図1は本発明の実施の形態1における引出形遮断器の引出した状態を示す斜視図、図2は実施の形態1における引出形遮断器の挿入した状態を示す斜視図である。
図1、図2に示すように、引出形遮断器100は、引出形遮断器本体10を備え、例えば、閉鎖配電盤の筐体(図示せず)内に引出可能に収納される。引出形遮断器100の裏面には、端子装置7が装着されている。また、引出形遮断器本体10は、周知のように、固定接点と可動接点とを備え、引出形遮断器本体10の表面側に設けられた操作ハンドル(図示せず)の操作により、可動接点を固定接点から乖離させることにより回路を遮断し、可動接点を固定接点に接触させることにより回路を閉じる。又、回路に過電流が流れたとき、引外し機構により可動接点を固定接点から自動的に乖離させて回路を遮断するよう構成されている。
引出形遮断器本体10は、遮断器側導体11を装着し、遮断器本体を抜き差しする引出ハンドルおよび引出機構(図示しない)により、引出枠9に装備された伸縮可能な案内ガイド12によりX軸方向に移動する。これにより、端子導体5と接続されるコネクター4(図4参照)に遮断器側導体11の抜き差しがなされ、引出形遮断器100としての機能を有する。
端子ユニット71と同様に端子ユニット72、73も構成される。また、本実施の形態1では、中継端子導体2と端子導体5とは別部材で構成され、ネジ止めされることにより引出枠側導体を形成しているが、後述するような端子導体5の仕様の変更を行わないのであれば、一体に成形されて絶縁ベース1に挿入され、固着されていてもよい。
図5で、引出形遮断器本体10が引出枠9に挿入された状態では、遮断器側導体11がコネクター4に挿入されている。この状態から図6に示すように、引出形遮断器本体10が引出枠9から引き出される方向(矢印C方向)に作動すると、遮断器側導体11もコネクター4から引き出される。この際、図7に示すように、コネクター4は中継端子導体2の先端部2aのY形形状に引っ掛かり、コネクター4は中継端子導体2に挿入された状態で遮断器側導体11の係合がはずれ、引出形遮断器本体10と引出枠9に装備された案内ガイド12(部材12a、12b)により引き出される(図1参照)。
実施の形態1では、端子導体5が、図4で示すようにX-Y平面に平行に配置されていたが、端子導体5の底部51aが正方形形状であるため、本実施の形態2では、図9に示すように、ボルト6をはずし、端子導体5を90度回転させ、再度、ボルト6で中継端子導体2に固着することで端子導体5の接続方向をX-Z平面に平行に変更できる。ここで、図9(a)は引出遮断器の側面図、図9(b)は背面図を示す。また、図10に示すように端子導体50に取り替えると引出形遮断器100の正面より接続可能となる。
Claims (5)
- 引出枠、案内ガイドにより移動し、前記引出枠に装着可能な遮断器本体、この遮断器本体から突設される遮断器側導体、前記引出枠に各相単位で脱着可能に配設された端子ユニットを備え、前記端子ユニットは、絶縁ベースと、前記絶縁ベースに挿入され、取り外し可能に固定されている引出枠側導体と、前記引出枠側導体の前記絶縁ベースから突出する一端と係合するとともに、前記遮断器側導体と挿脱可能に接続されるコネクターと、前記引出枠側導体の他端に端子を有する引出形遮断器。
- 前記引出枠導体の前記絶縁ベースと係合する一端は、先端がY形形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の引出形遮断器。
- 電源側端子と負荷側端子の2つの前記引出枠導体が前記絶縁ベースに挿入されて固定されており、前記電源側端子と前記負荷側端子の間の前記絶縁ベースに風路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の引出形遮断器。
- 前記引出枠側導体は、端子が形成された端子導体と先端部がY形形状の中継端子導体とからなり、前記中継端子導体の底部が前記絶縁ベースにネジ止めされ、前記端子導体は前記中継端子導体にネジ止めされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の引出形遮断器。
- 前記中継端子導体にネジ止めされる前記端子導体の底部は正方形形状であり、前記端子は、前記正方形形状の対向する辺の中点を結ぶ線を含んで、前記底部に垂直に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の引出形遮断器。
