技术领域
本申请涉及通讯技术领域,尤其涉及一种团队配置方法、团队配置方案的分享方法及装置。
背景技术
在相关技术中提出了团队的概念,团队成员之间可以通过该团队实现快捷通讯,比如仅需基于该团队发送一条消息通知,即可使得所有团队成员均获得相应的通知内容,而无需分别与每个团队成员进行单独通讯,从而极大地提升了通讯效率。比如,相关技术中的移动化团体办公平台被越来越广泛地应用于企业、教育机构、政府机关等各类团体的办公过程,通过创建基于移动化团体办公平台的团队,能够提升团队成员之间的沟通效率、降低沟通成本。
而随着团队相关技术的不断发展,相关技术中的团队已经能够实现越来越丰富的功能,例如通过在团队内实现考勤、电话会议、工作日报等功能,能够有效提升团队成员的事件处理效率和办公效率。
当功能较少时,可以为每个团队均配置所有功能;然而,随着团队相关的功能越来越多,如果为每个团队均配置所有功能,将导致团队成员无法快速启用所需的功能,反而造成效率降低。因此,不同团队应当根据自身的实际需求,选取和配置实际所需的功能。
但是,由于功能的数量极多,难以一一了解或试用各个功能,不利于团队对于功能的便捷配置操作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本申请提供一种团队配置方法、团队配置方案的分享方法及装置,可以提升对团队的配置效率。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供技术方案如下:

本申请通过向团队提供备选功能配置方案,使得团队仅需要从备选功能配置方案中进行选择,即可快捷配置团队的功能,而无需从数量众多的功能中进行一一查看和选择,不仅有助于提升团队配置效率,而且备选功能配置方案中包含的功能还可能更贴合于团队的实际需求。
为对本申请进行进一步说明,提供下列实施例:
图1是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种团队配置系统的架构示意图。如图1所示,该系统可以包括服务器11、网络12、若干电子设备,比如手机13、PC14等。
服务器11可以为包含一独立主机的物理服务器,或者该服务器11可以为主机集群承载的虚拟服务器,或者该服务器11可以为云服务器。在运行过程中,服务器11可以运行某一应用的服务器侧的程序,以实现该应用的相关功能,比如当该服务器11运行移动化团体办公平台的程序时,可以实现为该移动化团体办公平台的服务端。而在本申请的技术方案中,可由服务器11通过与手机13、PC14上运行的客户端进行配合,以实现团队配置或对团队配置方案的分享;当然,在一些实施例中,服务器11还可能无需与客户端配合的情况下,仅在服务端实现团队配置或对团队配置方案的分享。
其中,移动化团体办公平台不仅可以实现通讯功能,还可以作为诸多其他功能的集成化功能平台,比如对于审批事件(如请假、办公物品申领、财务等审批事件)、考勤事件、任务事件、日志事件等团体内部事件的处理,再比如订餐、采购等团体外部事件的处理,本申请并不对此进行限制。
较为具体地,移动化团体办公平台可以承载于相关技术中的即时通讯应用,比如企业即时通讯(Enterprise Instant Messaging,EIM)应用,例如Skype For

等。当然,即时通讯功能仅为移动化团体办公平台支持的通讯功能之一,该移动化团体办公平台还能够实现更多诸如上述的其他功能,此处不再赘述。
手机13、PC14只是用户可以使用的一种类型的电子设备。实际上,用户显然还可以使用诸如下述类型的电子设备:平板设备、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑(PDAs,Personal Digital Assistants)、可穿戴设备(如智能眼镜、智能手表等)等,本申请并不对此进行限制。在运行过程中,该电子设备可以运行某一应用的客户端侧的程序,以实现该应用的相关功能,比如当该电子设备运行移动化团体办公平台的程序时,可以实现为该移动化团体办公平台的客户端。需要指出的是:移动化团体办公平台的客户端的应用程序可以被预先安装在电子设备上,使得该客户端可以在该电子设备上被启动并运行;当然,当采用诸如HTML5技术的在线“客户端”时,无需在电子设备上安装相应的应用程序,即可获得并运行该客户端。
而对于手机13、PC14与服务器11之间进行交互的网络12,可以包括多种类型的有线或无线网络。在一实施例中,该网络12可以包括公共交换电话网络(Public Switched Telephone Network,PSTN)和因特网。同时,手机13、PC14等电子设备之间也可以通 过该网络12进行通讯交互,比如在任意两台电子设备之间建立单聊通讯会话;或者,若干电子设备可以参与至同一团队对应的群聊通讯会话,使得任一团队成员可以通过自身的电子设备向该群聊通讯会话中的其他所有团队成员发送通讯消息。
下面结合实施例,对本申请中配置团队的功能的过程进行描述。
图2是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种团队配置方法的流程图。如图2所示,该方法可以应用于诸如图1所示的服务器11上,也可以应用于诸如图1所示的手机13或PC14上,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤202,根据收到的团队创建指令创建团队。
在本实施例中,可以在创建团队的过程中,或者刚刚完成团队创建时,通过提供该团队适用的备选功能配置方案,以帮助完成对该团队的快速、便捷的配置操作。当然,在其他实施例中,可以在其他任意时刻提供团队适用的备选功能配置方案,以实现对团队的功能配置。
步骤204,获取所述团队适用的备选功能配置方案。
在本实施例中,可以通过主动提供相应的备选功能配置方案,以尽可能地协助该团队的创建者或其他管理人员。当然,在其他实施例中,也可以由该团队的创建者或者其他管理人员主动获取备选功能配置方案,以实现对该团队的功能配置。
在本实施例中,可以根据所述团队的属性信息,确定所述团队所属的团队类型;然后,获取所述团队类型对应的功能配置方案,以作为所述备选功能配置方案。例如,团队的属性信息可以包括以下至少之一:地理位置信息、成员数量、团体归属信息、行业归属信息等,本申请并不对此进行限制;可以仅参照该团队的单一属性信息,也可以同时参照该团队的多个属性信息。以“行业归属信息”为例,当上述团队属于餐饮行业时,应当优先将适用于餐饮行业的功能配置方案作为该团队的备选功能配置方案,而非优先推荐物流行业的功能配置方案;当然,一些行业的功能配置方案也可能适用于其他行业,比如互联网行业的功能配置方案可能同样适用于传统行业,本申请并不对此进行限制。
在本实施例中,对于团队的“地理位置信息”属性,可以理解为:虽然“团队”本身可能并非实体,但是仍然可以为团队配置相关联的地理位置信息;例如,该地理位置信息可以采用团队创建者的所处地区、团队成员的所处地区或者团队管理员设定的任意地区等,本申请并不对此进行限制。
在本实施例中,对于团队的“团体归属信息”属性,该“团体”可以包括企业、学校、部队、医院、事业单位等各种组织,本申请并不对此进行限制。比如以企业为例, 可以创建包含所有企业员工的团队,或者包含某一部门的企业员工的团队等。
在本实施例中,对于团队的“行业归属信息”属性,该“行业”可以从不同细粒度进行理解。例如,在较大细粒度上,可以将行业划分为企业、学校、部队、医院、事业单位等不同组织类型;在较小细粒度上,比如“企业”可以进一步划分为餐饮行业、物流行业、互联网行业等。
在本实施例中,备选功能配置方案可以包括以下至少之一:预设功能配置方案、其他团队采用的功能配置方案。其中,预设功能配置方案可以为服务端上预先定义的功能配置方案,所有团队均可以在任意时刻查看和使用该预设功能配置方案。同时,通过参考其他团队采用的功能配置方案,尤其是该其他团队或该其他团队的所属团体具有较好的发展状态时,该功能配置方案将具有较大的参考意义,具有更大可能帮助上述团队提升效率。
步骤206,从所述备选功能配置方案中选取至少一个功能配置方案,以使选取的功能配置方案被应用于配置所述团队的功能。
在本实施例中,功能可以包括与该团队存在关联关系的任意功能,用于实现相应的业务事件或非业务事件。其中,该关联关系可以表现在多个方面,例如:在一实施方式中,所述团队的关联展示界面可以包含所述功能的控制入口,使得团队成员可以通过触发该控制入口,调用相应的功能或者进入该功能的控制界面等;在另一实施方式中,所述团队的成员可以具有对所述功能的控制权限,比如当功能被关联至该团队时,该团队的成员可以被赋予针对该功能的控制权限,而对于该团队无关的功能,该团队的成员可能并不具有相应的控制权限,从而无法控制相应的功能。
在本实施例中,所述团队可以归属于预设团体,例如归属于预设企业的企业团队、归属于预设学校的校园团队等。当然,本申请的团队并不局限为团体内的团队,也可以包括相关技术中的其他团队,比如与团体无关的兴趣团队、交友团队等。
在本实施例中,可以接收针对选取的功能配置方案的更新数据,并根据所述更新数据对配置于所述团队的功能进行更新,以使团队的配置状态维持最新状况。其中,所述更新数据可以来源于选取的功能配置方案的创建方实施的方案更新操作;例如,当该功能配置方案来源于其他团队的分享时,若其他团队通过方案更新操作对自身的功能进行更新,则上述团队的功能可以被自动更新。当然,基于更新数据的更新操作可以自动执行,也可以向上述团队的管理人员发出更新提示,并根据管理人员的响应情况,确定执行更新或忽略更新。
图3是本申请一示例性实施例提供的另一种团队配置方法的流程图。如图3所示,该方法可以应用于诸如图1所示的服务器11上,也可以应用于诸如图1所示的手机13或PC14上,该方法可以包括以下步骤:

在本实施例中,对于团队的“地理位置信息”属性,可以理解为:虽然“团队”本身可能并非实体,但是仍然可以为团队配置相关联的地理位置信息;例如,该地理位置信息可以采用团队创建者的所处地区、团队成员的所处地区或者团队管理员设定的任意地区等,本申请并不对此进行限制。
在本实施例中,对于团队的“团体归属信息”属性,该“团体”可以包括企业、学校、部队、医院、事业单位等各种组织,本申请并不对此进行限制。比如以企业为例,可以创建包含所有企业员工的团队,或者包含某一部门的企业员工的团队等。
在本实施例中,对于团队的“行业归属信息”属性,该“行业”可以从不同细粒度进行理解。例如,在较大细粒度上,可以将行业划分为企业、学校、部队、医院、事业单位等不同组织类型;在较小细粒度上,比如“企业”可以进一步划分为餐饮行业、物流行业、互联网行业等。
在本实施例中,备选功能配置方案可以包括以下至少之一:预设功能配置方案、其他团队采用的功能配置方案。其中,预设功能配置方案可以为服务端上预先定义的功能配置方案,所有团队均可以在任意时刻查看和使用该预设功能配置方案。同时,通过参考其他团队采用的功能配置方案,尤其是该其他团队或该其他团队的所属团体具有较好的发展状态时,该功能配置方案将具有较大的参考意义,具有更大可能帮助上述团队提升效率。

在本实施例中,功能可以包括与该团队存在关联关系的任意功能,用于实现相应的业务事件或非业务事件。其中,该关联关系可以表现在多个方面,例如:在一实施方式中,所述团队的关联展示界面可以包含所述功能的控制入口,使得团队成员可以通过触发该控制入口,调用相应的功能或者进入该功能的控制界面等;在另一实施方式中,所述团队的成员可以具有对所述功能的控制权限,比如当功能被关联至该团队时,该团队的成员可以被赋予针对该功能的控制权限,而对于该团队无关的功能,该团队的成员可能并不具有相应的控制权限,从而无法控制相应的功能。

在本实施例中,可以接收针对选取的功能配置方案的更新数据,并根据所述更新数据对配置于所述团队的功能进行更新,以使团队的配置状态维持最新状况。其中,所述更新数据可以来源于选取的功能配置方案的创建方实施的方案更新操作;例如,当该功能配置方案来源于其他团队的分享时,若其他团队通过方案更新操作对自身的功能进行更新,则上述团队的功能可以被自动更新。当然,基于更新数据的更新操作可以自动执行,也可以向上述团队的管理人员发出更新提示,并根据管理人员的响应情况,确定执行更新或忽略更新。

在本实施例中,当团队存在一个或多个相关联的功能配置方案时,该团队并不一定对这些功能配置方案进行应用;换言之,可以仅将功能配置方案关联至团队,但并不应用于该团队,即该团队可以不参考相关联的功能配置方案来配置功能。当然,针对团队相关联的功能配置方案,可以在任意时刻被选取,以应用于该团队,从而配置该团队的功能。

为了便于理解,以企业即时通讯应用“企业微信”为例,对本申请的技术方案进行说明。假定手机13上运行有企业微信客户端、服务器11上运行有企业微信服务端,其中手机13上的企业微信客户端登录有用户A的注册账号,则该用户A可以通过手机13上运行的企业微信客户端,创建团队并对团队的功能进行配置。在本申请的技术方案中,团队可以理解为包含若干个体的群体,具体可以表现为多种形式,比如在企业微信中可以表现为企业群组,而团体成员即该企业群组的群组成员。
图7是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种创建团队界面的示意图。如图7所示,创建团队界面中可以包括“团队名称”、“所在行业”、“企业规模”、“地区”、“团队成员”等项目,可供用户A据此创建团队,即基于企业微信的企业群组。例如,用户A可以配置“团队名称”为“AA企业”、“所在行业”为“餐饮”、“企业规模”为“30-100人”、“地区”为“杭州”等,表明该“AA企业”为杭州地区的餐饮企业、企业员工数量为30-100人。
在图7所示的实施例中,企业微信可以限制“团队成员”的人数大于或等于6人,一方面可以避免企业群组被恶意创建、造成资源浪费,另一方面有助于用户更好地体验企业群组的团体功能。用户A可以从企业微信的应用内通讯录中选取团队成员,也可以从手机13上的本地通讯录中选取团队成员,或者通过其他方式选取团队成员;其中,对于尚未在企业微信上注册的团队成员,将无法登录企业微信客户端,而企业微信服务端可以通过向这些团队成员发送邀请短信,以协助其完成注册操作。
在完成上述项目的填写后,用户A可以通过触发图7所示的“立即创建团队”选项,实施团队创建操作,从而创建得到AA企业对应的企业群组。
图8是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种工作方式选择界面的示意图。如图8所示,在工作方式选择界面中包含若干备选工作方式,即本申请中的备选功能配置方案,比如BB企业、CC企业、DD企业等采用的功能配置方案等。在一实施例中,在用户A触发图7所示的“立即创建团队”选项后,企业微信客户端可以向用户A展示如图8所示的工作方式选择界面,使得用户A选取某一备选工作方式后,可使AA企业对应的企业群组采用该被选取的备选工作方式,即根据该被选取的备选工作方式对该企业群组的功能进行配置。
在图8所示的工作方式选择界面中,示出的备选工作方式可以包括适用于AA企业的工作方式;换言之,可以从所有工作方式中,筛选出适用于AA企业的工作方式,并在该工作方式选择界面中示出筛选出的工作方式,以作为上述的备选工作方式。其中,供筛选的工作方式可以存在多种来源,比如一种来源可以为企业微信提供的预设工作方式(例如由企业微信的开发商提供),另一种来源可以为其他群组采用的工作方式,例如由其他群组对自身采用的工作方式进行分享(下文会针对该分享操作进行详细描述,此处暂不赘述)。
上述的筛选操作可以基于AA企业的属性信息而实施。例如,由于AA企业的所在行业为餐饮行业,因而可以筛选出适用于餐饮行业的工作方式;比如,BB企业、CC企业、DD企业等均为餐饮企业,因而可以将这些企业采用的工作方式作为上述的备选工作方式,以提供至用户A进行选择。进一步地,可以统计每一备选工作方式被各个企业群组选取的情况,并根据统计结果对这些备选工作方式进行排列展示于图8所示的工作方式选择界面中;例如,BB企业的工作方式被856家同行借鉴、CC企业的工作方式被789家同行借鉴、DD企业的工作方式被756家同行借鉴,因而可以按照被借鉴的数量,对BB企业、CC企业、DD企业的工作方式进行依次排列展示。
除了选用已存在的工作方式之外,用户A可以通过触发图8所示的工作方式选择界面中的“创建自己的工作方式”选项,对AA企业的工作方式进行自定义。
当然,用户A在一些情况下,可能并不希望为AA企业的企业群组设定工作方式,或者暂时无法确定希望选取的工作方式,那么用户A可以通过触发图8所示的工作方式选择界面中的“跳过”选项,暂时跳过对工作方式的选取操作,而等待后续选取和设置。
图9是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种企业功能界面的示意图。如图9所示,假定用户A通过选取已存在的工作方式或者自定义工作方式,完成了对AA企业的工作方式的设置操作,该企业功能界面中可以包含AA企业的功能,比如“日常办公”类的“考勤打卡”功能、“电话会议”功能、“营业日报”功能,再比如“业务模板”类的“营业日报”模板、“出勤报告”模板等。
作为对比,当用户A未对AA企业的工作方式进行设置时,该AA企业对应的企业功能界面如图10所示,该企业功能界面中不会包含如图9所示的上述功能,从而不利于AA企业的团队成员执行相关业务操作。当然,用户A可以通过触发图10所示的“应用中心”选项,查看企业微信提供的所有功能,并将其添加为AA企业的功能,相当于由用户A手动创建该AA企业采用的工作方式。或者,用户A也可以通过触发图10所示 的“选择工作方式”选项,转入诸如图8所示的工作方式选择界面,浏览和选取备选工作方式,而无需对“应用中心”中的功能进行一一查看。
另外,当用户A未对AA企业的工作方式进行设置时,企业微信还可以主动推荐AA企业适用的工作方式,而无需用户A触发图10所示的“选择工作方式”选项。在一实施例中,该主动推荐的形式可以包括:由企业微信提供一智能客服,该智能客服可以在AA企业的企业功能界面示出诸如图11所示的对话框,并通过诸如“您好,我可以帮你快速了解BB企业的工作方式。需要帮助吗?”等提示信息,向用户A推荐BB企业的工作方式;那么,当用户A触发“需要”选项时,可以查看和应用该BB企业的工作方式,而当用户A触发“随便看看”选项时,可以转入诸如图8所示的工作方式选择界面,以查看更多的备选工作方式。当然,即便用户A已经对AA企业的工作方式进行设置后,上述的智能客服仍然可以通过向用户A提供提示信息,以便于对AA企业的工作方式进行优化等。
用户A可以为AA企业设置一个或多个相关联的工作方式,并从中选取其希望应用于该AA企业的工作方式。比如图12所示,当用户A选用BB企业的工作方式时,AA企业的企业功能界面可以示出相应的功能;其中,在该企业功能界面中还可以示出诸如“基于BB企业的工作方式”等提示信息,以表明当前采用了BB企业的工作方式。
AA企业选择的工作方式,可以在该AA企业相关联的多个工作方式之间进行切换。例如图12所示,当用户A触发企业功能界面中的“切换”选项时,企业微信客户端可以示出相应的工作方式切换界面,该工作方式切换界面展示出与AA企业相关联的所有工作方式,包括已选用的BB企业的工作方式,以及备选的CC企业、DD企业、EE企业等的工作方式;其中,当用户A触发CC企业、DD企业或EE企业对应的“启用”选项时,比如触发CC企业对应的“启用”选项,即可将AA企业应用的工作方式由BB企业的工作方式切换为CC企业的工作方式。
如上文所述,在本申请的技术方案中,团队之间可以对采用的功能配置方案进行分享,下面对该团队配置方案的分享过程进行描述。
图13是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种团队配置方案的分享系统的架构示意图。如图13所示,该系统除了可以包括图1所示的服务器11、网络12以及手机13、PC14等若干电子设备之外,还可以包括手机15、PC16等若干电子设备。
与手机13、PC14相类似的,手机15、PC16只是用户可以使用的一种类型的电子设备。实际上,用户显然还可以使用诸如下述类型的电子设备:平板设备、笔记本电脑、 掌上电脑(PDAs,Personal Digital Assistants)、可穿戴设备(如智能眼镜、智能手表等)等,本申请并不对此进行限制。在运行过程中,手机13、PC14和手机15、PC16该电子设备均可以运行某一应用的客户端侧的程序,以实现该应用的相关功能,比如可以实现为移动化团体办公平台的客户端。
那么,当手机13或PC14对应于第一团队、手机15或PC16对应于第二团队时,可以将该第一团队的团队配置方案分享至第二团队,或者将第二团队的团队配置方案分享至第一团队。下面结合实施例对该分享过程进行详细描述。
图14A是本申请一示例性实施例提供的一种团队配置方案的分享方法的流程图。如图14A所示,该方法可以应用于诸如图13所示的服务器11上,也可以应用于诸如图13所示的手机13、PC14或手机15、PC16上,该方法可以包括以下步骤:

在本实施例中,当所述功能配置方案发生更新时,可以向所述其他团队发送更新数据;其中,当所述其他团队采用所述功能配置方案时,所述更新数据用于对配置于所述其他团队的功能进行更新。
图14B是本申请一示例性实施例提供的另一种团队配置方案的分享方法的流程图。如图14B所示,该方法可以应用于诸如图13所示的服务器11上,也可以应用于诸如图13所示的手机15或PC16上,该方法可以包括以下步骤:

在本实施例中,当所述功能配置方案发生更新时,可以向所述其他团队发送更新数据;其中,当所述其他团队采用所述功能配置方案时,所述更新数据用于对配置于所述 其他团队的功能进行更新。例如,可以将更新数据发送至共享平台,并由共享平台推送至其他团队,或者由具有访问权限的其他团队访问该共享平台以获取更新数据。
图15A是本申请一示例性实施例提供的又一种团队配置方案的分享方法的流程图。如图15A所示,该方法可以应用于诸如图13所示的服务器11上,也可以应用于诸如图13所示的手机15或PC16上,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1502A,根据团队采用的功能,生成所述团队对应的功能配置方案;
步骤1504A,将所述功能配置方案分享至共享平台,以由所述共享平台推送至其他团队以配置所述其他团队的功能;
或者,将所述功能配置方案分享至所述共享平台以配置其他团队的功能,其中所述其他团队具有对所述共享平台的访问权限。
在本实施例中,当所述功能配置方案发生更新时,可以向所述其他团队发送更新数据;其中,当所述其他团队采用所述功能配置方案时,所述更新数据用于对配置于所述其他团队的功能进行更新。例如,可以将更新数据发送至共享平台,并由共享平台推送至其他团队,或者由具有访问权限的其他团队访问该共享平台以获取更新数据。
图15B是本申请一示例性实施例提供的又一种团队配置方案的分享方法的流程图。如图15B所示,该方法可以应用于诸如图13所示的服务器11上,也可以应用于诸如图13所示的手机15或PC16上,该方法可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1502B,确定团队采用的功能配置方案;
步骤1504B,将所述功能配置方案分享至共享平台,以由所述共享平台推送至其他团队以配置所述其他团队的功能;或者,将所述功能配置方案分享至所述共享平台以配置其他团队的功能,其中所述其他团队具有对所述共享平台的访问权限。
在本实施例中,当所述功能配置方案发生更新时,可以向所述其他团队发送更新数据;其中,当所述其他团队采用所述功能配置方案时,所述更新数据用于对配置于所述其他团队的功能进行更新。例如,可以将更新数据发送至共享平台,并由共享平台推送至其他团队,或者由具有访问权限的其他团队访问该共享平台以获取更新数据。
图16示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的一种工作方式创建界面的示意图。假定上述实施例中的用户A通过触发图8所示的“创建自己的工作方式”选项,转入如图16所示的工作方式创建界面,并选取应用于AA企业的功能;用户A可以通过触发该工作方式创建界面中的“创建我的工作方式”,创建自定义的工作方式。
当AA企业应用该用户A自定义的工作方式时,在如图17所示的企业功能界面中, 可以示出诸如“分享我的工作方式”选项,使得用户A通过触发该选项,即可分享上述自定义的工作方式。例如,该自定义的工作方式可以被直接分享在其他团队;或者,该自定义的工作方式可以被分享至企业微信(相当于共享平台),以供该企业微信的其他团队进行查看和使用,或者由企业微信主动推荐给其他团队等。
图18示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图18,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器1802、内部总线1804、网络接口1806、内存1808以及非易失性存储器1810,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器1802从非易失性存储器1810中读取对应的计算机程序到内存1808中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成团队配置装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
请参考图19,在软件实施方式中,该团队配置装置可以包括:
创建单元1901,根据收到的团队创建指令创建团队;
第一获取单元1902,获取所述团队适用的备选功能配置方案;
第一选取单元1903,从所述备选功能配置方案中选取至少一个功能配置方案,以使选取的功能配置方案被应用于配置所述团队的功能。
请参考图20,在软件实施方式中,该团队配置装置可以包括:
第二获取单元2001,获取团队适用的备选功能配置方案;
第二选取单元2002,从所述备选功能配置方案中选取至少一个功能配置方案,以使选取的功能配置方案被应用于配置所述团队的功能。
可选的,所述第二确定单元2001具体用于:
根据所述团队的属性信息,确定所述团队所属的团队类型;
获取所述团队类型对应的功能配置方案,以作为所述备选功能配置方案。
可选的,所述属性信息包括以下至少之一:
地理位置信息、成员数量、团体归属信息、行业归属信息。
可选的,所述备选功能配置方案包括以下至少之一:
预设功能配置方案、其他团队采用的功能配置方案。
可选的,所述团队的关联展示界面包含所述功能的控制入口。
可选的,所述团队的成员具有对所述功能的控制权限。
可选的,还包括:
更新数据接收单元2003,接收针对选取的功能配置方案的更新数据;
更新单元2004,根据所述更新数据对配置于所述团队的功能进行更新。
可选的,所述更新数据来源于选取的功能配置方案的创建方实施的方案更新操作。
请参考图21,在软件实施方式中,该团队配置装置可以包括:
第三获取单元2101,获取团队适用的备选配置方案;
第三选取单元2102,从所述备选配置方案中选取至少一个配置方案,以使选取的配置方案被应用于配置所述团队。
请参考图22,在软件实施方式中,该团队配置装置可以包括:
切换指令接收单元2201,接收针对团队的方案切换指令;
切换单元2202,从与所述团队相关联的功能配置方案中,确定所述方案切换指令指示的目标功能配置方案,以使所述目标功能配置方案被应用于配置所述团队的功能。
请参考图23,在软件实施方式中,该团队配置装置可以包括:
第四选取单元2301,在与团队相关联的功能配置方案中,选取目标功能配置方案,以使所述目标功能配置方案被应用于配置所述团队的功能。
图24示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图24,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器2402、内部总线2404、网络接口2406、内存2408以及非易失性存储器2410,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器2402从非易失性存储器2410中读取对应的计算机程序到内存2408中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成团队配置方案的分享装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
请参考图25,在软件实施方式中,该团队配置方案的分享装置可以包括:
第一生成单元2501,根据团队采用的功能,生成所述团队对应的功能配置方案;
第一分享单元2502,将所述功能配置方案分享至其他团队,以配置所述其他团队的功能。
请参考图26,在软件实施方式中,该团队配置方案的分享装置可以包括:
第一方案确定单元2601,确定团队采用的功能配置方案;
第二分享单元2602,将所述功能配置方案分享至其他团队,以配置所述其他团队的功能。
可选的,所述第二分享单元2602具体用于:
将所述功能配置方案发送至所述其他团队;
或者,将所述功能配置方案分享至共享平台,以由所述共享平台推送至所述其他团队;
或者,将所述功能配置方案分享至所述共享平台,其中所述其他团队具有对所述共享平台的访问权限。
可选的,还包括:
发送单元2603,当所述功能配置方案发生更新时,向所述其他团队发送更新数据;
其中,当所述其他团队采用所述功能配置方案时,所述更新数据用于对配置于所述其他团队的功能进行更新。
请参考图27,在软件实施方式中,该团队配置方案的分享装置可以包括:
第二生成单元2701,根据团队采用的功能,生成所述团队对应的功能配置方案;
第三分享单元2702,将所述功能配置方案分享至共享平台,以由所述共享平台推送至其他团队以配置所述其他团队的功能;或者,将所述功能配置方案分享至所述共享平台以配置其他团队的功能,其中所述其他团队具有对所述共享平台的访问权限。
请参考图28,在软件实施方式中,该团队配置方案的分享装置可以包括:
第二方案确定单元2801,确定团队采用的功能配置方案;
第四分享单元2802,将所述功能配置方案分享至共享平台,以由所述共享平台推送至其他团队以配置所述其他团队的功能;或者,将所述功能配置方案分享至所述共享平台以配置其他团队的功能,其中所述其他团队具有对所述共享平台的访问权限。
上述实施例阐明的系统、装置、模块或单元,具体可以由计算机芯片或实体实现,或者由具有某种功能的产品来实现。一种典型的实现设备为计算机,计算机的具体形式可以是个人计算机、膝上型计算机、蜂窝电话、相机电话、智能电话、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、导航设备、电子邮件收发设备、游戏控制台、平板计算机、可穿戴设备或者这些设备中的任意几种设备的组合。

计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或 技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(Transitory Media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。

  1. 一种团队配置方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据收到的团队创建指令创建团队;
    获取所述团队适用的备选功能配置方案;
    从所述备选功能配置方案中选取至少一个功能配置方案,以使选取的功能配置方案被应用于配置所述团队的功能。
  2. 一种团队配置方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取团队适用的备选功能配置方案;
    从所述备选功能配置方案中选取至少一个功能配置方案,以使选取的功能配置方案被应用于配置所述团队的功能。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取团队适用的备选功能配置方案,包括:
    根据所述团队的属性信息,确定所述团队所属的团队类型;
    获取所述团队类型对应的功能配置方案,以作为所述备选功能配置方案。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述属性信息包括以下至少之一:
    地理位置信息、成员数量、团体归属信息、行业归属信息。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述备选功能配置方案包括以下至少之一:
    预设功能配置方案、其他团队采用的功能配置方案。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述团队的关联展示界面包含所述功能的控制入口。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述团队的成员具有对所述功能的控制权限。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收针对选取的功能配置方案的更新数据;
    根据所述更新数据对配置于所述团队的功能进行更新。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述更新数据来源于选取的功能配置方案的创建方实施的方案更新操作。
  10. 一种团队配置方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取团队适用的备选配置方案;
    从所述备选配置方案中选取至少一个配置方案,以使选取的配置方案被应用于配置所述团队。
  11. 一种团队配置方法,其特征在于,包括:
    接收针对团队的方案切换指令;
    从与所述团队相关联的功能配置方案中,确定所述方案切换指令指示的目标功能配置方案,以使所述目标功能配置方案被应用于配置所述团队的功能。
  12. 一种团队配置方法,其特征在于,包括:
    在与团队相关联的功能配置方案中,选取目标功能配置方案,以使所述目标功能配置方案被应用于配置所述团队的功能。
  13. 一种团队配置方案的分享方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据团队采用的功能,生成所述团队对应的功能配置方案;
    将所述功能配置方案分享至其他团队,以配置所述其他团队的功能。
  14. 一种团队配置方案的分享方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定团队采用的功能配置方案;
    将所述功能配置方案分享至其他团队,以配置所述其他团队的功能。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述功能配置方案分享至其他团队,包括:
    将所述功能配置方案发送至所述其他团队;
    或者,将所述功能配置方案分享至共享平台,以由所述共享平台推送至所述其他团队;
    或者,将所述功能配置方案分享至所述共享平台,其中所述其他团队具有对所述共享平台的访问权限。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    当所述功能配置方案发生更新时,向所述其他团队发送更新数据;
    其中,当所述其他团队采用所述功能配置方案时,所述更新数据用于对配置于所述其他团队的功能进行更新。
  17. 一种团队配置方案的分享方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据团队采用的功能,生成所述团队对应的功能配置方案;
    将所述功能配置方案分享至共享平台,以由所述共享平台推送至其他团队以配置所述其他团队的功能;
    或者,将所述功能配置方案分享至所述共享平台以配置其他团队的功能,其中所述其他团队具有对所述共享平台的访问权限。
  18. 一种团队配置方案的分享方法,其特征在于,包括:
    确定团队采用的功能配置方案;
    将所述功能配置方案分享至共享平台,以由所述共享平台推送至其他团队以配置所述其他团队的功能;
    或者,将所述功能配置方案分享至所述共享平台以配置其他团队的功能,其中所述其他团队具有对所述共享平台的访问权限。
  19. 一种团队配置装置,其特征在于,包括:
    创建单元,根据收到的团队创建指令创建团队;
    第一获取单元,获取所述团队适用的备选功能配置方案;

    发送单元,当所述功能配置方案发生更新时,向所述其他团队发送更新数据;

  35. 一种团队配置方案的分享装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第二生成单元,根据团队采用的功能,生成所述团队对应的功能配置方案;
    第三分享单元,将所述功能配置方案分享至共享平台,以由所述共享平台推送至其他团队以配置所述其他团队的功能;或者,将所述功能配置方案分享至所述共享平台以配置其他团队的功能,其中所述其他团队具有对所述共享平台的访问权限。
  36. 一种团队配置方案的分享装置,其特征在于,包括:
    第二方案确定单元,确定团队采用的功能配置方案;
