도 3은 일 실시예에 따른 인출스티커에 포함되는 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 4는 다른 일 실시예에 따른 인출스티커에 포함되는 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
이하, 본 고안의 실시예들을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다. 그러나, 본 고안이 첨부된 도면에 기재된 부재들의 수치에 의해 제한되거나 한정되는 것은 아니다.
도 1은 일 실시예에 따른 물티슈 용기를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 일 실시예에 따른 물티슈 용기(110)는 내부에 용입된 물티슈가 외부로 꺼내질 수 있는 개방 형태의 인출구(120)를 상부에 구비한다.
여기서, 인출구(120)는 도면과 같이 인출스티커(130)에 의해 밀봉됨으로써, 물티슈 용기(110) 내부에 용입되어 보관되는 다수의 물티슈가 공기에 노출되는 것을 줄이고, 직사광선을 피하도록 할 수 있다.
인출스티커(130)는 평상 시 인출구(120)를 밀폐하다가, 사용자가 물티슈 용기(110) 내부에 용입된 물티슈를 꺼내려고 할 때, 인출구(120)로부터 분리됨으로써, 인출구(120)가 개방되도록 할 수 있다. 이 때, 인출스티커(130)는, 필요 시 전체가 인출구(120)로부터 분리되는 대신에, 일부분만이 인출구(120)로부터 분리될 수 있다. 이러한 경우, 인출스티커(130)의 나머지 일부분은 물티슈 용기(110)의 상부에 부착되어 있을 수 있다.
특히, 일 실시예에 따른 인출스티커(130)는 물티슈 용기(110) 내부의 온도에 따라 색상이 변경되는 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(도면에는 도시되지 않음)를 포함함으로써, 사용자가 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도를 확인할 수 있다. 이에 대한 상세한 설명은 아래에서 기재하기로 한다.
또한, 물티슈 용기(110)의 상부에는 캡(140)이 더 구비될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 캡(140)은 평상 시 닫힌 상태로 인출구(120) 및 인출스티커(130)가 위치하는 물티슈 용기(110)의 상부를 밀폐하다가, 사용자가 물티슈 용기(110) 내부에 용입된 물티슈를 꺼내려고 할 때, 오픈됨으로써, 인출구(120) 및 인출스티커(130)가 위치하는 물티슈 용기(110)의 상부를 개방시킬 수 있다. 이러한, 캡(140)은 물티슈 용기(110)의 상부에 부착 고정되는 지지부 및 지지부와 회동 가능하게 결합되어 인출구(120) 및 인출스티커(130)가 위치하는 물티슈 용기(110)의 상부를 개폐하는 덮개부로 구성되나, 이에 제한되거나 한정되지 않고, 다양한 구조로 구성될 수 있다.
도 2는 일 실시예에 따른 물티슈 용기에 부착되는 인출스티커를 설명하기 위한 도면이다. 구체적으로, 도 2는 일 실시예에 따른 인출스티커를 설명하기 위하여, 도 1에 도시된 인출스티커가 부착된 물티슈 용기의 일부분(150)을 확대 도시한 도면이다. 이 때, 도 2는 설명의 편의를 위하여, 물티슈 용기의 상부에 구비된 캡을 제외하여 도시한다.
도 2를 참조하면, 일 실시예에 따른 물티슈 용기(210)에 부착되는 인출스티커(220)는, 스티커 패널(221) 및 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)를 포함한다.
스티커 패널(221)은 물티슈 용기(210)의 인출구(211)를 덮은 채 인출구(211)의 외측부(212)에 점착되고, 필요 시에 인출구(211)가 개방되도록 인출구(211)의 외측부(212)로부터 분리된다.
적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)는 스티커 패널(221) 상에 형성되어 물티슈 용기(210) 내부의 온도에 따라 색상이 변화된다.
이 때, 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)는 물티슈 용기(210) 내부의 온도에 따라 색상이 변경되도록 스티커 패널(221) 상 인출구(211)에 대응하는 위치에 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)는 물티슈 용기(210) 내부의 온도에 반응 가능하도록 스티커 패널(221) 중 스티커 패널(221)이 인출구(211)를 덮었을 때 인출구(211)에 맞닿는 위치에 형성될 수 있다. 여기서, 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)는 사용자가 확인 가능하도록 스티커 패널(221)의 외부 표면에 형성될 수 있다.
보다 상세하게는, 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)는, 미리 설정된 기준 온도에서 색상이 변경되는 잉크가 스티커 패널(221) 상에 프린팅되어 형성될 수 있다. 그러나 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)는 이에 제한되거나 한정되지 않고, 물티슈 용기(210) 내부의 온도에 따라 색상이 변경되도록 하는 다양한 방식에 의해 형성될 수 있다.
이와 같은 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)의 색상이 변경되는 동작에 대한 상세한 설명은 도 3을 참조하여 도시하기로 한다.
또한, 도면에는, 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)의 형태가 온도계 형상으로 도시되었으나, 이에 제한되거나 한정되지 않고, 다양한 형태로 형성될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)는 원, 삼각, 사각 또는 다각 등의 형태로 형성될 수 있으며, 도형뿐만 아니라, 텍스트의 형태로 형성될 수도 있다.
또한, 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)는 복수 개로 구비될 수도 있다. 이에 대한 상세한 설명은 도 4를 참조하여 기재하기로 한다.
상술한 바와 같이, 일 실시예에 따른 인출스티커(220)는 물티슈 용기(210) 내부의 온도에 따라 색상이 변화되는 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)를 포함함으로써, 인출스티커(220)가 부착되는 물티슈 용기(210) 내부의 온도를 사용자가 확인하도록 할 수 있다.
이상, 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)를 포함하는 인출스티커(220)가 인출구(120)를 밀봉하는 위치에 배치되는 예시로 설명되었으나, 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)를 포함하는 인출스티커(220)는 캡(140)의 내외부, 물티슈 용기(110)에서 인출구(120)를 제외한 다른 부위 또는 물티슈 용기(110)를 포장하는 겉 포장지에 부착 및 배치될 수도 있다. 이러한 경우 역시 마찬가지로 인출스티커(220)의 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(222)는 후술되는 예시와 같이 구현될 수 있다.
도 3은 일 실시예에 따른 인출스티커에 포함되는 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 3을 참조하면, 일 실시예에 따른 인출스티커(310)에 포함되는 온도 표시부(320)는 인출스티커(310)가 부착되는 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도에 따라 색상이 변경된다. 구체적으로, 온도 표시부(320)는 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 미리 설정된 기준 온도인 30도 미만인 경우 제1 색상으로 표시되다가, 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 미리 설정된 기준 온도인 30도 이상이 되면 제2 색상으로 표시될 수 있다. 이하, 미리 설정된 기준 온도는 30도인 것으로 설명되나, 이에 제한되거나 한정되지 않고, 물티슈 용기 내부에 용입되는 물티슈의 수분 성분, 물티슈 용기 내부에 용입되는 물티슈의 재료, 물티슈 용기 내부에 용입되는 물티슈의 양 또는 물티슈 용기 내부의 용적 등에 기초하여 적응적으로 조절될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 온도 표시부(320)는 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 미만인 경우 회색으로 표시되다가, 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 이상이 되는 경우 빨간색으로 표시될 수 있다.
다른 예를 들면, 온도 표시부(320)는 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 미만인 경우 온도 표시부(320)가 형성되는 스티커 패널(330)의 색상과 동일한 색상으로 표시됨으로써, 사용자로 하여금 온도 표시부(320)의 존재를 모르게 하다가, 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 이상이 되는 경우 빨간색으로 표시됨으로써, 사용자로 하여금 온도 표시부(320)의 존재를 인지하도록 할 수 있다.
도 4는 다른 일 실시예에 따른 인출스티커에 포함되는 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 4를 참조하면, 다른 일 실시예에 따른 인출스티커(410)에 포함되는 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(420, 421)는 두 개 구비될 수 있다. 그러나 이에 제한되거나 한정되지 않고, 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부(420, 421)는 세 개 이상의 복수 개로 구비될 수도 있다.
두 개의 온도 표시부들(420, 421) 각각은 인출스티커(410)가 부착되는 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도에 따라 색상이 변경된다. 구체적으로, 두 개의 온도 표시부들(420, 421) 중 제1 온도 표시부(420)는 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 미리 설정된 기준 온도인 30도 미만인 경우 제1 색상으로 표시되다가, 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 미리 설정된 기준 온도인 30도 이상이 되면 제2 색상으로 표시될 수 있으며, 두 개의 온도 표시부들(420, 421) 중 제2 온도 표시부(421)는 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 미리 설정된 기준 온도인 30도 미만인 경우 제3 색상으로 표시되다가, 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 미리 설정된 기준 온도인 30도 이상이 되면 제1 색상으로 표시될 수 있다.
예를 들어, 제1 온도 표시부(420)는 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 미만인 경우 회색으로 표시되다가, 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 이상이 되면 빨간색으로 표시될 수 있으며, 제2 온도 표시부(421)는 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 미만인 경우 파란색으로 표시되다가, 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 이상이 되면 회색으로 표시될 수 있다.
다른 예를 들면, 제1 온도 표시부(420)는 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 미만인 경우 제1 온도 표시부(420)가 형성되는 스티커 패널(430)의 색상과 동일한 색상으로 표시됨으로써, 사용자로 하여금 제1 온도 표시부(420)의 존재를 모르게 하다가, 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 이상이 되는 경우 빨간색으로 표시됨으로써, 사용자로 하여금 제1 온도 표시부(420)의 존재를 인지하도록 할 수 있다. 또한, 제2 온도 표시부(421)는 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 미만인 경우 파란색으로 표시됨으로써, 사용자로 하여금 제2 온도 표시부(421)의 존재를 인지하도록 하다가, 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 30도 이상이 되는 경우 제2 온도 표시부(421)가 형성되는 스티커 패널(430)의 색상과 동일한 색상으로 표시됨으로써, 사용자로 하여금 제2 온도 표시부(421)의 존재를 모르게 할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 두 개의 온도 표시부들(420, 421)은 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도에 따라 서로 다른 색상으로 표시됨으로써, 사용자의 가독성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
이상과 같이 실시예들이 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 해당 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 상기의 기재로부터 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능하다. 예를 들어, 설명된 기술들이 설명된 방법과 다른 순서로 수행되거나, 및/또는 설명된 시스템, 구조, 장치, 회로 등의 구성요소들이 설명된 방법과 다른 형태로 결합 또는 조합되거나, 다른 구성요소 또는 균등물에 의하여 대치되거나 치환되더라도 적절한 결과가 달성될 수 있다.
그러므로 다른 구현들, 다른 실시예들 및 실용신안등록청구범위와 균등한 것들도 후술하는 실용신안등록청구범위의 범위에 속한다.

Claims (5)

  1. 물티슈 용기에 부착되는 인출스티커에 있어서,
    상기 물티슈 용기의 인출구를 덮은 채 상기 인출구의 외측부에 점착되고, 필요 시에 상기 인출구가 개방되도록 상기 인출구의 외측부로부터 분리되는 스티커 패널; 및
    상기 스티커 패널 상에 형성되어 상기 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도에 따라 색상이 변경되는 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부
    를 포함하는 인출스티커.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부는,
    상기 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도에 따라 색상이 변경되도록 상기 스티커 패널 상 상기 인출구에 대응하는 위치에 형성되는, 인출스티커.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부는,
    미리 설정된 기준 온도에서 색상이 변경되는 잉크가 상기 스티커 패널 상에 프린팅되어 형성되는, 인출스티커.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부는,
    상기 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도가 미리 설정된 기준 온도 미만인 경우, 제1 색상으로 표시되고, 상기 물티슈 용기 내부의 상기 미리 설정된 기준 온도 이상인 경우, 제2 색상으로 표시되는, 인출스티커.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 적어도 하나의 온도 표시부는,
    두 개 구비되고,
    두 개의 온도 표시부들은,
    상기 물티슈 용기 내부의 온도에 따라 서로 다른 색상으로 표시되는, 인출스티커.
