Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et une méthode de traitement de troubles. Le système comprend un visiocasque (HMD) conçu pour être porté sur la tête d'un utilisateur, le HMD comprenant un écran d'affichage interne destiné à afficher des scènes; au moins un capteur de rétroaction biologique, ledit capteur de rétroaction biologique étant configuré pour surveiller les réponses physiologiques de l'utilisateur; un serveur connecté au HMD et audit capteur de rétroaction biologique, le serveur comprenant en outre; un ensemble de circuits de traitement; et une mémoire, la mémoire contenant des instructions qui, lorsqu'elles sont exécutées par l'ensemble de circuits de traitement, configurent le système pour : déterminer des stimuli sur la base d'un objectif de session de traitement actuel; envoyer les stimuli au HMD; recevoir des données d'entrée dudit capteur de rétroaction biologique; mettre à jour l'objectif de session actuel sur la base des données d'entrée reçues; et envoyer au HMD des stimuli mis à jour sur la base de l'objectif de session de traitement actuel mis à jour.
