背景技术
光缆接头盒主要起到光缆直通(接头盒直通光缆过线,即不剪断光缆穿入、穿出接头盒体)和光缆分歧的作用,这就需要在接头盒体中预留给光纤的出入通孔。通孔不利于隔绝盒体内外环境,为了提升接头盒的密封效果,通常在出入通孔中加装橡胶塞,但橡胶塞牢固度有限,最好的方式是采用螺帽加橡胶塞,即具有螺纹连接的紧固,又具有橡胶塞的密封效果。
但是,光纤过线就要确保光纤无断线(接头盒具备直通光缆、以及光缆掏接功能)的出入接头盒。这就与螺帽加橡胶塞的技术措施相矛盾。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述光缆接头盒不方便拆卸安装、密封麻烦的问题而设计的便于无断纤过线(直通光缆、光缆掏接功能)光缆接头盒,以及进一步改进使其即具备无断纤又具备密封效果好的光缆接头盒。
本发明采取下述技术方案:一种无螺钉密封光缆接头盒,包括盒体和上盖,所述盒体过线端侧设有过线组件,所述过线组件包括插接结构模块和盖型螺母,插接结构模块设在盒体上,盖形螺母螺纹连接在插接结构模块上;插接结构模块和盖型螺母设有联通的过线孔;插接结构模块、盖型螺母由分体结构件组装构成,并且分体结构件是沿过线孔分割。因过线组件中的插接结构模块和盖型螺母均为沿过线孔分割的分体结构件组装构成,所以可将光缆放置在插接结构模块、盖型螺母的过线孔中,然后将插接结构模块和盖型螺母的分体结构件组装,如此操作就能实现光缆无断线过线通过接头盒,使该光缆联通至下一处接头盒。

密封原理(操作步骤)为:
a、将硅胶密封圈4剖开,套在光缆上;
b、将插接结构模块(用螺钉固定在盒体上;
c、将光缆压块5掰开,套在光缆上,再合上;
d、将盖型螺母分开,套入光缆,再合上;
e、将硅胶密封圈4和光缆压块5连同光缆一起推入盖形螺母3、插接结构模块2过线孔6(螺孔);
f、将盖型螺母旋入,通过光缆压块5挤压硅胶密封圈4,达到密封效果。
本申请人还对无螺钉密封光缆接头盒测试了密封性能,测试实验证明本产品大大提高了密封效果。
具体为按照YD/T 814.1-2013《光缆接头盒》(光缆接头盒通信行业标准)标准中的5.7密封性能;5.8再封装性能、5.9浸水性能、5.11环境性能四项测试内容,测试结果如下:
5.7密封性能
封装后密封性能:光缆接头盒按规定的操作程序封装并在盒两端安装光缆,盒内充气100±5KPa,要求待气压稳定后,浸泡在常温清水容器中稳定观察15分钟,无气泡逸出。
5.8再封装性能
按照标准的再封装后密封性能:接头盒应便于重复开启,且不影响其性能。本产品的盖型螺母方便拆卸,并且密封效果好。光缆接头盒按规定的操作程序重复3次封装后进行试验,光缆接头盒两端安装光缆,盒内充气100±5KPa,试验结果显示,接头盒浸泡在常温清水容器中稳定观察15分钟,无气泡逸出。
5.9浸水性能
光缆接头盒按规定操作程序封装完毕后,浸泡在1.5m深的常温清水中24h后,光缆接头盒取出拆卸后,盒体内无进水。
5.11环境性能
5.11.1承受温度变化的性能(温循性能)
光缆接头盒按规定的操作程序封装且盒两端安装光缆后,盒内充入60±5KPa气压。循环温度台阶为-40℃、-20℃、+20℃、+65℃。每个温度台阶应保持2小时以上,循环十次。试验后,盒内气压压降至5KPa,浸泡在常温清水容器中稳定观察15分钟,无气泡逸出。
5.11.2承受持续高温的性能(高温性能)
光缆接头盒按规定的操作程序封装且盒两端安装光缆后,盒内充入60±5KPa气压。试验温 度高于+60℃,保持100小时以上。试验后,盒内气压降至3KPa,浸泡在常温清水容器中稳定观察15分钟,无气泡逸出。
5.11.3承受频繁振动的性能
光缆接头盒按规定的操作程序封装且盒两端安装光缆后,盒内充入60±5KPa气压。光缆接头盒应能承受频率10Hz,振幅±3mm,振动次数>1000000次的振动。试验后,盒内气压无变化,浸泡在常温清水容器中稳定观察15分钟,无气泡逸出。

  8. 根据权利要求6所述的光缆接头盒,其特征在于:所述盖形螺母(3)由第一半圆台(3-1)和第二半圆台(3-2)拼接组成,第一半圆台(3-1)两个接触面上设有径向向外延伸的L型导槽(3-11),第二半圆台(3-2)两个接触面上设有与所述L型导槽配合的条形卡接块(3-21)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的光缆接头盒,其特征在于:所述过线组件还包括硅胶密封圈(4),该硅胶密封圈安装于盖形螺母(3)、插接结构模块(2)过线孔(6)形成的联通管道内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的光缆接头盒,其特征在于:所述过线组件还包括光缆压块(5),所述光缆压块(5)由两个半圆环片卡接组成,光缆压块(5)设于过线孔(6)内用于挤压硅胶密封圈(4)。
