然而,Branch平台由于对话题参与方其采用的是邀请审核的方式,无法快速找到合适的话题参与方,实时性较差;而基于某一聊天软件的子功能的讨论平台需要依托于该聊天软件本身的资源,以聊天组或者群聊的方式呈现,需要话题发起方自行逐个选择话题参与方,并且聊天软件的聊天方式使得一段时间不查看聊天内容便不知道当前的讨论主题,沟通便捷性较差。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供了一种信息交互方法及终端,通过该方法解决话题讨论无法实时发起,并且话题参与方添加繁琐以及话题沟通实时性查差的问题。
本申请实施例的第一方面提供一种信息交互方法,该方法中,首先根据话题发起方输入的针对当前界面的操作指令确定当前界面内的目标内容,即该目标内容由当前界面直接或者间接得到,接着,以该目标内容来确定出讨论话题名,并建立话题讨论组,接着,以 目标内容和/或讨论话题名为基础,将与该目标内容和/或讨论话题名有关联的话题讨论组内的话题参与方加入到该讨论组内,该关联如话题参与方曾经参与过类似的话题讨论等,接着话题发起方或者和/或话题参与方均能够输入讨论内容,并对这些讨论内容予以显示。
可以看出,话题发起时,并不需要经过复杂的话题发起设置,仅需要对当前界面进行操作获取当前界面内的目标内容即可,以该目标内容作为基础,便可确定出讨论话题名,并建立话题讨论组,无需复杂的话题讨论组的建立过程,此外,在添加话题参与方时,是以该目标内容和/或讨论话题名为基础,添加对应的话题参与方即可,该生成过程以及添加成员的过程均是由话题讨论系统自动进行的,话题讨论组生成效率高,话题讨论实时性高,操作简便。
在一些实施例中,根据话题发起方输入的针对当前界面的操作指令确定当前界面内的目标内容可以是直接根据操作指令对当前界面的部分界面进行截屏,并且在截屏后,对该截屏的部分界面进行内容识别,从而得到目标内容。此方式操作简单,发起话题讨论方便。
在一些实施例中,当前界面是网络web界面,此时,根据目标内容确定话题讨论名的方式可以是首先获取目标内容对应的web界面的网络地址,接着,对该网络地址中的关键字进行匹配,若是确定网络地址中具有预设的第一关键字时,则会根据该第一关键字确定出话题讨论名。

在一些实施例中,向话题讨论组内添加话题参与方的方式可以是根据讨论话题名将话题参与方加入所述话题讨论组,具体的,首先根据讨论话题名确定对应的第三关键字,而后再查找所述话题发起方参与过的历史话题讨论组,将该历史话题讨论组的信息与第三关键字进行匹配,当所述历史话题讨论组中具有与所述第三关键字对应的内容时,将所述历史话题讨论组中的话题参与方加入所述话题讨论组。

在一些实施例中,话题讨论组的话题讨论界面上设有用于显示所述讨论内容的内容展示区,对应所述话题讨论组还设有用于存储所述讨论内容的消息队列,此时,还可以修改话题讨论组内的话题参与方,并且,当修改后的话题讨论组内具有新增话题参与方时,对于新增的话题参与方,还可以通过内容展示区查看在消息队列中存储的讨论内容。
在一些实施例中,若消息队列中的讨论内容具有更新时,还会向话题讨论组内的所有成员发送内容更新提示,所有成员包括话题发起方和话题参与方,以便于各成员能够及时获知最新讨论内容。
在一些实施例中,每个话题讨论组对应有一个ID,话题发起方也会对应一个ID,并且话题讨论组的ID和话题发起方的ID之间是相关联的,此外,话题发起方的ID内还关联有收藏列表,其中,话题发起方的ID通过识别所述话题发起方得到,所述讨论话题的ID在生成所述话题讨论组时生成;因此还可将该话题讨论组或者话题讨论组内话题参与方输入的讨论内容存储加入该收藏列表,以便于后续可以直接查看收藏列表的内容。
本申请实施例第二方面还提供一种信息交互方法,该信息交互方法包括从话题参与方已加入的话题讨论组中选择目标话题讨论组,所述话题讨论组由话题发起方根据所述话题发起方发起所述话题讨论时的界面内的目标内容确定讨论话题名并建立;而后在所述话题讨论组的话题讨论界面上输入讨论内容;并且还可以查看所述话题讨论组的历史讨论内容。
可以看出,该话题讨论组是话题发起方通过对当前界面进行操作获取当前界面内的目标内容,并以该目标内容作为基础生成讨论话题名并建立的话题讨论组,该话题讨论组生成效率高,话题讨论实时性高,操作简便。从而话题参与方参与该话题讨论组也十分便捷。
在一些实施例中,话题讨论界面包括话题讨论概要区,该话题讨论概要区主要显示有话题讨论组的话题参与方、目标内容以及所述讨论话题名,因此,可通过选择话题讨论概要区的目标内容显示所述目标内容,也可以选择话题参与方中的任一话题参与方,显示该话题参与方已输入的讨论内容。查看话题讨论组中讨论内容便捷。
在一些实施例中,话题讨论界面还设有内容展示区,从数据存储上,对应该话题讨论组还设有用于存储所述讨论内容的消息队列,此时查看所述话题讨论组的历史讨论内容包括实际是通过所述内容展示区查看所述消息队列内的讨论内容。
在一些实施例中,如果消息队列中的讨论内容有更新时,会向该话题讨论组内的话题发起方和话题参与方均发送内容更新提示,以使得话题讨论组内的话题发起方和话题参与方能及时获知最新的讨论内容。
在一些实施例中,话题讨论界面上还设有超链接区域,该超链接区域主要存储网络地址,该网络地址是话题发起方发起话题讨论时的界面的网络地址,因此,还可以选择该超链接区域以现实该超链接区域内的超链接对应的界面。
在一些实施例中,话题讨论组还对应有话题讨论组的ID,所述话题参与方还对应有话题参与方的ID,所述话题参与方的ID还关联有收藏列表,该收藏列表内存储有话题讨论组或所述话题讨论组内话题参与方输入的讨论内容,因此,可以从所述收藏列表选择所述话题讨论组或所述话题讨论组内话题参与方,并查看所述话题讨论组或者所述话题讨论组内话题参与方的讨论内容。
本申请第三方面提供了一种终端,该终端包括了用于执行第一方面或第一方面的任一种实现方式中提供的信息交互方法的至少一个单元。
本申请第四方面提供了一种终端,该终端包括了用于执行第二方面或第二方面的任一种实现方式中提供的信息交互方法的至少一个单元。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例提供了一种信息交互方法及终端,通过对当前界面的操作指令实时建立话题讨论组,并且能按照目标内容和讨论话题名添加话题参与方,从而使得话题讨论组生成效率高,话题讨论实时性高。
为了使本技术领域的成员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例进行描述。
本申请的说明书和权利要求书及上述附图中的术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”、“第四”等(如果存在)是用于区别类似的对象,而不必用于描述特定的顺序或先后次序。应该理解这样使用的数据在适当情况下可以互换,以便这里描述的实施例能够以除了在这里图示或描述的内容以外的顺序实施。此外,术语“包括”或“具有”及其任何变形,意图在于覆盖不排他的包含,例如,包含了一系列步骤或单元的过程、方法、系统、产品或设备不必限于清楚地列出的那些步骤或单元,而是可包括没有清楚地列出的或对于这些过程、方法、产品或设备固有的其它步骤或单元。
社交讨论平台Branch的邀请审核机制,参与话题的用户需要主动申请加入到讨论中,话题发起者无法快速找到适合参加讨论的成员,使得参与话题讨论的实时性较差,通讯软件类的平台上由于该讨论功能通常仅仅是通讯软件的一个子功能,其大部分资源都是依托于该通讯软件本身的架构,如话题讨论也是以群组聊天的方式实现,功能上较为有限,邀请成员加入群组需要一个个选择,并且成员在加入群组之前群组内的聊天内容都无法看到,再有就是由于聊天内容刷新较快,一段时间不关注内容便会不知道当前讨论的焦点,此外,在需要了解群组内某位成员的发言需要采用搜索功能进行搜索,这种方式由于这些特性,并不适合话题讨论。
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供了一种信息交互方法及相关设备来解决上述问题,具体可参见图1,图1是本申请实施例的信息交互系统的一个实施例图,该系统中,包括终端、消息接口处理端104、消息逻辑处理端105以及数据服务端106,其中,终端均连接到消息接口处理端104,消息接口处理端104连接到消息逻辑处理端105,最后由消息逻辑处理端105连接到数据服务端106。
其中,图1中的终端分别为PC设备101、移动PC设备102和智能终端103,这些终端的主要作用为供话题发起方发起话题讨论和实现话题交流的载体,通过这些终端上的输入设备能够输入针对该终端上的当前界面的操作指令,从而使得终端能够通过操作指令确定该当前界面上的目标内容。需要说明的是,该操作指令有多种方式,例如PC设备和移动PC设备可以通过鼠标和键盘实现截屏操作,选取当前界面的一部分作为目标内容,也可通过鼠标模拟手势操作选取当前界面内的部分内容作为目标内容;又例如若为智能终端时,该智能终端的输入设备可以是输入输出一体化的触摸屏,通过在触摸屏上的手势操作便能够实现对当前界面的部分或全部内容进行选取,从而实现目标内容的确定。需要说明的是,该终端的类型除了上述三种类型,还有其他类型,如平板电脑和智能手机等搭载有操作系统,并能联网且具有输入和显示设备的终端即可,
由于各个终端采用的操作系统可能不尽相同,其消息的发送方式可能也不尽相同,因此图1中的消息接口处理端104主要用于各个终端之间的接口交互,即定义统一的接口规范,便于对消息的统一处理。
消息逻辑处理端105主要用于将各个终端与数据服务端之间的消息的接收和投递的逻辑处理,例如,确定某一消息是从终端发送至数据服务端的,以及确定该消息是由PC设备101发出的;又例如,确定某一消息是从数据服务端发送至终端的,以及确定该消息是需要发送至移动PC设备102的。
数据服务端106主要用于对话题讨论组生成和话题讨论过程中产生内容进行存储,这些内容包含两部分,一部分是临时内容,即在进行话题讨论时才需要的内容;另一部分是持久存储的内容,这些内容可以是讨论话题名、讨论内容、话题发起方和话题参与方的ID、目标内容和当前界面的信息等等。这类内容每次在该话题讨论组开始讨论时均需要读取。
需要说明的是,需要永久存储的数据主要包括但不限于用户管理(如用户ID、用户名称)、在线状态、消息ID、消息内容、收藏信息ID(用来唯一识别收藏的消息,与消息ID 可以关联同一条消息内容)、群组ID和群组名称(群组名称示例:联合团队需求设计讨论组001)等。
图1是本申请实施例的信息交互方法的系统架构示意图,下面对本申请实施例的信息交互系统的各个逻辑层面进行说明,该信息交互系统在终端的实现方式可以是社交讨论工具,请参与图2,图2是本申请实施例的申请实施例的信息交互方法的系统架构示意图,可以看出,从逻辑层面可分为三层,分别是交互界面UI层、业务服务层以及资源层。
其中,UI层主要包括显示模块和输入模块,对应到图1中的终端的功能,即提供用户看到的操作界面,包括用户输入和输出界面,以及各不同业务的UI呈现,对于平板电脑、智能手机来说,显示模块和输入模块均为触摸屏,对于其他PC和类PC设备来说,其输入模块为鼠标、键盘和触摸板等设备,显示模块则为显示器。
业务服务层则对应到图1中的消息接口处理端104和消息逻辑处理端105,该部分主要提供系统基础服务和各项业务规则的处理和业务逻辑实现,完成各种消息相关的逻辑处理,如排序,富媒体文件的预处理等。其中,信息处理服务模块用于处理讨论组信息接收与处理,讨论组中消息(历史消息、当前消息)的同步;消息队列服务模块将未成功发送的消息或者离线消息暂存到消息队列中;状态同步服务模块对所有用户的在线状态信息,上线服务器信息进行同步;逻辑处理服务模块对信息处理服务传递过来的数据进行逻辑判断。
举例来说,话题讨论组的消息交互,如输入和接收讨论内容,如将话题参与方加入话题讨论组等等,当然该部分还包含消息队列服务,各终端输入的讨论内容均需要通过该消息队列服务进行排队处理,此外,该业务服务层中还具有对各个终端的状态进行同步的状态同步服务,如各个终端的登陆状态确定,处于上线、离开和离线等状态,以便于对于不同状态的话题参与方和话题发起方有不同的处理方式,如对于离线的话题参与方和话题发起方,在下次上线时,会将上次离线后的讨论内容发送至该话题参与方和话题发起方。
而资源层则对应于图1的数据服务端106,主要提供数据的存储和读取的功能,如主要将消息存入数据库中,富媒体文件存入文件缓存中,方便第二次展示消息时候,从本地加载,而不是网络层获取。
上面对本申请实施例的信息交互系统进行了介绍,下面对本申请实施例的信息交互方法从几个不同的阶段分别进行介绍。
一、话题发起方发起话题讨论,请参阅图3,图3是本申请实施例的信息交互方法的一个实施例图,该方法可包括:
301、根据话题发起方输入的针对当前界面的操作指令确定当前界面内的目标内容。
该当前界面指的是终端的显示器或者触摸屏上显示的界面,该界面可以是Web界面也可以是其他具有字符内容的界面,针对该界面的操作被输入设备转换成操作指令输入到终端内,该操作可以是截屏操作和手势或点击等选取操作,通过这些操作便可以选取到当前界面内的部分内容,将该部分内容作为目标内容。
下面以用于话题讨论的社交讨论工具为例,对话题发起的操作进行说明,请参阅图4a至图4c,图4a是本申请实施例的信息交互方法的一个实施例图,图4b是本申请实施例的信息交互方法的一个实施例图,图4c是本申请实施例的信息交互方法的一个实施例图。
举例来说,首先打开用于话题讨论组的话题讨论的社交讨论工具,该社交讨论工具的形式不仅限于单独的应用程序,也可以是以其他应用程序的子程序或者插件的形式出现,从类别上既可以是本地应用程序或插件,也可以是网络应用程序或者插件;该社交讨论工具的打开方式有多种,根据不同的终端有所不同,如PC设备采用鼠标点击,智能终端采用点击触摸屏或者触摸手势进入该社交讨论工具,该社交讨论工具的界面如图4a所示,点击该社交讨论工具上401区域即可进入讨论工具主界面402,点击该主界面402内的发起讨论功能的按钮403即可进入界面截图模式,在该模式下,可适用鼠标或者触摸操作在界面上连续拖动确定截图区域,并点击设为讨论主题按钮404来确定该截图区域的内容作为目标内容。302、根据目标内容确定讨论话题名,且建立话题讨论组。
其中,在确定了目标内容后,便需要对讨论话题名进行确定并建立话题讨论组,由于目标内容的存在,通过对该目标内容的处理或者对当前界面的信息进行识别即可确定出对应的讨论话题名,在完成讨论话题名的创建的同时,便可创建话题讨论组。
举例来说,在图4c中,点击设为讨论主题按钮404之后,社交讨论工具内的业务服务层中信息模块便会响应该点击操作,生成讨论话题的ID,该讨论话题的ID可以是随机生成的8位字符串,该话题的ID会关联到话题发起方的ID,该关联的目的在于后续话题发起方能够方便找到该讨论话题,而话题参与方也能通过该话题发起方找到该讨论话题,当然,也可以通过话题讨论组找到话题发起方发起的讨论话题。在生成讨论话题的ID的同时,还会根据目标内容生成讨论话题名。生成讨论话题名的方式有多种,第一种方式可以是直接按照已存在的讨论话题名数字的数值递增,如数据服务端已存储有“话题讨论1”,则会生成“话题讨论2”。第二种方式中,在具有通过截屏得到的目标内容后,可以对目标内容进行识别,得到讨论话题名,首先识别该目标内容,即将图片中的内容进行识别成字符串,而后检索数据服务端内存储字符串中是否具有与该字符串对应的关键字。仍以图4c中所示的内容进行说明,首先将设计规范、组件和模块等关键词识别,而后对应这些关键词生成对应的讨论名,如“如何看待设计规范化讨论”等。而第三种方式则可以根据当前界面的信息,例如当前界面为web界面的情况,此时便可获取该当前界面的网络地址,接着从网络地址中查找特征字段,以特征字段为基础进行情景关键词的确定。
举例来说,获取到的网络地址为
“https://rnd-jad-caas.huawei.com:8443/workspace/9182dd509815460e9aedb09d5b0226f7/project/requirementDesign/537”,则可以从其中获取到“jad”、“project”和“requirement”等特征字段,根据这些特征字段可以查找到对应的关键字如“设计讨论”、“需求分析”、“需求设计”、“测试管理”、“用例设计”和“环境管理”等,便可以此生成讨论话题名,如“需求分析讨论”。
需要说明的是,在该社交讨论工具的界面上还具有超链接区域,当获取到网络地址时,便会将该网络地址存储到该超链接区域,以使得话题讨论组的成员通过该超链接查看到发起话题讨论时的当前界面。
303、根据所述目标内容和/或所述讨论话题名将话题参与方加入所述话题讨论组。
可以看出,在完成讨论话题名的生成和话题讨论组的创建后,便需要将话题参与方加入该话题讨论组,本申请实施例中,加入话题讨论方主要以目标内容和/或所述讨论话题名为基础,选择相应的话题参与方加入话题讨论组。该过程由逻辑处理服务模块根据目标内容生成讨论话题名的过程中生成的各情景关键词以及目标内容,或者是目标内容和讨论话题名本身,当然也可只根据话题讨论名本身,之后,将这些内容与话题发起方的所有关联群组进行匹配,若匹配上,则将该群组中的成员作为话题参与方加入生成的话题讨论组。
举例来说,仍以步骤302的说明中第三种方式进行说明,在获取到情景关键词“设计讨论”、“需求分析”、“需求设计”、“测试管理”、“用例设计”和“环境管理”之后,在数据服务端中查找与话题发起方的ID以及这些情景关键词均匹配的群组,若能匹配上,则将该群组中的成员作为话题参与方加入到话题讨论组中。
需要说明的是,在完成话题参与方的加入后,话题发起方还可对该话题讨论组中的成员进行增加或者减少;增加的方式有多种,如可以直接选择话题发起方关联的群组内的成员加入该话题讨论组,还可以选择该话题参与方的好友加入到该话题讨论组,还可以输入话题参与方的ID查找话题参与方,并加入该话题讨论组;减少话题参与方可直接从话题讨论组中删除该成员。
又举例来说,若识别的当前界面并非web界面,而是邮件工具或者WORD办公界面;例如对于邮件界面,在添加话题讨论组的成员时,可直接识别邮件界面中的邮件发送方、接收方和抄送方等,并加入到话题讨论组,当然还可对邮件正文内容进一步识别,按照上述方式获取情景关键字并以此加入更多的话题参与方。又例如,界面为WORD办公界面,则可识别当前WORD文件中记载的作者、修改者和编辑者等作为话题参与方加入到话题讨论组,当然,还可对WORD文件的正文进行识别,并按照上述方式获取情景关键字并以此加入更多的话题参与方。
304、接收所述话题发起方和/或话题参与方输入的讨论内容,并显示所述讨论内容。
在完成话题讨论组的生成以及话题参与方的添加后,便可进行话题讨论,社交讨论工具会接收到来自话题发起方和/或话题参与方输入的讨论内容,这些讨论内容不限于文字部分,也可以包括富媒体内容,即二维和三维动画、影像及声音等内容,这些内容使得话题讨论内容更为丰富。此步骤中,主要由图2中的输入模块响应用户指令,并通过显示模块显示输入的讨论内容;此过程中,信息处理服务模块会调用本地数据服务奖讨论内容、内容发送者的信息缓存到本地磁盘,以便于后续能够对讨论内容进行查看。
需要说明的是,在完成讨论内容的输入后,信息处理模块会读取讨论话题的ID以及话题讨论组中话题参与方和话题发起方,将输入的讨论内容发送至话题讨论组中话题参与方和话题发起方。当然,若在讨论时,话题讨论组中某一话题参与方或话题发起方处于离线状态时,消息队列服务会将讨论内容以离线消息的方式存储到消息队列中,以便于离线成员上线时,将该消息队列中存储的讨论内容以离线消息发送至该成员。
需要说明的是,话题发起方的ID还可以关联到收藏列表,该收藏列表中存储有话题讨论组或所述话题讨论组内话题参与方输入的讨论内容。可以看出,该收藏列表对于加入多个话题讨论组的话题参与方或者话题发起方来说,可以对感兴趣的话题或者话题讨论组中 感兴趣的成员进行收藏,以便于在这些话题讨论组或者某一话题讨论组的某一话题参与方发出讨论内容时,得到内容更新的提示,当然,也能使得话题发起方能够快速定位到感兴趣的话题讨论组或者话题参与方。
可以看出,采用图3所示方式在进行话题发起时,并不需要经过复杂的话题发起设置,仅需要对当前界面进行操作获取当前界面内的目标内容即可,如图4c所示方式,采用截屏方式获取目标内容,以该目标内容作为基础,便可确定出讨论话题名,并建立话题讨论组,其过程无需复杂的话题讨论组的建立过程,此外,在添加话题参与方时,是以该目标内容和讨论话题名为基础,添加对应的话题参与方即可,整个话题发起以及添加成员的过程除了截屏需要话题发起方进行操作外均由社交讨论工具自行完成,话题讨论组生成效率高,话题讨论实时性高,操作简便。
二、话题参与方参与话题讨论。上面对话题讨论组的建立过程进行了描述,下面对查看并加入话题讨论组的过程进行描述,请参阅图5,图5是本申请实施例的信息交互方法的一个实施例图,该方法可包括:
501、从话题参与方已加入的话题讨论组中选择目标话题讨论组。
其中,话题讨论组由话题发起方根据所述话题发起方发起所述话题讨论时的界面的信息或所述界面的目标内容确定讨论话题名并建立,该界面指的是终端的显示器或者触摸屏上显示的界面,该界面可以是Web界面也可以是其他具有字符内容的界面;界面的目标内容是社交讨论工具根据输入的针对界面的操作指令确定的,具体的,针对该界面的操作被输入设备转换成操作指令输入到终端内,该操作可以是截屏操作和手势或点击等选取操作,通过这些操作便可以选取到当前界面内的部分内容,将该部分内容作为目标内容。
下面仍以用于社交讨论工具为例,对话题参与方参与话题讨论进行说明,请参阅图6a至图6c,图6a是本申请实施例的信息交互方法的一个实施例图,图6b是本申请实施例的信息交互方法的一个实施例图,图6c是本申请实施例的信息交互方法的一个实施例图。
举例来说,话题参与方首先打开社交讨论工具,该社交讨论工具的形式不仅限于单独的应用程序,也可以是以其他应用程序的子程序或者插件的形式出现,从类别上既可以是本地应用程序或插件,也可以是网络应用程序或者插件;打开该社交讨论工具后,便可按照图4a中所示方式进讨论工具主界面,此处不再赘述。进入主界面后,话题参与方会从主界面上看到图6a中所示的已参与的话题讨论组(如图6a中601所示,为一个已参与的话题讨论组)和话题讨论组中成员的最新动态信息,可以从话题参与方已加入的话题讨论组中选择一个话题讨论组进入,也可以点击话题讨论组中的成员进入相应的话题讨论组,在进入话题讨论组后,主界面会跳转至话题讨论组详情界面,如图6b中的区域602所示,该话题讨论组详情界面主要包括四个部分。第一个是话题讨论概要区,如图6b中的区域603所示,主要显示讨论截图、话题名称、组内成员以及话题收藏等内容。第二个超链接区域,如图6b中的区域604所示,主要用来显示该讨论话题关联的目标内容(以截屏生成的内容为例)以及超文本链接,该超文本连接即图3所示实施例中针对步骤302的说明中的网络地址,若截屏时的界面是web界面,则该超文本连接对应截屏时的界面,通过点击该超文本连接能够连接到该界面。第三个是内容展示区,如图6b中的区域605所示,主要用来显示话题讨论组内 成员讨论的内容列表,即话题讨论组内所有成员的讨论内容均会在该内容列表进行显示,需要说明的是,由于该区域的范围有限,该区域中优先显示最近发出的讨论内容,话题参与方可以通过选中该区域并动过滚动鼠标或者上滑触摸屏的方式查看之前的讨论内容。第四个是话题讨论编辑区,如图6b中的区域606所示,话题参与方可以在此区域进行关于话题的讨论内容的输入和发送。
需要说明的是,当点击图6b中的区域604中的超文本连接时,如图6c中所示,会在社交讨论工具的界面上区域607显示出话题发起方发起该话题讨论时的截屏所用的界面,使得话题参与方可以通过给界面内容详细了解和查看话题讨论的背景。该过程中社交讨论工具内的输入模块首先通过图6b中的区域604被点击识别到查看超文本链接指令,接着信息处理服务模块会向数据服务端请求查询该话题讨论的ID,接着信息处理服务模块会接收到数据服务端通过查询对应该话题讨论的ID存储的URL字段,接着获取到该URL字段后,会调用web浏览器的功能获取到该URL字段对应的web页面的内容,再将此内容显示在如图6c所示的607区域。
502、在所述话题讨论组的话题讨论界面上输入讨论内容。
其中,在选择到话题讨论组后,可以通过图6b中的区域606进行关于话题的讨论内容的输入和发送,该讨论内容发送后,会显示在图6b中的区域605内,并由图2所示实施例中的业务服务层将该讨论内容同步发送至话题讨论组内的其他成员。
503、查看所述话题讨论组的历史讨论内容。
其中,除了能采用步骤502进行话题讨论,还可以查看话题讨论组的历史讨论内容,其查看方式有多种,一种是话题参与方可以通过选中图6b中的区域605并动过滚动鼠标或者上滑触摸屏的方式查看历史讨论内容,当然也可以进入该话题讨论组的独立的消息管理器,并通过该消息管理器查看历史讨论内容,在该消息管理器中还可以采用不同的搜索规则查看历史讨论内容,例如,对话题讨论组中的某位成员发表的内容比较感兴趣,则可以以该成员的名称作为搜索关键词搜索该话题讨论组中所有历史讨论内容,并将该成员发送的所有讨论内容均予以显示。
可以看出,话题参与方在参与话题讨论时,直接从论工具主界面上选择话题参与方已加入的话题讨论组中的一个进入,并且在此话题讨论组的界面上包括四类内容,即话题讨论概要区、超链接区域、内容展示区和话题讨论编辑区,通过四个区域功能的合理布局,使得话题参与方能够迅速了解到话题发起的背景,话题讨论的历史讨论内容和最近的讨论内容,从而能够迅速加入到该话题的讨论中,实时性高。
上面对本申请实施例的信息交互方法中话题发起方建立话题讨论组阶段以及话题参与方参与话题讨论阶段进行了介绍,下面对本申请的信息交互方法中关于话题讨论组中的其他功能进行说明,如图7a和图7b所示,图7a是本申请实施例的信息交互方法的一个实施例图,图7b是本申请实施例的信息交互方法的一个实施例图。图7a和图7b展示了在参与话题讨论的过程中,对话题讨论组中内容进行收藏以及查看与修改收藏的过程,下面进行说明。
首先,话题发起方或者话题参与方作为话题讨论工具用户在web界面上通过操作进入话题讨论工具,并从讨论工具界面选择相关的话题讨论组并进入到该话题讨论组的话题讨论 组详情界面,该选择和进入过程可参见图5所示实施例中针对步骤501的说明,此处不再赘述。在话题讨论组详情界面上,可选择内容展示区内任一成员的话题讨论内容,如图7a中所示的区域701,成员名为“李四”的一条讨论内容,点击该内容即可显示出收藏按钮,如该区域701右上角的按钮,点击该按即可收藏该条讨论内容。同样的,话题讨论概要区的右上角同样设有收藏按钮,如图7b中区域702所示,点击该收藏按钮,便会进入到收藏列表,如图7b中区域703所示;该收藏列表位于超链接区域的下方,覆盖话题讨论组详情界面上的内容展示区和话题讨论编辑区。在图7b中的区域703中的区域704内,包括选择、编辑、隐藏和删除等功能;当从收藏列表中选择全部或者部分列表内容,可以通过区域704中的功能按钮对对收藏内容列表进行操作。
举例来说,选择某话题参与者,勾选该话题参与者的所有讨论内容,如区域703中所示,如果选择某一成员后面的复选框,则默认选中了该条讨论内容备选作为会议纪要内容之一,点击区域704中的设为纪要按钮即可将选中的内容作为纪要内容,接着可将这些纪要内容发送至话题讨论组中的各成员。此外,还可手动识别关键讨论内容,并生成纪要发送给指定成员或者全部参与成员。此外,话题发起人可以隐藏和删除话题讨论组内某一成员的所有话题讨论内容。该会议纪要过程中,输入模块在接收到话题发起人发出整理会议纪要操作指令后,信息处理服务模块向数据服务发起查询请求,数据服务端对通过收藏消息ID对该话题中的讨论内容进行筛选,逻辑处理服务模块将数据服务端筛选完成的消息内容进行信息提取,并通过显示模块呈现在界面中,完成讨论内容的收藏。
此外,在生成纪要后,还可指定发送人,并通过邮件发送系统自动发送给话题讨论组中的所有成员,在发送邮件前,发送方可以对收藏列表通过区域704中的功能按钮进行手动的编辑和处理;如只看某个话题讨论参与成员的讨论内容,当然也可以删除某个人的讨论记录。除了给全体成员发送纪要外,还可对要发送纪要的成员或者纪要内容本身进行筛选,即可以选择只发送某成员的讨论内容作为纪要内容,如只发送话题讨论发起人的讨论内容,又如将纪要仅发送至话题讨论组中的一部分被选择的成员。
上面对本申请实施例的信息交互方法进行了说明,下面对本申请实施例的终端进行说明,请参阅图8,图8是本申请实施例的终端的一个实施例图,该终端可包括:
处理模块801根据话题发起方输入的针对当前界面的操作指令确定当前界面内的目标内容;处理模块801根据所述目标内容确定讨论话题名,且建立话题讨论组;处理模块801根据所述目标内容和/或所述讨论话题名将话题参与方加入所述话题讨论组;接收模块802接收所述话题发起方和/或话题参与方输入的讨论内容;显示模块803显示所述讨论内容。
可以看出,话题发起时,并不需要经过复杂的话题发起设置,仅需要处理模块801对当前界面进行操作获取当前界面内的目标内容即可,以该目标内容作为基础,处理模块801便可确定出讨论话题名,并建立话题讨论组,无需复杂的话题讨论组的建立过程,此外,处理模块801在添加话题参与方时,是以该目标内容和/或讨论话题名为基础,添加对应的话题参与方即可,该生成过程以及添加成员的过程均是由话题讨论系统自动进行的,话题讨论组生成效率高,话题讨论实时性高,操作简便。
可选的,处理模块801可根据所述操作指令确定对当前界面的部分界面进行截屏;通 过对所述当前界面的被截屏部分界面进行内容识别得到所述目标内容。处理模块801直接根据操作指令对当前界面的部分界面进行截屏,并且在截屏后,对该截屏的部分界面进行内容识别,从而得到目标内容。此方式操作简单,发起话题讨论方便。具体截屏方式可参见图4c即相关说明,此处不再赘述。
可选的,所述当前界面为网络web界面,处理模块801可获取所述目标内容对应的web界面的网络地址;当确定所述网络地址中具有预设的第一关键字时,根据所述第一关键字确定所述讨论话题名。具体根据网络地址确定话题讨论名的方式可参见图4c及相关说明,此处不再赘述。
可选的,话题讨论组的话题讨论界面上设有超链接区域,处理模块801可将所述网络地址存储至所述话题讨论组,所述显示模块还用于将所述网络地址显示在所述话题讨论组的超链接区域。具体话题讨论界面的设置可参见图6b及相关说明,此处不再赘述。

  1. 一种信息交互方法,其特征在于,包括:
    根据话题发起方输入的针对当前界面的操作指令确定当前界面内的目标内容;
    根据所述目标内容确定讨论话题名,且建立话题讨论组;
    根据所述目标内容和/或所述讨论话题名将话题参与方加入所述话题讨论组;
    接收所述话题发起方和/或话题参与方输入的讨论内容,并显示所述讨论内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述根据话题发起方输入的针对当前界面的操作指令确定当前界面内的目标内容包括:
    根据所述操作指令确定对当前界面的部分界面进行截屏;
    通过对所述当前界面的被截屏部分界面进行内容识别得到所述目标内容。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述当前界面为网络web界面,所述根据所述目标内容确定讨论话题名包括:
    获取所述目标内容对应的web界面的网络地址;
    当确定所述网络地址中具有预设的第一关键字时,根据所述第一关键字确定所述讨论话题名。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述话题讨论组的话题讨论界面上设有超链接区域,所述方法还包括:
    将所述网络地址存储至所述话题讨论组,并显示在所述话题讨论组的超链接区域。

    根据所述目标内容确定第二关键字;

    当所述历史话题讨论组中具有与所述第二关键字或所述第三关键字对应的内容时,将具有与所述第二关键字或所述第三关键字对应的内容的所述历史话题讨论组中的话题参与 方均加入所述话题讨论组。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述话题讨论组的话题讨论界面上设有用于显示所述讨论内容的内容展示区,对应所述话题讨论组还设有用于存储所述讨论内容的消息队列,所述方法还包括:
    修改所述话题讨论组内的话题参与方;
    当修改后的所述话题讨论组内的具有新增话题参与方时,所述新增话题参与方通过所述内容展示区查看所述消息队列内的讨论内容。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述消息队列中的讨论内容有更新时,向所述话题讨论组内的所述话题发起方和所述话题参与方发送内容更新提示。

  11. 一种信息交互方法,其特征在于,包括:
    从话题参与方已加入的话题讨论组中选择目标话题讨论组,所述话题讨论组由话题发起方根据所述话题发起方发起所述话题讨论时的界面内的目标内容确定讨论话题名并建立;
    在所述话题讨论组的话题讨论界面上输入讨论内容;
    查看所述话题讨论组的历史讨论内容。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述话题讨论界面包括话题讨论概要区,所述话题讨论概要区包括所述话题讨论组的话题参与方、所述目标内容和所述讨论话题名,所述方法包括:
    选择所述话题讨论概要区的目标内容显示所述目标内容;或,
    选择所述话题参与方中的任一话题参与方,显示所述话题参与方已输入的讨论内容。
  13. 根据权利要求10或12所述的信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述话题讨论界面包括内容展示区,对应所述话题讨论组还设有用于存储所述讨论内容的消息队列,所述查看所述话题讨论组的历史讨论内容包括:
    通过所述内容展示区查看所述消息队列内的讨论内容。
  14. 根据权利要求11至13中任一项所述的信息交互方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述消息队列中的讨论内容有更新时,向所述话题讨论组内的所述话题发起方和所述话题参与方发送内容更新提示。

    选择所述超链接区域显示所述超链接区域内的超链接对应的界面。

    当所述消息队列中的讨论内容有更新时,向所述话题讨论组内的所述话题发起方和所述话题参与方发送内容更新提示。
  31. 根据权利要求27至30中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述话题讨论界面包括超链接区域,所述处理模块还用于:
    选择所述超链接区域显示所述超链接区域内的超链接对应的界面。
  32. 根据权利要求27至31中任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述话题讨论组还对应有话题讨论组的ID,所述话题参与方还对应有话题参与方的ID,所述话题参与方的ID还关联有收藏列表,所述收藏列表内存储有话题讨论组或所述话题讨论组内话题参与方输入的讨论内容,所述处理模块还用于:
    从所述收藏列表选择所述话题讨论组或所述话题讨论组内话题参与方,并查看所述话题讨论组或者所述话题讨论组内话题参与方的讨论内容。
  33. 一种终端,其特征在于,所述终端包括处理器与所述处理器连接的收发器以及存储器,该存储器用于存储指令,该处理器用于执行如权利要求1至10中任意一项所述的信息交互方法或者如权利要求11至16中任一项所述信息交互方法。
