Description
DISPOSIÇÃO CONSTRUTIVA INTRODUZIDA EM TAMPA DE CONSTRUCTIVE PROVISION INTRODUCED IN
GARRAFA BOTTLE
[01] This Utility Model Patent is a constructive arrangement introduced in a bottle cap belonging to the packaging accessories technical industry in general, more particularly a beverage bottle cap such as beer , water and soda or any other beverage / liquid that uses the bottle as a packaging, through which practical, safe and very functional results are obtained.
ESTADO DA TÉCNICA TECHNICAL STATE
[02] According to www.papodebar.com, around the 1880s, carbonated beverages began to become very popular in establishments, but it was kind of complicated to take them home. Generally, the bottles were sealed with ceramic, wood and metal stoppers or lids, but they could not handle carbon dioxide efficiently. And worse, if they came in contact with the liquid, they could even make it toxic. Until William Painter, solved the problem, inventing in 1891, the crown cap, with a cork disk inside that prevented the contact of the drink with metal (nowadays plastic is used). The cap, with its undulating edge, was the perfect solution to seal the bottles with carbonated liquid without leakage. After inventing the crown cap, in 1894 William Painter invented his faithful partner the opener.
[03] For a long time the crown cap was used in the company of the indispensable opener, until with the advent of the long neck disposable beer bottles, the traditional caps were replaced by new caps that allowed to be screwed in the mouth of the bottles, thus eliminating the need to use the opener. However, in addition to the normal bottles, which continued to use the traditional caps, a new ecological appeal is giving way to new returnable bottles. beers and the old soda bottles, which use the old caps and their indispensable opener, which often becomes an inconvenience in the use of such packages.
[04] As part of the prior art, reference can be made to document BR202014027661-6 of 11/05/2014 (authored by the same inventor), which comprises a metal lid having a lever with two hooks at the bottom of the lid positioned at the bottom of the lid. edge of the bottle and on which the lid is attached / fixed, with the function of "leveraging" and expelling the lid of the bottle. However, the two hooks, as they have the tensile concentration at both ends, may eventually cause "cracking" or even breakage of the glass neck.
[05] Thus, in order to ensure the "BEST" use of such caps, the present innovation was developed, which through the constructive arrangement of the lid and its constructive variants, allows the bottles to be opened with greater certainty since it has provided Internal "plate" connecting the ends of the two hooks, in which the traction is dissipated evenly along the "plate", avoiding possible "crack" or rupture of the bottle neck.

- Evita a "fissura" ou quebra do gargalo no momento de abrir a garrafa; - Prevents "cracking" or breaking the neck when opening the bottle;
- Incentiva o uso de garrafas retornáveis sem a necessidade do uso do abridor; - Encourages the use of returnable bottles without the use of the opener;
- Facilidade, praticidade e imediatismo na abertura da tampa de todos os tipos de garrafas, mormente as de água, suco, refrigerantes, cervejas e até as descartáveis chamadas "long neck"; - Easy, practical and immediate opening of the lid of all types of bottles, especially those of water, juice, sodas, beers and even the disposable ones called "long neck";
- Maior segurança e rapidez uma vez que a alavanca já encontra-se na posição correta da "pega" visando a abertura instantânea; - Increased safety and speed since the lever is already in the correct position of the "handle" for instant opening;
- Allows the use of recyclable materials in the lid.
