Description

电子设备及其处理方法 技术领域
本申请实施例涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种具有显示屏和多个应用程序(在下文中,也被称为应用或app)的电子设备及其处理方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,电子设备的压力触摸屏可以检测用户的按压力度,并对具有不同按压力度的轻按、轻点和重按做出不同的响应。当用户用力按压(重按)一个应用图标时,电子设备弹出一层半透明菜单,菜单里面包含了该应用下的一些操作选项,用户通过选取操作选项中的一个来使用与该选项对应的功能。例如,重按手机上的“相机”图标,弹出菜单中包括的操作选项为拍照、录制慢动作视频、录制视频和自拍。
然而,上述弹出菜单中包括的操作选项均是由系统提前定义的操作选项,不能根据用户的实际需要进行改变,因此在使用上仍然存在不便,影响用户的体验。
发明内容
本申请提供了一种电子设备及其处理方法,用户重按应用图标时,基于操作选项被点击的次数、操作选项被点击的时间、操作选项被点击时电子设备所处的位置、所述应用中的未读信息、所述应用被挂起之前得到的数据、所述应用处于后台运行得到的数据和所述应用中的通信对象中的至少一个,确定并显示包括至少一个操作选项的菜单,使得菜单中呈现的操作选项更符合用户的习惯,提高用户体验。

本发明实施例可以解决重按弹出菜单不能根据用户的实际需要进行改变的问题。本发明实施例可以动态调整响应于用户的重按操作而显示的菜单,菜单中包括的操作选项的排列方式更加符合用户使用习惯。

根据电子设备100的配置情况,可以在数目上以两个或者更多个显示屏实现显示屏151。例如,多个显示屏可以被一体化地或者单独地布置在一个表面上,或者被布置在不同的表面上。
在此,如果显示屏151和触摸敏感传感器(在下文中,也被称为“触摸传感器”)在其间具有分层的结构,则该结构可以被称为触摸屏或具有触敏表面的显示屏。显示屏151(在下文中,也被称为“触摸屏”151)可以被用作除了输出装置之外的输入装置。触摸传感器可以被实现为触摸膜、触摸片、触摸板等。
触摸传感器可以被配置为将被施加给显示屏151的特定部分的压力或者从显示屏151的特定部分出现的电容转换为电输入信号。此外,触摸传感器可以被配置为不仅感测被触摸的位置和被触摸的区域,而且也感测触摸压力,并对具有不同点按力度的轻按、轻点和重按做出不同的响应。本申请中描述的轻按、轻点和重按,可以参考苹果公司的“Force Touch”和“3D Touch”功能,具体可以参考https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Force_Touch#3D_Touch,轻按、轻点和重按是在压力触摸屏上实现的技术,重按是指使用比轻按更大的力,来按压触敏表面。通过在手机桌面(主屏幕页面)重按应用图标,可以弹出该应用支持的快捷操作选项。例如,重按“时钟”可以弹出包括“创建闹钟”、“开始秒表计时”和“开始计时”三个快捷操作选项的菜单。
当通过触摸传感器来感测触摸输入时,相应的信号被传送到触摸处理器(未图示)。触摸处理器处理接收到的信号,然后将相应的数据传送到处理器180。因此,处理器180可以确定显示屏151的哪一个区域被触摸以及触摸的压力值。
仍参考图1,接近传感器141可以被布置在由触摸屏覆盖的电子设备的内部区域处,或者在触摸屏附近。接近传感器141可以被设置为感测单元140的一个示例。接近传感器141指示用于在没有机械接触的情况下,利用电磁场或红外线来感测存在或不存在接近要感测表面的物体、或者靠近要感测表面设置的物体的传感器。与接触传感器相比,接近传感器141具有更长寿命和更加增强的实用性。
音频输出模块152可以在呼叫信号接收模式、呼叫模式、记录模式、语音识别模式、广播接收模式等模式中输出从无线通信单元110接收到的或者被存储在存储器160中的音频数据。此外,音频输出模块152可以提供与在电子设备100中执行的特定功能有关的音频输出(例如,呼叫信号接收声音、消息接收声音等)。音频输出模块152可以包括接收器、扬声器、蜂鸣器等。
报警单元153输出用于通知电子设备100的事件发生的信号。在电子设备100生成的事件可以包括呼叫信号接收、消息接收、键信号输入、触摸输入等。报警单元153不仅可以输出视频或者音频信号,而且也可以输出其他类型的信号,诸如以振动的方式通知事件发生的信号。在此,可以通过显示屏151或者音频输出模块152输出视频信号或者音频信号。因此,显示屏151或者音频输出模块152可以被归类为报警单元153的一部分。
触觉模块154生成用户可以感受的各种触觉效果。通过触觉模块154生成的触觉效果的代表性示例是振动。触觉模块154的强度和模式可以控制。例如,不同的振动可以组合输 出或者顺序地输出。
除了振动之外,触觉模块154还可以生成各种其它触觉效果,如刺激效果(如针对接触皮肤垂直移动的针脚排布结构、空气通过喷射口和吸入口的喷射力和吸入力、皮肤上的接触、电极接触、静电力等),通过利用可以吸热或发热的部件来再现冷热感觉的效果。
触觉模块154可以被实现为允许用户通过诸如手指或者手臂的肌肉感觉来感知触觉效果,以及通过直接接触来传输触觉效果。根据电子设备100的配置,可以提供两个或者更多个触觉模块154。
存储器160可以存储由处理器180执行的处理和控制操作的软件程序,或者可以临时存储输入或输出的数据(例如,电话本、消息、静止图像、视频等)。存储器还可以存储与在向触摸屏输入触摸时所输出的振动和音频信号的各种模式有关的数据。
使用任何类型的适当的存储介质可以实现存储器160,该存储介质包含闪存型、硬盘型、微型多媒体卡、存储卡(例如,SD或者DX存储器等)、随机存取存储器(RAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、可编程只读存储器(PROM)、磁存储器、磁盘、光盘等等。而且,电子设备100可以与因特网上的、执行存储器160的存储功能的网络存储装置有关地操作。
接口单元170作为电子设备100与外部设备的连接通道。接口单元170可以从外部设备接收数据。可以通过接口单元170为电子设备100提供电力,并且然后将电力递送到电子设备100内的每个组件。接口单元170可以使得数据能够从电子设备100的内部传输到外部设备。接口单元170可以包括有线/无线头戴式耳机端口、外部充电器端口、有线/无线数据端口、存储卡端口、用于耦合具有识别模块的装置的端口、音频输入/输出(I/O)端口、视频输入/输出(I/O)端口和/或耳机端口。
识别模块可以是存储用于认证电子设备100的使用权限所需要的各种信息的芯片或者卡。识别模块可以包括用户身份模块(UIM)、订户身份模块(SIM)和/或通用订户身份模块(USIM)等。此外,可以用智能卡的形式实现具有识别模块的装置(在下文中,被称为“识别装置”)。因此,识别装置可以经由端口被耦合到电子设备100。
接口单元170可以用作当电子设备100被连接到外部扩展设备时将电力从外部扩展设备供应到电子设备100的路径,或者用于将用户从扩展设备输入的各种命令信号传输到电子设备100的路径。从扩展设备输入的各种命令信号或者电力可以作为用于识别电子设备已经被准确地安装到扩展设备的信号操作。
处理器180通常控制电子设备100的整体操作。例如,处理器180执行与电话呼叫、数据通信、视频呼叫等相关联的控制和处理。处理器180可以包括多媒体模块182,该多媒体模块182用于再现多媒体数据。多媒体模块182可以被配置成处理器180的一部分或者单独的组件。
处理器180可以感测显示屏151的哪一个区域被触摸以及触摸的压力值,根据不同的触摸压力值将触摸分类为轻按、轻点和重按,当感测显示屏151被重按时,确定被重按区域的应用图标所关联的应用,并且对应用的操作生成操作选项,以菜单方式将所述操作选项显示在显示屏151上。
处理器180同样能够执行模式识别处理,以便将触摸屏151上的书写或者绘图输入识别为文本或者图像。
而且,处理器180可以在电子设备100的状态满足预置条件时,执行锁定状态,以限制用户输入针对应用的控制命令。而且,处理器180可以基于在电子设备100的锁定状态下的触摸屏151上感测的触摸输入,来控制锁定状态显示的锁定画面。
电源单元190在处理器180的控制下接收外部电源和内部电源,并且供应用于操作相应部件和组件所需的适当的电力。
本文描述的各种实施方式可以例如利用软件、硬件或其任何组合在计算机可读介质或其类似介质中实现。
对于硬件实现来说,通过使用被设计为执行在此描述的功能的专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理装置(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、中央处理器(CPU)、通用处理器、微处理器、电子单元中的至少一个,可以实现在此描述的实施例。在一些情况下,可以通过处理器180本身实现此实施例。

同时,在示例实施例中,通过使用显示屏151可以显示在电子设备100中处理的信息。
图2为本申请实施例提供的一种电子设备的处理方法。如图2所示,该方法包括:
步骤S101,在电子设备的主屏幕页面上显示至少一个应用图标。
本实施例中的处理方法应用于具有显示屏和多个应用的电子设备,该显示屏包括触敏表面,该触敏表面可以感测用户按压的位置以及按压的力度。以智能手机为例,一般来说,当智能手机在启动后初始化各组成元件时,智能手机具有在显示屏上初始显示的主屏幕(home screen),该主屏幕也被称为主屏幕页面,在主屏幕页面上可以显示多个应用图标,例如,在智能手机的主屏幕页面上显示相机、照片、电话、微信、高德地图等多个应用图标。智能手机除了包括一个主屏幕页面,还可以包括至少一个其他屏幕页面。用户可以在主屏幕页面或其他屏幕页面上添加应用程序的图标,通过点击应用图标快速打开对应的应用程序。主屏幕页面上的应用图标可以移动到其他屏幕页面,其他屏幕页面的应用图标也可以移动到主屏幕页面。
步骤S102,检测到作用于第一应用图标上的第一重按操作。
在该步骤中,在触敏表面检测到作用于第一应用图标上的第一重按操作,第一应用图标为所述至少一个应用图标中的一个,第一应用图标对应第一应用。仍以智能手机为例,智能手机检测到在触敏表面上作用于相机应用图标的第一重按操作。
步骤S103,响应于第一重按操作显示第一菜单,第一菜单包括至少一个第一操作选项。
第一操作选项是第一应用中提供的操作选项,第一操作选项能够被选中,以启动第一应用并启动与被选中的第一操作选项对应的功能。响应于对相机应用图标的第一重按操作,可以显示第一菜单,第一菜单包括的操作选项可以为“拍照”,当该操作选项“拍照”被点击时,可以启动相机应用并进入拍照界面。
步骤S104,电子设备返回主屏幕页面。
在该步骤中,电子设备在启动相机应用并进入拍照界面后,可以退出相机应用并返回主屏幕页面。用户可以通过点击home键或者主菜单按键返回主屏幕页面。
步骤S105,检测到作用于第一应用图标上的第二重按操作。
在该步骤中,智能手机检测到在触敏表面上作用于电话应用图标的第二重按操作。第二重按操作为第一重按操作之后的又一次重按操作,第二重按操作和第一重按操作之间可以包括其他的重按操作,第二重按操作和第一重按操作之间也可以没有发生重按操作。
步骤S106,响应于第二重按操作显示第二菜单,自动调整第二菜单包括的第二操作选项。
该步骤中,响应于第二重按操作显示第二菜单,第二菜单和第一菜单不同,第二菜单包括至少一个第二操作选项,电子设备自动调整第二菜单包括的第二操作选项,第二操作选项也是第一应用中提供的操作选项,第二操作选项同样能够被选中,以启动第一应用并启动与被选中的第二操作选项对应的功能。
例如,响应于对相机应用图标的第二重按操作,可以显示第二菜单,第二菜单包括的操作选项可以为“录制视频”,当该操作选项“录制视频”被点击时,可以启动相机应用并进入录像界面。
第二菜单和第一菜单不同,可以包括以下情况中的至少一种:第一操作选项和第二操作选项对应的功能不同,例如第一操作选项为“拍照”,第二操作选项为“录制视频”;第一操作选项的数量和第二操作选项的数量不同,例如第一菜单中包括一个第一操作选项“拍照”,第二菜单包括两个第二操作选项,第二操作选项分别为“录制视频”和“自拍”;对应同一功能的操作选项在第一菜单和第二菜单中的位置不同,例如,在第一菜单中,第一操作选项“拍照”排列在上,第二操作选项“录制视频”排列在下,而在第二菜单中,第二操作选项“录制视频”排列在上,第一操作选项“拍照”排列在下。
本申请实施例中,电子设备自动调整第二菜单包括的第二操作选项,自动调整的过程不需要用户的干预,该自动调整也不是基于用户的输入而实现。用户通过输入,手动调整操作选项的内容或位置,不属于本申请实施例自动调整的范围。例如,对于电话应用,用户手动改变其收藏的常用联系人,而引起的与常用联系人有关的操作选项变化,与本申请描述的自动调整属于不同的范畴。
电子设备可以基于以下至少一个因素,自动调整第二菜单包括的第二操作选项,上述因素包括:第二操作选项被点击的次数、第二重按操作发生的时间、第二重按操作发生时电子设备所在的位置、第一应用被挂起之前得到的数据、第一应用在后台运行时得到的数据等。上述确定因素的组合可由系统或用户预先进行设定,在实际操作中,可以根据需要选择上述确定因素中的任意一个,也可以对上述确定因素进行任意组合。
在下文中,将会参考图3,以基于第二操作选项被点击的次数为例,详细地描述自动调整第二操作选项并进行显示的过程。
在本申请中,应用程序的操作过程可分为学习阶段和执行阶段。在学习阶段中,处理器180学习并统计用户的使用习惯和应用的运行数据。在执行阶段中,处理器根据统计结果确定并显示菜单中包含的操作选项。对应用程序的每次操作可以视为既是学习阶段,同时也是执行阶段。
在学习阶段中,处理器180记录用户每次打开应用后的操作过程,统计应用的每个功能界面下各操作选项被点击的次数,并根据各操作选项被点击次数的大小,对各操作选项进行 排序。
在执行阶段中,处理器180基于操作选项被点击的次数确定第二操作选项中的至少一个,并且将第二操作选项以菜单的形式呈现给用户。
在电子设备的显示屏上显示有至少一个应用图标,检测到作用于应用图标上的重按操作时,处理器180生成包括至少一个第二操作选项的第二菜单,在第二菜单中第二操作选项按照上述排序进行排列,即排在第二菜单最上面的是被点击次数最多的操作选项,第二菜单中排列的操作选项的被点击次数由上至下依次减少。
检测到第二重按操作时,在显示屏上显示上述第二菜单,用户点击第二菜单中的某一第二操作选项,应用执行该操作选项对应的操作。
如前所述,根据本申请公开的电子设备100可以采用任何合适的形式,包括但不限于诸如图4(a)-图4(f)的智能手机200。下面参考图4(a)-图4(f)来讨论智能手机200的更多细节。
智能手机200中安装了一个或多个应用程序,应用程序具有不同的状态:停止运行(应用程序已经终止或者还未启动)、不活动(应用程序处于前台但不再接收事件,例如,用户在app处于活动时锁住了设备)、活动(应用程序处于使用中的状态)、后台运行(应用程序不在屏幕上显示,但仍然执行代码)、以及挂起(应用程序仍然驻留内存,但既不在屏幕上显示也不再执行代码)。应用程序被挂起之前得到的数据和处于后台运行时得到的数据被保存在存储器160中,以便该应用程序再次进入前台时,将保存的数据呈现给用户。
如图4(a)-图4(f)中所示,处理器180可以在显示屏251上显示(或者使显示屏251显示)至少一个应用图标201。

根据本申请公开的下述技术方案,响应于用户重按应用图标的第二重按操作,在显示屏上显示第二菜单,第二菜单包括至少一个第二操作选项,通过选取菜单中包括的操作选项,用户可以直接到达想要的界面,而不必一级级地打开应用的功能界面。至少一个所述第二操作选项是基于操作选项被点击的次数、第二重按操作发生的时间、操作选项被点击时电子设备所处的位置、所述应用中的未读信息、所述应用被挂起之前得到的数据、所述应用处于后台运行得到的数据和所述应用中的通信对象中的至少一个确定的,具体实现方式如下。
下面的四个实施例是在不同应用场景下的具体实施例,其中,第一实施例以高德地图应用为例,第二实施例以电话应用为例,第三实施例以短信应用为例,第四实施例以支付宝应用和相机应用为例,结合下面的第一至第四实施例,可使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,并使本申请的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂。在下面的四个实施例中,重点说明自动调整第二菜单包括的第二操作选项的过程。
第一实施例
参照图4(a)-图4(f)和图5中示出的内容,以高德地图为例,说明对图标201对应的地图应用的操作过程。
在学习阶段中,处理器180记录用户每次使用高德地图应用的过程。首先介绍高德地图应用的主界面和主界面下的部分二级功能界面。
在高德地图主界面中,具有四个不同的操作选项“查找”、“附近”、“路线”和“我的”。用户可以选择主界面中的操作选项“查找”,并在输入框中输入“XXX”,其中“XXX”可选的为地点、公交或地铁等,其中的地点可以是街道、建筑物或景点等等。用户在输入框中完成输入后,应用给出相应的一个或多个查找结果,当用户选择其中一个查找结果A后,高德地图进入二级功能界面。
在操作选项“查找”下的二级功能界面中,具有三个不同的操作选项“搜周边”、“去这里”和“导航”。用户可以选择该二级界面中的操作选项“导航”进入地图应用的导航功能界面,在导航功能界面中,地图应用引导用户驾车由当前位置前往上述查找结果A对应的位置;用户也可以选择该二级界面中的操作选项“搜周边”进入地图应用的搜索界面,在搜索界面中,用户可以搜索查找结果A周边的美食、酒店或停车场等。
可选的,用户也可以选择主界面中的操作选项“路线”,在操作选项“路线”下的二级功能界面中,用户可以选择“开车去”、“坐公交”、或者“走路去”三种方式中的一种,由起点位置去往A。
处理器180记录并统计用户每次打开高德地图应用后的使用操作,记录主界面操作和二级功能界面操作的关联关系,将结果按照如下表1的格式保存在存储器160中。

其中,编号为1的记录表示,在该次使用中,用户在主界面操作选项和二级界面操作选项中依次选择了“查找”和“导航”,并且该次使用是用户晚上在家进行的操作。其余记录表示的内容可参照编号为1的记录进行理解。
根据表1中的记录,在不考虑时间和位置因素的情况下,用户在主界面中的常用操作为“查找”,在“查找”之后的下一步常用操作为“导航”。当考虑位置因素时,用户在公司附近的主界面常用操作为“路线”,并且在“路线”之后的下一步常用操作为“走路去”。当考虑时间因素时,用户晚上在主界面常用操作为“查找”,并且在“查找”之后的下一步常用操作为“导航”。
为了便于说明,表1省略了主界面操作选项“附近”或“我的”下包括的二级界面操作选项。在实际使用中,本领域的技术人员可以根据实际情况增加表1中的选项。
表1中按家和公司两个位置区分位置因素,以及按白天和晚上两个时间段区分时间因素,仅为示意性的举例,并不用以限制本申请,本领域的技术人员可以根据需要将位置或时间进一步细分。
在执行阶段中,处理器180确定当前可执行的操作选项并以菜单202的形式呈现给用户。下面分别按照不同的情况,说明第二菜单中包括的第二操作选项如何确定和调整。
在下述的第一至第四种情况中,在用户重按图标201之前,地图应用为停止运行状态。在下述的第五和第六种情况中,在用户重按图标201之前,地图应用为后台运行状态或挂起状态。
第一种情况
在第一种情况中,当用户重按图标201时,处理器180根据前述学习阶段中记录的表1,判断用户在主界面中的最常用操作为“查找”,较常用的操作为“路线”。因此,如图4(a)所示,响应于所述重按而显示的菜单202中,由上至下排列的操作选项203-208分别为:203“查找”、204“路线”、205“回家”、206“去公司”、207“发送我的位置”、208“附近”。其中的操作选项203和204基于用户的点击次数确定,操作选项205-208是系统预置的选项。操作选项203“查找”是被点击次数最大或最多的操作选项。
第二种情况
在第二种情况中,当用户在公司重按图标201时,处理器180根据前述学习阶段中记录的表1,判断用户在公司时,主界面中的最常用操作为“路线”,二级功能界面中的最常用操作为“走路去”。因此,如图4(b)所示,菜单202中由上至下排列的操作选项213-218分别为:213“路线”、214“走路去”、215“回家”、216“去公司”、217“发送我的位置”、218“附近”。其中的操作选项213和214基于智能手机所处的位置确定,操作选项215-218是系统预置的选项。其中,智能手机200所处位置为用户所在公司地址时,操作选项213“路线”是被点击次数最大或最多的操作选项。
在第二种情况中,操作选项213和214分别是主界面中的最常用操作和二级功能界面中的最常用操作,可选的,操作选项214’也可以是主界面中较常用的操作“查找”。或者,可选的,操作选项213”和214”分别是二级功能界面中的最常用操作“走路去”和“搜周边”。
第三种情况
在第三种情况中,当用户在晚上重按图标201时,处理器180根据前述学习阶段中记录的表1,判断用户晚上在主界面中的最常用操作为“查找”,二级功能界面中的最常用操作为“导航”。因此,如图4(c)所示,菜单202中由上至下排列的操作选项223-228分别为:223“查找”、224“导航”、225“回家”、226“去公司”、227“发送我的位置”、228“附近”。其中的操作选项223和224基于用户的点击时间确定,操作选项215-218是系统预置的选项。
在第三种情况中,当用户在白天重按图标201时,处理器180根据学习阶段中的统计结果,在显示屏上显示的菜单中由上至下排列的操作选项223’-228’与223-228不同,可选的,223’为“附近”,224’为“美食”。
第四种情况
在第四种情况中,当用户晚上在家重按图标201时,处理器180根据前述学习阶段中记录的表1,判断用户之前在同样时间和位置的操作,均是先在主界面中的选择“查找”,然后在二级功能界面中选择“导航”。因此,如图4(d)所示,菜单202中由上至下排列的操作选项233-237分别为:233“导航”、234“回家”、235“去公司”、236“发送我的位置”、237“附近”。其中的操作选项233基于用户的点击时间和点击时智能手机所处的位置共同确定,操作选项234-237是系统预置的选项。
在上述第一至第四种情况中,操作选项中既包括基于用户的点击次数、点击时间和/或点击时智能手机所处的位置确定的操作选项,也包括系统预置的操作选项。可选的,响应于所述重按而显示的菜单202中的操作选项均是基于用户的点击次数、点击时间和/或点击时智能手机所处的位置确定的操作选项,菜单202中不包括系统预置的操作选项。
第五种情况
在第五种情况中,如图5所示,在学习阶段中统计用户的使用操作,包括打开主界面后的操作、在二级功能界面的操作、以及操作的时间和位置,并且在学习阶段中还记录主界面操作和二级功能界面操作之间的关联关系。在执行阶段中,用户某次使用地图应用时,在主界面的操作选项中选择了“查找”,并在输入框中输入“故宫”,然后在地图应用给出的查找结果中选择“故宫博物院”。
处理器180基于主界面的操作数据确定二级功能界面可执行的操作选项243-245。例如,所述操作选项包括243“导航-故宫博物院”、244“搜周边-故宫博物院”、245“去这里-故宫博物院”。
此时用户对地图应用的操作可能被其他事件(其他事件例如为智能手机200此时接到来电,用户打开电话应用进行接听)中断,地图应用被切换到后台运行或在后台运行一段时间后被挂起。例如,地图应用进入后台后可以保持在线5分钟,此时地图应用仍然可以接收数据,例如地图应用可以按一定周期确定智能手机200当前所在的位置。当地图引用进入后台5分钟后,地图应用被挂起,即地图应用不再接收和发送数据。
处理器180检测到地图应用为后台运行状态或挂起状态时,获取地图应用被挂起之前的数据以及地图应用在后台运行时的数据,基于上述数据确定当前可执行的操作选项。
确定当前可执行的操作选项时,需要判断上述操作选项243-245是否有效,如果操作选项243-245无效(将在下述第六种情况中进行讨论),则删除操作选项243-245;如果操作选项243-245有效(仍然可执行),则继续保存操作选项243-245。
用户接听完电话后,用手指在手机200的桌面上重按地图应用的图标201,如图4(e)所示,此时处理器180使智能手机200在其显示屏251上显示菜单202,菜单202用于提示用户该地图应用当前可执行的操作选项243-249。其中操作选项243“导航-故宫博物院”、244“搜周边-故宫博物院”和245“去这里-故宫博物院”基于地图应用被挂起之前得到的数据确定,其中操作选项246“回家”、247“去公司”、248“发送我的位置”和249“附近”是系统预置的选项。
可选的,菜单202中的操作选项由243“导航-故宫博物院”、244“搜周边-故宫博物院”和245“去这里-故宫博物院”组成。操作选项243-245均是基于应用被挂起之前得到的数据确定的有效操作选项。此时,菜单202中不包括系统预置的选项。
可选的,菜单202中的操作选项由243、244和246-249组成。处理器180根据前述学习阶段中记录的表1,确定用户在“查找”之后的下一步最常用操作为“导航”,较常用操作为“搜周边”。即,处理器180基于操作选项被点击的次数、以及应用被挂起之前得到的数据确定操作选项243“导航-故宫博物院”和244“搜周边-故宫博物院”。
可选的,菜单202中的操作选项由243和246-249组成。
在第五种情况中,用户在选择“故宫博物院”之后,地图应用立刻被切换到后台运行或在后台运行一段时间后被挂起。可选的,在用户的操作执行一段时间之后,地图应用才被切换到后台。应用被挂起之前得到的数据,包括该应用被打开后的所有操作的数据。
第六种情况
在第六种情况中,与第五种情况不同的是:用户对地图应用的操作被其他事件中断前,用户对地图应用还进行了进一步操作。
用户对地图应用进行的进一步操作,例如为关闭应用、删除上一步操作中的查找结果“故宫博物院”、进行新的查找、或查看“故宫博物院”的详情。处理器180根据已执行操作的最新数据,按照预定时间间隔判断确定的操作选项是否有效,并实时调整操作选项,保留其中的有效执行操作选项且删除无效操作选项。例如,当地图应用已被关闭时,删除所有的操作选项243-249;当用户在地图应用中删除了查找结果“故宫博物院”时,操作选项243“导航-故宫博物院”、244“搜周边-故宫博物院”、245“去这里-故宫博物院”为无效操作选项,删除操作选项243-245并保留操作选项246-249;当用户在地图应用中删除查找结果“故宫博物院”并进行新的查找“天安门”,进一步选择“天安门广场”时,生成新的操作选项253-255来取代上述操作选项中的无效操作选项243-245,操作选项253为“导航-天安门广场”、254为“搜周边-天安门广场”、255为“去这里-天安门广场”,而有效操作选项246-249保持不变;当用户在地图应用中仅进行查看详情时,继续保存全部上述操作选项243-249。
在此,以用户的进一步操作为查找“天安门”并选择“天安门广场”为例,说明菜单202中包括的操作选项如何变化。
与第五种情况相同的,地图应用随后被切换到后台运行或在后台运行一段时间后被挂起,此时处理器180保存地图应用被挂起之前得到的数据。
用户接听完电话后,用手指在手机200的桌面上重按地图应用的图标201,如图4(f)所示,此时处理器180使智能手机200在其显示屏251上弹出菜单202,菜单202用于提示用户该地图应用当前可执行的操作选项253-255和246-249。其中操作选项253-255基于应用被挂起之前得到的数据确定。
地图应用在后台运行时可以收发数据,处理器180可基于所述应用处于后台运行得到的数据确定操作选项。例如地图应用在后台运行时接收路况数据,处理器180基于所述路况数据确定操作选项,当道路封闭时,确定操作选项为步行。
在上述的第五和第六种情况中,在用户重按图标201之前,地图应用仅有一次被切换到后台运行或在后台运行一段时间后被挂起,可选的,地图应用被切换到后台运行或在后台挂起的次数可能大于一次。
地图应用每次由后台运行状态或挂起状态转为活动状态时,用户可以对地图应用进行操作。处理器180保存地图应用被挂起之前得到的数据和地图应用处于后台运行得到的数据,并基于所述数据确定在菜单中显示的操作选项。
在上述第五和第六种情况中,操作选项中既包括基于地图应用被挂起之前得到的数据确定的操作选项,也包括系统预置的操作选项。可选的,响应于所述重按而显示的菜单202中的操作选项均是基于地图应用被挂起之前得到的数据确定的操作选项,不包括系统预置的操作选项。
在上述第一至第六种情况中,操作选项中的至少一个是由用户的点击次数、点击时间、点击时智能手机所处的位置、应用处于后台运行得到的数据和/或应用被挂起之前得到的数据确定的,按照用户的使用习惯对所述操作选项进行排列,例如,操作选项从上至下的排列顺序是根据操作选项被点击的次数由大到小来排列的。菜单202中的内容由于更符合用户习惯, 因此用户可以方便的点击排列靠前的操作选项,执行相应操作,提升用户的使用体验。
第二实施例
当应用有未读信息时,在学习阶段中统计用户查看该未读信息时的不同操作。所述未读信息包括未接来电、未读短信、未读即时通讯类消息或未读通知消息。
参照图6(a)和图6(b)中示出的内容,以电话应用为例,说明对应用图标301对应的电话应用的操作过程。
在学习阶段中,处理器180记录用户每次使用电话应用的过程。例如,根据统计结果,对于上述电话应用来说,在不考虑时间和位置因素的情况下,当有未接来电时,用户使用次数最多的操作是“查看未接来电+回拨该未接来电”。当考虑位置因素时,用户在公司使用次数最多的操作是“查看未接来电+发短信给该未接来电”。
在执行阶段中,处理器180确定当前可执行的操作选项并以菜单302的形式呈现给用户。
当电话应用有未接来电时,处理器180在显示屏251上呈现未接来电通知消息,例如,在图标301的右上角显示未接来电的数量“2”。进一步,处理器180保存该未接来电的号码信息13800138000,并且处理器180根据前述学习阶段中的统计结果,确定可执行操作的操作选项。例如,所述操作选项包括303“查看并回拨未接来电13800138000”、304“查看并发短信给未接来电13800138000”、305“拨打电话给联系人Mike”、306“拨打电话给联系人Tom”、307“新建联系人”等。
当用户重按图标301时,如图6(a)所示,处理器180响应所述重按在显示屏251上显示菜单302。在菜单302中由上至下依次排列操作选项303-307。其中的操作选项303和304基于应用中的未读信息,操作选项305和306基于该操作选项被点击的次数,其中操作选项305对应的联系人Mike为用户呼叫次数最多的联系人。操作选项307是系统预置的选项。
可选的,当用户在公司重按图标301时,由于用户在公司使用次数最多的操作是“查看未接来电+发短信给该未接来电”,因此,如图6(b)所示,菜单302中的操作选项“查看并回拨未接来电13800138000”和“查看并发短信给未接来电13800138000”交换排列位置。
可选的,菜单302中的操作选项由303、305-307构成。即,基于应用中的未读信息确定的操作选项仅包括用户最常用的操作选项303。
可选的,处理器180根据应用被挂起之前得到的数据,调整操作选项中的内容。例如,当未接来电13800138000已被浏览时,删除上述操作选项中的303和304;当未接来电13800138000未被浏览时,继续保存上述操作选项中的303和304。
可选的,图标301对应的应用可为应用市场,且在应用市场中有一个多个未更新应用的未读通知信息,当用户手指重按应用市场的图标301时,菜单302中包括操作选项308“更新全部”。
可选的,图标301对应的应用可为短信、QQ、微信、邮件等其他应用,处理器基于该应用中的未读信息确定菜单302中的至少一个操作选项,所述未读信息包括未接来电、未读短信、未读邮件、未读即时通讯类消息或未读通知消息等,菜单302包括的至少一个操作选项基于应用中的所述未读信息确定。
第三实施例
参照图7(a)和图7(b)中示出的内容,以短信应用为例,说明对图标401对应的短信应用的操作过程。
在学习阶段中,处理器180记录并统计用户对短信应用的使用操作,将结果按照下表2的格式保存在存储器160中。

其中,编号为1的记录表示,接收或发送短信的联系人Mike,接收或发送短信的时间为2016年5月26日10时08分30秒。其余记录表示的内容可参照编号为1的记录进行理解。
当对于同一联系人有新的接收或发送短信操作时,用最新接收或发送操作的时间覆盖表2中原来的时间。
可选的,在表2中还对用户使用短信应用的时间和/或位置进行记录,例如,时间可如第一实施例中被分为白天和晚上两个时间段,位置可被分为家和公司两个位置。
处理器获取应用中的通信对象,在本实施例给出的短信应用中的通信对象为联系人,处理器对联系人进行排序,所述排序是根据与联系人的通信时间(接收或发送短信的时间)进行的排序,通信时间越早则排序越靠后,例如表2中的第5条记录,由于接收或发送短信的时间最早,因此在排序时,第5条记录对应的联系人Tracy排在最后。
在执行阶段中,处理器180根据应用中的通信对象确定操作选项,处理器提取联系人排序中的前n(1<n≦5)个联系人,生成与所述n个联系人对应的操作选项。
如图7(a)所示,当n=4时,响应于所述重按而显示的菜单402中,由上至下排列的操作选项403-406分别为:403“发送短信给Mike”、404“发送短信给Tom”、405“发送短信给Jack”、406“发送短信给Mary”。
在执行阶段中,处理器180还检测表2中是否有新增记录,当应用被挂起之前或在后台运行时有新增记录时,例如,在2016年5月26日18时00分00秒收到了联系人Tracy发来的短信,此时删除图7(a)中排列最靠后的操作选项406,并且生成与新增通信对象Tracy对应的操作选项413,如图7(b)所示,当重按应用图标401时把新增通信对象对应的操作选项413排列在最前面,相应的依次将图7(a)中的操作选项403-405调整为图7(b)中的操作选项414-416。
可选的,新增通信对象在表2中没有记录时,在表2中增加一条与该通信对象有关的记录。
在本实施例中,根据与通信对象的通信时间对操作选项进行排序,操作选项的排列顺序是根据与该操作选项对应的通信对象的通信时间由后到前来排列的。其中,与该通信对象的通信时间在后,表示与该通信对象的通信时间较晚,即与该通信对象的通信时间更接近重按 操作发生的时刻。可选的,处理器180根据与通信对象的通信次数对操作选项进行排序。
在本实施例中,举例说明了生成与n个通信对象对应的操作选项,可选的,菜单402中包括的操作选项全部基于通信对象确定。
可选的,基于用户重按图标401的时间和/或位置,调整操作选项的内容,使得其中至少一个操作选项基于用户点击时智能手机所处的位置和/或点击时间而确定。具体调整方式与前述实施例类似,在此不再详述。
在第三实施例中,以短信应用为例说明了处理器180基于应用中的通信对象确定操作选项,并且操作选项在菜单中从上至下的排列顺序是根据与所述通信对象的通信次数由大到小或通信时间由后到前来排列的。
基于应用中的通信对象确定的操作选项,包括所述通信对象的信息,在短信应用中,所述通信对象的信息为电话号码。当图标401对应的应用为短信之外的其他应用时,所述通信对象的信息包括但不限于电话号码、应用账号、邮箱地址、用户标识和用户名中的任意一个。
图标401对应的应用可选的为电话、邮件、手机银行、微信或其他社交应用,用户通过图标401对应的应用与其他通信对象进行通信。在图标401对应的应用中,处理器180根据在该应用中的通信对象确定在菜单中显示的操作选项。
可选的,基于应用中的通信对象确定的操作选项包括家人或特定联系人的信息,可以将包括家人或特定联系人信息的操作选项排列在菜单顶部。
第四实施例
处理器180可以记录并统计用户在不同时间段和不同位置时常用的应用,以及在不同时间段和不同位置时对该应用的使用操作。例如,在某一位置处,用户常用的应用为“支付宝”,在该位置处“支付宝”应用中使用频率最高的操作是“付款”和“扫一扫”。该位置可选的是用户家附近的超市。
在执行阶段中,处理器180首先通过位置定位模块115确定手机200的位置,如该位置是用户家附近的超市,则当用户手指在手机200的桌面上重按支付宝应用的图标时,处理器180使智能手机200在其显示屏251上显示菜单,菜单中包括基于电子设备所处位置的操作选项“付款”和“扫一扫”。如果通过位置定位模块115确定的位置是用户居住地,则重按时显示的菜单中包括的操作选项是用户在家使用频率最高的“转账”和“余额宝”。
可选的,在以上执行阶段中,处理器180首先确定当前的时间,如果当前时间为用户信用卡账单日的前一天,则重按时弹出的菜单中包括的操作选项是用户在账单日前使用频率最高的“转账”。
除了以上列举的情况,本领域技术人员可以扩展多种实施方式。例如,位置定位模块115确定手机200的位置为某景区时,用户手指重按相机应用的图标,此时菜单中包括其他用户在该景区所拍摄照片的缩略图,为用户提供取景构图和/或拍摄位置的参考。例如,应用图标为音乐类应用时,当应用被挂起之前正在播放由歌手M演唱的歌曲时,响应于重按操作而显示的菜单中,可以包括的操作选项为“播放歌手M的全部歌曲”、“搜索歌手M的全部歌曲”。
参照前述的第一至第四实施例,示意性地说明了本申请应用的场景,可选的,菜单中的操作选项对应的操作包括系统预置的常用操作和基于统计确定的操作。可选的,菜单中的操作选项对应的操作包括应用在某一界面可执行的全部操作。
结合本申请公开内容所描述的方法的步骤可以硬件的方式来实现,也可以是由处理器执行软件指令的方式来实现。软件指令可以由相应的软件模块组成,软件模块可以被存放于RAM存储器、闪存、ROM存储器、EPROM存储器、EEPROM存储器、寄存器、硬盘、移动硬盘、CD-ROM或者本领域熟知的任何其它形式的存储介质中。一种示例性的存储介质耦合至处理器,从而使处理器能够从该存储介质读取信息,且可向该存储介质写入信息。当然,存储介质也可以是处理器的组成部分。处理器和存储介质可以位于ASIC中。另外,该ASIC可以位于用户设备中。当然,处理器和存储介质也可以作为分立组件存在于用户设备中。
在上述实施例中,可以全部或部分地通过软件、硬件、固件或者其任意组合来实现。当使用软件实现时,可以全部或部分地以计算机程序产品的形式实现。所述计算机程序产品包括一个或多个计算机指令。在计算机上加载和执行所述计算机程序指令时,全部或部分地产生按照本发明实施例所述的流程或功能。所述计算机可以是通用计算机、专用计算机、计算机网络、或者其他可编程装置。所述计算机指令可以存储在计算机可读存储介质中,或者从一个计算机可读存储介质向另一个计算机可读存储介质传输,例如,所述计算机指令可以从一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心通过有线(例如同轴电缆、光纤、数字用户线(DSL))或无线(例如红外、无线、微波等)方式向另一个网站站点、计算机、服务器或数据中心进行传输。所述计算机可读存储介质可以是计算机能够存取的任何可用介质或者是包含一个或多个可用介质集成的服务器、数据中心等数据存储设备。所述可用介质可以是磁性介质,(例如,软盘、硬盘、磁带)、光介质(例如,DVD)、或者半导体介质(例如固态硬盘Solid State Disk(SSD))等。

Claims (26)

  1. 一种方法,应用于具有显示屏和多个应用的电子设备,其中,所述显示屏包括触敏表面,所述方法包括:
    在所述电子设备的主屏幕页面上显示至少一个应用图标;
    在所述触敏表面检测到作用于第一应用图标上的第一重按操作,所述第一应用图标为所述至少一个应用图标中的一个,所述第一应用图标对应第一应用;
    响应于所述第一重按操作显示第一菜单,所述第一菜单包括至少一个第一操作选项,所述第一操作选项是所述第一应用中提供的操作选项,所述第一操作选项能够被选中,以启动所述第一应用并启动与被选中的第一操作选项对应的功能;
    所述电子设备返回所述主屏幕页面;
    在所述触敏表面检测到作用于所述第一应用图标上的第二重按操作;
    响应于所述第二重按操作显示第二菜单,所述第二菜单和所述第一菜单不同,所述第二菜单包括至少一个第二操作选项,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,所述第二操作选项是所述第一应用中提供的操作选项,所述第二操作选项能够被选中,以启动所述第一应用并启动与被选中的第二操作选项对应的功能。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述第二菜单和所述第一菜单不同,包括以下情况中的至少一种:
    所述第一操作选项和所述第二操作选项对应的功能不同;
    所述第一操作选项的数量和所述第二操作选项的数量不同;
    对应同一功能的操作选项在所述第一菜单和所述第二菜单中的位置不同。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,包括:
    所述电子设备基于所述第二操作选项被点击的次数,自动调整所述第二操作选项在所述第二菜单中的位置。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,包括:
    所述电子设备基于所述第二重按操作发生的时间,自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项。
  5. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,包括:
    基于所述第二重按操作发生时所述电子设备所在的位置,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项。
  6. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,包括:
    所述第一应用为电话应用,基于所述第一应用中的未接来电,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,所述第二操作选项对应的功能为呼叫所述未接来电的电话号码。
  7. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,包括:
    基于所述第一应用中的未读信息,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述 第二操作选项,所述第二操作选项对应的功能包括以下至少一种:查看所述未读信息、回复所述未读信息、和呼叫发送所述未读信息的电话号码。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述未读信息包括未读短信、未读即时通讯类消息或未读通知消息。
  9. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,包括:
    基于所述第一应用被挂起之前得到的数据,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项。
  10. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,包括:
    基于所述第一应用在后台运行时得到的数据,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项。
  11. 如权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,包括:
    所述第一应用中具有至少一个通信对象,基于与所述至少一个通信对象的通信时间,所述电子设备自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述通信对象包括以下至少一种:
    电话号码、应用账号、邮箱地址、用户标识和用户名。
  13. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器和显示屏,所述显示屏包括触敏表面;
    所述处理器用于:
    在所述电子设备的主屏幕页面上显示至少一个应用图标;
    在所述触敏表面检测到作用于第一应用图标上的第一重按操作,所述第一应用图标为所述至少一个应用图标中的一个,所述第一应用图标对应第一应用;
    响应于所述第一重按操作显示第一菜单,所述第一菜单包括至少一个第一操作选项,所述第一操作选项是所述第一应用中提供的操作选项,所述第一操作选项能够被选中,以启动所述第一应用并启动与被选中的第一操作选项对应的功能;
    使所述电子设备返回所述主屏幕页面;
    在所述触敏表面检测到作用于所述第一应用图标上的第二重按操作;
    响应于所述第二重按操作显示第二菜单,所述第二菜单和所述第一菜单不同,所述第二菜单包括至少一个第二操作选项,自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,所述第二操作选项是所述第一应用中提供的操作选项,所述第二操作选项能够被选中,以启动所述第一应用并启动与被选中的第二操作选项对应的功能。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述第二菜单和所述第一菜单不同,包括以下情况中的至少一种:
    所述第一操作选项和所述第二操作选项对应的功能不同;
    所述第一操作选项的数量和所述第二操作选项的数量不同;
    对应同一功能的操作选项在所述第一菜单和所述第二菜单中的位置不同。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述处理器自动调整所述第二菜单包括的所述第二操作选项,包括:
    所述处理器基于所述第二操作选项被点击的次数,自动调整所述第二操作选项在所 述第二菜单中的位置。
