Description

一种多级环保型除尘装置 技术领域
本发明是一种多级环保型除尘装置,属于除尘装置领域。
背景技术
除尘装置俗称除尘器,是除去或降低烟气中飞灰含量的装置。除尘装置的种类可以分为生物纳膜抑尘装置、云雾抑尘装置、云雾抑尘装置、布袋除尘装置、旋风除尘装置、湿式除尘装置、静电除尘装置、脱硫除尘装置。应用于化工、石油、冶金、建筑、矿山、机械、轻纺等工业。
现有技术公开了申请号为:201620034542.5的一种多级环保型除尘装置,其包括重力除尘装置和旋风除尘装置。重力除尘装置连接一进气管,重力除尘装置内设有进气腔、出气腔和冷却腔。进气腔和出气腔通过一竖隔板分离,进气腔和出气腔内均分布有交错设置的横隔板。冷却腔内设有换热水管,换热水管通过进水管和出水管分别连接供水箱和热水箱。重力除尘装置通过一连接管道连通旋风除尘装置,旋风除尘装置内设有一旋风除尘腔,旋风除尘装置内插装一排气管。重力除尘装置和旋风除尘装置下方均连接集灰斗,集灰斗内设有集灰腔,集灰腔下方设有排灰口。该除尘装置具有高效的除尘功能,且节能环保,起到了保护环境的作用。现有的技术无法不能进行气压检测,工作人员就无法对内部气压进行监控,就可能导致除尘效果受到影响。
技术问题
现有的技术中的除尘器无法进行气压检测,工作人员就无法对内部气压进行监控,就可能导致除尘效果受到影响的问题。
技术解决方案
本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种多级环保型除尘装置,其结构包括顶盖、检修口、气盒开关、吸气盒、集尘箱、过滤器、进尘口、固定架、出尘口、气压传感器,所述的出尘口设在集尘箱底部且形成一体结构,所述的进尘口贯穿连接集尘箱前端,所述的气盒开关共设有两个且均匀分布在吸气盒上表面,所述的气盒开关通过嵌入方式与吸气盒相连接,所述的过滤器固定设在集尘箱内部,所述的集尘箱左上方设有活动装设气压传感器的凹槽,所述的气压传感器包括进气管、电阻器、控制器、指针表,所述的指针表与控制器相扣合,所述的电阻器左侧与控制器右侧贯穿连接,所述的控制器右侧焊接有进气管,所述的进气管、电阻器通过控制器与集尘箱内部相连接
进一步地,所述的集尘箱扣合于固定架上方。
进一步地,所述的集尘箱为防水材质,防止内部渗水。
进一步地,所述的吸气盒通过焊接方式设在集尘箱的上方。
进一步地,所述的出尘口共设有两个且均匀分布在集尘箱底部。
进一步地,所述的过滤器设有9个或9个以上。
进一步地,所述的固定架高度为100cm或100cm以上。
有益效果
本实用设有的气压传感器通过进气管将集尘箱内的气流导入到电阻器内进行气压检测,而后通过控制器控制指针表进行气压显示,就能够方便工作人员进行内部气压监控,避免内部气压过高造影响吸尘效果。

请参阅图1-图2,本发明提供一种多级环保型除尘装置:其结构包括顶盖1、检修口2、气盒开关3、吸气盒4、集尘箱5、过滤器6、进尘口7、固定架8、出尘口9、气压传感器10,所述的出尘口9设在集尘箱5底部且形成一体结构,所述的进尘口7贯穿连接集尘箱5前端,所述的气盒开关3共设有两个且均匀分布在吸气盒4上表面,所述的气盒开关3通过嵌入方式与吸气盒4相连接,所述的过滤器6固定设在集尘箱5内部,所述的集尘箱5左上方设有活动装设气压传感器10的凹槽,所述的气压传感器10包括进气管1001、电阻器1002、控制器1003、指针表1004,所述的指针表1004与控制器1003相扣合,所述的电阻器1002左侧与控制器1003右侧贯穿连接,所述的控制器1003右侧焊接有进气管1001,所述的进气管1001、电阻器1002通过控制器1003与集尘箱5内部相连接,所述的集尘箱5扣合于固定架8上方,所述的吸气盒4通过焊接方式设在集尘箱5的上方,所述的过滤器6设有9个,所述的固定架8高度为100cm,所述的集尘箱5为防水材质,防止内部渗水,所述的出尘口9共设有两个且均匀分布在集尘箱5底部。
在使用者需要对本实用进行使用的时候,就可以通过检修口2进行吸气盒4内部检修,而后通过吸气盒4可以对吸气盒4进行吸气控制,设有的过滤器6用于过滤灰尘并通过出尘口9进行排放,为了方便工作人员监控内部气压,通过气压传感器10上的进气管1001将气流输送至电阻器1002内,使电阻器1002能够进行压力感应,并通过控制器1003控制指针表1004进行气压指显示。
本发明所述的气压传感器10主要的传感元件是一个对气压传感器内的强弱敏感的薄膜和一个顶针开控制,当被测气体的压力降低或升高时,这个薄膜变形带动顶针,同时该电阻器的阻值将会改变。
本发明的顶盖1、检修口2、气盒开关3、吸气盒4、集尘箱5、过滤器6、进尘口7、固定架8、出尘口9、气压传感器10、进气管1001、电阻器1002、控制器1003、指针表1004,部件均为通用标准件或本领域技术人员知晓的部件,其结构和原理都为本技术人员均可通过技术手册得知或通过常规实验方法获知,本发明解决的问题是现有的技术无法不能进行气压检测,工作人员就无法对内部气压进行监控,就可能导致除尘效果受到影响,本发明通过上述部件的互相组合,能够方便工作人员进行内部气压监控,避免内部气压过高造影响吸尘效果,具体如下所述:
所述的指针表1004与控制器1003相扣合,所述的电阻器1002左侧与控制器1003右侧贯穿连接,所述的控制器1003右侧焊接有进气管1001。

    所述的出尘口(9)设在集尘箱(5)底部且形成一体结构,所述的进尘口(7)贯穿连接集尘箱(5)前端,所述的气盒开关(3)共设有两个且均匀分布在吸气盒(4)上表面,所述的气盒开关(3)通过嵌入方式与吸气盒(4)相连接,所述的过滤器(6)固定设在集尘箱(5)内部,所述的集尘箱(5)左上方设有活动装设气压传感器(10)的凹槽;
    所述的气压传感器(10)包括进气管(1001)、电阻器(1002)、控制器(1003)、指针表(1004),所述的指针表(1004)与控制器(1003)相扣合,所述的电阻器(1002)左侧与控制器(1003)右侧贯穿连接,所述的控制器(1003)右侧焊接有进气管(1001),所述的进气管(1001)、电阻器(1002)通过控制器(1003)与集尘箱(5)内部相连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种多级环保型除尘装置,其特征在于:所述的集尘箱(5)扣合于固定架(8)上方。
