Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système d'actionnement de soupape à modes variables, lequel système appartient aux domaines de l'actionnement de soupape de moteur, de la désactivation de cylindre et du freinage auxiliaire. Le système comprend une came de frein d'échappement (101), une came d'entraînement d'échappement (102), une came d'entraînement d'admission (103), et une came de frein d'admission (104), et chacune des cames entraîne une soupape par l'intermédiaire d'une tige de poussée (401, 402, 403 et 404), d'un culbuteur (801, 802, 803 et 804), etc. Le système comprend, en outre, un ensemble point d'appui de frein d'échappement (301), un ensemble point d'appui d'entraînement d'échappement (201), un ensemble point d'appui d'entraînement d'admission (202), et un ensemble point d'appui de frein d'admission (302) disposé entre la came respective (101, 102, 103, 104) et un ensemble soupape correspondant (611, 612, 621 et 622), ou entre la came respective (101, 102, 103 et 104) et un ensemble pont de soupape correspondant (501 et 502). En commandant l'état de chaque point d'appui, des modes tels qu'un entraînement à quatre temps, un frein à deux temps et une désactivation de cylindre sont réalisés de façon à mettre en œuvre une faible consommation de carburant, de faibles émissions et un freinage à haut rendement. La présente invention présente une structure compacte, une fiabilité élevée et de faibles coûts.
