本发明涉及一种尺子,特别涉及一种作为测量工具的尺子。
背景技术
尺子是用于对物体的水平、垂直状态进行检测找正的测量工具,能够非常方便的测量出物体的水平度。但现有的尺子只能提供单方向上的测量,功能单一。如果需要根据已经定位的水平线/面得出相应的垂直线/面,则需要借助其他工具或者进行二次测量。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明提供一种能让用户一次性实现水平面和垂直面的定位与测量的尺子,该尺子既可应用到工业技术领域的水平尺,也可应用到学生的文具尺上。
本发明提供一种尺子,其包括第一尺体和第二尺体,
其中,所述第一尺体和所述第二尺体以可相对旋转的方式连接使得所述第一尺体和第二尺体之间既能够水平连接又能够垂直连接。
进一步,所述第一尺体包括相互平行的第一面和第二面,所述第二尺体包括相互平行的第三面和第四面,其中,所述第一面的长边的长度小于等于所述第二面的长边的长度,所述第三面的长边的长度大于等于所述第四面的长边的长度。
进一步,当所述第一尺体和所述第二尺体水平连接时,所述第一面和所述第三面水平连接构成180度夹角,所述第二面和所述第四面水平连接构成180度夹角;当所述第一尺体和所述第二尺体垂直连接时,所述第一面和所述第四 面垂直连接构成90度夹角,所述第二面和所述第三面垂直连接构成90度夹角。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图来详细说明本发明的尺子的具体实施方式,但本发明并不局限于这些具体实施方式。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的尺子包括第一尺体11和第二尺体12,第一尺体11包括相互平行的第一面113和第二面114,第二尺体12包括相互平行的第三面123和第四面124,其中,第一面113的长边的长度d1小于等于第二面114的长边d2的长度,第三面123的长边的长度d3大于等于第四面124的长边的长度d4。优选地,第一尺体11和第二尺体12上各设置有至少一个泡管,其中,泡管里设置有气泡,在测量时,若气泡位于泡管中央则表明尺子处于水平状态,否则需要调整尺子的角度。
第一尺体11和第二尺体12以可相对旋转的方式连接使得第一尺体11和第二尺体12能够在水平连接状态和垂直连接状态之间相互转换。处于水平连接状态时,第一尺体11和第二尺体12组装成为一把直尺,第一尺体11的第一面113和第二尺体的第三面123构成180度夹角,第一尺体11的第二面114和第二尺体的第四面124构成180度夹角;处于垂直连接状态时,第一尺体11的第一面113和第二尺体的第四面124垂直连接组成90度夹角,第一尺体的第二面114和第二尺体的第三面123垂直连接组成90度夹角。
具体地,第一尺体11和第二尺体12通过各自的第一连接面111和第二连接面121进行连接,第一连接面111与第一面和第二面相交,第二连接面121与第三面和第四面相交,第一连接面111和第二连接面121之间可以采用多种方式来进行连接,比如,装配栓或磁铁吸附等方式。
若采用装配栓的方式连接第一连接面111和第二连接面121,则装配栓垂直于第一连接面111和第二连接面121,并位于第一连接面111的几何中心,或者其可位于第二连接面121的几何中心点,第一连接面111和第二连接面121以装配栓为轴心旋转。装配栓可以采用螺丝加垫片以及螺帽的结构或者柳钉加垫片的结构,其没有特别限制,只要能实现连接第一连接面和第二连接面并且允许两个连接面互为基准面进行旋转即可。以螺丝以及螺帽的结构为例,比如,可以在第一连接面上设置螺丝,在第二连接面上设置螺帽,螺丝和螺帽连接处之间加入垫片使得螺丝和螺帽可以相互转动但又不会彼此脱离。
或者,第一连接面和第二连接面之间也可以采用磁铁的方式来进行连接,在第一连接面的几何中心设置一个凹点(装有磁铁扣),在第二连接面的几何中心设置一个凸点(装有磁铁扣),这样可以确保第一连接面和第二连接面始终围绕旋连接面的几何中心旋转。
本发明中,第一连接面111和第二连接面121均为45度角的斜切面,即第一连接面111和第二面114成45度夹角,第二连接面121和第三面123成45度夹角。此外,第一连接面与第一面的交线和第一面的长边垂直,第一连接面与第二面的交线也和第二面的长边垂直;同样地,第二连接面与第三面和第四面相交的交线也分别与第三面的长边以及第四面的长边垂直。这样,如图1所示,当第一尺体11和第二尺体12处于水平连接状态时,第一连接面和第二连接面可以完全重合,第一尺体11和第二尺体12组合成直尺;如图2所示,当第一尺体11和第二尺体12处于垂直连接状态时,第一连接面和第二连接面完全重合,此时第一尺体11和第二尺体12垂直。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的尺子,其特征在于:所述第一尺体包括相互平行的第一面和第二面,所述第二尺体包括相互平行的第三面和第四面,其中,所述第一面的长边的长度小于等于所述第二面的长边的长度,所述第三面的长边的长度大于等于所述第四面的长边的长度。
