Abstract

本申请要求了申请日为2017年6月14日、申请号为201710446380.5、发明名称为“用于汽车排气系统中的阀”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车排气系统中的阀,处于尾气后处理技术领域。
背景技术
US 5,971,098揭示了一种应用于汽车排气系统中的阀,其中所述阀包括基座、阀盖以及抵压在所述基座与所述阀盖上的扭簧。然而,由于汽车排气系统中的热环境与振动环境等非常复杂,这种设计对扭簧的要求比较高。另外,这种阀的结构相对比较复杂,不利于提高装配效率。
因此,有必要设计出一种新型的阀,以解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单且易于装配的用于汽车排气系统中的阀。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种用于汽车排气系统中的阀,所述阀包括阀座以及与所述阀座相配合的阀盖组件,所述阀座设有排气开口,所述阀盖组件能够相对于所述排气开口在覆盖位置与打开位置之间转动,所述阀盖组件通过卡持的方式实现转动。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述阀盖组件包括阀盖以及至少一端固定在所述阀座上的挡片,所述阀盖能够相对于所述排气开口在所述覆盖位置与所述打开位置之间转动,所述挡片设有卡持所述阀盖的卡持部以及用以抵压所述阀盖的弹性元件;其中:
在所述覆盖位置处,所述弹性元件对所述阀盖施加保持力使得所述阀盖覆盖所述排气开口;
当排气压力超过所述弹性元件的保持力时,所述阀盖被打开一定的角度至所述打开位置。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述弹性元件的一端固定在所述阀盖上,所述弹性元件的另一端固定在所述挡片上或者可相对于所述挡片滑动。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述弹性元件是自所述挡片一体冲压而成。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述挡片还设有在所述打开位置处抵压所述阀盖以对所述阀盖进行限位的限位部。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述限位部是自所述挡片一体冲压而成。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述卡持部与所述阀盖通过活动方式卡扣在一起。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述挡片设有固定在所述阀座上的平板部以及自所述平板部延伸的倾斜部,所述阀盖在其所在的平面内与所述倾斜部相抵压。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述阀盖的一端设有向两侧延伸的凸起部,所述凸起部设有前端面以及后端面,其中所述后端面抵靠在所述倾斜部上;所述挡片的两侧分别设有向下延伸的延伸部以及自所述延伸部向内弯折的勾部,其中所述延伸部抵挡在所述前端面上,所述勾部垫在所述阀盖的下方,所述阀盖被限制在所述勾部之间。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述延伸部与所述勾部合起来呈L形。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述延伸部与所述勾部是自所述挡片的两侧冲压、弯折形成的。
作为本发明进一步改进的技术方案,所述阀盖组件包括阀盖以及与所述阀盖相配合以提供保持力的弹性件,所述阀盖的一端通过活动方式卡扣在所述阀座,使得所述阀盖能够相对于所述排气开口在所述覆盖位置与所述打开位置之间转动,其中:
在所述覆盖位置处,所述弹性件对所述阀盖施加保持力使得所述阀盖覆盖所述排气开口;
当排气压力超过所述弹性件的保持力时,所述阀盖被打开一定的角度至所述打开位置。
本发明通过设置卡持结构,结构简单;且通过简单的机械装配就能实现,极大地降低了成本。

具体实施方式
请参图1至图8所示,本发明揭示了一种用于汽车排气系统中的阀100,所述阀100包括阀座1以及与所述阀座1相配合的阀盖组件。其本发明图示的实施方式中,所述阀盖组件包括与所述阀座1相配合的阀盖2以及至少一端固定在所述阀座1上的挡片3。所述阀座1设有排气开口11(如图5所示)。所述阀盖组件通过卡持的方式实现转动。根据排气压力的不同,所述阀盖组件,在本发明图示的实施方式中具体地为阀盖2,能够相对于所述排气开口11在覆盖位置(例如图1)与打开位置(例如图5)之间转动。
所述挡片3的一端设有固定于所述阀座1上平板部31以及自所述平板部31延伸的倾斜部32。所述倾斜部32设有靠近所述平板部31的卡持部33,所述卡持部33用以卡持所述阀盖2。所述挡片3还设有在所述打开位置处抵压所述阀盖2以对所述阀盖2进行限位的限位部34。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述限位部34是自所述挡片3一体冲压而成。当然,在其他实施方式中,所述限位部34也可以与挡片3分开制作,然后再固定到一起。所述阀盖2在其所在的平面内与所述倾斜部32相抵压,即在图1所示的水平面内,所述阀盖2与倾斜部32相抵压。
所述挡片3还进一步设有用以抵压所述阀盖2的弹性元件35。所述弹性元件35的一端351固定在所述阀盖2上,所述弹性元件35的另一端352固定在所述挡片3上或者可相对于所述挡片3滑动。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述弹性元件35是自所述挡片3一体冲压而成。
如此设置,一方面,在所述覆盖位置处,所述弹性元件35对所述阀盖2施加保持力使得所述阀盖2覆盖所述排气开口11;另一方面,当排气压力超过所述弹性元件35的保持力时,所述阀盖2被打开一定的角度至所述打开位置。所述限位部34能够对阀盖2的转动角度起到限位作用。在所述弹性元件35的另一端352固定在所述挡片3上时,随着阀盖2的转动,所述弹性元件35会发生变形。这种变形积蓄着当排气压力变小时用以复位所述阀盖2的力。另外,当所述弹性元件35可相对于所述挡片3滑动时,随着阀盖2的转动,所述弹性元件35会发生变形,所述弹性元件35的另一端352向图1中的右上角滑动。弹性元件35的这种变形同样积蓄着当排气压力变小时用以复位所述阀盖2的力。
在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述阀盖2的一端设有向两侧延伸的凸起部21,所述凸起部21设有前端面211以及后端面212,其中所述后端面212抵靠在所述倾斜部32上。所述卡持部33包括自所述挡片3的两侧分别向下延伸的延伸部331以及自所述延伸部331向内弯折的勾部332,其中所述延伸部331抵挡在所述前端面211上,所述勾部332垫在所述阀盖2的下方,所述阀盖2被限制在所述勾部332之间。在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述延伸部331与所述勾部332合起来呈L形。所述延伸部331与所述勾部332是自所述挡片3的两侧冲压、弯折形成的。
在本发明图示的实施方式中,所述卡持部33与所述阀盖2通过活动方式卡扣在一起,以便于装配。需要说明的是,这里所述的“活动方式”是指不采用焊接、铆接等机械固定方式。
另外,在其他实施方式中,所述阀盖组件包括阀盖2以及与所述阀盖2相配合以提供保持力的弹性件(未图示)。所述阀盖2的一端通过活动方式卡扣在所述阀座1,使得所述阀盖2能够相对于所述排气开口11在所述覆盖位置与所述打开位置之间转动。其中可以在所述阀座1上设有通孔,所述阀盖2设有卡持在所述通孔中的枢接部,以实现卡扣连接。所述弹性件可以为连接在所述阀座所述阀盖2之间的拉簧。其中:
在所述覆盖位置处,所述弹性件对所述阀盖2施加保持力使得所述阀盖2覆盖所述排气开口11;
当排气压力超过所述弹性件的保持力时,所述阀盖2被打开一定的角度至所述打开位置。

  1. 一种用于汽车排气系统中的阀,所述阀包括阀座以及与所述阀座相配合的阀盖组件,所述阀座设有排气开口,所述阀盖组件能够相对于所述排气开口在覆盖位置与打开位置之间转动,其特征在于:所述阀盖组件通过卡持的方式实现转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖组件包括阀盖以及至少一端固定在所述阀座上的挡片,所述阀盖能够相对于所述排气开口在所述覆盖位置与所述打开位置之间转动,所述挡片设有卡持所述阀盖的卡持部以及用以抵压所述阀盖的弹性元件;其中:
    在所述覆盖位置处,所述弹性元件对所述阀盖施加保持力使得所述阀盖覆盖所述排气开口;
    当排气压力超过所述弹性元件的保持力时,所述阀盖被打开一定的角度至所述打开位置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的阀,其特征在于:所述弹性元件的一端固定在所述阀盖上,所述弹性元件的另一端固定在所述挡片上或者可相对于所述挡片滑动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的阀,其特征在于:所述弹性元件是自所述挡片一体冲压而成。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的阀,其特征在于:所述挡片还设有在所述打开位置处抵压所述阀盖以对所述阀盖进行限位的限位部。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的阀,其特征在于:所述限位部是自所述挡片一体冲压而成。
  7. 如权利要求1至6项中任意一项所述的阀,其特征在于:所述卡持部与所述阀盖通过活动方式卡扣在一起。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的阀,其特征在于:所述挡片设有固定在所述阀座上的平板部以及自所述平板部延伸的倾斜部,所述阀盖在其所在的平面内与所述倾斜部相抵压。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的阀,其特征在于:所述阀盖的一端设有向两侧延伸的凸起部,所述凸起部设有前端面以及后端面,其中所述后端面抵靠在所述倾斜部上;所述挡片的两侧分别设有向下延伸的延伸部以及自所述延伸部向内弯折的勾部,其中所述延伸部抵挡在所述前端面上,所述勾部垫在所述阀盖的下方,所述阀盖被限制在所述勾部之间。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的阀,其特征在于:所述延伸部与所述勾部合起来呈L形。
