线的接地部。
第一金属壳体12与第二金属壳体14之间设有空隙,该空隙内填充有绝缘体30。第一、二金属壳体12、14位于绝缘体30的不同侧,并通过一导通部(其可如前面各实施例中所示)电性导通。
体型相对较大并供用户握持、操作的第二金属壳体14是用户的视觉重心所在,将绝缘体30设置在体型相对较小并远离用户的第一金属壳体12上可进一步提高云台外形的美观度。
图8是图6与图7所示实施例的金属壳体作为天线工作时,回波损耗和隔离度的测试结果图。从图8中可以看出,其可以很好地满足双频WiFi天线、GPS天线与5.8G音频天线的性能要求。图9是图6与图7所示实施例的金属壳体作为GPS天线工作时的方向图。从图9可以看出,作为GPS天线工作时,辐射方向主要为上半平面,这有利于它与GPS卫星的交互。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种云台,所述云台可利用天线与外部设备通信,其特征在于,所述云台包括内部具有容纳空间的金属壳体,所述金属壳体上设置有绝缘体,所述金属壳体与发射机模组和/或接收机模组电性连接,以使所述金属壳体的至少一部分可作为天线工作。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的云台,其特征在于,所述金属壳体上设置有空隙,所述绝缘体填充在所述空隙内;所述金属壳体包括第一金属壳体与第二金属壳体,所述第一.二金属壳体以所述空隙为界,所述空隙未完全隔离所述第一.二金属壳体,使得两者仍电性连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的云台,其特征在于,所述第一.二金属壳体中的其中一个与所述发射机模组和/或所述接收机模组电性连接,另一个接地。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的云台,其特征在于,所述金属壳体还包括导通部,所述导通部的两端分别连接所述第一金属壳体与所述第二金属壳体,以使所述第一.二金属壳体电性相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的云台,其特征在于,所述第一.二金属壳体与所述导通部一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的云台,其特征在于,所述导通部的上方覆盖有所述绝缘体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的云台,其特征在于,所述导通部与其上方的绝缘体的厚度之和等于所述第一金属壳体和/或所述第二金属壳体的厚度。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的云台,其特征在于,所述绝缘体的上表面和与其相邻的第一金属壳体与第二金属壳体的上表面齐平。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的云台,其特征在于,所述绝缘体呈细长的带状。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的云台,其特征在于,所述金属壳体作 为天线的部位包括一U型部,所述U型部的横向截面呈“U”形,除边缘处外,所述U型部各处在纵向上的高度相等;
    所述U型部与所述发射机模组和/或所述接收机模组电性相连,作为天线的辐射部;
    所述金属壳体作为天线的部位还包括一接地部,所述接地部的横向截面呈封闭状;
    所述辐射部与所述接地部位于所述绝缘体的不同侧,并通过一导通部电性导通。
