背景技术:
现有的电机喷漆输送线中的滚轮吊架机构与滚轮支架为一体式结构,吊架机构与滚轮支架之间不可拆卸,在吊架机构或滚轮支架损坏后,需整体更换损坏的部件,其使用成本高,且材料利用率低。
因此,确有必要对现有技术进行改进以解决现有技术之不足。
发明内容:
本发明是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题而提供一种双轨道电机喷漆线中的吊杆机构。
本发明所采用的技术方案有:一种双轨道电机喷漆线中的吊杆机构,包括吊杆、连接座和紧固螺母,所述连接座转动连接在吊杆上,两紧固螺母分层螺纹连接在吊杆上;
所述连接座包括上板、立杆、下板、吊耳和定位螺母,所述上板套设于吊杆上,下板通过立杆与上板固定连接,吊耳固定于下板的下端面上,定位螺母螺纹连接在吊杆的底端并将上板定位于吊杆上。
进一步地,所述吊杆的顶端螺纹连接有定位块。
本发明具有如下有益效果:本发明中的吊杆与连接座为可拆卸结构,吊杆与电机喷漆线中的两个滚轮支架也没可拆卸结构,便于更换损坏的部件。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明公开一种双轨道电机喷漆线中的吊杆机构,包括吊杆16、连接座17和紧固螺母19,连接座17转动连接在吊杆16上,两紧固螺母19分层螺纹连接在吊杆16上。
本发明中的连接座17包括上板171、立杆172、下板173、吊耳174和定位螺母175,上板171套设于吊杆16上,下板173通过立杆172与上板171固定连接,吊耳174固定于下板173的下端面上,定位螺母175螺纹连接在吊杆16的底端并将上板171定位于吊杆16上。
在吊杆16的顶端螺纹连接有定位块18。
在将本发明吊杆机构安装于双轨道电机喷漆线中时,吊杆16依次穿过双轨道喷漆线中的第一滚轮支架11和第二滚轮支架12,两紧固螺母19分别置于第二滚轮支架12的上下两侧,定位块18压触于第一滚轮支架11上。
