进一步的改进,清洗机构包括水箱和设置在水箱内的储气筒体、高压水泵、高压气泵、自动开关和转换阀;高压水洗、吹风除尘装置包括水管、气管、若干喷嘴和支架;若干喷嘴均匀设置在支架上;支架设置在滚刷机构的前后两侧;喷嘴为水、气两路喷嘴;喷嘴通过水管和气管分别与高压水泵和高压气泵相连;自动开关分别与高压水泵与高压气泵相连;转换阀设置在高压水泵与喷嘴及高压气泵与喷嘴之间。
进一步的改进,动力源为内燃机或高能电池组;动力源固定在右支腿靠近底部的位置;控制室固定在主梁的下方;控制室内设有PLC控制器、显示屏、电气联动台和控制按钮组;控制室还设有方便观察外部环境的观察窗;控制室外还设有方便操作人员进入控制室的斜梯。
进一步的改进,运行机构包括水平位移机构、导向框架、升降机构和调角机构;水平位移机构包括小车、车轮、驱动装置和固定框架;车轮固定在小车的底部,驱动装置与车轮相连后对车轮提供驱动力;车轮运行在小车运行轨道内;固定框架固定在小车的下方;导向框架通过连接杆套设在固定框架的下方;滚刷机构固定在导向框架的下方;升降机构一端固定在主梁上,另一端与导向框架固定相连;调角机构一端固定在导向框架上,另一端与滚刷机构固定相连。
进一步的改进,滚刷机构包括转动装置和滚刷本体;滚刷本体由钢质滚芯轴、ABS辊芯、柔条尼龙刷丝组成;转动装置与钢质滚芯轴固定相连;ABS辊芯 套设在钢质滚芯轴上;柔条尼龙刷丝套设在ABS辊芯套上。
采用本技术方案后,实现了对太阳能光热电站镜面的安全高效清洗,整机结构简单、操作控制方便、晃动损伤减轻、运行平稳高效、转弯灵活方便、场地不平度和承压能力要求不高且空间利用率高,具有高压刷滚水洗、高压吹风和高压除尘三种组合方式,满足了不同条件下的需求。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案做进一步的阐述:
如图1至图4所示,一种龙门履带式光热电站镜面清洗车,包括:龙门框 架、履带运行机构、运行机构、滚刷机构、清洗机构和控制系统。
龙门框架:是所有机构的安装承载部件,由主梁框架1、左框架2和右框架3可拆分固定相连后组成;可拆分固定相连的方式为采用法兰连接。主梁框架包括两个主梁和设置在两个主梁顶部的小车运行轨道4;左框架包括左上梁5、左下梁6和两个左支腿7;左上梁的两端分别与两个主梁可拆卸固定相连;两个左支腿的顶部分别与两个主梁可拆卸固定相连,底部分别与左履带机构8可拆卸固定相连;左下梁的两端分别固定在靠近两左支腿底部的位置;右框架3包括右上梁9、右下梁10和两个右支腿11;右上梁的两端分别与两个主梁可拆卸固定相连;两个右支腿的顶部分别与两个主梁可拆卸固定相连,底部分别与两右履带机构12可拆卸固定相连;右下梁的两端分别固定在靠近两右支腿底部的位置。
履带运行机构:实现清洗车的直线和转向运行。包括左履带机构8、两右履带机构12和转向同步机构13;左履带机构与左框架的底部固定相连后不能在连接平面绕其垂直轴线转动;两右履带机构对称固定在右框架的底部后能够在连接平面绕其垂直轴线转动。转向同步机构与两右履带机构固定相连。左履带机构与两组右履带机构呈等腰三角形分布。具体为左履带机构8包括左主动轮81、左辅助轮82、左承载横梁83、左履带84、左支撑轮组85和左角尺板86;左主动轮、左辅助轮通过左承载横梁相连;左履带套设在左主动轮和左辅助轮上;左支撑轮组固定在左承载横梁的上下两侧对左履带进行支撑;左角尺板分别与左支腿和左承载横梁固定相连,固定后左支腿和左履带机构不能在连接平面绕其垂直轴线转动;右履带机构12包括右主动轮121、右辅助轮122、右承载横梁123、右履带124、右支撑轮组125、右角尺板126和右旋转支撑127;右主动轮、右辅助轮通过右承载横梁相连;右履带套设在右主动轮和右辅助轮上; 右支撑轮组固定在右承载横梁的上下两侧对右履带进行支撑;右角尺板与右承载横梁固定相连后通过右旋转支撑与其中一个右支腿固定相连;在右旋转支撑作用下右支腿和右履带机构在连接平面绕其垂直轴线360度转动。转向同步机构13包括固定板131和两个连接板132;固定板的两端分别与两个连接板铰接相连;两个固定板的另一端分别与两个右旋转支撑固定相连。
运行机构:固定在龙门框架的顶部,对滚刷机构18的水平位移、垂直位移和倾斜角度的调整;运行机构包括水平位移机构14、导向框架15、升降机构16和调角机构17;水平位移机构包括小车141、车轮142、驱动装置143和固定框架144;车轮固定在小车的底部,驱动装置与车轮相连后对车轮提供驱动力;车轮运行在小车运行轨道4内;固定框架固定在小车的下方;导向框架通过连接杆151套设在固定框架的下方;滚刷机构固定在导向框架15的下方;升降机构一端固定在主梁上,另一端与导向框架固定相连;调角机构一端固定在导向框架上,另一端与滚刷机构固定相连。
滚刷机构:与运行机构固定相连,在运行机构的带动和调整下对镜面进行清洗。滚刷机构18包括转动装置181和滚刷本体182;滚刷本体由钢质滚芯轴、ABS辊芯、柔条尼龙刷丝组成;转动装置与钢质滚芯轴固定相连;ABS辊芯套设在钢质滚芯轴上;柔条尼龙刷丝套设在ABS辊芯套上。转动装置为驱动马达。
清洗机构19:对镜面进行高压水洗和/或高压吹风除尘;包括带有储气装置的水箱191和高压水洗、吹风除尘装置192;清洗机构包括水箱和设置在水箱内的储气筒体、高压水泵、高压气泵、自动开关和转换阀;高压水洗、吹风除尘装置包括水管、气管、若干喷嘴1921和支架1922;若干喷嘴均匀设置在支架上;支架设置在滚刷机构的前后两侧;喷嘴为水、气两路喷嘴;喷嘴通过水管和气管分别与高压水泵和高压气泵相连;自动开关分别与高压水泵与高压气泵相连; 转换阀设置在高压水泵与喷嘴及高压气泵与喷嘴之间。
控制系统20:包括固定在龙门框架上的动力源201、控制室202和固定在主梁框架下方的位置传感器203;动力源为所有机构提供运行动力;控制室对清洗车进行整体控制;位置传感器检测龙门框架、滚刷机构与镜面21之间的相对位置。动力源为内燃机或高能电池组;动力源固定在右支腿靠近底部的位置;控制室固定在主梁的下方;控制室内设有PLC控制器、显示屏、电气联动台和控制按钮组;控制室还设有方便观察外部环境的观察窗;控制室外还设有方便操作人员进入控制室的斜梯204。
上述仅为本发明所提供的一个较佳的实施例,是针对龙门履带式光热电站镜面清洗车各结构及组装关系的介绍,下面再将本本发明的实施例操作过程介绍如下。
作业人员通过斜梯进入到设置在高位安装于左侧支腿结构侧面的具有按人机工程学设计的操作室内,通过观察窗来观察窗外的周边环境条件和观看安装在操作室内的显示屏对清洗车的运行状况进行实时视频监控,作业人员通过操作电气联动台上来进行清洗车的直线运行和转向等操作,使清洗车的龙门机构和刷滚机构等跨越在矩阵布置的被清洗电站镜面总成上方合适的位置。通过位置传感器检测刷滚机构与被清洗电站镜面总成的相对位置,通过操作运行机构的升降机构按钮来调整刷滚机构的合适高度;操作调角机构的调整按钮来调整刷滚与反射镜面的相对距离,以保证刷滚本体结构与反射镜面工作距离能全接触并清洗;操作刷滚转动装置的运行按钮使刷滚按额定转速旋转;操作水洗吹风除尘装置按钮开始清洗车的清洗工作。待开始正常运行清洗后,操作位置传感装置按钮,进入自动检测调整运行清洗状态,实现清洗车的自动调整和清洗。在作业运行工作中,需时刻关注刷滚本体与被清洗反射镜面的相对位置状况, 高压水洗吹风除尘装置的运行情况,必要时通过手动操作相关按钮进行实时调整,实现高效清洗作业。
本发明不局限于上述最佳实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品,但不论在其形状或结构上作任何变化,凡是具有与本申请相同或相近似的技术方案,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种龙门履带式光热电站镜面清洗车,其特征在于:包括
    龙门框架:是所有机构的安装承载部件,由主梁框架、左框架和右框架可拆分固定相连后组成;
    履带运行机构:实现清洗车的直线和转向运行,包括左履带机构、两右履带机构和转向同步机构;左履带机构与左框架的底部固定相连后不能在连接平面绕其垂直轴线转动;两右履带机构对称固定在右框架的底部后能够在连接平面绕其垂直轴线转动;转向同步机构与两右履带机构固定相连;左履带机构与两组右履带机构呈等腰三角形分布;
    运行机构:固定在龙门框架的顶部,对滚刷机构的水平位移、垂直位移和倾斜角度的调整;
    滚刷机构:与运行机构固定相连,在运行机构的带动和调整下对镜面进行清洗;清洗机构:对镜面进行高压水洗和/或高压吹风除尘;包括带有储气装置的水箱和高压水洗、吹风除尘装置;
    控制系统:包括固定在龙门框架上的动力源、控制室和固定在主梁框架下方的位置传感器;动力源为所有机构提供运行动力;控制室对清洗车进行整体控制;位置传感器检测龙门框架、滚刷机构与镜面之间的相对位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的龙门履带式光热电站镜面清洗车,其特征在于:
    主梁框架包括两个主梁和设置在两个主梁顶部的小车运行轨道;
    左框架包括左上梁、左下梁和两个左支腿;左上梁的两端分别与两个主梁可拆卸固定相连;
    两个左支腿的顶部分别与两个主梁可拆卸固定相连,底部分别与左履带机构可拆卸固定相连;左下梁的两端分别固定在靠近两左支腿底部的位置;
    右框架包括右上梁、右下梁和两个右支腿;右上梁的两端分别与两个主梁可拆 卸固定相连;两个右支腿的顶部分别与两个主梁可拆卸固定相连,底部分别与两右履带机构可拆卸固定相连;右下梁的两端分别固定在靠近两右支腿底部的位置。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的龙门履带式光热电站镜面清洗车,其特征在于:左履带机构包括左主动轮、左辅助轮、左承载横梁、左履带、左支撑轮组和左角尺板;左主动轮、左辅助轮通过左承载横梁相连;左履带套设在左主动轮和左辅助轮上;左支撑轮组固定在左承载横梁的上下两侧对左履带进行支撑;左角尺板分别与左支腿和左承载横梁固定相连,固定后左支腿和左履带机构不能在连接平面绕其垂直轴线转动;
    右履带机构包括右主动轮、右辅助轮、右承载横梁、右履带、右支撑轮组、右角尺板和右旋转支撑;右主动轮、右辅助轮通过右承载横梁相连;右履带套设在右主动轮和右辅助轮上;右支撑轮组固定在右承载横梁的上下两侧对右履带进行支撑;右角尺板与右承载横梁固定相连后通过右旋转支撑与其中一个右支腿固定相连;在右旋转支撑作用下右支腿和右履带机构在连接平面绕其垂直轴线360度转动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的龙门履带式光热电站镜面清洗车,其特征在于:转向同步机构包括固定板和两个连接板;固定板的两端分别与两个连接板铰接相连;两个固定板的另一端分别与两个右旋转支撑固定相连。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的龙门履带式光热电站镜面清洗车,其特征在于:清洗机构包括水箱和设置在水箱内的储气筒体、高压水泵、高压气泵、自动开关和转换阀;高压水洗、吹风除尘装置包括水管、气管、若干喷嘴和支架;若干喷嘴均匀设置在支架上;支架设置在滚刷机构的前后两侧;喷嘴为水、气两路喷嘴;喷嘴通过水管和气管分别与高压水泵和高压气泵相连;自动开关分别与高 压水泵与高压气泵相连;转换阀设置在高压水泵与喷嘴及高压气泵与喷嘴之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的龙门履带式光热电站镜面清洗车,其特征在于:动力源为内燃机或高能电池组;动力源固定在右支腿靠近底部的位置;控制室固定在主梁的下方;控制室内设有PLC控制器、显示屏、电气联动台和控制按钮组;控制室还设有方便观察外部环境的观察窗;控制室外还设有方便操作人员进入控制室的斜梯。

  8. 根据权利要求7所述的龙门履带式光热电站镜面清洗车,其特征在于:滚刷机构包括转动装置和滚刷本体;滚刷本体由钢质滚芯轴、ABS辊芯、柔条尼龙刷丝组成;转动装置与钢质滚芯轴固定相连;ABS辊芯套设在钢质滚芯轴上;柔条尼龙刷丝套设在ABS辊芯套上。
