일반적으로, 가정에서 반려견은 가족의 일원로서 주기적으로 목욕을 시행하고 함께 물놀이 등 여과생활도 함께 하기도 한다.
본 발명은 반려견의 귀에 방수 이어캡을 거부감 없이 자연스러운 상태로 착용시킬 수 있게 구성되어, 반려견을 씻기거나 물놀이할 때, 반려견의 귀에 물이 들어가는 것을 방지하여, 물과 관련된 질병을 예방하고 물놀이 등의 활동성을 보조할 수 있도록 한 반려견 방수 이어캡을 제공하는 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 발명에 따른 반려견 방수 이어캡은 좌측귀프레임(110), 우측귀프레임(120), 머리지지부재(200), 턱지지부재(300) 및 이어캡(400)을 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 우측귀프레임(110) 및 좌측귀프레임(120)은 반려견의 귀에 끼워지고 귀 주변에 밀착되게 구성된다. 즉, 상기 우측귀프레임(110) 및 좌측귀프레임(120)은 후술하는 이어캡(400)이 결합 고정되는 부분으로, 머리지지부재(200), 턱지지부재(300)를 통해 반려견의 머리와 턱에 지지되어 귀에 설치되게 구성된다. 여기서, 상기 우측귀프레임(110) 및 좌측귀프레임(120)은 반려견의 귀에 끼워지고 귀주변에 밀착되도록 대략 링 형상으로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다. 그리고, 상기 우측귀프레임(110) 및 좌측귀프레임(120)은 방수성, 유연성 및 소정의 탄성을 가지는 고무, 실리콘 등의 재질로 마련되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 머리지지부재(200)는 상기 좌측귀프레임(110)과 우측귀프레임(120)의 상단을 연결하고 반려견의 머리를 지지하기 위해 구성된다. 즉, 상기 머리지지부재(200)는 반려견의 귀에 장착된 좌측귀프레임(110)과 우측귀프레임(120)의 상측을 연결하여 반려견의 머리에 지지되는 부분이다. 상기 머리지지부재(200)는 방수성, 유연성 및 소정의 탄성을 가지는 고무, 실리콘 등의 재질로 마련되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 머리지지부재(200)는 좌측머리지지밴드(210) 및 우측머리지지밴드(210)로 분리 구성되어, 반려견의 견종에 따른 머리 사이즈에 따라 길이를 조절할 수 있게 구성되는 것이 바람직하다. 구체적으로, 상기 좌측머리지지밴드(210)는 상기 좌측귀프레임(110)의 상단에서 일체로 연장 형성되고, 상기 우측머리지지밴드(220)는 상기 우측귀프레임(120)의 상단에서 일체로 연장 형성되며, 상기 좌측머리지지밴드(210) 및 우측머리지지밴드(220)는 헤드조절수단(250)을 통해 길이 조절 가능하게 결합된다.
여기서, 상기 헤드조절수단(250)은 좌측머리지지밴드(210) 및 우측머리지지밴드(220)의 길이를 조절하여 서로 결합시킬 수 있는 것이면, 벨트결합방식, 벨크로패스너결합방식, 후크결합방식, 자석결합방식, 홈과 돌기결합방식, 스냅단추결합방식 등 공지의 다양한 수단이 적용될 수 있지만, 바람직하게는 상기 헤드조절수단(250)은 2개의 개구부(251)가 형성된 "日"자형 조절부재(250)로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다. 이와 같이 구성된 "日"자형 조절부재(250)는 상기 좌측머리지지밴드(210) 및 우측머리지지밴드(220)를 2개의 개구부(251)에 서로 반대 방향으로 통과시킨 다음, 좌측머리지지밴드(210) 및 우측머리지지밴드(220)를 반려견의 귀 사이 머리 사이즈에 맞게 길이 조절한 후 고정시키게 구성된다.
상기 턱지지부재(300)는 상기 좌측귀프레임(110)과 우측귀프레임(120)의 하단을 연결하고 반려견의 턱을 지지하기 위해 구성된다. 즉, 상기 턱지지부재는 반려견의 귀에 장착된 좌측귀프레임과 우측귀프레임의 하측을 연결하여 반려견의 턱에 지지되는 부분이다. 상기 턱지지부재(300)는 방수성, 유연성 및 소정의 탄성을 가지는 고무, 실리콘 등의 재질, 합성수지 및 가죽 등의 재질로 마련되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 턱지지부재(300)는 좌측턱지지밴드(310) 및 우측턱지지밴드(320)로 분리 구성되어, 반려견의 견종에 따른 턱 사이즈에 따라 길이를 조절할 수 있게 구성되는 것이 바람직하다. 구체적으로, 상기 좌측턱지지밴드(310)는 상기 좌측귀프레임(110)의 하단에서 일체로 연장 형성되고, 상기 우측턱지지밴드(320)는 상기 우측귀프레임(120)의 하단에서 일체로 연장 형성되며, 상기 좌측턱지지밴드(310) 및 우측턱지지밴드(320)는 턱조절수단(350)을 통해 길이 조절 가능하게 결합된다.
여기서, 상기 턱조절수단(350)은 좌측턱지지밴드(310) 및 우측턱지지밴드(320)의 길이를 조절하여 서로 결합시킬 수 있는 것이면, 벨트결합방식, 벨크로패스너결합방식, 후크결합방식, 자석결합방식, 스냅단추결합방식 등 공지의 다양한 수단이 적용될 수 있지만, 바람직하게는 상기 턱조절수단(350)은 상기 좌측턱지지밴드(310)에 길이방향을 따라 형성되는 다수개의 끼움공(351)과, 상기 우측턱지지밴드(320)에 길이방향을 따라 형성되고 상기 끼움공(351)에 선택적으로 끼움 고정되는 끼움돌기(352)로 구성되어, 반려견의 턱 사이즈에 맞게 길이를 조절하여 상기 좌측턱지지밴드의 끼움공(351)에 우측턱지지밴드의 끼움돌기(352)를 끼움 고정시키게 구성된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따른 반려견 방수 이어캡은 헤드조절수단(250)을 통해 좌측머리지지밴드(210) 및 우측머리지지밴드(220)의 길이가 조절이 가능하고, 턱조절수단(350)을 통해 좌측턱지지밴드(310) 및 우측턱지지밴드(320)의 길이가 조절 가능하게 된다. 따라서, 본 발명은 머리지지부재(200) 및 턱지지부재(300)를 다양한 견종의 머리와 턱의 형태 및 크기에 맞게 유연하게 조절하여 반려견에 정확하고 확실하게 밀착 고정시킬 수 있다는 잇점이 있다.
상기 이어캡(400)은 일측에 개방부(410)가 형성되고 상기 개방부(410)가 상기 좌측귀프레임(110) 및 우측귀프레임(120)에 결합되게 구성되는 데, 상기 좌측귀프레임(110) 및 우측귀프레임(120)이 반려견의 귀에 끼워져 귀 주변에 밀착되면, 반려견의 귀가 수용되면서 반려견의 귀를 밀폐시키게 구성된다. 즉, 여기서 상기 이어캡(400)은 일측이 개방된 캡형상으로 마련되어 반려견의 귀를 수용할 수 있는 크기로 구성되는 데, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 다양한 개체의 귀의 형태 및 크기에 맞게 다양한 형태와 크기로 구성될 수 있다. 그리고 상기 이어캡(400)은 물이 반려견의 귀에 들어가는 것을 방지하는 부분으로, 비닐, 방수천, 고무 등의 방수재질로 구성되는 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 상기 이어캡(400)은 외면에 프린팅을 통해 다양한 이미지를 형상화시켜, 제품의 심미성이 향상되게 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 이어캡(400)은 좌측귀프레임(110)과 우측귀프레임(120)에 조립식으로 결합 및 분리될 수 있게 구성되는 것이 바람직하다.
이를 위해, 도 4 및 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 좌측귀프레임(110) 및 우측귀프레임(120)은 중앙에 투입구(111a,121a)가 마련되고 내면에 원주방향을 따라 고정홈(111b,121b)이 형성된 원형형상의 고정밴드(111,121)로 마련된다. 그리고 상기 이어캡(400)은 개방부측 단부(401)가 상기 투입구(111a,121a)의 외측에서 투입된 후 고정밴드(111,121)의 내면에서 측방으로 펼쳐지면서 상기 고정홈(111b,121b)에 수용되게 구성된다. 그리고 상기 고정홈(111b,121b)에 이어캡의 개방부측 단부(401)가 수용된 상태에서 고정홈(111b,121b)에 원형의 고정링(R)을 삽입시켜 고정홈(111b,121b)에 이어캡(400)이 조립식으로 결합되게 구성된다.
따라서 본 발명은 상술한 바와 같이 이어캡(400)이 좌측귀프레임(110)과 우측귀프레임(120)에 조립식으로 결합 및 분리될 수 있게 구성되기 때문에, 다양한 개체의 귀의 형태 및 크기에 맞는 이어캡(400)을 선택하여 좌측귀프레임(110)과 우측귀프레임(120)에 결합하여 사용할 수 있으며, 사용중 이어캡이 파손된 경우, 새로운 이어캡을 좌측귀프레임과 우측귀프레임에 결합하여 이어캡을 용이하게 교체 사용할 수 있다는 잇점이 있다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명에 따른 반려견 방수 이어캡은 도 6에 도시된 바와 같이 좌측귀프레임(110)과 우측귀프레임(120)에 이어캡(400)이 결합된 상태에서, 좌측귀프레임(110)과 우측귀프레임(120)을 반려견의 귀에 각각 끼워 귀주변에 장착시킨다. 그러면, 이어캡(400)의 내부에 반려견의 귀가 수용된다.
그리고, 헤드조절수단(250)을 통해 좌측머리지지밴드(210) 및 우측머리지지밴드(220)의 길이를 반려견의 머리 사이즈에 맞게 조절한 다음 결합시키고, 턱조절수단(350)을 통해 좌측턱지지밴드(310) 및 우측턱지지밴드(320)의 길이를 반려견의 턱 사이즈에 맞게 조절한 다음 결합시킨다. 그러면, 머리지지부재(200) 및 턱지지부재(300)가 반려견에 정확하고 확실하게 밀착 고정되면서 좌측귀프레임(110)과 우측귀프레임(120)이 귀주변에 밀착되고, 이때 반려견의 귀가 수용된 이어캡(400) 내부가 완벽하게 밀폐된다.
이와 같이, 본 발명에 따른 반려견 방수 이어캡은 종래와 같이 반려견의 머리를 전체적으로 감싸는 구조가 아닌, 머리지지부재 및 턱지지부재를 통해 반려견의 머리와 턱부분만을 지지하여 이어캡이 장착된 좌측귀프레임과 우측귀프레임을 반려견의 귀에 자연스러운 상태로 착용시킬 수 있게 구성되기 때문에, 반려견이 방수 이어캡의 착용에 따른 거부감 없을 뿐만 아니라, 반려견을 씻기거나 물놀이할 때 반려견의 귀에 물이 들어가는 것이 방지되어, 물과 관련된 질병을 예방하고 물놀이 등의 활동성을 보조할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
또한, 본 발명은 머리지지부재 및 턱지지부재가 길이 조절되어 반려견에 고정되면, 좌측귀프레임과 우측귀프레임이 귀주변에 완벽하게 밀착되고, 이때 반려견의 귀가 수용된 이어캡 내부가 완벽하게 밀폐되기 때문에 밀폐력이 월등히 향상되는 장점이 있다.
이상에서와 같이 본 발명은 특정의 실시예와 관련하여 도시 및 설명하였지만, 청구범위에 의해 나타난 발명의 사상 및 영역으로부터 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 다양한 개조 및 변화 가능하다는 것을 당 업계에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구나 쉽게 알 수 있을 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 반려견의 귀에 끼워지고 귀 주변에 밀착되게 구성되는 좌측귀프레임 및 우측귀프레임과,
    상기 좌측귀프레임과 우측귀프레임의 상단을 연결하고 반려견의 머리를 지지하기 위한 머리지지부재와,
    상기 좌측귀프레임과 우측귀프레임의 하단을 연결하고 반려견의 턱을 지지하기 위한 턱지지부재와,
    일측에 개방부가 형성되고 상기 개방부는 상기 좌측귀프레임 및 우측귀프레임에 결합되게 구성되어, 상기 좌측귀프레임 및 우측귀프레임이 반려견의 귀에 끼워져 귀 주변에 밀착되면, 반려견의 귀가 수용되면서 반려견의 귀를 밀폐시키게 구성되는 이어캡을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반려견 방수 이어캡.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 머리지지부재는 좌측머리지지밴드 및 우측머리지지밴드로 분리 구성되되, 상기 좌측머리지지밴드는 상기 좌측귀프레임의 상단에서 일체로 연장 형성되고, 상기 우측머리지지밴드는 상기 우측귀프레임의 상단에서 일체로 연장 형성되며, 상기 좌측머리지지밴드 및 우측머리지지밴드는 헤드조절수단을 통해 길이 조절 가능하게 결합되게 구성되고,
    상기 턱지지부재는 좌측턱지지밴드 및 우측턱지지밴드로 분리 구성되되, 상기 좌측턱지지밴드는 상기 좌측귀프레임의 하단에서 일체로 연장 형성되고, 상기 우측턱지지밴드는 상기 우측귀프레임의 하단에서 일체로 연장 형성되며, 상기 좌측턱지지밴드 및 우측턱지지밴드는 턱조절수단을 통해 길이 조절 가능하게 결합되도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반려견 방수 이어캡.
  3. 제2항에 있어서,
    상기 헤드조절수단은 2개의 개구부가 형성된 "日"자형 조절부재로 구성되어, 상기 좌측머리지지밴드 및 우측머리지지밴드를 2개의 개구부에 서로 반대 방향으로 통과시킨 다음, 좌측머리지지밴드 및 우측머리지지밴드를 반려견의 귀 사이 사이즈에 맞게 길이 조절한 후 고정시키게 구성되고,
    상기 턱조절수단은 상기 좌측턱지지밴드에 길이방향을 따라 형성되는 다수개의 끼움공과, 상기 우측턱지지밴드에 길이방향을 따라 형성되고 상기 끼움공에 선택적으로 끼움 고정되는 끼움돌기로 구성되어, 반려견의 턱 사이즈에 맞게 상기 좌측턱지지밴드의 끼움공에 우측턱지지밴드의 끼움돌기를 끼움 고정시키게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반려견 방수 이어캡.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 좌측귀프레임 및 우측귀프레임은 중앙에 투입구가 마련되고 내면에 원주방향을 따라 고정홈이 형성된 원형형상의 고정밴드로 마련되며,
    상기 이어캡은 개방부측 단부가 상기 투입구의 외측에서 투입된 후 고정밴드의 내면에서 측방으로 펼쳐지면서 상기 고정홈에 수용되게 구성되고,
    상기 고정홈에 이어캡의 개방부측 단부가 수용된 상태에서 고정홈에 원형의 고정링을 삽입시켜 고정홈에 이어캡이 조립식으로 결합되게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반려견 방수 이어캡.
