As will be described later, the camera mounting member 70 provided with the small camera 71 is detachably mounted from the refrigerator compartment door 11. Thereby, the camera which can image | photograph a refrigerator compartment can be easily installed in a refrigerator by retrofitting the camera attachment member 70, without changing the structure of the conventional refrigerator door which is not equipped with a camera largely.
3 and 4 show the configuration of the rear side of the refrigerator compartment door 11. The refrigerator compartment door 11 includes a front member (front side member) 41, a door back (back side member) 31, a heat insulating layer (not shown), a camera attachment member 70, and the like as main components.
FIG. 5 shows the configuration of the front member 41. FIG. 5 shows the configuration of the back surface (back surface) side of the front member 41. FIG. 6 shows the configuration of the door back 31. In FIG. 6, the structure of the front side (side facing the front member 41) of the door back 31 is shown.
The front member 41 is located on the front side of the refrigerator compartment door 11 and constitutes the front of the refrigerator compartment door 11. A display panel installation plate 42 for fixing the display panel 50 is installed on the front member 41 (see FIG. 5), and the display panel 50 is detachably attached to the display panel installation plate 42. On the display panel 50, an image in the refrigerator compartment 4 taken by the small camera 71 can be displayed. A glass panel is fitted into a portion of the surface of the front member 41 other than the place where the display panel 50 is installed.
In another aspect of the present invention, a configuration in which only the small camera is provided in the refrigerator compartment door and the display panel is not provided is also possible. In this case, the video data in the warehouse imaged by the small camera is transmitted from a transmission unit (not shown) in the refrigerator to a tablet terminal or the like at a remote location. Thereby, the image | video in the warehouse image | photographed with the small camera can be displayed on a tablet terminal.
The door back 31 is disposed opposite to the front member 41 and constitutes the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 11. The door back 31 is formed of, for example, a resin plate member. A plurality of storage cases 61, 62, and 63 are detachably attached to the door back 31. Each storage case 61, 62, and 63 is arrange | positioned so that the back surface of the refrigerator compartment door 11 may be extended in the left-right direction.
Further, a protruding wall (protrusion) 32 is formed on the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 11 along the outer periphery of the door. The protruding wall 32 is also called a bank or a flange. The protruding wall 32 can be formed by, for example, partially protruding a resin plate member forming the door back 31. The protruding wall 32 prevents the cold air in the refrigerator compartment 4 from leaking from the side surface of the refrigerator compartment door 11, and prevents the side edges of the refrigerator compartment door 11 from condensing due to the cold air in the refrigerator compartment 4. The protruding wall 32 is used to support the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 on the back surface of the refrigerator compartment door 11 in a stable state.
In the present embodiment, a protruding wall 32 extending in the vertical direction is formed in the vicinity of the end of the refrigerator compartment door 11 on the hinge portion 22 side (the left end in FIG. 3). On the other hand, a camera mounting member 70 is disposed in the vicinity of the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 11 (the right end in FIG. 3). The camera mounting member 70 plays the same role as the protruding wall 32. More specifically, a protruding wall 32 b having a height lower than that of the protruding wall 32 is formed on the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 11. The camera attachment member 70 is attached to the protruding wall 32b. And it plays the same role as a protruding wall. As will be described later, an opening 84 is formed at the tip of the protruding wall 32b. A harness 81 connected to the small camera 71 is disposed in the opening 84.
In addition, in the vicinity of the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 11, a lower protruding wall 32a is formed on the side of the storage case 63 arranged at the bottom (see FIG. 4). Similarly to the protruding wall 32, the lower protruding wall 32 a can be formed by partially protruding a resin plate member formed by the door back 31.
Thus, on the open end side on the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 11, the camera mounting member 70 and the lower protruding wall 32a form a protruding wall (side wall).
The external shape of the refrigerator compartment door 11 is formed by the door back 31 being fitted on the back surface of the front member 41 and the side portion being covered with the center cap 21 and the side cap 23. Between the front member 41 and the door back 31, the heat insulation layer formed with the foam heat insulating material etc. is arrange | positioned.
The heat insulating layer is composed of, for example, a vacuum heat insulating material and a foam heat insulating material. The vacuum heat insulating material is a sheet-shaped or plate-shaped heat insulating material. Examples of the foam insulation include foamed polyurethane (also referred to as rigid urethane foam).
The center cap 21 is attached to the open end of the refrigerator compartment door 11. An electric heater for preventing condensation may be disposed inside the center cap 21. Further, the side cap 23 is attached to the right end of the refrigerator compartment door 11 (the end opposite to the open end). A hinge portion 22 is provided inside the side cap 23 (see FIG. 4).
In addition, a door packing 24 for improving the hermeticity in the refrigerator compartment 4 is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the back surface of the refrigerator compartment door 11. The door packing 24 is not provided on the open end side. The open end portion of the refrigerator compartment door 11 closes the gap between the open end portion of the adjacent refrigerator compartment door 12 by the packing provided on the center cap 21, and the hermeticity in the refrigerator compartment 4 is maintained.
Further, four small cameras 71 (71a, 71b, 71c, 71d) are provided on the front surface portion 70a (tip portion of the protrusion) of the camera mounting member 70. The small camera 71 is constituted by, for example, a CCD camera. Of the four small cameras 71, the uppermost small camera 71 a is located above the storage case 61. The small camera 71a mainly photographs the first storage portion 4a of the refrigerator compartment 4. The second small camera 71 b from the top is located between the storage case 61 and the storage case 62. The small camera 71b mainly photographs the second storage portion 4b of the refrigerator compartment 4.
The third small camera 71c from the top is located beside the storage case 62. The small camera 71c mainly photographs the third storage portion 4c of the refrigerator compartment 4. The lowermost small camera 71 d is located between the storage case 62 and the storage case 63. The small camera 71d mainly photographs the fourth housing portion 4d of the refrigerator compartment 4.
Thus, by providing a plurality of small cameras 71 respectively arranged at different heights, it is possible to photograph each accommodating portion in the refrigerator compartment 4 using each small camera 71. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the blind spots in the refrigerator compartment that cannot be photographed.
In the present embodiment, the installation range of the camera mounting member 70 extends to the upper position of the storage case 63 without extending to the lower side of the refrigerator compartment door 11. That is, the lowermost small camera 71d is positioned above the lowermost storage case 63.
And, at the position where the storage case 63 is attached, not the camera attachment member 70 but the lower protruding wall 32a is formed. By providing a lower protruding wall 32a instead of the camera mounting member 70 below the refrigerator compartment door 11, the lowermost storage case 63, which often stores heavy objects such as large-capacity PET bottles, has a lower protruding wall 32a. Can be supported. Thereby, it can fix to the door back 31 in the more stable state. Further, as compared with the case where the camera mounting member 70 is located beside the storage case 63, it is possible to suppress a decrease in the capacity of the storage case 63.
As shown in FIG. 2, a chilled chamber 6, an egg case 7, an accessory case 8, etc., which are covered with a case, are arranged at the bottom of the refrigerator compartment 4. Since these housing spaces are covered with the case, there is a high possibility that even if shooting is performed with a camera installed in the refrigerator compartment door 11, the inside of the housing space cannot be clearly photographed by the front wall of the case placed on the front surface. . Therefore, in this embodiment, the small camera for image | photographing the lowest stage in the refrigerator compartment 4 is not installed. Thereby, the lower protruding wall 32a is formed at a position where the storage case 63 is attached, and supports the storage case 63.
<Internal structure of the refrigerator compartment door and camera mounting member>
Next, the internal configuration of the refrigerator compartment door 11 where the small camera 71 is attached will be described with reference to FIGS. Further, a more specific configuration of the camera attachment member 70 attached to the refrigerator compartment door 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIGS. 7A to 7C are views when the camera mounting member 70 is viewed from various directions. FIG. 8 shows a state in which the camera attachment member 70 is removed from the refrigerator compartment door 11. FIG. 9 is a side view of the refrigerator compartment door 11 on the open end side. In FIG. 9, the center cap 21 is not shown.
The small camera 71 is connected to the harness 81 inside the camera mounting member 70 (see FIG. 8). The harness 81 is an assembly of wirings that connect each small camera 71 to the control unit and the power supply unit of the small camera 71.
In this embodiment, the display panel 50 is provided with a control unit and a power supply unit for the small camera 71. Therefore, the harness 81 is connected to the display panel 50. Further, another harness (not shown) passes from the control part (not shown) arranged in the main body of the refrigerator 1 through the hinge part 22 and from the front side of the front member 41 of the refrigerator compartment door 11 to the display panel 50. Connected to.
When the front member 41 is disposed facing the door back 31, the other tip of the harness 81 (one tip connected to the display panel 50) is outward from the opening 84 of the door back 31. It is taken out (see FIG. 8). Thereby, it can connect with the wiring (not shown) by the side of each small camera 71 of the camera attachment member 70. FIG. A connector 82 for connecting to the wiring on the small camera 71 side is attached to the tip of the harness 81.
In this way, power can be supplied from the main body of the refrigerator 1 to the small camera 71. In addition, image data captured by the small camera 71 can be transmitted to the control board of the display panel 50.
As shown in FIG. 5, the display panel installation plate 42 is formed with holes 43a and 43b for allowing the connector 82 and the harness 81 to pass therethrough. Further, on the back side of the display panel installation plate 42, a seal member 43 is disposed around a place where the holes 43a and 43b are disposed. In the example shown in FIG. 5, the holes 43 a and 43 b and the seal member 43 are disposed at a substantially central portion in the vertical direction on the open end side (center cap 21 side) of the front member 41. The arrangement positions of the holes 43 a and 43 b and the seal member 43 correspond to the positions of the harness housing portions (not shown) of the display panel installation plate 42.
By disposing the seal member 43 around the holes 43a and 43b, the raw material can be prevented from entering the holes 43a and 43b by the seal member 43 when the raw material for the foam heat insulating material is injected. In the present embodiment, two rectangular holes are provided. However, the shape and number of holes are not limited to this.
The seal member 43 is preferably formed of a material having heat insulation in order to maintain the heat insulation performance of the refrigerator compartment door 11. Moreover, it is preferable to form with the material softer than the polyurethane foam which is a main component of a heat insulation layer so that the holes 43a and 43b can be formed easily. For example, the seal member 43 is formed of sponge, foamed polystyrene, or the like.
FIG. 6 shows a part of the configuration of the front side of the door back 31 (the side facing the front member 41). FIG. 6 shows a detailed configuration on the left end 31a side (center cap 21 side) where the harness 81 is disposed.
Here, the left end of the door back 31 is 31a, and the right end of the door back 31 is 31b. The left end 31a corresponds to an open end to which the center cap 21 is attached. In the present embodiment, the spacer member 33 is disposed along the left end 31 a of the door back 31.
The spacer member 33 is formed with holes 35a and 35b through which the connector 82 and the harness 81 are passed. Seal members 34a and 34b are arranged around the holes 35a and 35b, respectively. The sealing members 34a and 34b are provided to prevent the raw material from entering the holes 35a and 35b when the raw material of the foam heat insulating material is injected. The spacer member 33 is formed with a plurality of inlets 36 for injecting the raw material of the foam heat insulating material.
The spacer member 33 is formed of, for example, a plastic resin and is fitted into the protruding wall 32b on the open end side of the door back 31. As a result, a part of the spacer member 33 is exposed from the opening 84 formed at the tip of the protruding wall 32b. In addition, the spacer member 33 is formed with a holding member 83 (see FIG. 8) that protrudes from the opening 84 toward the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 11.
When manufacturing the refrigerator compartment door 11, the door back 31 is fitted into the back surface of the front member 41. At this time, the door back 31 and the front member 41 are positioned so that the hole 43a of the front member 41 and the hole 35a of the door back 31 face each other and the hole 43b of the front member 41 and the hole 35b of the door back 31 face each other. Match. Then, the sealing members around each hole are brought into close contact with each other.
In this state, the space between the door back 31 and the front member 41 is filled with the foam heat insulating material. At this time, with the display panel installation plate 42 on the front member 41 side facing down and the spacer member 33 on the door back 31 side facing up, the liquid level obtained by dropping the stock solution of foam heat insulating material into each hole (that is, the hole) The positions of the holes are set in advance so as to be lower than the facing surfaces of 43a and the holes 35a and 43b and the holes 35b). Thereby, it can suppress that the raw material liquid of a foam heat insulating material penetrates into a hole, and blocks a hole. When there is a possibility that the drop liquid level of the stock solution of the foam heat insulating material is equal to or greater than the opposing surface of each hole, the thickness of the sealing member 43 disposed around the holes 43a and 43b is increased to increase the raw material of the foam heat insulating material. It is possible to prevent the liquid from entering the hole and closing the hole.
In addition, the opening part 84 can also be formed after filling the inside of the protruding wall 32b with a foam heat insulating material. In this case, after foaming the heat insulating material, the tip end portion of the protruding wall 32b is cut off to form the opening 84.
Thereafter, the connector 82 and the harness 81 are guided from the harness housing portion of the display panel installation plate 42 to the opening 84 through the holes 43a and 43b and the holes 35a and 35b. In the present embodiment, the three connectors 82 and the harness 81 connected to the small cameras 71a, 71b, and 71c pass through the holes located on the upper side (that is, the hole 43a and the hole 35a). In addition, the connector 82 and the harness 81 connected to the small camera 71d pass through holes located on the lower side (that is, the hole 43b and the hole 35b).
As described above, the front member 41 and the door back 31 are arranged to face each other with the heat insulating layer inside, and the refrigerator compartment door 11 as shown in FIG. 8 is configured. Then, after each small camera 71 is connected to each connector 82, the camera attachment member 70 is attached to the protruding wall 32b.
Subsequently, the configuration of the camera mounting member 70 will be described with reference to FIGS. 7 (a) to 7 (c). Here, for convenience of explanation, the names of the respective parts are given based on the position of the camera mounting member 70 attached to the refrigerator compartment door 11 as viewed from the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 11. Fig.7 (a) shows the state which looked at the camera attachment member 70 from the front surface part 70a side and the open end part side. FIG. 7B shows a state in which the camera mounting member 70 is viewed from the front surface portion 70a side and the side cap 23 side. FIG. 7C shows a state in which the camera mounting member 70 is viewed from the rear side and the side cap 23 side.
The camera mounting member 70 is, for example, a resin molded product formed of a plastic resin. As described above, since the camera attachment member 70 constitutes a part of the protruding wall 32 of the refrigerator compartment door 11, it is formed in a wall shape extending in the vertical direction of the refrigerator compartment door 11. The camera mounting member 70 has a front surface portion 70a, a right side surface portion 70b, a left side surface portion 70c, and an upper surface portion 70e. A screw hole for screwing the camera mounting member 70 to the holding member 83 is provided in the front surface portion 70a. In addition, a decorative plate for concealing parts such as the small camera 71 and screw holes may be provided on the front surface portion 70a. The camera mounting member 70 has a space 74 inside. In this space 74, components and wiring of the small camera 71 (71a, 71b, 71c, 71d), a connector 82, a harness 81, and the like are arranged.
The lower part of the camera mounting member 70 has a concave shape on the back side. That is, the height C of the wall from the back of the door back 31 in the lower part of the camera mounting member 70 is lower than the height A of the wall from the back of the door back 31 in the upper part of the camera mounting member 70. (See FIG. 4). Each small camera 71 is disposed in an upper portion of a camera mounting member 70 having a height A.
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the height C of the wall of the lower part of the camera mounting member 70 is substantially the same as the height of the lower protruding wall 32a. As described above, the projecting wall on the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 11 has a lower lower portion. Thereby, stored items such as beverage bottles and beverage packs stored in the lowermost storage case 63 can be easily taken out from the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 11.
7A, the right side surface portion 70b of the camera mounting member 70 has a substantially flat shape. And the right side surface part 70b of the camera attachment member 70 has overlapped with the side surface of the lower protrusion wall 32a (refer FIG. 4 etc.).
Further, as shown in FIGS. 7B and 7C, the left side surface portion 70c of the camera mounting member 70 is between a front portion (front surface portion 70a side) and a rear portion (door back 31 side). A step portion 70d is provided. In other words, the camera attachment member 70 has a width at the rear portion wider than a width at the front portion. The step portion 70d serves as a support portion when the storage cases 61 and 62 are attached to the door back 31.
Further, an engaging portion 72 for attaching the storage cases 61 and 62 is formed on the left side surface portion 70c of the camera attachment member 70 at the rear portion thereof. In the present embodiment, a plurality of engaging portions 72 are provided at positions where the storage cases 61 and 62 are attached. Although not shown in the figure, the protruding portion 32 formed on the side cap 23 side of the door back 31 is also formed with an engaging portion having the same shape. The engaging portion plays a role of fixing the storage case to the door back 31 by engaging with a protrusion (not shown) formed on the storage case.
Furthermore, a thin plate-like insertion portion 73 is provided at the lower end portion of the left side surface portion 70c of the camera mounting member 70. The insertion portion 73 is sandwiched between the storage case 63 and the lower protruding wall 32a when the camera attachment member 70 is attached to the refrigerator compartment door 11 (see FIG. 11). Thereby, it can suppress that the camera attachment member 70 protrudes inside.
In addition, in order to improve the heat insulation performance in the refrigerator compartment 4, you may arrange | position heat insulating materials, such as a polystyrene foam, in the empty area | region in the space 74, for example.
<Attaching the camera mounting member and storage case to the refrigerator compartment door>
Next, a method for attaching the camera attachment member 70 and each storage case to the refrigerator compartment door 11 will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 10 shows a state where the uppermost storage case 61 and the lowermost storage case 63 are attached to the refrigerator compartment door 11. FIG. 11 shows a cross-sectional configuration of a boundary portion between the lower portion of the camera mounting member 70 and the lower protruding wall 32a. FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line XX shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 8, an opening 84 is provided at the tip of the protruding wall 32 b on the open end side of the back surface of the refrigerator compartment door 11, and the spacer member 33 is exposed from the opening 84. A connector 82 and a harness 81 connected to the small camera 71 are arranged on the spacer member 33. The spacer member 33 is provided with a holding member 83 for fixing the camera mounting member 70 with screws, and protrudes from the opening 84. The camera attachment member 70 is attached to the protruding wall 32b. That is, the camera mounting member 70 is installed so as to cover (cover) the opening 84 provided on the protruding wall 32 b and the connector 82 and the harness 81 exposed from the opening 84 with the camera mounting member 70. Before attaching the camera attachment member 70, it is preferable to connect each connector 82 to each small camera 71 in advance in the space 74 inside the camera attachment member 70.
After attaching the camera attachment member 70, the door packing 24 is attached to the outer peripheral portion of the door back 31. Then, the center cap 21 is attached to the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 11. Thereby, the boundary part of the camera attachment member 70 and the door back 31 in the open end part side of the refrigerator compartment door 11 is covered with the door packing 24 and the center cap 21 (refer FIG. 4). Therefore, the beauty of the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 11 can be maintained. Further, it is possible to prevent dirt and dust from entering the boundary portion between the camera mounting member 70 and the door back 31.
Thereafter, the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 are attached to the refrigerator compartment door 11. In the present embodiment, engaging portions for attaching the storage cases 61 and 62 of the refrigerator compartment door 11 are formed on the camera attachment member 70 and the protruding wall 32, respectively. As a result, the storage cases 61 and 62 have one end in the left-right direction (in this embodiment, the side cap 23 side) attached to the protruding wall 32 and the other end (in this embodiment). , The open end side) is attached to the camera attachment member 70.
Moreover, the engaging part 34 for attaching the lowermost storage case 63 of the refrigerator compartment door 11 is formed in the lower protrusion wall 32a and the protrusion wall 32, respectively. Thereby, the lowermost storage case 63 is attached to the protruding wall 32 formed in the door back 31.
In each of the storage cases 61, 62, and 63, a reinforcing rib 91 is formed on a side surface located on the side cap 23 side. The reinforcing rib 91 is shaped so as to come into contact with the protruding wall 32 of the refrigerator compartment door 11 when the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 are attached to the refrigerator compartment door 11 (see FIG. 10). Since the reinforcing rib 91 is provided, the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 can be fixed in a stable state by the refrigerator compartment door 11. That is, by fixing the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 to the protruding wall 32 of the refrigerator compartment door 11 using the reinforcing ribs 91, the weight of the stored item on the storage case is not concentrated on the engaging portion. Can be dispersed.
Further, the storage case 61 has a stepped portion 92 formed on the side surface located on the open end side. Although not shown, a similar stepped portion 92 is also formed in the storage case 62. The step portion 92 is shaped so as to come into contact with the step portion 70d of the camera mounting member 70 when the storage cases 61 and 62 are attached to the refrigerator compartment door 11 (see FIG. 10).
By providing the step portion 92, the storage cases 61 and 62 can be fixed in a stable state by the refrigerator compartment door 11. That is, by fixing the storage cases 61 and 62 to the stepped portion 70d of the camera mounting member 70 using the stepped portion 92, the weight of the stored material applied to the storage case is dispersed without being concentrated on the engaging portion. be able to. When the capacity of the storage case is relatively small, or when the durable weight of the storage case is relatively small, the step portion may not be provided.
In the lowermost storage case 63, a stepped portion 93 is formed on the side surface located on the open end side. The stepped portion 93 is shaped so as to come into contact with the lower protruding wall 32a of the refrigerator compartment door 11 when the storage case 63 is attached to the refrigerator compartment door 11 (see FIGS. 9 and 10). Since the stepped portion 93 is provided, the storage case 63 can be fixed in a stable state by the refrigerator compartment door 11. In other words, by fixing the storage case 63 to the lower protruding wall 32a of the refrigerator compartment door 11 using the stepped portion 93, the weight of the stored item on the storage case can be dispersed without concentrating on the engaging portion. it can.
Further, in the lowermost storage case 63, a relatively heavy storage item such as a beverage bottle or a beverage pack is often placed. Therefore, the stability of the storage case 63 can be further improved by attaching the lowermost storage case 63 to the lower protruding wall 32a of the door back 31 instead of the camera attachment member 70 to be retrofitted.
The foam wall 32 is filled with the projecting wall 32 and the lower projecting wall 32a of the door back 31. Further, since the protruding wall 32 and the lower protruding wall 32a of the door back 31 are a part of the door back 31 itself, it is more robust than the camera mounting member 70 to be retrofitted. Therefore, the lowermost storage case 63 on which a relatively heavy stored item is placed is supported not by the camera mounting member 70 but by the door back 31, so that the storage case 63 can be stably supported.
Note that, as shown in FIG. 10 and the like, the height A of the camera mounting member 70 from the door back 31 is higher than the height B of the protruding wall 32 from the door back 31. Thereby, the small camera 71 installed in the front surface part 70a of the camera attachment member 70 can be arranged closer to the accommodating part of the refrigerator compartment 4 in a state where the refrigerator compartment door 11 is closed.
According to this configuration, the inside of the refrigerator compartment 4 can be more easily photographed. Further, by increasing the height A, it is possible to suppress the viewing angle of the small camera 71 from being narrowed to some extent by the width of the storage cases 61 and 62 in the front-rear direction. In addition, by increasing the height A, it is possible to prevent a high-stored item placed in the lowermost storage case 63 from appearing in the field of view of the small camera 71d disposed at the bottom. .
Subsequently, the configuration of the boundary portion between the lower portion of the camera mounting member 70 and the lower protruding wall 32a will be described with reference to FIG. As shown in FIG. 11, an insertion portion 73 protruding downward is formed at the lower end portion of the left side surface portion 70 c of the camera mounting member 70.
Further, a recessed portion 32c is formed above the side surface of the lower protruding wall 32a into which the insertion portion 73 is inserted. The recessed portion 32 c is formed to a position below the upper end portion 63 a of the storage case 63. The insertion portion 73 is inserted into the space between the recessed portion 32 c and the storage case 63.
As described above, in this embodiment, the lower end portion (that is, the insertion portion 73) of the camera attachment member 70 is positioned below the upper end portion 63a of the storage case 63. Accordingly, the storage case 63 can cover the boundary between the lower end portion of the camera mounting member 70 and the lower protruding wall 32a. Therefore, it leads to the improvement of the beauty of the refrigerator compartment door 11.
Also, when the storage case 63 is detached, the upper end portion 63a of the storage case 63 does not straddle the boundary between the lower end portion of the camera mounting member 70 and the lower protruding wall 32a. For this reason, when the storage case 63 is shifted upward in order to remove the storage case 63, it is possible to prevent the upper end portion 63 a of the storage case 63 from being caught by the lower end portion of the camera mounting member 70. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the removal of the storage case 63 from being difficult, or the upper end portion 63a of the storage case 63 and the lower end portion of the camera attachment member 70 from being damaged.
In addition, since the insertion portion 73 protrudes downward, even if dirt enters the gap between the storage case 63 and the lower protruding wall 32a, the dirt enters the space 74 of the camera mounting member 70. Can be suppressed.
(Summary)
As described above, in the refrigerator 1 according to the present embodiment, the small camera 71 for photographing the inside of the refrigerator compartment 4 is disposed on the front surface portion 70 a of the camera attachment member 70 attached to the refrigerator compartment door 11. And the camera attachment member 70 is attached to the protrusion wall 32b on the door back 31, and comprises a part of protrusion wall.
According to this configuration, the small camera 71 for photographing the inside of the refrigerator compartment 4 can be disposed at the tip of the protruding wall protruding from the door back 31. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the shooting range of the small camera 71 from being blocked by the storage cases 61 and 62. Therefore, according to the refrigerator 1 according to the present embodiment, a wider range in the refrigerator compartment 4 can be obtained by using the small camera 71 attached to the refrigerator compartment door 11 while suppressing the shape change and capacity reduction of the storage cases 61 and 62. Can capture a wide range.
In this embodiment, the camera attachment member 70 provided with the small camera 71 is detachably attached from the refrigerator compartment door 11. Thereby, the camera which can image | photograph a refrigerator compartment can be easily installed in a refrigerator by retrofitting the camera attachment member 70, without changing the structure of the conventional refrigerator door which is not equipped with a camera largely.
Further, in one aspect of the present invention, the power supply and control unit of the small camera 71 may be arranged inside the camera mounting member 70. Thereby, the refrigerator which can image | photograph the inside of a store | warehouse | chamber can be provided only by attaching the camera attachment member 70 to the protrusion wall of the refrigerator door which has the conventional structure.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the small camera 71 is installed in the open end part of the larger refrigerator compartment door 11 among the folding door type refrigerator compartment doors 11 and 12. Thereby, the small camera 71 is located in a more central portion in the left-right direction in the refrigerator compartment 4 when viewed from the front of the refrigerator 1. Therefore, a wider range in the refrigerator compartment 4 can be photographed.
[Second Embodiment]
Subsequently, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the second embodiment, the structure around the camera mounting member 170 in the refrigerator compartment door 111 is different from that of the first embodiment. For other configurations, basically the same configurations as those of the first embodiment can be applied. In the following, the structure of the camera mounting member 170 will be mainly described.
12 and 13 show the configuration of the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 111 of the refrigerator 1 according to the second embodiment. The refrigerator compartment door 111 is a member corresponding to the refrigerator compartment door 11 in the first embodiment. FIG. 12 shows the case where the refrigerator compartment door 111 is viewed from the open end side, and FIG. 13 shows the case where the refrigerator compartment door 111 is viewed from the side cap 23 side. In FIGS. 12 and 13, the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 are not shown.
The refrigerator compartment door 111 includes a front member (front member) 41, a door back (back member) 131, a heat insulating layer (not shown), a camera attachment member 170, and the like as main components. The front member 41 can have the same configuration as the front member 41 of the first embodiment. Moreover, the structure similar to the heat insulation layer of 1st Embodiment is applicable to a heat insulation layer.
The door back 131 has substantially the same configuration as the door back 31 of the first embodiment. However, the configuration of the protruding wall on the open end side of the door back 131 (that is, the side on which the center cap 21 is provided) is different from the door back 31 of the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, projecting walls (protrusions) 132 and 132b are formed on the door back 131 constituting the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 111 along the outer periphery of the door. The protruding wall 132 is formed on the side cap 23 side of the refrigerator compartment door 111. The protruding wall 132 has the same shape as the protruding wall 32 of the first embodiment.
Further, in the present embodiment, a protruding wall 132 b having a height lower than that of the protruding wall 132 is formed on the open end side of the door back 131. A lower protruding wall 132a is formed below the open end of the door back 131, as in the first embodiment.
And in this embodiment, the camera attachment member 170 is attached to the front-end | tip part of the protrusion wall 132b. That is, in the present embodiment, the camera attachment member 170 is attached to the protruding wall 132b and constitutes the tip of the protruding wall.
Three small cameras 71 (71a, 71b, 71c) are provided on the front surface portion 170a (tip portion of the protrusion) of the camera mounting member 170. In this embodiment, the camera attachment member 170 is attached to the protruding wall 132b formed on the door back 131. Therefore, the height of the camera mounting member 170 from the door back 131 is higher than the height of the protruding wall 132 from the door back 131. Accordingly, the small camera 71 installed on the front surface portion 170a of the camera mounting member 170 can be disposed closer to the housing portion of the refrigerator compartment 4 in a state where the refrigerator compartment door 111 is closed.
Each small camera 71 is connected to the connector 82 and the harness 81 in the space inside the camera mounting member 170 as in the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 12, the protruding wall 132 formed on the side cap 23 side of the door back 131 is formed with a plurality of engaging portions 134 for attaching the storage cases 61, 62, and 63. The engaging portion 134 plays a role of fixing the storage case to the door back 131 by engaging with a protrusion (not shown) formed on the storage case.
Further, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, the engagement for attaching the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 also to the protruding wall 132b and the lower protruding wall 132a formed on the open end side of the door back 131. A plurality of joining portions 134 are formed.
Thereby, the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 can be attached to the back surface of the refrigerator compartment door 111. The same configuration as that of the first embodiment can be applied to the configuration of each of the storage cases 61, 62, and 63.
As described above, in the present embodiment, the engaging portions 134 for attaching the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 attached to the refrigerator compartment door 111 are all door backs 131 (specifically, the protruding walls 132 and 132b as well as the lower protruding wall 132a). Thus, the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 attached to the refrigerator compartment door 111 are directly attached to the door back 131.
Thus, by directly attaching all the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 attached to the refrigerator compartment door 111 to the door back 131, it is possible to fix each storage case in a stable state. Further, since the storage cases 61 and 62 are directly attached to the door back 131, the horizontal width of the storage cases 61 and 62 can be made wider than in the first embodiment, and the storage cases 61 and 62 are stored. The amount can be improved.
Further, the camera mounting member 170 provided with the small camera 71 is detachably mounted from the refrigerator compartment door 111. Thereby, the camera which can image | photograph a refrigerator compartment can be easily installed in a refrigerator by retrofitting the camera attachment member 170, without changing the structure of the conventional refrigerator door which is not equipped with the camera. Moreover, the storage case of the same shape as the conventional refrigerator door which is not equipped with a camera can be used.
[Third Embodiment]
Subsequently, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described. In 3rd Embodiment, the structure of the camera attachment member 270 periphery in the refrigerator compartment door 211 differs from 1st Embodiment. For other configurations, basically the same configurations as those of the first embodiment can be applied. Therefore, in the following, the structure of the camera mounting member 270 will be mainly described.
FIG. 14 shows the configuration of the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 211 of the refrigerator 1 according to the third embodiment. The refrigerator compartment door 211 is a member corresponding to the refrigerator compartment door 11 in the first embodiment. FIG. 14 shows a case where the refrigerator compartment door 211 is viewed from the open end side. In FIG. 14, the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 are not shown.
The refrigerator compartment door 211 includes a front member 41, a door back 231 and a heat insulating layer as main components. The front member 41 can have the same configuration as the front member 41 of the first embodiment. Moreover, the structure similar to the heat insulation layer of 1st Embodiment is applicable to a heat insulation layer.
The door back 231 has substantially the same configuration as the door back 31 of the first embodiment. However, the configuration of the protruding wall on the open end side (that is, the side on which the center cap 21 is provided) in the door back 231 is different from the door back 31 of the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, projecting walls (projections) 132 and 232b are formed along the outer periphery of the door back 231 that constitutes the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 211. The protruding wall 132 is formed on the side cap 23 side of the refrigerator compartment door 211. The protruding wall 132 has the same shape as the protruding wall 32 of the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, a protruding wall 232b having a height lower than that of the protruding wall 132 is formed on the open end side of the door back 231. Further, a lower projecting wall 232a is formed below the open end portion side of the door back 231 as in the first embodiment.
The camera mounting member 270 is attached to the tip of the protruding wall 232b. In other words, in this embodiment, the camera attachment member 270 is attached to the protruding wall 232b and constitutes the tip of the protruding wall.
The front surface portion 270a (tip portion of the protrusion) of the camera mounting member 270 is provided with four small cameras 71 (71a, 71b, 71c, 71d). In this embodiment, the camera attachment member 270 is attached to the protruding wall 232b formed on the door back 231. Therefore, the height of the camera mounting member 270 from the door back 231 is higher than the height of the protruding wall 232 from the door back 231. Accordingly, the small camera 71 installed on the front surface portion 270a of the camera mounting member 270 can be disposed closer to the housing portion of the refrigerator compartment 4 in a state where the refrigerator compartment door 211 is closed.
Each small camera 71 is connected to the connector 82 and the harness 81 in the space inside the camera mounting member 270 as in the first embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 14, a plurality of engaging portions 134 for attaching the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 are formed on the protruding wall 232 formed on the side cap 23 side of the door back 231. The engaging portion 134 plays a role of fixing the storage case to the door back 231 by engaging with a protrusion (not shown) formed on the storage case.
In this embodiment, the storage cases 61 and 62 are attached to the camera attachment member 270 on the open end side of the door back 231.
That is, as in the first embodiment, an engaging portion for attaching the storage cases 61 and 62 is formed on the rear side portion of the left side surface portion of the camera attachment member 270. Similarly to the first embodiment, the left side surface portion of the camera mounting member 270 has a step portion between a front portion (front surface portion 270a side) and a rear portion (door back 231 side). In other words, the camera attachment member 270 has a lateral width at the rear portion wider than a lateral width at the front portion. The step portion serves as a support portion when the storage cases 61 and 62 are attached to the door back 231.
Also, the lowermost storage case 63 is attached to the lower protruding wall 232a of the door back 231 instead of the camera attachment member 270 to be retrofitted as in the first embodiment. Thereby, stability of storage case 63 can be raised more.
As described above, according to the configuration according to the third embodiment, the storage cases 61 and 62 on which a relatively light stored item is placed are attached to the camera attachment member 270, so that a relatively heavy weight is stored. The lowermost storage case 63 on which an object is placed is attached to the protruding wall 132 of the door back 231.
According to this configuration, since the stepped portion similar to the stepped portion 70d of the first embodiment can be provided on the left side surface portion of the camera mounting member 270, the stepped portion 92 provided on the side surfaces of the storage cases 61 and 62 is applied. By making contact, the storage cases 61 and 62 can be fixed in a stable state by the refrigerator compartment door 211. Further, since the inner portion of the protruding wall 232b is covered by the camera mounting member 270, the boundary portion between the camera mounting member 270 and the door back 231 can be made inconspicuous. On the other hand, the right side surface portion 70b of the camera mounting member 270 does not cover the protruding wall 232b. For this reason, this configuration is preferably used when there are few gaps between the protruding wall 232b and the door packing.
[Fourth Embodiment]
Subsequently, a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the fourth embodiment, the structure around the camera mounting member 370 in the refrigerator compartment door 311 is different from that in the second embodiment. For other configurations, basically the same configurations as those of the second embodiment can be applied. Therefore, in the following, the structure of the camera mounting member 370 will be mainly described.
FIG. 15 shows the configuration of the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 311 of the refrigerator 1 according to the fourth embodiment. The refrigerator compartment door 311 is a member corresponding to the refrigerator compartment door 111 in the second embodiment. FIG. 15 is a case where the refrigerator compartment door 311 is viewed from the side cap 23 side. In FIG. 15, the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 are not shown.
The refrigerator compartment door 311 includes a front member (front member) 41, a door back (back member) 331, a heat insulating layer (not shown), a camera attachment member 370, and the like as main components. The front member 41 can have the same configuration as the front member 41 of the first embodiment. Moreover, the structure similar to the heat insulation layer of 1st Embodiment is applicable to a heat insulation layer.
The door back 331 has substantially the same configuration as the door back 131 of the second embodiment. However, the configuration of the door back 331 on the open end side (that is, the side on which the center cap 21 is provided) is different from the door back 131 of the second embodiment.
In this embodiment, projecting walls (projections) 132 and 332b are formed on the door back 331 constituting the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 311 along the outer periphery of the door. The protruding wall 132 has the same shape as the protruding wall 132 of the second embodiment. The protruding wall 332b has substantially the same shape as the protruding wall 132b of the second embodiment. Further, a lower protruding wall 332a is formed below the open end portion side of the door back 331, as in the second embodiment.
The camera mounting member 370 is attached to the tip of the protruding wall 332b. That is, in the present embodiment, the camera attachment member 370 is attached to the protruding wall 332b and constitutes the tip of the protruding wall. Three small cameras 71 (71a, 71b, 71c) are provided on the front surface portion 370a (tip portion of the protrusion) of the camera mounting member 370.
The above configuration is substantially the same as that of the second embodiment, but in this embodiment, the configuration of the right side surface portion of the camera mounting member 370 is different from that of the second embodiment. In the present embodiment, the right side surface portion of the camera mounting member 370 extends to a position reaching the flat surface of the door back 331, as in the first embodiment. That is, the entire side surface of the protruding wall 332b on the side of the center cap 21 is covered with the camera mounting member 370.
According to this configuration, the boundary portion between the camera mounting member 370 and the door back 331 on the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 311 is covered with the door packing 24 and the center cap 21. Therefore, the beauty of the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 311 can be maintained. Further, it is possible to prevent dirt and dust from entering the boundary portion between the camera mounting member 370 and the door back 331.
[Fifth Embodiment]
Subsequently, a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the fifth embodiment, the structure around the camera mounting member 470 in the refrigerator compartment door 411 is different from that in the first embodiment. For other configurations, basically the same configurations as those of the first embodiment can be applied. Therefore, in the following, the structure of the camera mounting member 470 will be mainly described.
16 and 17 show the configuration of the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 411 of the refrigerator 1 according to the fifth embodiment. The refrigerator compartment door 411 is a member corresponding to the refrigerator compartment door 11 in the first embodiment. 16 and 17 show the case where the refrigerator compartment door 411 is viewed from the side cap 23 side. In FIG. 16, the storage case 62 is not shown, and in FIG. 17, all the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 are not shown.
The refrigerator compartment door 411 includes a front member (front side member) 41, a door back (back side member) 431, a heat insulating layer (not shown), a camera mounting member 470, and the like as main components. The front member 41 can have the same configuration as the front member 41 of the first embodiment. Moreover, the structure similar to the heat insulation layer of 1st Embodiment is applicable to a heat insulation layer.
The door back 431 has substantially the same configuration as the door back 31 of the first embodiment. However, the configuration of the formation position of the protruding wall on the open end side (that is, the side on which the center cap 21 is provided) in the door back 431 is different from the door back 31 of the first embodiment.
In the first embodiment, the lower protruding wall 32a is formed in the lower part of the door back 31 on the open end side. On the other hand, in this embodiment, on the open end side of the door back 431, no protruding wall is formed over the entire vertical direction, and the door back 431 has a shape that is beaten.
And in this embodiment, the camera attachment member 470 is attached to the position (projection part formation position) where the projecting wall on the open end part side on the door back 431 is formed. That is, the camera attachment member 470 forms a protruding wall on the open end side.
The front surface portion 470a (tip portion of the protrusion) of the camera mounting member 470 is provided with four small cameras 71 (71a, 71b, 71c, 71d). The arrangement position of each small camera 71 may be the same as in the first embodiment. Alternatively, the lowermost small camera 71d may be arranged further downward.
Since the camera mounting member 470 forms a protruding wall on the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 411, the camera attachment member 470 is formed in a wall shape extending in the vertical direction of the refrigerator compartment door 411. The camera mounting member 470 has a front surface portion 470a, a right side surface portion (not shown), a left side surface portion 470c, and an upper surface portion 470e.
The left side surface portion 470c of the camera mounting member 470 has a step portion 470d between a front portion (front surface portion 470a side) and a rear portion (door back 431 side). That is, the camera attachment member 470 has a lateral width at its rear portion that is wider than a lateral width at its front portion. The step portion 470d serves as a support portion when the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 are attached to the door back 431.
Further, the left side surface portion 470c of the camera mounting member 470 is formed with an engaging portion 472 for mounting the storage cases 61 and 62 on the rear portion thereof. In the present embodiment, an engaging portion 473 for attaching the lowermost storage case 63 is formed in the lower portion of the left side surface portion 470c. Although not shown in the figure, an engaging portion having the same shape is also formed on the protruding wall 432 formed on the side cap 23 side of the door back 431.
According to this configuration, the storage cases 61, 62, and 63 are attached to the protruding wall 432 on the side cap 23 side of the refrigerator compartment door 411, and the camera attachment member 470 on the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 411. Is attached to. According to the configuration of the present embodiment, since the open end portion side of the refrigerator compartment door 411 is configured only by the camera mounting member 470, it is possible to improve the aesthetic appearance when the refrigerator compartment door 411 is opened.
As described above, in one aspect of the present invention, the camera attachment member 470 may be attached to the position where the protruding wall on the open end side of the refrigerator compartment door 411 is formed, and the protruding wall on the open end side may be configured. . Similarly to the first embodiment, a protruding wall having a height lower than the protruding wall 432 is formed on the open end side of the door back 431, and a camera mounting member 470 is mounted so as to cover the protruding wall. Also good.
[Sixth Embodiment]
Subsequently, a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described. In the sixth embodiment, the structure around the camera mounting member 570 in the refrigerator compartment door 511 is different from that of the first embodiment. For other configurations, basically the same configurations as those of the first embodiment can be applied. In the following, the structure of the camera mounting member 570 will be mainly described.
FIG. 18 shows the configuration of the side surface of the refrigerator compartment door 511 of the refrigerator 1 according to the sixth embodiment. The refrigerator compartment door 511 is a member corresponding to the refrigerator compartment door 11 in the first embodiment. FIG. 18 is a side view of the refrigerator compartment door 11 on the open end side. In FIG. 18, the center cap 21 and the door packing 24 are not shown.
The refrigerator compartment door 511 includes a front member (front side member) 41, a door back (back side member) 531, a heat insulating layer (not shown), a camera mounting member 570, and the like as main components. The front member 41 can have the same configuration as the front member 41 of the first embodiment. Moreover, the structure similar to the heat insulation layer of 1st Embodiment is applicable to a heat insulation layer.
The door back 531 has substantially the same configuration as the door back 31 of the first embodiment. However, the configuration of the protruding wall on the open end side of the door back 531 is different from that of the door back 31 of the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, projecting walls (protrusions) 532 and 532b are formed on the door back 531 constituting the back side of the refrigerator compartment door 511 along the outer periphery of the door. The protruding wall 532 is formed on the side cap 23 side of the refrigerator compartment door 511. The protruding wall 532 has the same shape as the protruding wall 32 of the first embodiment.
In this embodiment, a protruding wall 532 b is formed on the open end side of the door back 531. The height (the width in the front-rear direction) of the protruding wall 532 b is higher than the height of the protruding wall 532. Further, a lower projecting wall 532a is formed below the open end of the door back 531 as in the first embodiment. The height (width in the front-rear direction) of the lower protruding wall 532a is substantially the same as the height of the protruding wall 532.
Also, the door back 531 has a recess 532c on the open end side. As shown in FIG. 18, the recess 532c is formed so as to cut out a part of the protruding wall 532b. In the present embodiment, a camera attachment member 570 is attached to the recess 532c (see FIG. 18).
A small camera 71 is installed at the tip of the camera mounting member 570. As shown in FIG. 18, the camera attachment member 570 is configured to be removable.
In this embodiment, two camera mounting members 570 are provided. One small camera 71 (71a or 71b) is provided for one camera mounting member 570. Thereby, in this embodiment, the inside of the refrigerator compartment 4 can be image | photographed using the two small cameras 71a and 71b.
As shown in FIG. 18, it is preferable that each camera mounting member 570 is arranged avoiding the arrangement positions of the storage cases 61 and 62. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the storage case 61 or 62 from entering the field of view of the small camera 71. Therefore, it is possible to photograph a wider range in the refrigerator compartment 4 while suppressing a decrease in the capacity of the storage cases 61 and 62.
Moreover, the engaging part for attaching the storage cases 61 and 62 can be provided in the protruding wall 532b similarly to the protruding wall 532 side. And the reinforcement rib similar to the side located in the side cap side can be provided also in the side located in the open end part side of the storage cases 61 and 62. FIG. Therefore, a storage case having the same shape as a conventional refrigerator door not equipped with a camera can be used, and the storage case can be supported to the same extent as a conventional refrigerator door not equipped with a camera.
In the sixth embodiment described above, the configuration in which two small cameras 71 are installed has been described, but the number of small cameras is not limited to this. For example, as shown in FIG. 19, the number of small cameras 71 may be only one. When the number of the small cameras 71 is one, as shown in FIG. 19, the small cameras 71 are preferably arranged in the vicinity of a substantially central portion in the vertical direction of the refrigerator compartment door 511. Further, it is preferable to use a small camera 71 having a wide photographing range.
The embodiment disclosed this time should be considered as illustrative in all points and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is defined by the terms of the claims, rather than the description above, and is intended to include any modifications within the scope and meaning equivalent to the terms of the claims.
