Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the backlash of a partitioning cover and a bottom plate even if a considerable force acts downward on the partitioning cover covering the front face of the bottom plate of a storing compartment, in a constitution for drawing out a drawer door from the storing compartment.
SOLUTION: An ice-making compartment and a switching compartment of the refrigerator are defined by being partitioned by the bottom plate 19 and a vertical partitioning portion 23. The front face of the bottom plate 19 is covered by the partitioning cover 25, and a step 31 of the partitioning cover 25 and a step 33 of the bottom plate 19 are co-fastened to the vertical partitioning portion 23 from a lower portion with a tapping screw 35 in a state of being overlapped to each other. In a state that the drawer door 37 is drawn out of the switching compartment, though considerable force acts downward to the partitioning cover 25 from the drawer door 37, the partitioning cover 25 and the bottom plate 19 are prevented from being separated from the vertical partitioning portion 23 which causes the generation of backlash.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT

Description

The present invention relates to a refrigerator having a configuration in which a drawer-type door is supported by a rail portion provided in a vertical partition.

In the refrigerator, for example, an ice making room and a switching room in which a set temperature can be switched are partitioned by a vertical partition as a storage room. In these storage rooms, by pulling out the drawer type door from the storage room, it is possible to facilitate the removal of ice or food contained in a storage container attached to the drawer type door.

Such a drawer-type door is configured by supporting a door support portion attached to the drawer-type door with a rail portion integrally formed on the side surface of the storage chamber. In this case, as a structure for supporting the door support portion by the rail portion, a door support portion is provided on the upper surface of the partition cover portion covering the front surface of the bottom plate portion of the storage chamber, and the lower side portion of the door support portion is supported by the door support portion. At the same time, the storage container pulled out from the storage chamber is supported by supporting the roller provided at the rear end of the door support portion with the rail portion (see Patent Document 1).
JP 2000-88436 A

However, in the above-described configuration, when the drawer-type door is completely pulled out, the weight of the storage container attached to the door support portion acts as a downward force on the protruding portion with the roller as the operating point. A large downward force acts on the partition cover portion covering the front surface of the bottom plate portion. For this reason, since a partition cover part tends to leave | separate from a vertical partition part, there exists a fault that a backlash occurs in a partition cover part and a baseplate part.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to apply a large downward force to the partition cover portion that covers the front surface of the bottom plate portion of the storage chamber in a configuration in which the drawer type door is pulled out from the storage chamber. Even so, an object of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator that can prevent rattling from occurring in the partition cover portion and the bottom plate portion.

The present invention includes a bottom plate portion that divides a space portion in a refrigerator main body into a vertical direction, a partition cover portion that covers a front surface of the bottom plate portion, and a space portion that is provided on the upper surface of the partition cover portion and the bottom plate portion. A vertical partition portion that is divided into two, a pull-out type door that opens and closes a storage chamber formed by the bottom plate portion and the vertical partition portion, and a door support portion that supports the pull-out door so that it can be pulled out from the storage chamber. The door support portion is supported by a door support portion provided on an upper surface of the partition cover portion and a rail portion provided on a side surface of the vertical partition portion in a state where the pull-out door is pulled out. In the refrigerator configured as described above, an overlapping portion in which a rear end portion of the partition cover portion and a front end portion of the bottom plate portion overlap each other at a portion where the partition cover portion and the bottom plate portion are in contact with each other is provided. Each of which is integrally formed with the partition cover and the bottom Parts are those which are fastened by screws from below to the bottom surface of the vertical partition portion in a state where the overlapped portion are stacked with each other.

According to the present invention, in a state in which the pull-out type door is pulled out, the door support portion that supports the lower side portion of the door support portion attached to the pull-out type door, and thus the partition cover portion provided with this door support portion is lowered. However, since the overlapping part of the partition cover part and the overlapping part of the bottom plate part are fastened to the bottom surface of the vertical partition part by screws, the partition cover part and the bottom plate part are separated from the vertical partition part. It is possible to prevent rattling.

An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The vertical partition portion 23 is formed by incorporating a polystyrene foam heat insulating material in a resin case, and rail portions 24 are integrally formed on both side surfaces. In a state where the vertical partition portion 23 is attached to the bottom plate portion 19, the rail portion 21 formed on the upright portion 20 and the rail portion 24 formed on the vertical partition portion 23 face each other.
A partition cover portion 25 is fixed to the front surface of the refrigerator main body 2, and when the bottom plate portion 19 is attached to the refrigerator main body 2, the front surface of the bottom plate portion 19 is covered with the partition cover portion 25.

FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of the partition cover portion 25, the bottom plate portion 19, and the vertical partition portion 23. In FIG. 1, a decorative plate 26 is screwed to the front surface of the vertical partition 23. A plurality of recesses 27 are formed on the upper surface and the rear surface of the vertical partition 23, and a heat insulating partition 28 that partitions the refrigerator compartment 3 positioned on the upper surface of the recess 27 and a heat insulating wall 29 positioned on the rear surface. The vertical partitioning portion 23 is positioned by fitting the formed convex portions 30 together.

Here, the partition cover portion 25 and the bottom plate portion 19 are fastened together with screws on the bottom surface of the vertical partition portion 23, and the structure thereof will be described.
FIG. 2 is an enlarged vertical side view showing the screwing structure of the partition cover portion 25 and the bottom plate portion 19. In FIG. 2, a stepped portion (corresponding to an overlapping portion) 31 extending rearward is integrally formed in the lower half of the rear end of the partition cover portion 25, and the stepped portion 31 has a hole 32 a. A screw mounting portion 32 is integrally formed. A step portion (corresponding to an overlapping portion) 33 extending forward is integrally formed in the upper half of the front end of the bottom plate portion 19, and a screw mounting portion 34 having a hole 34 a is formed in the step portion 33. ing. The step portion 31 of the partition cover portion 25 and the step portion 33 of the bottom plate portion 19 are stacked one above the other, and the tapping screw 35 passes through the holes 32a and 34a in a state where the step portions 31 and 33 are overlapped. It is screwed to a boss 36 formed on the bottom surface of the vertical partition 23. That is, the partition cover portion 25 and the bottom plate portion 19 are fastened together with the vertical partition portion 23 by the tapping screw 35.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the pull-out door of the switching chamber 5. Since the ice making chamber 4 has the same configuration, the description thereof is omitted. In FIG. 7, a pair of door support portions 38 are attached to the back surface of the pull-out door 37. As shown in FIG. 8, the door support portion 38 has an L shape in which an arm portion 40 is integrally formed with an attachment portion 39, and the rear portions of both door support portions 38 are connected by a connecting portion 41. Thus, a rectangular frame shape is formed so that the storage container 42 (see FIG. 4) can be mounted. Rollers 43 are supported on both sides of the connecting portion 41.

In FIG. 9 showing the door support portion 38, the door support portion 38 is formed by molding. Beads are formed at predetermined portions of the attachment portion 39 and the arm portion 40, and the strength of the attachment portion 39 and the arm portion 40 is enhanced by the beads. Specifically, screw holes 44 are formed in the mounting portion 39 so as to be positioned up and down, and beads 45 are formed in an oblique direction so as to pass between the screw holes 44. The end of this bead 45 is connected to the end of a bead 46 formed on the arm 40.

Returning to FIG. 7, the roller 43 provided in the door support portion 38 is in contact with the lower surface of the rail portion 24 formed in the bottom plate portion 19 and the vertical partition portion 23. A door support portion 47 is provided on the upper surface of the partition cover portion 25, and the door support portion 47 supports the lower side portion of the door support portion 38. With such a configuration, the pull-out door 37 receives a downward force with the door support portion 47 as a fulcrum when the roller 43 abuts on the upper rail portion 24.
A stopper 48 is provided on the lower side of the door support portion 47, and when the stopper 48 abuts on the door support portion 47, further drawer of the drawer type door 37 is restricted. .

Now, as shown in FIG. 7, in the state where the pull-out door 37 is completely pulled out from the switching chamber 5, the door support portion 47 provided in the partition cover portion 25, and thus the partition cover portion provided with the door support portion 47. 25, a large downward force is applied by the weight of the food stored in the storage container 42.

However, in this embodiment, since the partition cover portion 25 is fastened together with the bottom plate portion 19 to the bottom surface of the vertical partition portion 23 from below by the tapping screw 35, a large downward force acts on the partition cover portion 25. Even so, the partition cover portion 25 and the bottom plate portion 19 are not separated from the vertical partition portion 23.

According to such an embodiment, since the partition cover portion 25 and the bottom plate portion 19 are fastened together with the tapping screw 35 from below on the bottom surface of the vertical partition portion 23, the partition cover portion 25 and the bottom plate portion 19 are connected to each other. Unlike the structure that is merely fitted, a large downward force acts on the door support portion 47 provided on the upper surface of the partition cover portion 25 by the pull-out door 37 pulled out from the switching chamber 5. Even so, the partition cover portion 25 and the bottom plate portion 19 are not separated from the vertical partition portion 23, and it is possible to reliably prevent rattling.

In addition, since the bead 45 is formed obliquely when the bead 45 is formed on the attachment portion 39 of the door support portion 38, a large downward force acts on the door support portion 38, so that the attachment portion 39 is Even if it tries to be deformed, the deformation is prevented. Therefore, the quality of the drawer type door 37 can be improved.

The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, but can be modified or expanded as follows.
