所述确定模块用于若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为目标车道,并判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像匹配,则判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外
部光线强度是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部光线强度匹配,将所述目标车道确定为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
优选的,所述装置还包括:
提示模块,用于根据预先规划的导航线路和所述车辆当前行驶的车道进行导航,在所述导航线路中提示所述车辆需要向目标方向转弯时,从服务器查询所述目标方向是否存在违章行驶车辆,若所述目标方向存在违章行驶车辆,则输出所述目标方向存在违章行驶车辆的提示信息。
优选的,所述装置还包括:
预警模块,用于检测所述违章行驶车辆的行驶方向和行驶速度,并根据所述行驶方向和行驶速度判断所述违章行驶车辆是否会与所述车辆发生交通事故,若根据所述行驶方向和行驶速度判断所述违章行驶车辆会与所述车辆发生交通事故,则输出交通事故预警信息。
本发明实施例中,采集车辆的位置信息;根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置是否包括多条道路;若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。这样可以根据位置信息和外部网速确定车辆的行驶道路,相比现有技术,可以提高确定车辆行驶道路的准确性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参考图1,图1是本发明实施例提供的一种车辆行驶道路确定方法,如图1所示,包括:
101、采集车辆的位置信息;
102、根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置是否包括多条道路;
103、若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
其中,上述多条道路可以是地面道路、高架道路或者隧道,其中,高架道路可以是指不同高度的高架道路。
且本发明实施例中,由于不同道路的高度和/或环境不同,所以导致风速也是不同的,例如:越高的高架道路的风速越快,且高架道路的风速会快到地面上的风速要快。这样通过当天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。预先可以获取各道路的海拔信息,这样通过上述步骤就可以准确地确定车辆当前所处的道路,从而基于该道路进行导航,以提高导航的准确性。
另外,上述方法可以应用于车辆导航装置,例如:车载设备或者手机等终端设备,对此本发明实施例不作限定。
优选的,所述方法还包括:
若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则控制车辆的摄像头采集车辆外部图像;
若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为所述车辆当前行驶的车道,包括:
若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为目标车道,并判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像匹配,则将所述目标车道确定为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
该实施方式中,还可以通过采集车辆外部图像以增加确认车辆行驶道路的准确性,其中,采集图像可以通过手机的摄像头进行采集,如果手机摄像头采集的到图像是车辆内部图像时,可以通过行车记录仪采集车辆外部图像,或者通过车辆本身的摄像头采集。
优选的,所述方法还包括:
若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则检测车辆外部光线强度;
所述若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为目标车道,并判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像匹配,则将所述目标车道确定为所述车辆当前行驶的车道,包括:
若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为目标车道,并判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像匹配,则判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部光线强度是否匹
配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部光线强度匹配,将所述目标车道确定为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
该实施方式中,可以实现通过车辆外部光线强度增加确定车辆行驶道路的准确性。因为不同道路的光线强度不同的,例如:隧道光线强度低于地面道路,而地面道路的光线强度低于高架道路。
优选的,所述方法还包括:
根据预先规划的导航线路和所述车辆当前行驶的车道进行导航,在所述导航线路中提示所述车辆需要向目标方向转弯时,从服务器查询所述目标方向是否存在违章行驶车辆,若所述目标方向存在违章行驶车辆,则输出所述目标方向存在违章行驶车辆的提示信息。
该实施方式中,车辆内的终端可以是只要发现车辆存在违章行驶行为就向服务器上报,这样上述步骤中,就可以通过服务器查询是否存在违章行驶车辆,从而及时进行提示,以避免交通事故的发生。
优选的,所述方法还包括:
检测所述违章行驶车辆的行驶方向和行驶速度,并根据所述行驶方向和行驶速度判断所述违章行驶车辆是否会与所述车辆发生交通事故,若根据所述行驶方向和行驶速度判断所述违章行驶车辆会与所述车辆发生交通事故,则输出交通事故预警信息。
该实施方式中,可以通过上述违章行驶车辆的行驶方向和行驶速度判断所述违章行驶车辆是否会与所述车辆发生交通事故,例如,当违章车辆在上述车辆的正前方时,则可能存在追尾的可能。这样通过判断所述违章行驶车辆会与所述车辆发生交通事故,则输出交通事故预警信息,从而可以有效避免交通事故的发生。
本发明实施例中,采集车辆的位置信息;根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置是否包括多条道路;若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。这样可以根据位置信息和外部网速确定车辆的行驶道路,相比现有技术,可以提高确定车辆行驶道
路的准确性。
请参考图2,图2是本发明实施例提供的一种车辆行驶道路确定装置的结构示意图,如图2所示,包括:
第一采集模块201,用于采集车辆的位置信息;
判断模块202,用于根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置是否包括多条道路;
确定模块203,用于若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
优选的,如图3所示,所述装置还包括:
第二采集模块204,用于若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则控制车辆的摄像头采集车辆外部图像;
所述确定模块203用于若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为目标车道,并判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像匹配,则将所述目标车道确定为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
优选的,如图4所示,所述装置还包括:
检测模块205,用于若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则检测车辆外部光线强度;
所述确定模块203用于若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为目标车道,并判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像匹配,则判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部光线强度是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部光线强度匹配,将所述目标车道确定为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
优选的,如图5所示,所述装置还包括:
提示模块206,用于根据预先规划的导航线路和所述车辆当前行驶的车道进行导航,在所述导航线路中提示所述车辆需要向目标方向转弯时,从服务器查询所述目标方向是否存在违章行驶车辆,若所述目标方向存在违章行驶车辆,则输出所述目标方向存在违章行驶车辆的提示信息。
优选的,如图6所示,所述装置还包括:
预警模块207,用于检测所述违章行驶车辆的行驶方向和行驶速度,并根据所述行驶方向和行驶速度判断所述违章行驶车辆是否会与所述车辆发生交通事故,若根据所述行驶方向和行驶速度判断所述违章行驶车辆会与所述车辆发生交通事故,则输出交通事故预警信息。
本发明实施例中,采集车辆的位置信息;根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置是否包括多条道路;若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。这样可以根据位置信息和外部网速确定车辆的行驶道路,相比现有技术,可以提高确定车辆行驶道路的准确性。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露方法和装置,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理包括,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
上述以软件功能单元的形式实现的集成的单元,可以存储在一个计算机可
读取存储介质中。上述软件功能单元存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述收发方法的部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,简称ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,简称RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明所述原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
- 一种车辆行驶道路确定方法,其特征在于,包括:采集车辆的位置信息;根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置是否包括多条道路;若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
- 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则控制车辆的摄像头采集车辆外部图像;若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为所述车辆当前行驶的车道,包括:若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为目标车道,并判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像匹配,则将所述目标车道确定为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
- 如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则检测车辆外部光线强度;所述若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为目标车道,并判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像匹配,则将所述目标车道确定为所述车辆当前行驶的车道,包括:若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为目标车道,并判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像匹配,则判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部光线强度是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部光线强度匹配,将所述目标车道确定为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
- 如权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:根据预先规划的导航线路和所述车辆当前行驶的车道进行导航,在所述导航线路中提示所述车辆需要向目标方向转弯时,从服务器查询所述目标方向是否存在违章行驶车辆,若所述目标方向存在违章行驶车辆,则输出所述目标方向存在违章行驶车辆的提示信息。
- 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:检测所述违章行驶车辆的行驶方向和行驶速度,并根据所述行驶方向和行驶速度判断所述违章行驶车辆是否会与所述车辆发生交通事故,若根据所述行驶方向和行驶速度判断所述违章行驶车辆会与所述车辆发生交通事故,则输出交通事故预警信息。
- 一种车辆行驶道路确定装置,其特征在于,包括:第一采集模块,用于采集车辆的位置信息;判断模块,用于根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置是否包括多条道路;确定模块,用于若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
- 如权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:第二采集模块,用于若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则控制车辆的摄像头采集车辆外部图像;所述确定模块用于若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位 置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为目标车道,并判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像匹配,则将所述目标车道确定为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
- 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:检测模块,用于若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则检测车辆外部光线强度;所述确定模块用于若根据所述位置信息判断所述位置信息表示的地理位置包括多条道路,则采集车辆外部的风速,并根据当前天气信息预测所述多条道路的预测风速,在所述多条道路中选择预测风速与所述车辆外部的风速最相近的道路作为目标车道,并判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部图像匹配,则判断所述目标车道与所述车辆外部光线强度是否匹配,若所述目标车道与所述车辆外部光线强度匹配,将所述目标车道确定为所述车辆当前行驶的车道。
- 如权利要求6-8中任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:提示模块,用于根据预先规划的导航线路和所述车辆当前行驶的车道进行导航,在所述导航线路中提示所述车辆需要向目标方向转弯时,从服务器查询所述目标方向是否存在违章行驶车辆,若所述目标方向存在违章行驶车辆,则输出所述目标方向存在违章行驶车辆的提示信息。
