Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de fotopletismografia que compreende uma fonte de luz configurada para direcionar a luz de fonte em direção a um objeto externo; um sensor de luz disposto e configurado para fornecer um sinal de sensor indicativo de uma intensidade de uma primeira fração de luz de fonte que foi dispersa pelo objeto externo; um compartimento para alojar a fonte de luz e o sensor de luz, e que tem uma placa de cobertura transparente para a fonte de luz e uma face externa para ficar voltada para o objeto externo; e uma disposição do bloqueio óptico no compartimento entre a pelo menos uma fonte de luz e a face externa da placa de cobertura e configurada para bloquear uma segunda fração de luz de fonte em sua trajetória de propagação, que se estende a partir da fonte de luz até a face externa da placa de cobertura e a partir da face externa da placa de cobertura até o sensor de luz sem sair do compartimento.
