本发明中的洗衣机可以使衣物在挂置于挂衣件1上时,衣物部分平铺于盛衣槽22上,且通过衣物按压装置3将衣物按压于盛衣槽22中,对置于盛衣槽22的衣物进行超声波清洗;进一步通过升降装置4带动衣物清洗装置2向下移动,对未清洗过的衣物部分进行清洗。本发明的洗衣机,可以实现对单件衣物进行清洗,也对单件衣物的局部进行清洗,从而节水节电省时。
以下,以具体实施例对本发明的洗衣机进行说明。
请参照图1至图3所示,本实施例涉及一种洗衣机,该洗衣机具有壳体以及设置于所述壳体内挂衣件1、衣物清洗装置2、衣物按压装置3、升降装置4、控制装置。
其中,挂衣件1具有杆状的挂衣部11,在清洗衣物时,衣物挂置于挂衣部11上。
衣物清洗装置2具有盛衣件21、供液件27以及超声波清洗模块26。
请结合图2所示,盛衣件21上设有盛衣槽22。盛衣件21包括底板24以及从底板24周缘相对底板24呈预设角度弯折并延伸的侧板23。此时,多个侧板23、底板24共同围成的空间即形成盛衣槽22。具体的,底板24与侧板23的弯折角度优选选择90°。
至少一侧板23边缘开设有一U形缺口25,U形缺口25由侧板23的远离盛衣槽22槽底的一侧边缘开口、并朝向盛衣槽22槽底所在的一侧凹陷并延伸。
供液件27呈条状设置,其上液体出口20,该液体出口20沿着供液件27的长度方向依次排列。具体的,液体出口20包括用于提供净水的净水出口(未图示)以及用于提供洗衣液的洗衣液出口(未图示)。供液件27设置于盛衣件21上,具体的,供液件27设置于盛衣件21的一个侧壁上方,且与该侧壁共面设置,其中,液体出口20朝向盛衣槽22所在的一侧开设。
超声波清洗模块26对准盛衣槽22设置,具体的,超声波清洗模块26设置于盛衣槽22的下方,且对准于盛衣槽22槽底。更具体的,具体的,超声波清洗模块26设置于所述盛衣件21的下方,且间隔盛衣件21底壁与盛衣槽22槽底对准。超声波清洗模块26的个数为多个,每个超声波清洗模块26具有超声波发出面(未图示),该超声波发出面对准于盛衣件21底部,多个超声波清洗模块26在盛衣件21的长度方向上依次排列。
盛衣件21的相对两侧上还设置有导向件28,该导向件28为从盛衣件21的相对两侧向外凸设形成。导向件28上设有上下穿通的导向孔29,该导向孔29为圆孔,且该圆孔内侧设有内螺纹。
衣物清洗装置2设置于壳体内部时,衣物清洗装置2设置于挂衣件1的下方,盛衣槽22的开口方向朝向挂衣件1所在的方向,且对准挂衣件1设置。
请参照图3以及图4所示,衣物按压装置3具有按压件31,该按压件31包括第一限位板32以及第二限位板33,该第一限位板32以及第二限位板33,第一限位板32以及第二限位板33呈预设角度设置。具体的,第一限位板32以及第二限位板33相互垂直。
第一限位板32的形状大小与盛衣槽22的槽底形状大小相适应,且与盛衣槽22槽底相互平行。第一限位板32远离第二限位板33的一侧边缘设有第一转轴34,第一限位板32以及第二限位板33的相互连接位置设置有第二转轴35,第二转轴35设置于按压件31的靠近所述盛衣槽22槽底的一侧表面。第二限位板33的厚度面上向远离第二限位板33的方向凸设有固定部36,该固定部36为具有外螺纹的螺纹制件,其外径小于U形限位孔的开口大小。
衣物按压装置3还具有驱动件(未图示),驱动件与按压件31的第一限位板32以及第二限位板33固定连接,驱动按压件31在与第一限位板32垂直的方向上来回运动。可以理解的是,驱动件可以为多种,例如是驱动气缸(未图示),通过将活塞杆(未图示)与第二限位板33固定连接,通过活塞杆的伸缩来实现按压件31的来回运动,此处并不对驱动件的具体结构做出限定。
衣物按压装置3设置于壳体内部时,按压件31设置于盛衣槽22的上方,且第二限位板33设置与第一限位板32远离盛衣槽22槽底所在的一侧。同时,第一限位板32与盛衣槽22 槽底相互平行,且第一限位板32对准盛衣槽22槽底设置,固定部36对准于U型缺口25,当按压件31沿着竖直方向向靠近盛衣槽22的方向移动时,第一限位板32容置于盛衣槽22内部,固定部36进入U形缺口25中,并可沿着U型缺口25在竖直方向上移动,且在U形缺口25的预设位置将固定部36固定于盛衣件21上。
其中需要说明的是,固定部36固定于U形缺口25中时,可以为将固定部36穿过U形缺口25并通过螺丝(未图示)锁合固定。但可以理解的是,固定部36固定于U形缺口25的方式为多种,此处不做具体限定。还可以理解的是,固定部36固定于U形缺口25,可以是人为的方式,也可以是在洗衣机壳体内设有锁合装置,通过锁合装置将螺丝锁合于固定部36上。
可以理解的是,第一限位板32容置于盛衣槽22内部时,第一限位板32于盛衣槽22周向侧壁之间存在间隙,以使按压件31可相对盛衣槽22在竖直方向上下移动。
请再次参照图1所示,升降装置4具有竖直且间隔设置的两导向杆41,该导向杆41为圆形杆,导向杆41上设置有外螺纹,导向杆41的外径等于盛衣件21的导向孔29的内径一致,两个导向杆之间的轴心距等于盛衣件21的两个导向孔29的轴心距。升降装置4还连接有旋转驱动部,该旋转驱动部与导向杆41相连,用于驱动导向杆41绕自身轴心转动。
升降装置4设置于壳体内部时,两个导向杆41分别插入至导向孔29中并与导向孔29相互旋合,旋转驱动部驱动导向杆41转动时,导向杆41带动旋转驱动部沿着导向杆41的方向上下移动。
控制装置(未图示)分别与衣物清洗装置2、衣物按压装置3以及升降装置4相连。其中控制装置与衣物清洗装置2相连,用于控制衣物清洗装置2的液体出口20向盛衣槽22中喷出洗衣液和净水以及控制超声波清洗模块26发出超声波对衣物进行清洗;控制装置与衣物按压装置3相连用于控制按压装置朝向盛衣槽22所在的一侧运动,并使第一限位板32进入至盛衣槽22中,且将第二限位板33的固定部36固定于盛衣件21上;控制装置与升降装置4相连,用于控制升降装置4的旋转驱动部驱动导向杆41沿自身轴心转动,进一步带动盛衣件21沿着导向杆41在竖直方向上下移动。
本发明的洗衣机,在清洗衣物时,首先将衣物挂置于挂衣件1上,并通过升降装置4使盛衣件21移动至靠近挂衣件1的位置;其次,使衣物靠近挂衣件1的部分铺设于盛衣槽22内部;进一步通过衣物按压装置3的驱动件驱动按压件31向盛衣槽22运动直至按压住衣物中,并将按压件31的固定部36固定在U形缺口25的预设位置;之后,通过衣物清洗装置2为盛衣槽22的衣物提供洗衣液和水并用超声波清洗模块26对置于盛衣槽22的衣物进行清 洗;最后通过升降装置4带动衣物清洗装置2整体沿着竖直方向向下运动,此时由于按压件31上转轴的存在,衣物较易被挂衣件1拉动,使衣物被清洗过的部分置于衣物清洗装置2的上方,进一步对未清洗的衣物部分进行清洗。
综上,本发明的洗衣机,通过将洗衣机设置呈具有对准于挂衣件1的盛衣槽22的衣物清洗装置2,可以使得衣物在挂置于挂衣件1上时,部分平铺于盛衣槽22上,并由衣物按压装置3将衣物按压于盛衣槽22中,对置于盛衣槽22的衣物进行清洗;进一步通过升降装置带动衣物清洗装置2向下移动,对未清洗过的衣物部分进行清洗;可以实现对单件衣物进行快速清洗从而节水节电省时。
以上对本发明的具体实施例进行了详细描述,但本发明并不限制于以上描述的具体实施例,其只是作为范例。对于本领域技术人员而言,任何对该进行的等同修改和替代也都在本发明的范畴之中。因此,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围下所作出的均等变换和修改,都应涵盖在本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,具有壳体,以及设置于所述壳体内的挂衣件、衣物清洗装置、衣物按压装置、升降装置;所述衣物清洗装置具有盛衣件以及超声波清洗模块,所述盛衣件上设有盛衣槽;
    所述衣物清洗装置设置于所述挂衣件的下方,且所述超声波清洗模块对准所述盛衣槽设置,所述盛衣槽开口对准所述挂衣件设置;
    所述衣物按压装置设置于所述盛衣槽上方,且可相对所述盛衣槽靠近并部分进入至所述盛衣槽中以及相对所述盛衣槽远离;
    所述升降装置与所述清洗装置相连,用于带动所述衣物清洗装置在竖直方向上下移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述盛衣件包括底板以及从所述底板周缘相对所述底板呈预设角度弯折并延伸的侧板;
    所述底板呈四边形,各个所述侧板在周向上首尾相连;所述底板以及所述侧板共同围成所述盛衣槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述超声波清洗模块设置于所述盛衣槽的下方,且对准于所述盛衣槽槽底。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述衣物清洗装置还具有设置于所述盛衣件上的供液件,所述供液件上设置有液体出口,所述液体出口朝向盛衣槽所在的一侧开设。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述衣物按压装置具有按压件以及驱动件,所述按压件具有与所述盛衣槽槽底相互平行的第一限位板,所述第一限位板对准所述盛衣槽槽底且与所述盛衣槽槽底的形状大小相适应;所述驱动件与所述第一限位板相连,用于驱动所述第一限位板相对所述槽底靠近或远离。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述衣物按压装置还设有第二限位板,所述第二限位板相对所述第一限位板朝向远离所述盛衣槽的一侧弯折并延伸。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述第一限位板远离所述第二限位板的一侧边缘设有第一转轴,所述第一限位板以及所述第二限位板相互连接的位置设有第二转轴,所述第二转轴设置于所述按压件靠近所述盛衣槽槽底的一侧表面。
  8. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述盛衣件的至少一侧板上开设有U形缺口,所述U形缺口由所述侧板的远离所述盛衣槽槽底的一侧边缘开口、并朝向所述盛衣槽槽底所在的一侧凹陷并延伸;
    所述按压件上凸设有固定部,所述按压件朝向所述盛衣槽所在的一侧运动,所述固定部进入至所述U形缺口中,并与所述盛衣件固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述盛衣件的相对两侧上还向外凸设有导向件,所述导向件上还设有上下穿通的导向孔,所述导向孔为内螺纹孔;
    所述升降装置具有竖直且间隔设置的两导向杆,所述导向杆为外径与所述导向孔内径相一致的外螺纹杆,两个所述导向杆分别插设于所述导向孔中并与所述导向孔相互旋合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于,所述升降装置还连接有旋转驱动部,所述旋转驱动部与所述导向杆相连,用于驱动所述导向杆绕自身轴心转动。
