Abstract
본 발명은 상기 탈염조에서는 염수 또는 해수를 광전기화학적 전기투석법으로 탈염하고, 상기 산화반응조에서는 광활성 산화반응 전극으로 상기 탈염에 의해 이동된 염소 이온을 활성화하여 폐수를 수처리하며, 상기 환원반응조에서는 상기 광활성 산화반응 전극으로부터 공급된 전자로 물, 산소 및 이산화탄소로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상을 환원하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 수처리, 탈염 및 화학물질 생산 복합 시스템에 관한 것이다.
