Description
本发明涉及通信领域,尤其涉及一种交通违章的图片智能上传方法及系统。
行车记录仪或摄像头是属于车辆的常用设备,现有的违章主要基于交通摄像头的拍摄,在没有摄像头拍摄的路面用户违章较多,现有的行车记录仪或摄像头不能实现自动的取证上传,影响客户体验度。
提供一种交通违章的图片智能上传方法,其解决了现有技术用户体验度低的缺点。
一方面,提供一种交通违章的图片智能上传方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
在车辆行驶中,记录车辆前段的行车图像;
当车辆的速度低于设定阈值,周期性的检测WIFI信号并加入WIFI网络;
通过WIFI网络将行车图像传递给智能交通中心。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
在WIFI网络断开时,记录传递行车图像的时间。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
在下次WIFI信号重新接入时,继续对该行车图像进行传输。
第二方面,提供一种交通违章的图片智能上传系统,所述方法包括:
记录单元,用于在车辆行驶中,记录车辆前段的行车图像;
检测单元,用于当车辆的速度低于设定阈值,周期性的检测WIFI信号并加入WIFI网络;
控制单元,用于通过WIFI网络将行车图像传递给智能交通中心。
可选的,所述系统还包括:
控制单元,用于在WIFI网络断开时,记录传递行车图像的时间。
可选的,所述系统还包括:
控制单元,用于在下次WIFI信号重新接入时,继续对该行车图像进行传输。
第三方面,提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现上述交通违章的图片智能上传方法。
第四方面,提供一种终端,包括一个或多个处理器、存储器、收发器,以及一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序被存储在所述存储器中,并且被配置由所述一个或多个处理器执行,所述程序包括用于执行上述交通违章的图片智能上传方法中的步骤的指令。
本发明具体实施方式提供的技术方案在车辆行驶中,记录车辆前段的行车图像,当车辆的速度低于设定阈值,周期性的检测WIFI信号并加入WIFI网络,通过WIFI网络将行车图像传递给智能交通中心,所以其具有连接WIFI信号后能够使用WIFI信号对拍摄的图片进行智能上传,提高用户的体验度的优点。

参阅图1,图1为本发明第一较佳实施方式提供的一种交通违章的图片智能上传方法的流程图,该方法由车载终端(例如行车记录或车载中控系统)来完成,该方法如图1所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤S101、在车辆行驶中,记录车辆前段的行车图像;
步骤S102、当车辆的速度低于设定阈值,周期性的检测WIFI信号并加入WIFI网络;
步骤S103、通过WIFI网络将行车图像传递给智能交通中心。
本发明具体实施方式提供的技术方案在车辆行驶中,记录车辆前段的行车图像,当车辆的速度低于设定阈值,周期性的检测WIFI信号并加入WIFI网络,通过WIFI网络将行车图像传递给智能交通中心,所以其具有连接WIFI信号后能够使用WIFI信号对拍摄的图片进行智能上传,提高用户的体验度的优点。
可选的,上述步骤S103之后还可以包括:
在WIFI网络断开时,记录传递行车图像的时间。

参阅图2,图2为本发明第二较佳实施方式提供的一种交通违章的图片智能上传系统,该系统如图2所示,包括:
记录单元201,用于在车辆行驶中,记录车辆前段的行车图像;
检测单元202,用于当车辆的速度低于设定阈值,周期性的检测WIFI信号并加入WIFI网络;
控制单元203,用于通过WIFI网络将行车图像传递给智能交通中心。
本发明具体实施方式提供的技术方案在车辆行驶中,记录车辆前段的行车图像,当车辆的速度低于设定阈值,周期性的检测WIFI信号并加入WIFI网络,通过WIFI网络将行车图像传递给智能交通中心,所以其具有连接WIFI信号后能够使用WIFI信号对拍摄的图片进行智能上传,提高用户的体验度的优点。
可选的,上述系统还可以包括:

- 一种交通违章的图片智能上传方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括如下步骤:在车辆行驶中,记录车辆前段的行车图像;当车辆的速度低于设定阈值,周期性的检测WIFI信号并加入WIFI网络;通过WIFI网络将行车图像传递给智能交通中心。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在WIFI网络断开时,记录传递行车图像的时间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:在下次WIFI信号重新接入时,继续对该行车图像进行传输。
- 一种交通违章的图片智能上传系统,其特征在于,所述方法包括:记录单元,用于在车辆行驶中,记录车辆前段的行车图像;检测单元,用于当车辆的速度低于设定阈值,周期性的检测WIFI信号并加入WIFI网络;控制单元,用于通过WIFI网络将行车图像传递给智能交通中心。
- 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,所述控制单元,用于在WIFI网络断开时,记录传递行车图像的时间。
- 根据权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,所述控制单元,用于在下次WIFI信号重新接入时,继续对该行车图像进行传输。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的交通违章的图片智能上传方法。
- 一种终端,其特征在于,包括一个或多个处理器、存储器、收发器,以及一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序被存储在所述存储器中,并且被配置由所述一个或多个处理器执行,所述程序包括用于执行1-3任意一项所述的交通违章的图片智能上传方法中的步骤的指令。
