Abstract

본 발명은 코 내시경용 보호커버체에 관한 것으로서, 특히 코 내시경시 재채기에 의해 발생되는 분비물이 의료인에게 분사되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 코 내시경용 보호커버체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 코 내시경용 보호커버체는, 착용자의 머리에 결합되는 고정부재와; 상기 고정부재의 하부에 결합되고, 착용자의 얼굴의 앞면을 덮는 메인커버;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 메인커버에는 착용자의 콧구멍이 외부로 노출되도록 하기 위한 관통공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

코 내시경용 보호커버체
본 발명은 코 내시경용 보호커버체에 관한 것으로서, 특히 코 내시경시 재채기에 의해 발생되는 분비물이 의료인에게 분사되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 코 내시경용 보호커버체에 관한 것이다.
현재 의료 분야에서 사용되고 있는 내시경은 환자의 환부를 육안으로 관찰하기 어려울 때, 장기 등의 내부에 삽입하여 디스플레이를 통한 영상으로 관찰할 수 있도록 고안된 기구이다.
최근, 전자 내시경의 개발로 직접 내부 장기를 관찰하고 조직학적 검사를 시행하는 진단이 가능하게 되었고, 각종 치료 내시경의 급속한 발전으로 수술을 대신하게 되었다.
그리고 현재 비강 질환을 확인하기 위해서도 비내시경을 많이 사용하고 있다.
이러한 내시경을 코에 삽입하여 검사를 할 경우, 내시경의 팁이 비강을 자극하여 환자의 재채기를 유도하는 경우가 많다.
이때, 환자의 재채기시 발생되는 분비물이 의료인에게 직접 분사되는 문제가 있었다.
본 발명은 전술한 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로써, 코 내시경은 용이하게 할 수 있으면서 동시에 환자가 재채기를 할 경우 분비물이 의료인에게 분사되는 것을 방지할 수 있는 코 내시경용 보호커버체를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명의 코 내시경용 보호커버체는, 착용자의 머리에 결합되는 고정부재와; 상기 고정부재의 하부에 결합되고, 착용자의 얼굴의 앞면을 덮는 메인커버;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 메인커버에는 착용자의 콧구멍이 외부로 노출되도록 하기 위한 관통공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 메인커버는, 상기 고정부재의 하부 결합되고, 얼굴의 앞면을 덮는 투명 플라스틱 재질의 커버부재와; 상기 커버부재에 결합되어 착용자의 입 부위를 덮는 마스크부재;를 포함하여 이루어지되, 상기 커버부재에는 콧구멍이 외부로 노출되도록 하기 위한 상기 관통공이 형성되고, 상기 마스크부재는 상기 커버부재에 탈착 가능하게 결합된다.

상기 메인커버(20)는 상기 고정부재(10)의 하부에 결합되어, 착용자의 얼굴 앞면을 덮는 것으로써, 커버부재(21)와 마스크부재(22)로 이루어진다.
상기 커버부재(21)는 상기 고정부재(10)의 하부 결합되고, 얼굴의 앞면을 덮는 투명 플라스틱 재질로 이루어진다.
상기 커버부재(21)가 투명 재질로 이루어져, 착용자가 상기 커버부재(21)를 통해 전야 시야를 확보하도록 하여, 검사시 눈이 안보여 발생하는 두려움 등이 없도록 한다.
상기 커버부재(21)에는 착용자의 콧구멍이 외부로 노출되도록 하기 위한 관통공(21a)이 형성되어 있다.
위와 같은 상기 관통공(21a)을 통해 외부에서 내시경(40)이 착용자의 코속으로 삽입되게 된다.
그리고, 상기 커버부재(21)는 상기 고정부재(10)에 고정 결합될 수도 있고, 탈착 가능하게 결합될 수도 있다.
상기 커버부재(21)가 상기 고정부재(10)에 벨크로, 단추, 지퍼, 똑딱이 등을 통해 탈착 가능하게 결합됨으로써, 상기 커버부재(21)를 교체하고자 할 경우 상기 고정부재(10)로부터 상기 커버부재(21)만을 분리하여 쉽게 교체할 수 있다.
또한 상기 커버부재(21)가 상기 고정부재(10)에 탈착 가능하게 결합됨으로써, 사용자가 상기 고정부재(10)를 착용한 후 상기 커버부재(21)를 상기 고정부재(10)에 결합시킬 수 있어 착용이 용이한 효과가 있다.
그리고, 상기 커버부재(21)는 상기 고정부재(10)에 단순히 탈착 가능하게 결합될 수도 있고, 본 실시예와 같이 상기 커버부재(21)가 상기 고정부재(10)에 회전 가능하게 결합될 수도 있다.
본 실시예에서 상기 고정부재(10)에는 결합부(12)가 상하방향으로 회전 가능하게 결합되어 있다.
그리고, 상기 결합부(12)에는 상기 커버부재(21)가 결합되어 있다.
위와 같이 상기 커버부재(21)가 상기 결합부(12)를 통해 상기 고정부재(10)에 회전 가능하게 결합됨으로써, 상기 커버부재(21)를 상방향으로 회전시킨 상태에서 사용자가 상기 고정부재(10)를 용이하게 착용할 수 있다.
상기 결합부(12)는 상단이 상기 고정부재(10)에 힌지결합되고, 하단이 집게와 같은 형상으로 이루어져 상기 커버부재(21)가 탈착 가능하게 결합되도록 한다.
상기 마스크부재(22)는 상기 커버부재(21)에 결합되어 착용자의 입 부위를 덮는다.
이러한 상기 마스크부재(22)는 상기 커버부재(21)에 탈착 가능하게 결합된다.
본 실시예에서 상기 커버부재(21)의 하단은 착용자의 입보다 위쪽에 배치되고, 상기 마스크부재(22)는 상기 커버부재(21)의 하부에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 착용자의 입 부위를 덮는다.
위와 같이 착용자의 입 부위를 덮는 상기 마스크부재(22)가 상기 커버부재(21)의 하부에 탈착 가능하게 결합됨으로써, 착용자가 코 내시경(40)을 하는 과정에서 재채기를 할 경우 입에서 나오는 분비물이 상기 마스크부재(22)에 부착되어 의료인에게 분사되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
그리고, 상기 마스크부재(22)는 상기 커버부재(21)로부터 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 있기 때문에, 상기 마스크부재(22)만을 상기 커버부재(21)로부터 분리하여 새로운 것으로 교체함으로써 위생적이며 비용을 절감시킬 수 있다.
또한, 상기 마스크부재(22) 자체 또는 안쪽면은 액체를 흡수할 수 있는 재질 예를 들어 천 등으로 이루어지도록 하여, 재채기시 발생된 분비물이 부착되어 유동되지 않도록 함이 바람직하다.
이때 상기 마스크부재(22)의 안쪽면에 거즈 등이 결합되어 있을 수도 있다.
물론, 상기 마스크부재(22)는 플라스틱 등으로 이루어질 수도 있다.l
상기 마스크부재(22)는 상기 커버부재(21)에 벨크로, 단추, 클립, 훅 구조 등 종래의 공지된 다양한 탈착구조를 통해 탈착 가능하게 결합시키도록 한다.
위와 같은 본 발명의 코 내시경용 보호커버체에 의해, 의료인이 상기 커버부재(21)에 형성된 관통공(21a)을 통해 내시경(40)을 코속으로 용이하게 삽입할 수 있고, 코 내시경(40)을 하는 과정에서 환자가 재채기를 할 경우 분비물이 상기 마스크부재(22)에 부착되어 의료인에게 분사되는 것을 방지할 수 있어 위생적이다.
또한, 분비물이 부착된 마스크부재(22)를 상기 커버부재(21)로부터 분리시켜 교환함으로써 커버보호체 전체를 교환할 필요없이 오염된 부분만 교체할 수 있어 경제적이다.
뿐만 아니라 커버부재(21)가 고정부재(10)로부터 탈착 가능하게 결합 또는 회전 가능하게 결합됨으로써, 착용자가 커버부재(21)의 간섭없이 고정부재(10)를 용이하게 착용할 수 있다.
제2실시예
도 4는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 코 내시경용 보호커버체의 사시도이고, 도 5는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 코 내시경용 보호커버체의 분해사시도이며, 도 6은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 코 내시경용 보호커버체를 착용한 상태의 측단면구조도이다.
제2실시예는 제1실시예와 비교하여 상기 메인커버(20) 즉 상기 커버부재(21)와 마스크부재(22)에 차이가 있는바, 이를 중심으로 설명한다.
상기 커버부재(21)의 하단은 착용자의 입보다 아래쪽에 배치된다.
즉 제2실시예에서의 커버부재(21)는 제1실시예에서의 커버부재(21)보다 그 길이가 더 길어, 착용자의 입 부위도 덮도록 한다.
상기 마스크부재(22)는 상기 커버부재(21)의 안쪽면에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 착용자의 입 부위에 배치되도록 한다.
이때, 상기 마스크부재(22)는 액체를 흡수할 수 있는 재질로 이루어지도록 한다.
위와 같이 상기 커버부재(21)의 안쪽면에 결합되는 상기 마스크부재(22)가 액체를 흡수할 수 있는 재질 예를 들어 천 등으로 이루어짐으로써, 재채기시 발생된 분비물이 부착되어 유동되지 않도록 할 수 있다.
본 실시예에서 상기 커버부재(21)의 안쪽면에 탈착 가능하게 결합된 상기 마스크부재(22)를 분리하여 새것으로 교체함으로써, 반복하여 위생적으로 사용할 수 있다.
그 외 다른 사항은 제1실시예와 동일 유사한바, 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 생략한다.
제3실시예
도 7은 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 코 내시경용 보호커버체의 사시도이고, 도 8은 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 코 내시경용 보호커버체를 착용한 상태의 측단면구조도이다.
제3실시예의 코 내시경 보호커버체는, 고정부재(10)와, 메인커버(20)를 포함하여 이루어진다.
상기 고정부재(10)는 띠부재(15)와 코받침대(16)를 포함하여 이루어진다.
상기 띠부재(15)는 착용자의 머리에 결합된다.
바람지하게 상기 띠부재(15)는 안경처럼 착용자의 귀에 결합되도록 한다.
상기 코받침대(16)는 상기 띠부재(15)에 결합되어 착용자의 콧등에 접하여 지지된다.
상기 띠부재(15)는 전면에서 착용자의 눈 아래쪽에 배치되어, 착용자가 본 발명의 코 내시경 보호커버체에 의해 시야가 가리지 않도록 한다.
상기 메인커버(20)는 상기 고정부재(10)의 하부에 결합되고, 상단은 착용자의 눈부위 보다 아래에 배치되며 하단은 착용자의 입 부위보다 아래쪽에 배치되도록 한다.
이러한 상기 메인커버(20)는 상기 고정부재(10) 자세하게는 상기 띠부재(15)에 탈착 가능하게 결합된다.
이를 위해 상기 띠부재(15)에는 집게 등의 결합부(12)가 장착되어, 상기 메인커버(20)가 상기 결합부(12)를 통해 상기 띠부재(15)에 탈착 가능하게 결합되도록 한다.
위와 같은 상기 메인커버(20)는 커버부재(21)와 마스크부재(22)로 이루어진다.
상기 커버부재(21)는 플라스틱 재질 등으로 이루어져 상기 고정부재(10)의 하부에 결합되고, 착용자 얼굴의 앞면을 덮는다.
그리고, 상기 커버부재(21)에는 착용자의 코가 외부로 배출되도록 하는 관통공(21a)이 형성되어 있다.
상기 마스크부재(22)는 상기 커버부재(21)의 안쪽면에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 착용자의 입 부위를 덮도록 한다.
이러한 상기 마스크부재(22)는 착용자의 입에서 분비되는 침 등이 잘 부착될 수 있는 재질 등으로 이루어진다.
또한, 상기 관통공(21a)을 덮는 코덮개부재(25)가 상기 고정부재(10) 또는 보호커버에 결합된다.
보다 자세하게 상기 코덮개부재(25)는 상기 띠부재(15) 또는 커버부재(21)에 결합된다.
이러한 상기 코덮개부재(25)는 상기 관통공(21a)을 덮도록 함으로써, 착용자가 재채기 등을 할 때 코에서 발생되는 분비물이 상기 코덮개부재(25)에 부착되도록 한다.
상기 코덮개부재(25)는 천 등의 섬유재질로 이루어지도록 하여, 상기 관통공(21a)의 외부로 노출되는 착용자의 코를 자연스럽게 덮도록 한다.
그 외 다른 사항은 제1실시예 또는 제2실시예와 동일 유사한바, 이에 대한 자세한 설명은 생략한다.
본 발명인 코 내시경용 보호커버체는 전술한 실시예에 국한하지 않고, 본 발명의 기술 사상이 허용되는 범위 내에서 다양하게 변형하여 실시할 수 있다.
본 발명은 코 내시경을 할 때 착용하는 보호커버체에 적용할 수 있어, 산업상 이용가능성이 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. 착용자의 머리에 결합되는 고정부재와;
    상기 고정부재의 하부에 결합되고, 착용자의 얼굴의 앞면을 덮는 메인커버;를 포함하여 이루어지되,
    상기 메인커버에는 착용자의 콧구멍이 외부로 노출되도록 하기 위한 관통공이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
  2. 청구항1에 있어서,
    상기 메인커버는,
    상기 고정부재의 하부 결합되고, 얼굴의 앞면을 덮는 투명 플라스틱 재질의 커버부재와;
    상기 커버부재에 결합되어 착용자의 입 부위를 덮는 마스크부재;를 포함하여 이루어지되,
    상기 커버부재에는 콧구멍이 외부로 노출되도록 하기 위한 상기 관통공이 형성되고,
    상기 마스크부재는 상기 커버부재에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
  3. 청구항2에 있어서,
    상기 커버부재는 상기 고정부재에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
  4. 청구항2에 있어서,
    상기 고정부재에는 결합부가 상하방향으로 회전 가능하게 결합되고,
    상기 결합부에는 상기 커버부재가 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
  5. 청구항2에 있어서,
    상기 커버부재의 하단은 착용자의 입보다 위쪽에 배치되고,
    상기 마스크부재는 상기 커버부재의 하부에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 착용자의 입 부위를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
  6. 청구항2에 있어서,
    상기 커버부재의 하단은 착용자의 입보다 아래쪽에 배치되고,
    상기 마스크부재는 상기 커버부재의 안쪽면에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 착용자의 입 부위를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
  7. 청구항6에 있어서,
    상기 마스크부재는 액체를 흡수할 수 있는 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
  8. 청구항2에 있어서,
    상기 고정부재의 안쪽에 결합되어 착용자의 이마와 접하는 완충재질의 보호대를 더 포함하여 이루어지되,
    상기 보호대는 상기 고정부재에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
  9. 청구항1에 있어서,
    상기 고정부재는,
    착용자의 머리에 결합되는 띠부재와;
    상기 띠부재에 결합되어 콧등에 지지되는 코받침대;를 포함하여 이루어지되,
    상기 띠부재는 착용자의 눈 아래쪽에 배치되고,
    상기 메인커버는 상기 고정부재의 하부에 결합되어, 상단은 착용자의 눈부위 보다 아래에 배치되고 하단은 입 부위보다 아래쪽에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
  10. 청구항9에 있어서,
    상기 메인커버는 상기 고정부재에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
  11. 청구항9에 있어서,
    상기 메인커버는,
    상기 고정부재의 하부 결합되고, 얼굴의 앞면을 덮으며, 상기 관통공이 형성된 플라스틱 재질의 커버부재와;
    상기 커버부재의 안쪽면에 탈착 가능하게 결합되어 착용자의 입 부위를 덮는 마스크부재;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
  12. 청구항9에 있어서,
    상기 고정부재 또는 보호커버에 결합되어, 상기 관통공을 덮는 코덮개부재;를 더 포함하여 이루어지되,
    상기 코덮개부재는 섬유재질로 이루어져 착용자의 코를 덮는 것을 특징으로 하는 코 내시경용 보호커버체.
