Description
本发明涉及夹具技术领域,尤其是涉及一种木工虎钳。
木工在进行作业时,经常需要将工件夹持在工作台上。比如,将工件夹持在木工虎钳上。常见的木工虎钳在使用时,在钳口将工件夹紧后,往往通过手动的方式拉动相关部件继而实现锁止。其缺陷在于:操控较为繁琐,且极为费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种木工虎钳,它具有操作方便、轻松的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:木工虎钳,包括机架,该机架上设有夹具组件以及和该夹具组件相配的连杆,该连杆的前端铰连在该机架上,
所述连杆的后端设有向上延伸的延伸架,有一锁紧件的前端铰连在该延伸架的上端,有一翘板的中部铰连该延伸架的上端部且位于该锁紧件的下方,该锁紧件上设有配合孔,且该锁紧件配有使其具有顺时针旋转趋势的扭簧,该机架的后部设有向下延伸的锁紧杆,该锁紧杆穿设在该配合孔内,该翘板的后端和该锁紧件相配;
所述连杆的后端连接有向下延伸的支架,且该支架相对于该连杆不可顺时针旋转,有一踏板的中部铰连在该支架的下端,该踏板的前端连接有一连动杆,该连动杆上端连接该翘板的前端。
所述连动杆配有使其具有向上位移趋势的压簧。
所述翘板的后端设有支撑轮,该支撑轮支撑在该锁紧件的下方。
所述延伸架上固定有一向上延伸的可伸缩件,该可伸缩件的上端铰连有一摆动臂,该锁紧件铰连在该摆动臂上。
所述可伸缩件包括一螺套和一螺接在该螺套内的螺杆。
采用上述结构后,本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是:操作方便、较为轻松。本发明的木工虎钳在使用时,通过脚跟部向下踩踏板的后部,可带动连杆顺时针旋转,对夹具组件实施锁紧,且连杆无法自行复位;当需要连杆复 位时,仅需用脚掌部向下踩踏板的前部,配合孔和锁紧杆即会失去相互之间的锁止,连杆会自行复位,极为方便和轻松。

实施例,见图1至图9所示:木工虎钳,包括机架10。该机架10上设有夹具组件20以及和该夹具组件20相配的连杆30,该连杆30的前端铰连在该机架10上。即,该连杆30顺时针旋转后,对该夹具组件20实施锁紧;反之,该连杆30逆时针旋转后,该夹具组件20解锁。当然,该连杆30最好配有使其逆时针旋转的复位弹簧(图上未示出)。
进一步的讲:
该连杆30的后端设有向上延伸的延伸架31。即,从侧面看,该连杆30以及延伸架31可以呈“L”字形,且该延伸架31可以为一筒状。有一锁紧件40的前端铰连在该延伸架31的上端,有一翘板50的中部铰连该延伸架31的上端部且位于该锁紧件40的下方。同时,该锁紧件40上设有配合孔41,且该锁紧件40配有使其具有顺时针旋转趋势的扭簧42。该机架10的后部设有向下延伸的锁紧杆60,该锁紧杆60穿设在该配合孔41内。以及,该翘板50的后端和该锁紧件40相配。即,该翘板50的后端顶在该锁紧件40的下方。在一般情况下,该扭簧42使该锁紧件40趋于非水平状态,从而该配合孔41卡紧该锁紧杆60使该锁紧件40无法上下移动,表现为该连杆30无法旋转,从而实现锁止;反 之,一旦该锁紧件40在外力作用下趋于水平,则该配合孔41不再卡紧该锁紧杆60,该锁紧件40即可上下自由移动,表现为该连杆30能够自由旋转,从而实现解锁。
该连杆30的后端连接有向下延伸的支架70,且该支架70相对于该连杆30不可顺时针旋转。比如,该连杆30上固定有向右延伸的限位杆,该支架70上设有条形且在上下方向上进行延伸的限位孔,该限位杆穿在该限位孔内,且该限位杆在上下方向上具有一定的活动余量。有一踏板80的中部铰连在该支架70的下端,该踏板80的前端连接有一连动杆81,该连动杆81上端连接该翘板50的前端。
这样,由于在一般情况下,该锁紧杆60对该锁紧件40实施了锁止,故而仅需用脚根部向下踩踏该踏板80的后部,该连杆30即会顺时针旋转且无法自行复位,故而对该夹具组件20实施了锁紧;当需要释放该夹具组件20时,仅需用脚掌部踩踏该踏板80的前部,该连动杆81即会带动该翘板50的前端向下移动,该翘板50的后端上移,顶着该锁紧件40趋于水平,该配合孔41和该锁紧杆60无法再行锁止,该连杆30即会立即顺时针旋转,对该夹具组件20实施解锁。
优化的:
该连动杆81配有使其具有向上位移趋势的压簧82。即,该压簧82能够使该踏板80及时复位,且使该翘板50的后端始终趋向下行,确保该锁紧杆60对该锁紧件40的锁止。
该翘板50的后端设有支撑轮51,该支撑轮51支撑在该锁紧件40的下方。这样,确保操控的顺畅。
继续优化:
该延伸架31上固定有一向上延伸的可伸缩件90,该可伸缩件90的上端铰连有一摆动臂93,该锁紧件40铰连在该摆动臂93上。本实施例中,该可伸缩件90可以包括一螺套91和一螺接在该螺套91内的螺杆92。此时,该螺套91的上端可以铰接在该93摆动臂上、该翘板50的中部可以铰连在该延伸架31上。这样,当该配合孔41的孔径因磨损而变大后,可以通过调整该可伸缩件90的长度,使该锁紧件40和水平面能够具有更大的夹角,确保该锁紧杆60能够始终较好的锁止该配合孔41。

- 木工虎钳,包括机架(10),该机架(10)上设有夹具组件(20)以及和该夹具组件(20)相配的连杆(30),该连杆(30)的前端铰连在该机架(10)上,其特征在于:所述连杆(30)的后端设有向上延伸的延伸架(31),有一锁紧件(40)的前端铰连在该延伸架(31)的上端,有一翘板(50)的中部铰连该延伸架(31)的上端部且位于该锁紧件(40)的下方,该机架(10)的后部设有向下延伸的锁紧杆(60),该锁紧件(40)上设有配合孔(41),且该锁紧件(40)配有使其具有顺时针旋转趋势的扭簧(42),该锁紧杆(60)穿设在该配合孔(41)内,该翘板(50)的后端和该锁紧件(40)相配;所述连杆(30)的后端连接有向下延伸的支架(70),且该支架(70)相对于该连杆(30)不可顺时针旋转,有一踏板(80)的中部铰连在该支架(70)的下端,该踏板(80)的前端连接有一连动杆(81),该连动杆(81)上端连接该翘板(50)的前端。
- 根据权利要求1所述的木工虎钳,其特征在于:所述连动杆(81)配有使其具有向上位移趋势的压簧(82)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的木工虎钳,其特征在于:所述翘板(50)的后端设有支撑轮(51),该支撑轮(51)支撑在该锁紧件(40)的下方。
- 根据权利要求1所述的木工虎钳,其特征在于:所述延伸架(31)上固定有一向上延伸的可伸缩件(90),该可伸缩件(90)的上端铰连有一摆动臂(93),该锁紧件(40)铰连在该摆动臂(93)上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的木工虎钳,其特征在于:所述可伸缩件(90)包括一螺套(91)和一螺接在该螺套(91)内的螺杆(92)。
