Therefore, in the vicinity of the outer seal portion 5, it is possible to prevent a part of the teeth of the outer female screw portion 24 of the box 20 from improperly interfering with the outer male screw portion 14 of the pin 10.
- the inner groove portion 16 of the present embodiment includes a first tapered surface 16a, a cylindrical surface 16b, and a second tapered surface 16c in order from the inner seal surface 21 side toward the inner female screw portion 22.

Abstract
Description
内圧、外圧、引張荷重及び圧縮荷重が繰り返し負荷される環境でも密封性能を安定して確保できること。
(1)ボックスの内シール面と内雌ねじ部との間に、周方向に沿う内溝部が設けられ、ピンの内雄ねじ部の一部の歯が内溝部に収容されること、
(2)ピンの外シール面と外雄ねじ部との間に、周方向に沿う外溝部が設けられ、ボックスの外雌ねじ部の一部の歯が外溝部に収容されること。
内圧、外圧、引張荷重及び圧縮荷重が繰り返し負荷される環境でも密封性能を安定して確保できること。
(1)ボックスの内シール面と内雌ねじ部との間に、周方向に沿う内溝部が設けられ、ピンの内雄ねじ部の一部の歯が内溝部に収容されること、
(2)ピンの外シール面と外雄ねじ部との間に、周方向に沿う外溝部が設けられ、ボックスの外雌ねじ部の一部の歯が外溝部に収容されること。
FEM解析では、前記図4に示す鋼管用ねじ継手のモデルを作製した。比較例として、内溝部の領域に内雌ねじ部を延長し、外溝部の領域に外雄ねじ部を延長したモデル、すなわち特許文献1に記載の鋼管用ねじ継手のモデルを作製した。
・鋼管の寸法:13-5/8[inch]、88.2[lb/ft](外径346.1mm、肉厚15.9mm)
・鋼管のグレード:API規格のQ125(API 5CTで規定される油井管用炭素鋼で、引張降伏強度が125ksi(862N/mm2))
FEM解析では、締結状態のモデルにISO13679 2011年版のSeries A試験を模擬した荷重ステップ(内圧、外圧、引張荷重及び圧縮荷重)を順次負荷した。その荷重ステップ履歴の内圧サイクル(第一、第二象限)及び外圧サイクル(第三、第四象限)における内シール部及び外シール部のそれぞれの接触力[N/mm]を比較した。シール部の接触力とは、「シール面同士の平均接触面圧」×「接触幅」の最小値であり、この値が高いほどシール部の密封性能が良いことを意味する。内シール部の接触力から内圧に対する密封性能を評価した。外シール部の接触力から外圧に対する密封性能を評価した。
図7A及び図7Bは試験結果をまとめた図である。これらの図のうち、図7Aは内シール部の結果を示し、図7Bは外シール部の結果を示す。図7Aに示すように、実施例による内シール部の接触力のバラツキは、比較例の場合よりも小さかった。図7Bに示すように、実施例による外シール部の接触力のバラツキは、比較例の場合よりも小さかった。これらのことから、本実施形態のねじ継手により、内圧及び外圧に対する密封性能を安定して確保できることが実証された。

Claims (7)
- 管状のピンと管状のボックスとからなる鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記ピンは、前記ピンの先端側から管本体側に向けて順に、内シール面と、内雄ねじ部と、ショルダ部と、外雄ねじ部と、外シール面と、を備え、
前記ボックスは、前記ボックスの管本体側から先端側に向けて順に、内シール面と、内雌ねじ部と、ショルダ部と、外雌ねじ部と、外シール面と、を備え、
下記(1)及び(2)の構成のうちの少なくとも一方の構成を備える、鋼管用ねじ継手。
(1)前記ボックスの前記内シール面と前記内雌ねじ部との間に、周方向に沿う内溝部が設けられ、前記ピンの前記内雄ねじ部の一部の歯が前記内溝部に収容されること、
(2)前記ピンの前記外シール面と前記外雄ねじ部との間に、周方向に沿う外溝部が設けられ、前記ボックスの前記外雌ねじ部の一部の歯が前記外溝部に収容されること。 - 請求項1に記載の鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記(1)の構成を備える場合には、前記ボックスの前記内溝部の管軸に沿う長さは前記内雌ねじ部のねじピッチよりも大きく、
前記(2)の構成を備える場合には、前記ピンの前記外溝部の管軸に沿う長さは前記外雄ねじ部のねじピッチよりも大きい、鋼管用ねじ継手。 - 請求項2に記載の鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記(1)の構成を備える場合には、前記ボックスの前記内溝部の管軸に沿う長さは前記内雌ねじ部のねじピッチの4倍以下であり、
前記(2)の構成を備える場合には、前記ピンの前記外溝部の管軸に沿う長さは前記外雄ねじ部のねじピッチの4倍以下である、鋼管用ねじ継手。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記(1)の構成を備える場合には、前記ボックスの前記内溝部の深さは、前記内雌ねじ部のねじ高さ以上、そのねじ高さの2倍以下であり、
前記(2)の構成を備える場合には、前記ピンの前記外溝部の深さは、前記外雄ねじ部のねじ高さ以上、そのねじ高さの2倍以下である、鋼管用ねじ継手。 - 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記ボックスの外径が前記ピンの管本体の外径の110%以下である、鋼管用ねじ継手。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記内雄ねじ部と前記内雌ねじ部からなるねじ部、及び前記外雄ねじ部と前記外雌ねじ部からなるねじ部は、それぞれバットレス型のテーパねじである、鋼管用ねじ継手。 - 請求項6に記載の鋼管用ねじ継手であって、
前記テーパねじのそれぞれは、ねじ山頂面、ねじ谷底面、挿入フランク面及び荷重フランク面を含み、
前記内雄ねじ部の前記ねじ山頂面と前記内雌ねじ部の前記ねじ谷底面とが接触するとともに、前記内雄ねじ部の前記荷重フランク面と前記内雌ねじ部の前記荷重フランク面とが接触し、
前記外雄ねじ部の前記ねじ谷底面と前記外雌ねじ部の前記ねじ山頂面とが接触するとともに、前記外雄ねじ部の前記荷重フランク面と前記外雌ねじ部の前記荷重フランク面とが接触する、鋼管用ねじ継手。
