下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,若本发明实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,若本发明实施例中有涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述,则该“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。另外,各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明提出一种锅盖。
在本发明实施例中,如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,该锅盖包括锅盖本体100和设置在所述锅盖本体100上的排气阀200,所述排气阀200包括穿设于所述锅盖本体100内外(内指锅盖朝向锅体的一侧,外指锅盖外面)两侧的排气阀芯210以及设置在排气阀芯210上端的排气阀体220,所述排气阀芯210内设有沿其轴向延伸的排气通道211,所述排气通道211的两端延伸至所述排气阀芯210的两端以在所述锅盖本体100的外侧形成排气孔212且在所述锅盖本体100的内侧形成进气孔,所述排气阀体220可沿上下方向移动以打开或关闭所述排气孔212;该锅盖还包括压设在所述排气阀体220上的压力块400、触发机构,该触发机构用于在被触发时使所述压力块400与所述排气阀体220分离以防止所述排气阀体220受到来自所述压力块400的下压力。
排气阀芯210上的排气通道211用于将压力锅内部的气体排到锅外,在排气阀芯210的上端设置可上下移动的排气阀体220,能够实现对排气孔212的排气情况的控制。排气阀体220上压设有压力块400,该压力块400的主要作用是增大排气阀体220压在排气阀芯210上的压力,以堵住排气孔212,从而使得压力锅内部的气体不能排出。
该锅盖还包括触发机构,该触发机构的主要作用是调节压力块400与排气阀体220分离状态:
当触发机构在触发时,使压力块400与排气阀体220分离,使得压力块400对排气阀体220没有向下的压力,从而减小对排气阀芯210的压力,当压力锅内的压力达到70Kpa后,锅内的气体能够将排气阀体220顶起,使得排气孔212打开,从而实现了压力锅能够通过排气孔212排气,降低了压力锅内的气压,从而锅内的液体沸点也降低,实现了锅内液体沸腾,达到浓香效果。
当触发机构没有触发时,压力块400压设在排气阀体220上,则对排气阀芯210的压力会很大,使得当锅内压力达到70Kpa时,锅内的气体不能顶开排气阀体220,排气孔212不能打开,则压力锅不能排气,锅内的气压增高,从而锅内的液体沸点也升高,实现了锅内液体不能沸腾,达到清香效果。
在实际应用过程中,触发机构可根据实际需要来定,可以是以按钮控制的拨杆,在按压后利用杠杆将压力块400上推,也可以是通过磁感应的特点,将压力块400吸离排气阀体220的方案,只要能满足压力块400能在压设排气阀体220和离开排气阀体220之间切换即可。
为了使得压力锅的排气方式能够更好的调节,所述压力块400与所述排气阀体220的重量比在0.26~12.56之间。具体而言,压力锅烹饪时的工作压力一般为70kpa,当压力锅内的压力达到70kpa时,压力锅的加热器会停止加热,但是加热器停止加热后,加热器的余热将会促使锅内的压力稍微超过70kpa,比如达到71kpa或者72kpa等压力值,然后才会逐渐回落到小于70kpa,接着加热器又开始加热,如此循环,使锅内的压力维持在70kpa左右,直至烹饪结束,因此,所述压力块400与所述排气阀体220的重量比在0.26~12.56之间调节效果最佳,若压力块400与排气阀体220的重量比小于0.26,压力块400因自身重力对排气阀体220施加的下压力则会比较小,当用户需要清香效果时,排气阀体220以及压力块400较容易被压力锅内的蒸汽顶起,即当压力锅内的压力稍微超过70kpa,锅内的蒸汽具有较大的可能克服压力块400和排气阀体220的双重压力而顶开排气阀体220排气,导致达不到清香效果。若压力块400与排气阀体220的重量比大于12.56时,压力块400自身重力较大,当用户需要浓香效果时,所述触发机构进入触发状态分离压力块400与排气阀体220的难度大大增加,不易实现,容易出现触发机构进入触发状态后压力块400与排气阀体220仍然不分离的情况,从而导致压力锅不排气而达不到浓香效果。
可选地,在本发明一个实施例中,所述压力块400与所述排气阀体220的重量比为0.89,此重量比下对压力锅的排气方式调节效果最佳。
本发明技术方案通过在排气阀体220上设置压力块400和触发机构,该触发机构在触发时使得压力块400与排气阀体220分离,在未触发时压力块400压在排气阀体220上,调节压力块400对排气阀体220施加的下压力,从而实现对排气阀芯210压力的调节,进而达到调节压力锅排气方式的效果。
进一步地,参照图1、图2、图3和图4,该触发机构包括活动设置的吸附块300,所述吸附块300与压力块400之间具有吸引力,所述吸附块300可在靠近所述压力块400的第一位置与远离所述压力块400的第二位置之间移动以调节所述压力块400对所述排气阀体220的压力。当吸附块300靠近压力块400时,对压力块400产生一定的吸引力,当吸附块300的吸引力足够大时,吸附压力块400离开排气阀体220;当吸附块300对压力块400的吸引力较小时,不能吸引压力块400离开排气阀体220,但是压力块400在吸引力的作用下,对排气阀体220的压力减小;当吸附块300远离压力块400时,对压力块400没有吸引力时,则压力块400仍然压设在排气阀体220上。
在实际应用中,可根据吸附块300与压力块400之间的距离来调节排气方式。
需浓香效果时:移动吸附块300靠近压力块400,则压力块400对排气阀体220的压力减小。当吸附块300对压力块400的吸引力足够大时,压力块400被吸附块300吸离排气阀体220;当吸附块300对压力块400的吸引力较小时,使得压力块400压在排气阀体220上的压力减小,从而减小对排气阀芯210施加的下压力,当压力锅内的压力达到70Kpa后,锅内的气体能够将排气阀体220顶起,使得排气孔212打开,从而实现了压力锅能够通过排气孔212排气,降低了压力锅内的气压,从而锅内的液体沸点也降低,实现了锅内液体沸腾,达到浓香效果。
需清香效果时:移动吸附块300远离压力块400,则吸附块300对压力块400没有吸引力,压力块400仍然压设在排气阀体220上以增大对排气阀芯210施加的下压力,使得当锅内压力达到70Kpa时,锅内的气体不能顶开排气阀体220,排气孔212不能打开,则压力锅不能排气,锅内的气压增高,从而锅内的液体沸点也升高,实现了锅内液体不能沸腾,达到清香效果。
进一步地,参照图1和图3,所述锅盖还包括盖设在所述排气阀200上的破泡器500和与破泡器500的盖体活动连接的吸附块安装座600,所述吸附块300安装在所述吸附块安装座600上。破泡器500的主要作用是使锅内不溢出大的气泡。当锅内的气体从排气通道211排出后,流通到破泡器500内,在破泡器500上设有开口510,从而使得气体能够通过开口510顺利排出到空气中。吸附块300安装在吸附块安装座600内,直接将吸附块安装座600设置在破泡器500上,且由于吸附块300与压力块400之间的距离要能够调节,故吸附块安装座600与破泡器500的盖体活动连接。在实际应用中,吸附块安装座600与破泡器500的盖体可设置成铰接或滑动连接,若设置成铰接,用户可通过旋转吸附块安装座600来调节吸附块300与压力块400之间的距离,吸附块安装座600可沿竖直方向转动,也可沿水平方向转动;若设置成滑动连接,则可在破泡器500的盖体上或吸附块安装座600上设置滑轨或滑槽,以实现吸附块300与压力块400之间的距离可调。
进一步地,为了使得吸附块300吸引压力块400离开或盖压排气阀体220的效果更好,可通过设置吸附块300与压力块400之间的位置关系来实现。
可选地,参照图1和图3,所述吸附块安装座600设置在排气阀200的顶端,所述吸附块300吸引所述压力块400向上移动。在本实施例中,当需要浓香效果时,可将吸附块安装座600调节到排气阀200的顶端,吸附块300吸附压力块400向上运动以离开排气阀体220,从而实现只有排气阀体220压在排气阀芯210上,进而使得当锅内气压达到70Kpa时,能够顶开排气阀体220实现排气。当需要清香效果时,吸附块安装座600调节远离压力块400,则压力块400从被吸附的位置向下掉落在排气阀芯220上,增大对排气阀芯210施加的下压力,则不能推开排气阀体220,实现不排气清香效果。在实际应用中,排气阀体220为了能够更加稳定的上下移动,会通过设置导向杆来起导向作用,在本实施例中,为了使得压力块400的运动更加稳定,优选设置压力块400套设在导向杆上。
可选地,所述吸附块安装座600设置在所述排气阀200的侧部,所述吸附块300吸附所述压力块400左右移动。压力块400的主要作用是增加排气阀体220对排气阀芯210施加的下压力,故对压力块400的形状结构不做特殊要求,可将压力块400设置成“C”型或“L”型,此时通过在侧面调节吸附块安装座600与压力块400之间的距离,即调节吸附块300与压力块400之间的吸引力大小,使得压力块400能够左右移动以离开排气阀体220,从而实现调节排气阀体220对排气阀芯210施加的下压力。
进一步地,所述吸附块300和压力块400其中一个为磁性材料,另一个为磁性感应材料。也就是说,当吸附块300为磁性材料时,压力块400为磁性感应材料;当吸附块300为磁性感性材料时,压力块400为磁性材料。只需要保证吸附块300与压力块400之间具有足够的吸引力即可。同时,为了保证排气阀体220压在排气阀芯210上,排气阀芯220优选为绝磁材料,避免排气阀芯220干扰吸附块300与压力块400之间的调节。
进一步地,参照图2和图4,为了使得排气阀200的排气控制效果更好,所述排气阀体220朝向所述排气阀芯210的一侧设有阀锥221,所述阀锥221堵设在所述排气孔212上,并可沿上下方向移动以打开或关闭所述排气孔212。阀锥221的锥体上设置有导向斜面,使得阀锥221更加方便进入排气孔212中,阀锥221的外径最好与排气通道211的内径相适配,使得阀锥221与排气通道211的内壁抵接,防止漏气的情况发生。
本发明还提出一种电压力锅,参照图5,该电压力锅包括锅体700和锅盖,该锅盖的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本电压力锅采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。其中,锅体700具有向上敞开的锅腔800,所述锅盖与所述锅体700活动连接以打开或密封所述锅腔800。锅盖与锅体700之间的连接可根据用户使用需求来定,如通过转轴铰接或卡扣卡合等。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例,并非因此限制本发明的专利范围,凡是在本发明的发明构思下,利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构变换,或直接/间接运用在其他相关的技术领域均包括在本发明的专利保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种锅盖,包括锅盖本体和设置在所述锅盖本体上的排气阀,所述排气阀包括穿设于所述锅盖本体内外两侧的排气阀芯以及设置在所述排气阀芯上端的排气阀体,所述排气阀芯内设有沿其轴向延伸的排气通道,所述排气通道的两端延伸至所述排气阀芯的两端以在所述锅盖本体的外侧形成排气孔且在所述锅盖本体的内侧形成进气孔,所述排气阀体可沿上下方向移动以打开或关闭所述排气孔,其特征在于,该锅盖还包括压设在所述排气阀体上的压力块、触发机构,该触发机构用于在被触发时使所述压力块与所述排气阀体分离以防止所述排气阀体受到来自所述压力块的下压力。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖,其特征在于,所述触发机构包括活动设置的吸附块,所述吸附块与所述压力块之间具有吸引力,所述吸附块可在靠近所述压力块的第一位置与远离所述压力块的第二位置之间移动以调节所述压力块对所述排气阀体的下压力。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的锅盖,其特征在于,所述锅盖还包括盖设在所述排气阀上的破泡器以及与所述破泡器的盖体活动连接的吸附块安装座,所述吸附块安装在所述吸附块安装座上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的锅盖,其特征在于,所述吸附块安装座与所述破泡器的盖体铰接或滑动连接。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的锅盖,其特征在于,所述吸附块安装座设置在所述排气阀的顶端,所述吸附块吸附所述压力块向上移动。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的锅盖,其特征在于,所述吸附块安装座设置在所述排气阀的侧部,所述吸附块吸附所述压力块左右移动。
  7. 如权利要求5或6所述的锅盖,其特征在于,所述吸附块和所述压力块其中一个为磁性材料,另一个为磁性感应材料。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖,其特征在于,所述排气阀体朝向所述排气阀芯的一侧设有阀锥,所述阀锥堵设在所述排气孔上,并可沿上下方向移动以打开或关闭所述排气孔。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的锅盖,其特征在于,所述排气阀体为绝磁材料。
  10. 一种电压力锅,其特征在于,包括锅体及如权利要求1至9任意一项所述的锅盖,所述锅体具有向上敞开的锅腔,所述锅盖与所述锅体活动连接以打开或密封所述锅腔。
