Abstract

La présente invention concerne une fenêtre interne et une fenêtre externe installées à l'intérieur d'un cadre de fenêtre (100), la fenêtre interne (300) comprenant un cadre supérieur (300a), un cadre inférieur (300b), et des cadres gauche et droit (300c, 300d) fixés aux deux surfaces latérales des cadres supérieur et inférieur (300a, 300b), respectivement. Une partie de verrouillage/entraînement (400) est installée sur la fenêtre interne (300) de telle sorte que, selon la manipulation de l'utilisateur, la fenêtre externe (200) est entraînée pour être déverrouillée et autorisée à se déplacer de manière coulissante, ou la fenêtre interne (300) est entraînée pour être verrouillée/fixée dans une position fixe spécifique. Des parties de verrouillage/fixation (510, 520) sont installées sur la fenêtre interne (300) de telle sorte que ces dernières sont déplacées dans ou hors du cadre de fenêtre (100) par le fonctionnement de la partie de verrouillage/entraînement (400). De plus, une partie de verrouillage/entraînement (400) et une partie de verrouillage/fixation (500) sont fabriquées sous la forme d'un seul module séparément de la fenêtre/porte de façon à comprendre un moteur (460), une partie rotative (430), une première partie de fixation (510) et une seconde partie de fixation (520). Le module est fixé à/détaché du cadre gauche ou droit (300c, 300d). En outre, une butée en résine synthétique est installée sur le cadre inférieur de la fenêtre interne (300) sous la forme d'un fer à cheval dont la partie inférieure est ouverte, et est couplée à une saillie du cadre inférieur (100b) du cadre de fenêtre de façon à maintenir la fenêtre interne (300) et à empêcher cette dernière de se déplacer vers le haut/vers le bas ou vers la gauche/vers la droite. Selon la présente invention, les fenêtres interne et externe peuvent être verrouillées simplement en manipulant une poignée pour verrouiller/fixer ou déverrouiller dans n'importe quelle position pendant que la fenêtre est ouverte. Par conséquent, tant que l'utilisateur maintient les fenêtres interne et externe ouvertes uniquement dans une mesure nécessaire, les fenêtres ne peuvent pas être manipulées, par exemple, ouvertes ou fermées, depuis l'extérieur. De plus, aucun évidement exposé n'est formé autre que des évidements de verrouillage/fixation formés sur la surface interne de la fenêtre externe et sur la surface supérieure du cadre de fenêtre, respectivement. Par conséquent, tout changement de l'extérieur peut être réduit au minimum par rapport aux systèmes de fenêtre/porte classiques, et il est ainsi possible d'empêcher la structure du produit d'être compliquée en raison de fonctions supplémentaires fournies selon la présente invention. De plus, une partie de verrouillage/entraînement (400) et une partie de verrouillage/fixation (500) sont fabriquées sous la forme d'un seul module séparément de la fenêtre/porte de façon à comprendre un moteur (460), une partie rotative (430), une première partie de fixation (510) et une seconde partie de fixation (520). Le module est avantageusement fixé à/détaché du cadre gauche ou droit (300c, 300d). En outre, une butée en résine synthétique est installée sur le cadre inférieur de la fenêtre interne (300) sous la forme d'un fer à cheval dont la partie inférieure est ouverte, et est accouplée à une saillie du cadre inférieur (100b) du cadre de fenêtre, ce qui permet d'obtenir des avantages remarquables de maintien de la fenêtre interne (300) et d'empêcher cette dernière de se déplacer vers le haut/vers le bas ou vers la gauche/vers la droite.
