상기에서 상의부(100)는 컷팅라인(300);이 형성된 상태로 직조되되, 애완동물이 애견용의류를 착용하였을 때, 애완동물의 복부 중앙을 기준으로 봉제선이 형성되고 또한 상기 하의부(200)는 컷팅라인(300);이 형성된 상태로 직조되되, 봉제선이 없는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기에서 컷팅라인(300)은 애완동물이 애견용의류를 착용하였을 때 상기 뒷다리끼움부(220)가 상기 애완동물의 양쪽 뒷다리를 각각 감싸도록 재단되는 뒷다리끼움 컷팅라인(301);과 상기 꼬리부(240)가 상기 애완동물의 꼬리 인근에서 개구되도록 재단되는 꼬리부 컷팅라인(302);과 상기 앞다리끼움부(120)가 상기 애완동물의 양쪽 앞다리인근에서 개구되도록 재단되는 앞다리끼움 컷팅라인(303);과 상기 목끼움부(140);가 상기 애완동물의 목을 감싸도록 재단되는 목끼움 컷팅라인(304);을 포함한다.
상기에서 뒷다리끼움 컷팅라인(301)은 상기 애완동물의 양쪽 뒷다리의 형상을 따라 형성되되, 좌측변(310);과 우측변(320);과 밑변(330);을 포함하고 상기 좌측변(310);과 우측변(320);을 일정 폭으로 겹쳐지도록 구비한 상태에서 접착함으로써 상기 뒷다리 끼움부(220)가 원통형의 형상을 갖는다.
또한 상기 좌측변(310) 또는 우측변(320)의 일측 끝단에는 일정 폭을 갖는 접착부재(340)가 구비되어 상기 접착부재가 구비된 면에 좌측변 또는 우측변의 일측 끝단이 겹쳐졌을 때, 겹쳐진 해당 부분을 열 가압함으로써 상기 좌측변과 우측변이 접착된다.
상기에서 제1 통기성 확보부(110)는 하나 이상 형성되되 상기 애견용의류의 길이방향으로 각각의 제1 통기성 확보부가 인접한 또 다른 제1 통기성 확보부와 대칭되도록 구비된다.
그리고 상기에서 제2 통기성 확보부(210)는 하나 이상 형성되되 상기 애견용의류의 길이방향으로 각각의 제2 통기성 확보부가 동일한 간격으로 이격되어 구비된다.
상기 하의부(200)는 어두운 환경 및 야간에 애완동물을 식별할 수 있도록 하는 발광부(250);를 더 포함하고 상기 발광부는 상기 애완동물의 등을 기준으로 꼬리부(240) 인근에 위치하되, 어두운 환경에서 빛나는 섬유소재인 것을 특징으로 한다.
그리고 상기 목끼움부(140);와 꼬리부(240);는 끝단으로부터 일정 폭을 갖는 조임방지부(150);가 더 형성되되 상기 조임방지부를 제외한 나머지 부분은, 상기 조임방지부보다 탄력성이 강하게 형성된다.
또한 상기 목끼움부(140);는 상기 애견용의류의 길이방향으로 길게 형성된 복수개의 엠보싱 무늬가 일정간격으로 직조된다.
이를 더욱 상세하게 설명하면, 상기 목 끼움부(140)는 조임방지부(150)보다 탄성이 강하게 형성되며 또한 목 끼움부는, 상기 목끼움부와 조임방지부를 제외한 나머지 부분보다 탄성이 약하게 형성된다
상기 뒷다리끼움부(220)는 일자형의 서브 무릎보호부(260);가 더 구비되되 상기 서브 무릎보호부는 애완동물이 애견용의류를 착용하였을 때 애견의 고관절을 수평으로 감싸도록 복수개 구비된다.
또한 상기 서브 무릎 보호부(260)는, 상기 뒷다리끼움부(220)에서 상기 서브 무릎 보호부를 제외한 나머지 부분보다 탄성이 강하게 형성된다.
또한 상기 애견용 의류는, 원통형의 형상을 갖으며 일체로 직조되는 하나의 중간 제품;이 직조되고, 상기 중간제품은 복수의 구간(11)으로 나누어지되, 상기 구간(11)에는 각각의 부분들이 재단됨으로써 하나의 중간제품으로부터 복수의 애견용 의류(10)를 제조한다.
상기에서 각각의 구간에는, 상기 상의부(100);와 하의부(200);가 구분되어 직조됨에 따라 하나의 구간(11)에서 하나의 애견용 의류(10)가 제조된다.

첨부된 도 6은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시 예에 따른 애견용 의류의 뒷다리끼움부를 상세히 도시한 평면도이다.
도 6을 참조하여 상기 뒷다리끼움부의 형성과정을 더욱 상세하게 설명하면, 상기 좌측변(310) 또는 우측변(320)의 일측 끝단에는 일정 폭을 갖는 접착부재(340)가 구비되고 또한 상기 접착부재가 구비된 면에 좌측변 또는 우측변의 일측 끝단이 겹쳐졌을 때, 겹쳐진 해당 부분을 열 가압함으로써 상기 좌측변과 우측변이 열 접착됨에 따라 상기 뒷다리 끼움부(220)가 원통형의 형상을 갖는다.
첨부된 도 7은 본 발명의 제 2 실시 예에 따라 애견용 의류의 일측단에 조임방지부가 구비 된 상태를 도시한 평면도이다.
도 7을 참조하면, 상기 목끼움부(140);와 꼬리부(240);는 끝단으로부터 일정 폭을 갖는 조임방지부(150);가 더 형성되되 상기 조임방지부를 제외한 나머지 부분은, 상기 조임방지부보다 탄력성이 강하게 형성된다.
또한 상기 목끼움부(140);는 상기 애견용의류의 길이방향으로 길게 형성된 복수개의 엠보싱 무늬가 일정간격으로 직조된다.
이를 더욱 상세하게 설명하면, 상기 목 끼움부(140)는 조임방지부(150)보다 탄성이 강하게 형성되며 또한 목 끼움부는, 상기 목끼움부와 조임방지부를 제외한 나머지 부분보다 탄성이 약하게 형성됨으로써 상기 목끼움부가 보다 부드러운 탄성을 가지게되며, 상기 애견용 의류의 착용 및 탈착이 보다 용이한 효과를 지닌다.
첨부된 도 8은 본 발명의 제 3 실시예에 따라 애견용 의류의 뒷다리끼움부에 서브 무릎보호부가 더 구비된 상태를 도시한 것이다.
도 8을 참조하면, 상기 뒷다리끼움부(220)는 일자형의 서브 무릎보호부(260);가 더 구비되되 상기 서브 무릎보호부는 애완동물이 애견용의류를 착용하였을 때 애견의 고관절을 수평으로 감싸도록 구비된다.
이때 상기 서브 무릎보호부는 애완동물이 애견용의류를 착용하였을 때 애견의 고관절 위치를 기준으로 상부 또는 하부에 하나이상 형성될 수 있다.
또한 상기 서브 무릎보호부는 복수개 구비되었을 때, 양 끝단부가 소정의 곡률을 갖는 형상일 수 있다.
이를 더욱 상세하게 설명하면, 상기 서브 무릎 보호부는 텐션이 부여 된 밴드형태로, 상기 밴드를 상기 뒷다리 끼움부 소정의 위치 표면에 압착한 것이며, 일정시간동안 열압착프레스로 상기 뒷다리끼움부 소정의 위치를 일정시간동안 열 가압처리함으로써 형성되되, 또한 상기 서브 무릎 보호부는, 상기 뒷다리끼움부(220)에서 상기 서브 무릎 보호부를 제외한 나머지 부분보다 탄성이 강하게 형성된다.

    상기 애견용 의류는 애완동물의 등과 배를 감싸는 상의부(100)와 상기 애완동물의 뒷다리를 감싸는 하의부(200)가 일체로 이루어지며,
    상기 상의부(100);는
    통기성을 확보하기 위해 소정크기를 갖는 복수의 절개부가 일렬 배치 된 제1 통기성 확보부(110);와
    상기 제1 통기성 확보부(110)에 인접하여 형성되되 상기 제1 통기성 확보부(110)를 양 옆으로 끌어당겨 고정시키는 고정부(120);를 포함하고,
    상기 하의부(200);는
    통기성을 확보하기 위해 소정크기를 갖는 복수의 절개부가 일렬 배치 된 제2 통기성 확보부(210);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.

    상기 제1 통기성 확보부(110)는 상기 애완동물의 척추 상부를 중심으로 일정간격을 두고 좌,우로 척추 상부와 30도 내지 60도의 각도를 이루도록 복수의 절개부가 일렬로 형성되고,
    상기 제2 통기성 확보부(210)는 상기 애완동물의 척추 하부를 중심으로 일정간격을 두고 좌,우로 척추 하부와 30도 내지 60도의 각도를 이루도록 복수의 절개부가 일렬로 형성되며
    또한 상기 고정부(120)는, 상기 일렬 형성된 제1 통기성 확보부(110)를 일정 폭으로 감싸도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  5. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 상의부(100)는 컷팅라인(300);이 형성된 상태로 직조되되, 애완동물이 애견용의류를 착용하였을 때, 애완동물의 복부 중앙을 기준으로 봉제선이 형성되고
    또한 상기 하의부(200)는 컷팅라인(300);이 형성된 상태로 직조되되, 봉제선이 없는 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서,
    상기 컷팅라인(300)은 애완동물이 애견용의류를 착용하였을 때
    상기 뒷다리끼움부(220)가 상기 애완동물의 양쪽 뒷다리를 각각 감싸도록 재단되는 뒷다리끼움 컷팅라인(301);과
    상기 꼬리부(240)가 상기 애완동물의 꼬리 인근에서 개구되도록 재단되는 꼬리부 컷팅라인(302);과
    상기 앞다리끼움부(120)가 상기 애완동물의 양쪽 앞다리인근에서 개구되도록 재단되는 앞다리끼움 컷팅라인(303);과
    상기 목끼움부(140);가 상기 애완동물의 목을 감싸도록 재단되는 목끼움 컷팅라인(304);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  7. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 뒷다리끼움 컷팅라인(301)은 상기 애완동물의 양쪽 뒷다리의 형상을 따라 형성되되,
    좌측변(310);과 우측변(320);과 밑변(330);을 포함하고
    상기 좌측변(310);과 우측변(320);을 일정 폭으로 겹쳐지도록 구비한 상태에서 접착함으로써
    상기 뒷다리 끼움부(220)가 원통형의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 좌측변(310) 또는 우측변(320)의 일측 끝단에는 일정 폭을 갖는 접착부재(340)가 구비되어
    상기 접착부재가 구비된 면에 좌측변 또는 우측변의 일측 끝단이 겹쳐졌을 때, 겹쳐진 해당 부분을 열 가압함으로써 상기 좌측변과 우측변이 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  9. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 통기성 확보부(110)는 하나 이상 형성되되
    상기 애견용의류의 길이방향으로 각각의 제1 통기성 확보부가 인접한 또 다른 제1 통기성 확보부와 대칭되도록 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  10. 제 4항에 있어서,
    상기 제2 통기성 확보부(210)는 하나 이상 형성되되
    상기 애견용의류의 길이방향으로 각각의 제2 통기성 확보부가 동일한 간격으로 이격되어 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  11. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 하의부(200)는
    어두운 환경 및 야간에 애완동물을 식별할 수 있도록 하는 발광부(250);를 더 포함하고
    상기 발광부는 상기 애완동물의 등을 기준으로 꼬리부(240) 인근에 위치하되,
    어두운 환경에서 빛나는 섬유소재인 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  12. 제 2항에 있어서,
    상기 목끼움부(140);와 꼬리부(240);는
    끝단으로부터 일정 폭을 갖는 조임방지부(150);가 더 형성되되
    상기 조임방지부를 제외한 나머지 부분은, 상기 조임방지부보다 탄력성이 강한 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  13. 제 12항에 있어서,
    상기 목끼움부(140);는
    상기 애견용의류의 길이방향으로 길게 형성된 복수개의 엠보싱 무늬가 일정간격으로 직조된 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  14. 제 13항에 있어서,
    상기 목 끼움부(140)는 조임방지부(150)보다 탄성이 강하면서
    또한 목 끼움부는, 상기 목끼움부와 조임방지부를 제외한 나머지 부분보다 탄성이 약한 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  15. 제 7항에 있어서,
    상기 뒷다리끼움부(220)는 일자형의 서브 무릎보호부(260);가 더 구비되되
    상기 서브 무릎보호부는 애완동물이 애견용의류를 착용하였을 때 애견의 고관절을 수평으로 감싸도록 복수개 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 애견용 의류
  16. 제 15항에 있어서,
    상기 서브 무릎 보호부는, 상기 뒷다리끼움부(220)에서 상기 서브 무릎 보호부를 제외한 나머지 부분보다 탄성이 강한 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  17. 제 6항에 있어서,
    상기 애견용 의류는,
    원통형의 형상을 갖으며 일체로 직조되는 하나의 중간 제품;이 직조되고,
    상기 중간제품은 복수의 구간(11)으로 나누어지되, 상기 구간(11)에는 각각의 부분들이 재단됨으로써 하나의 중간제품으로부터 복수의 애견용 의류(10)를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  18. 제 17항에 있어서,
    상기 각각의 구간에는, 상기 상의부(100);와 하의부(200);가 구분되어 직조됨에 따라 하나의 구간(11)에서 하나의 애견용 의류(10)가 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  19. 제 18항에 있어서,
    상기 상의부(100);는
    각 구간(11)의 상단에 형성된 상기 목끼움 컷팅라인(304);과
    각 구간(11)의 상단에서부터, 일정길이 봉제된 봉제선(101);과
    상기 봉제선의 외곽선을 따라 좌측으로 일정폭 이격되도록 형성 된 가이드재단선(102);을 포함하되,
    상기 하의부(200);는
    상기 뒷다리 끼움 컷팅라인(301);의 일단이 상기 봉제선(101)의 일단과 연결되도록 재단되고
    상기 꼬리부 컷팅라인(302);의 일단은 상기 뒷다리 끼움 컷팅라인(301)의 타단과 연결되도록 형성 된 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  20. 제 19항에 있어서,
    상기 봉제선(101)의 길이는, 하나의 구간 세로 길이의 1/2 내지 3/4 인 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
  21. 제 6항 또는 19항에 있어서,
    상기 중간제품은, 상기 상의부에 위치한 앞다리 끼움부(120)가 개구된 상태로 직조될 수 있으며,
    이때 상기 컷팅라인(300)은 애완동물이 애견용의류를 착용하였을 때
    상기 뒷다리끼움부(220)가 상기 애완동물의 양쪽 뒷다리를 각각 감싸도록 재단되는 뒷다리끼움 컷팅라인(301);과
    상기 꼬리부(240)가 상기 애완동물의 꼬리 인근에서 개구되도록 재단되는 꼬리부 컷팅라인(302);과
    상기 목끼움부(140);가 상기 애완동물의 목을 감싸도록 재단되는 목끼움 컷팅라인(304);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고관절 및 무릎 슬개골 보호기능을 갖는 애견용 의류.
