Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Sensor, aufweisend eine Lichtquelle, einen Lichtdetektor und ein Gehäuse. Das Gehäuse weist eine erste Oberseite und ausgehend von der ersten Oberseite eine erste Kavität und eine zweite Kavität auf. Der Lichtdetektor ist in der ersten Kavität angeordnet. Die Lichtquelle ist in der zweiten Kavität angeordnet. Zwischen der ersten Kavität und der zweiten Kavität ist ein Steg angeordnet, der ein Material aufweist, welches Licht zumindest einer Wellenlänge der Lichtquelle absorbiert oder reflektiert. Ein erster Deckel ist oberhalb der ersten Kavität angeordnet und weist einen Ablenkbereich und eine Einfallsebene auf. Der Ablenkbereich ist in der Weise ausgebildet, dass mindestens 80 % des Lichts, das im Ablenkbereich auf die Einfallsebene des ersten Deckels aus einer vorgegebenen Richtung trifft und auf den Lichtdetektor treffen würde, aufgrund eines optischen Elements vom Lichtdetektor weg gelenkt wird.
