本发明涉及一种水烟筒,特别涉及一种单按钮式水烟筒。

本发明的目的在于提供一种加工要求低、加工效率高、成本低、装配容易且密封性好的单按钮式水烟筒。

本发明在装配时,使用者仅需通过按动按钮,将金属套固件穿入偏心卡环,依靠偏心卡环上的凸缘卡合在环形卡槽中实现烟筒和盛水容器的连接,或者通过按动按钮,使得凸缘脱离环形卡槽,从而分开烟筒和盛水容器,因此,本发明装配简单容易。而且,本发明的加工要求低,采用普通的数控设备即可完成,成本低,且提高了加工效率。另外,本发明金属套固件外壁与烟筒空腔的内壁之间具有密封结构,因为采用凸缘和环形卡槽相卡合的连接结构,密封结构受力均匀,因此密封性好。

作为本发明的一种优选实施方式,环形卡槽的上槽壁面是水平面,而其下槽壁面则是自槽底朝向槽口倾斜的斜面,所述环形卡槽的上槽壁面卡合在所述偏心卡环的凸缘上。
作为本发明的一种实施方式,所述弹性回复件采用弹簧,所述偏心卡环的外壁上设有沉孔,所述弹簧的一端固定在沉孔中,另一端顶触在烟筒空腔的内壁上,所述烟筒底盖位于金属套固件的上段筒体和下段筒体的变径台阶上。
本发明还具有以下实施方式:
所述烟筒的空腔由空心锥体和设于空心锥体下端的短筒形连接边组成,连接软管的部位处于所述空心锥体上,所述空心锥体上连接软管的部位设有空心锥形的烟孔接头,所述烟孔接头自内向外呈渐扩状,所述烟孔接头内套有一密封套,所述密封套的内壁上设有环形凸缘,所述烟嘴位于所述软管的外端,软管的内端设有空心锥形的烟孔插头,所述烟孔插头的小端插接在烟孔接头内挤压环形凸缘实现烟孔接头和烟孔插头之间的密封。
在所述烟锅座与烟筒的上端之间设有托盘和托板,所述托板和托盘均套装在烟管的上管口上,且所述托板位于托盘的下方用于承托托盘防止托盘晃动。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下显著的效果:
⑴本发明在装配时,使用者仅需通过按动按钮,将金属套固件穿入偏心卡环,依靠偏心卡环上的凸缘卡合在环形卡槽中实现烟筒和盛水容器的连接,或者通过按动按钮,使得凸缘脱离环形卡槽,从而分开烟筒和盛水容器,因此,本发明装配简单容易。
⑵本发明的加工要求低,采用普通数控设备即可完成,成本低,而且提高了加工效率。
⑶本发明的金属套固件外壁与烟筒空腔的内壁之间具有密封结构,因为采用凸缘和环形卡槽相卡合的连接结构,密封结构受力均匀,因此密封性好。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。

如图2~6所示,是本发明一种单按钮式水烟筒,它包括具有烟气孔道的烟锅座、设于烟锅座上且底部开有通孔的用于放置烟丝的烟锅5、内设烟管3的烟筒1、盛水容器7、软管10、烟嘴2、偏心卡环26、按钮27、弹性复位件、套装在盛水容器7开口上的短筒形的金属套固件21和烟筒底盖35,在本实施例中,盛水容器7选用玻璃水瓶,烟锅座位于烟管3的上管口上,烟锅5的通孔通过烟锅座的烟气孔道与烟管3的上管口连通,烟管3的下管口伸入玻璃水瓶中,烟筒1的下端为一空腔29,该空腔29与玻璃水瓶的开口连接且与玻璃水瓶内相通,烟嘴2通过软管10接通空腔29,偏心卡环26的内环面沿其1/2圆周设有一段凸缘30,使得该凸缘30和偏心卡环26未设置凸缘30的内环面形成一个完整的圆环,该圆环的中轴线c和偏心卡环26的中轴线b不在同一直线上,凸缘30是其两端自偏心卡环26的内环面渐渐向中心凸起,其凸起2mm的段为有效段(即与环形卡槽相卡合的段),该有效段占偏心卡环26的内环面的比例是1/2圆周,在其它实施例中,该段凸缘(有效段)占偏心卡环圆周的比例是大于1/2且小于或等于2/3。在烟筒空腔29的下部内壁上设有环形的卡环安装槽31,偏心卡环26位于卡环安装槽31内,卡环安装槽31的直径大于偏心卡环26的直径使得偏心卡环26可在径向上位移,弹性复位件采用弹簧28,弹簧28和按钮27的一端分别固定在偏心卡环26的外壁上,弹簧的另一端顶触在烟筒1的空腔29内壁上,而按钮27的另一端则穿出烟筒空腔29的侧壁伸出,按钮27与弹簧28相对设置,按钮27位于偏心卡环26未设置凸缘30的部位上,金属套固件21主要由上小下大两段同心异径筒体组成,在上段筒体的外壁上设有环形卡槽32,下段筒体套固在盛水容器的开口上并与之连接成一体。偏心卡环26上的凸缘30卡合在环形卡槽32中,具体是环形卡槽32的上槽壁面是水平面,而其下槽壁面则是自槽底朝向槽口倾斜的斜面38,环形卡槽的上槽壁面卡合在偏心卡环的凸
缘30上。偏心卡环26的中轴线b和烟筒空腔29的中轴线d不在同一直线上,按动按钮27,推动偏心卡环26朝向弹簧28压缩的方向位移而使偏心卡环26和烟筒1空腔29的中轴线合一(参见图6),金属套固件21的上部穿过偏心卡环26,当偏心卡环26上的凸缘30正对于环形卡槽32时,弹簧28依靠自身回复力朝反方向推动偏心卡环26,使得偏心卡环26上的凸缘30卡合在环形卡槽32中实现烟筒1和盛水容器的连接,参见图6;反之,按动按钮27,推动偏心卡环26朝向弹簧28压缩的方向位移,偏心卡环26上的凸缘30脱离环形卡槽32从而使得烟筒1和盛水容器脱开。
在金属套固件21的外壁上端与烟筒1空腔29的内壁之间具有密封结构,金属套固件21上段筒体的外壁上部是从上至下渐扩的锥形面,密封结构包括密封圈安装槽33和O型密封圈34,密封圈安装槽33开设在金属套固件21的上段筒体的锥形面上且沿其圆周设置,环形卡槽32位于金属套固件21上段筒体的外壁中部,即密封圈安装槽33位于环形卡槽32的上方,在密封圈安装槽33中安装有O型密封圈34,且O型密封圈34凸出于密封圈安装槽33的槽口,烟筒1空腔29的内壁与O型密封圈对应位置为斜面,其与O型密封圈34紧密接触。
烟筒底盖35为具有中心通孔的环形板状体,中心通孔的孔径大于金属套固件21上段筒体的最大直径,以使金属套固件21的上段筒体可从中心通孔穿过烟筒底盖35而穿入烟筒1空腔29中,烟筒底盖35的侧壁上部与烟筒空腔29的底端开口内侧螺纹连接,在烟筒1空腔29的下部内设有环形平台36,环形平台36与烟筒底盖35之间形成卡环安装槽31。
偏心卡环26的外壁上设有沉孔,弹簧28的一端固定在沉孔中,另一端顶触在烟筒1空腔29的内壁上,烟筒底盖35位于金属套固件21的上段筒体和下段筒体的变径台阶37上。
在本实施例中,烟筒1的空腔29由空心锥体81和设于空心锥体81下端的短筒形连接边82组成,卡环安装槽32位于连接边82上,连接软管10的部位处于空心锥体81上。
空心锥体81上连接软管10的部位设有空心锥形的烟孔接头9,烟孔接头9自内向外呈渐扩状,烟孔接头9内套有一密封套,密封套的内壁上设有环形凸缘,烟嘴2位于
软管10的外端,软管10的内端设有空心锥形的烟孔插头23,烟孔插头23的小端插接在烟孔接头9内挤压环形凸缘实现烟孔接头和烟孔插头之间的密封。烟孔接头9的小端伸出一短筒形的连接件,该连接件外壁上设有螺纹,空心锥体81的侧壁上设有贯穿的螺纹孔,连接件与螺纹孔连接将烟孔接头9安装在空心锥体81上,连接件与烟孔接头9的小端之间具有朝向连接件沉降的台阶,连接件设有螺纹的部分与该台阶之间安装有密封圈,密封圈触压在螺纹孔的孔缘实现烟孔接头与烟筒之间的密封。在空心锥体81上还设有用于将多余烟气排出外界的排烟阀11。
在烟锅座与烟筒1的上端之间设有托盘12和托板25,托板25和托盘12均套装在烟管3的上管口上,且托板25位于托盘12的下方用于承托托盘防止托盘晃动。还包括用于放置在烟锅上的烟草燃烧装置(图中未画出),烟草燃烧装置主要由筒形的罩体、设于罩体内的隔板和导气管组成,罩体的侧壁上开有通孔,隔板将罩体内分隔成用于盛放燃料的上部空间和用于容纳烟丝的下部空间,隔板上设有通孔且隔板为向上凸起的弧面,导气管设置在隔板上且位于罩体的上部空间中,导气管向上伸出罩体,导气管与罩体的下部空间相通。
本发明的实施方式不限于此,根据本发明的上述内容,按照本领域的普通技术知识和惯用手段,在不脱离本发明上述基本技术思想前提下,本发明的密封结构和弹性复位件还具有其它实施方式。因此,本发明还可以做出其它多种形式的修改、替换或变更,均落在本发明权利保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
- 一种单按钮式水烟筒,它包括具有烟气孔道的烟锅座、设于烟锅座上且底部开有通孔的烟锅、内设烟管的烟筒、盛水容器、软管和烟嘴,所述烟锅座位于烟管的上管口上,烟锅的通孔通过烟锅座的烟气孔道与烟管的上管口连通,烟管的下管口伸入盛水容器中,烟筒的下端为一空腔,该空腔与盛水容器的开口连接且与盛水容器内相通,所述烟嘴通过软管接通所述空腔,其特征在于:所述单按钮式水烟筒还包括偏心卡环、按钮、弹性复位件和套装在盛水容器开口上的短筒形的金属套固件,所述偏心卡环的内环面沿圆周设有一段凸缘使得该凸缘和偏心卡环未设置凸缘的内环面形成一个完整的圆环,该圆环和偏心卡环的中轴线不在同一直线上,在所述烟筒空腔的下部内壁上设有环形的卡环安装槽,所述偏心卡环位于所述卡环安装槽内,所述卡环安装槽的直径大于偏心卡环的直径使得偏心卡环可在径向上位移,所述弹性复位件和按钮的一端分别固定在偏心卡环的外壁上,弹性复位件的另一端顶触在烟筒的空腔内壁上,而所述按钮的另一端则穿出烟筒空腔的侧壁伸出,所述按钮与弹性复位件相对设置,所述按钮位于所述偏心卡环未设置凸缘的部位上,在金属套固件的上部外壁上设有环形卡槽,所述偏心卡环上的凸缘卡合在环形卡槽中,在金属套固件的外壁上端与烟筒空腔的内壁之间具有密封结构;所述偏心卡环和烟筒空腔的中轴线不在同一直线上,按动按钮,推动偏心卡环朝向弹性复位件压缩的方向位移而使偏心卡环和烟筒空腔的中轴线合一,金属套固件的上部穿过偏心卡环,当偏心卡环上的凸缘正对于环形卡槽时,弹性复位件依靠自身回复力朝反方向推动偏心卡环,使得偏心卡环上的凸缘卡合在环形卡槽中实现烟筒和盛水容器的连接;反之,按动按钮,推动偏心卡环朝向弹性复位件压缩的方向位移,偏心卡环上的凸缘脱离环形卡槽从而使得烟筒和盛水容器脱开。
- 根据权利要求1所述的单按钮式水烟筒,其特征在于:所述该段凸缘占偏心卡环圆周的比例是大于1/2且小于或等于2/3。
- 根据权利要求2所述的单按钮式水烟筒,其特征在于:所述金属套固件主要由上小下大两段同心异径筒体组成,所述环形卡槽位于上段筒体的外壁上,下段筒体套固在盛水容器的开口上并与之连接成一体。
- 根据权利要求3所述的单按钮式水烟筒,其特征在于:所述密封结构包括密封圈安装槽和O型密封圈,所述密封圈安装槽开设在金属套固件的上段筒体的侧壁上部且沿其圆周设置,所述环形卡槽位于金属套固件上段筒体的外壁中部,即所述密封圈安装槽位于所述环形卡槽的上方,在所述密封圈安装槽中安装有O型密封圈,且所述O型密封圈凸出于密封圈安装槽的槽口,所述烟筒空腔的内壁与O型密封圈对应位置为斜面,其与O型密封圈紧密接触。
- 根据权利要求4所述的单按钮式水烟筒,其特征在于:所述单按钮式水烟筒还包括烟筒底盖,所述烟筒底盖为具有中心通孔的环形板状体,所述中心通孔的孔径大于金属套固件上段筒体的最大直径,以使金属套固件的上段筒体可从中心通孔穿过烟筒底盖而穿入烟筒空腔中,所述烟筒底盖的侧壁上部与所述烟筒空腔的底端开口内侧螺纹连接,在所述烟筒空腔的下部内设有环形平台,所述环形平台与烟筒底盖之间形成所述的卡环安装槽。
- 根据权利要求5所述的单按钮式水烟筒,其特征在于:所述金属套固件上段筒体的外壁上部是从上至下渐扩的锥形面,即所述密封圈安装槽位于该锥形面上。
- 根据权利要求6所述的单按钮式水烟筒,其特征在于:环形卡槽的上槽壁面是水平面,而其下槽壁面则是自槽底朝向槽口倾斜的斜面,所述环形卡槽的上槽壁面卡合在所述偏心卡环的凸缘上。
- 根据权利要求7所述的单按钮式水烟筒,其特征在于:所述烟筒底盖位于金属套固件的上段筒体和下段筒体的变径台阶上。
- 根据权利要求8所述的单按钮式水烟筒,其特征在于:所述烟筒的空腔由空心锥体和设于空心锥体下端的短筒形连接边组成,连接软管的部位处于所述空心锥体上,所述空心锥体上连接软管的部位设有空心锥形的烟孔接头,所述烟孔接头自内向外呈渐扩状,所述烟孔接头内套有一密封套,所述密封套的内壁上设有环形凸缘,所述烟嘴位于 所述软管的外端,软管的内端设有空心锥形的烟孔插头,所述烟孔插头的小端插接在烟孔接头内挤压环形凸缘实现烟孔接头和烟孔插头之间的密封。
- 根据权利要求9所述的单按钮式水烟筒,其特征在于:在所述烟锅座与烟筒的上端之间设有托盘和托板,所述托板和托盘均套装在烟管的上管口上,且所述托板位于托盘的下方用于承托托盘防止托盘晃动。
