La présente invention concerne une capsule (1, 1') conçue pour collecter une substance comestible et pour être utilisée dans une machine de préparation d'un produit comestible tel que, par exemple, une boisson aromatisée, comprenant une partie de collecte (2) de type contenant ou analogue, présentant une partie latérale (21) et une partie de base (22), une partie de fermeture (3) de type couvercle ou analogue, conçue pour fermer ladite partie de collecte (2), une partie de passage d'écoulement (4) disposé de manière à confiner de manière étanche l'un des côtés en amont et en aval dudit volume de collecte (A), et au moins un agencement de pression (5) disposé à l'intérieur de ladite partie de collecte (2), ladite partie de collecte (2) présentant un agencement de paroi compressible (23) adapté de manière à pouvoir être dévié vers l'intérieur de ladite partie de collecte (2) lors de l'application d'une pression extérieure sur ledit agencement de paroi compressible (23), provoquant ainsi un contact relatif entre ledit agencement de pression (5) et ladite partie de passage d'écoulement (4). La présente invention concerne également un système de préparation d'un produit comestible, comprenant au moins un type de capsule (1, 1') et au moins un type de dispositif (11) de collecte de capsule.
