现有技术中的室内机,具有上底壳、下底壳以及出风框等部分。其中出风框包含有导风板及驱动导风板的电机。现有技术中的室内机的设置方式使得空调器在需要清洁的过程中,需首先将导风板的电机线进行移除才能实现拆卸清洗作业。
进一步地,现有技术中的空调器的室内机,有的将风轮与电机设置于位于下底壳上。并采用扫风电机与下底壳固定的方式,现有技术的这种设置方式,在需要将下底壳拆卸清洁的过程中,需将扫风电机线从主板中拔出,才能实现拆卸清洗作业,造成对空调器室内机拆卸清洗作业操作复杂等问题。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种室内机及具有其的空调器,以解决现有技术中对室内机拆卸清洗时需要拔掉驱动导风板转动的电机的导线的问题。

结合图1至图9所示,根据本发明的实施例,提供了一种室内机。
具体地,如图1至图3所示,该室内机包括上底壳10、下底壳20、驱动盒组件30和导风板40。上底壳10与下底壳20相连接。驱动盒组件30与上底壳10相连接,驱动盒组件30包括第一驱动部和第二驱动部。导风板40与第一驱动部相连接,第一驱动部用于驱动导风板40,以使导风板40位于打开位置或关闭位置,第二驱动部用于驱动导风板40转动,以改变导风板40的导风方向。
在本实施例中,通过在上底壳上设置驱动盒组件,并将驱动盒组件的第二驱动部设置成驱动导风板转动的方式,使得在对下底壳进行拆卸时,无需将第二驱动部的导线拔掉即可实现下底壳的拆卸工作,极大地方便了对空调器拆卸清洗作业。
其中,驱动盒组件30还包括推杆。推杆的第一端与第一驱动部相连接,推杆的第二端与导风板40相连接,第一驱动部驱动推杆以使导风板40位于打开位置或关闭位置。即在本实施例中,第二驱动部与导风板40为间接连接,这样设置能够方便实现导风板的打开或关闭,同时还方便了控制导风板的导风方向。
具体地,第二驱动部与推杆的第二端相连接,第二驱动部的输出轴与导风板40相连接。这样设置能够提高第二驱动部驱动导风板40转动的可靠性。
驱动盒组件30还包括驱动盒31和支撑件32,第一驱动部设置于驱动盒31内,第一驱动部驱动推杆,以使至少部分的推杆具有缩回驱动盒31内的缩回位置以及至少部分的推杆具有伸出驱动盒31的伸出位置。支撑件32的第一端与上底壳10相连接,支撑件32的第二端与驱动盒31相连接。这样设置能够有效地提高驱动盒组件30的稳定性,其中,第一驱动部驱动推杆时,推杆的部分可以位于驱动盒31内,推杆的另一部分可以位于驱动盒31外,当然,也可以将推杆设置成第一驱动部驱动推杆时,可以将推杆完全推出驱动盒31外,推杆也可以完全缩回驱动盒31内。
具体地,支撑件32包括第一支撑柱321和第二支撑柱322。第一支撑柱321的第一端与上底壳10相连接,第一支撑柱321的第二端与驱动盒31相连接。第二支撑柱322的第一端 与上底壳10相连接,第二支撑柱322与第一支撑柱321间隔地设置,第二支撑柱322的第二端与驱动盒31相连接。这样设置能够进一步地提高驱动盒组件30与上壳体连接的稳定性。
为了进一步地提高驱动盒组件30与上壳体连接的稳定性。第一支撑柱321和第二支撑柱322的第二端的端面上开设有凹槽50。如图2和图8所示,图中示出了在第二支撑柱322的第二端的端面上开设有凹槽50的实施例,驱动盒31的壳体上设置有与凹槽50相配合的连接凸起311。当然,也可以在连接凸起311上设置螺钉孔70,装配驱动盒31时可以先将驱动盒31的连接凸起311插接在凹槽50内,然后向螺钉孔70内打螺钉将驱动盒31与第二支撑柱322进行固定。
如图4至图6和图8所示,驱动盒31为多个,多个驱动盒31包括第一驱动盒312和第二驱动盒313。支撑件32为多个,多个支撑件32包括第一支撑件323和第二支撑件324。第一支撑件323与上底壳10的第一端相连接,第二支撑件324与上底壳10的第二端相连接,第一支撑件323与第二支撑件324相对地设置,第一驱动盒312与第一支撑件323相连接,第二驱动盒313与第二支撑件324相连接。这样设置能够有效地提高室内机的可靠性。
其中,第一驱动部包括第一电机35和第二电机36.第一电机35设置于第一驱动盒312内,第二电机36设置于第二驱动盒313内。推杆为多个,多个推杆包括第一推杆33和第二推杆34。至少部分的第一推杆33设置于第一驱动盒312内,第一推杆33的第一端与第一电机35相连接,第一推杆33的第二端与导风板40的第一端可活动地连接。至少部分的第二推杆34设置于第二驱动盒313内,第二推杆34的第一端与第二电机36相连接,第二推杆34的第二端与导风板40的第二端可活动地连接,第二驱动部设置于第一推杆33和第二推杆34的至少一个上。这样设置能够使得在通过驱动盒将导风板推出时,导风板能够平稳的从打开位置移动至关闭位置,或是从关闭位置平稳地移动至打开位置。
进一步地,第二驱动部设置于第二推杆34的第二端相连接,第一推杆33的第二端设置有连接柱331,导风板40的第一端设置有与连接柱331相配合的挂钩41。这样设置能够提高导风板40与第一推杆33的连接稳定性,保证导风板的运行平稳。
如图7所示,第二驱动部包括第三电机60,第三电机60的壳体与第二推杆34相连接,第三电机60的输出轴61与导风板40相连接。这样设置能够有效地提高了第二驱动部与第二推杆34的连接可靠性,其中,输出轴61的横截面呈十字形结构,导风板40的连接凸耳上开设有与输出轴61相配合的十字槽,这样设置能够进一步地增加第三电机60与导风板的连接可靠性。
上述实施例中的室内机还可以用于空调器设备技术领域,即根据本发明的另一方面,提供了一种空调器。该空调器包括室内机。室内机为上述实施例中的室内机。具体地,该室内机包括上底壳10、下底壳20、驱动盒组件30和导风板40。上底壳10与下底壳20相连接。驱动盒组件30与上底壳10相连接,驱动盒组件30包括第一驱动部和第二驱动部。导风板40与第一驱动部相连接,第一驱动部用于驱动导风板40,以使导风板40位于打开位置或关闭位置,第二驱动部用于驱动导风板40转动,以改变导风板40的导风方向。
在本实施例中,通过在上底壳上设置驱动盒组件,并将驱动盒组件的第二驱动部设置成驱动导风板转动的方式,使得在对下底壳进行拆卸时,无需将第二驱动部的导线拔掉即可实现下底壳的拆卸工作,极大地方便了对空调器拆卸清洗作业。
具体地,采用本申请的空调器的结构布局,避免了空调器的出风框上设置有带电部件,提高了空调器尤其是室内机的整体安全性。
采用本申请的驱动盒组件对导风板的驱动方式,能够使得导风板处于关闭位置时完全闭合,有利于室内机外观优化,提高了用户使用体验。
现有技术中,将导风板的扫风电机固定于出风框或者下底壳上,使得出风框或者下底壳在拆卸的过程中,需要将扫风电机的导线进行拔除,从而才能进行拆卸作业。但因空调器主板内有电容的存在,即使已进行断电,也会存在触电的危险。
为了解决上述问题,本申请采用驱动盒组件装配到上底壳的结构形式,使得出风框与下底壳拆卸清洁的过程中无需拔出扫风电机的导线,保证了操作者的安全。其中,下底壳包括风道、水道部分及风叶等结构,这样设置便于对空调器拆卸、清洁作业。
在用户需要对空调器进行拆卸清洁的过程中,首先需要拆除导风板结构,从而解除下底壳与上底壳的固定方式将下底壳进行拆卸清洁,可以采用相反的方式将上底壳与下底壳进行配合安装。
除上述以外,还需要说明的是在本说明书中所谈到的“一个实施例”、“另一个实施例”、“实施例”等,指的是结合该实施例描述的具体特征、结构或者特点包括在本申请概括性描述的至少一个实施例中。在说明书中多个地方出现同种表述不是一定指的是同一个实施例。进一步来说,结合任一实施例描述一个具体特征、结构或者特点时,所要主张的是结合其他实施例来实现这种特征、结构或者特点也落在本发明的范围内。
在上述实施例中,对各个实施例的描述都各有侧重,某个实施例中没有详述的部分,可以参见其他实施例的相关描述。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种室内机,其特征在于,包括:
    上底壳(10);
    下底壳(20),所述上底壳(10)与所述下底壳(20)相连接;
    驱动盒组件(30),所述驱动盒组件(30)与所述上底壳(10)相连接,所述驱动盒组件(30)包括第一驱动部和第二驱动部;
    导风板(40),所述导风板(40)与所述第一驱动部相连接,所述第一驱动部用于驱动所述导风板(40),以使所述导风板(40)位于打开位置或关闭位置,所述第二驱动部用于驱动所述导风板(40)转动,以改变所述导风板(40)的导风方向。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述驱动盒组件(30)还包括:
    推杆,所述推杆的第一端与所述第一驱动部相连接,所述推杆的第二端与所述导风板(40)相连接,所述第一驱动部驱动所述推杆以使所述导风板(40)位于所述打开位置或所述关闭位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述第二驱动部与所述推杆的第二端相连接,所述第二驱动部的输出轴与所述导风板(40)相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述驱动盒组件(30)还包括:
    驱动盒(31),所述第一驱动部设置于所述驱动盒(31)内,所述第一驱动部驱动所述推杆,以使至少部分的所述推杆具有缩回所述驱动盒(31)内的缩回位置以及至少部分的所述推杆具有伸出所述驱动盒(31)的伸出位置;
    支撑件(32),所述支撑件(32)的第一端与所述上底壳(10)相连接,所述支撑件(32)的第二端与所述驱动盒(31)相连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述支撑件(32)包括:
    第一支撑柱(321),所述第一支撑柱(321)的第一端与所述上底壳(10)相连接,所述第一支撑柱(321)的第二端与所述驱动盒(31)相连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述支撑件(32)还包括:
    第二支撑柱(322),所述第二支撑柱(322)的第一端与所述上底壳(10)相连接,所述第二支撑柱(322)与所述第一支撑柱(321)间隔地设置,所述第二支撑柱(322)的第二端与所述驱动盒(31)相连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述第一支撑柱(321)和/或所述第二支撑柱(322)的第二端的端面上开设有凹槽(50)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述驱动盒(31)的壳体上设置有与所述凹槽(50)相配合的连接凸起(311)。
  9. 根据权利要求4所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述驱动盒(31)为多个,多个所述驱动盒(31)包括第一驱动盒(312)和第二驱动盒(313),所述支撑件(32)为多个,多个所述支撑件(32)包括第一支撑件(323)和第二支撑件(324),所述第一支撑件(323)与所述上底壳(10)的第一端相连接,所述第二支撑件(324)与所述上底壳(10)的第二端相连接,所述第一支撑件(323)与所述第二支撑件(324)相对地设置,所述第一驱动盒(312)与所述第一支撑件(323)相连接,所述第二驱动盒(313)与所述第二支撑件(324)相连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述第一驱动部包括第一电机和第二电机,所述第一电机设置于所述第一驱动盒(312)内,所述第二电机设置于所述第二驱动盒(313)内,所述推杆为多个,多个所述推杆包括:
    第一推杆(33),至少部分的所述第一推杆(33)设置于所述第一驱动盒(312)内,所述第一推杆(33)的第一端与所述第一电机相连接,所述第一推杆(33)的第二端与所述导风板(40)的第一端可活动地连接;
    第二推杆(34),至少部分的所述第二推杆(34)设置于所述第二驱动盒(313)内,所述第二推杆(34)的第一端与所述第二电机相连接,所述第二推杆(34)的第二端与所述导风板(40)的第二端可活动地连接,所述第二驱动部设置于所述第一推杆(33)和所述第二推杆(34)的至少一个上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述第二驱动部设置于所述第二推杆(34)的第二端相连接,所述第一推杆(33)的第二端设置有连接柱(331),所述导风板(40)的第一端设置有与所述连接柱(331)相配合的挂钩(41)。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的室内机,其特征在于,所述第二驱动部包括第三电机(60),所述第三电机(60)的壳体与所述第二推杆(34)相连接,所述第三电机(60)的输出轴与所述导风板(40)相连接。
  13. 一种空调器,包括室内机,其特征在于,所述室内机为权利要求1至12中任一项所述的室内机。
