本发明涉及信息与计算机技术应用领域,尤其涉及一种信息扫描识别系统及方法、扫描终端。
【背景技术】
一、条码技术概述
条码技术是在计算机应用和实践中产生并发展起来的广泛应用于商业、邮政、图书管理、仓储、工业生产过程控制、交通等领域的一种自动识别技术,具有输入速度快、准确度高、成本低、可靠性强等优点,在当今的自动识别技术中占有重要的地位。通常对于特定信息,它的编码是唯一的,通过数据库建立条码与信息的对应关系,条码在使用过程中作为识别载体,它载有的信息是通过在数据库中提取相应的信息,并进行相应的信息传递和操作而实现的。2016年8月3日,支付清算协会向支付机构下发《条码支付业务规范》(征求意见稿),意见稿中明确指出支付机构开展条码业务需要遵循的安全标准。这是央行在2014年叫停二维码支付以后首次官方承认二维码支付地位。
条码包括一维条码和二维码:
一维条码是由一组规则排列的条、空以及对应的字符组成的标记,"条"指对光线反射率较低的部分,"空"指对光线反射率较高的部分,这些条和空组成的数据表达一定的信息,并能够用特定的设备识读,转换成与计算机兼容的二进制和十进制信息。一维条码制作简单,编码码制较容易被不法分子获得并伪造。其次,一维条码几乎不可能表示汉字和图像信息。
二维码又称QR Code,QR全称Quick Response,是一个近几年来移动设备上超流行的一种编码方式,它比一维条码能存储更多的信息,表示更多的数据类型。二维码是用按一定规律在平面(二维方向上)分布的黑白 相间的某种特定几何图形来记录数据符号信息的。
在代码编制上巧妙地利用构成计算机内部逻辑基础的“0”、“1”比特流的概念,使用若干个与二进制相对应的几何图形来表示信息,通过图象输入设备或光电扫描终端自动识读以实现信息自动处理。
如上所述的条码技术,存在诸多用户体验问题,具体如下:
1、扫描条码(本专利申请所提及的条码包括一维条码和二维码)获取信息的技术方案被广泛应用在各类消费场景和信息交互场景中。但是,由于条码显示受空间范围的局限,在可获取性上存在盲区。具体地,在大区域且展示条码的载体数量有限的的应用场景情况下,存在位置盲区。此时会出现扫描条码失败的情形,例如,在扫码领取或支付的应用场景下,需要通过排队达到既定的位置,才能实现扫码支付或扫码领取,效率很低。
2、二维码极易磨损,布点较多维护不及时就会导致无法使用,出现扫描条码失败的情形,例如共享单车的应用场景下,会直接导致条码绑定的实物载体无法使用,极大地浪费资源。
二、声波通信技术和基于声波的信息识别技术
目前声波通信已经在iphone和android中广泛的应用起来,比如iphone中的chirp,android中的茄子快传,支付宝的声波支付,小米快传等。这些传输技术大多都是使用声波作为握手信号,然后使用Wi-Fi或其他信道传输数据。比如茄子快传可能的实现为:接收方先建立Wi-Fi热点,然后将热点名称通过声波发送出去,发送方在收到声波后解码出Wi-Fi热点名称,然后自动链接热点并传输文件,整个过程不需要人工干预。
申请号为CN201510145463.1,名称为《一种资源推送和获取的方法及装置》的专利申请披露了一种基于声波的资源推送和获取方案,用声波来替代条码,通过对声波识别来获取信息。说明书中第【0085】、【0086】段披露如下内容:“移动设备在接收声波时,可能处于一个比较复杂的环境,例如多个信息展现装置同时在发射声波,这样移动设备就可能同时接 收到多个声波,对应地,发送给服务器的声波数据也可能是多个。由于在现有技术中,对于交叉声波数据的分离提取技术已经比较成熟,在本发明实施例中直接采用该技术可以分离出多个声波数据,从而分别确定出多个声波数据对应的资源信息并推送给移动设备。对于这种情况,移动设备可以将资源信息列表展现给用户,供用户选择具体获取并展现哪一个资源信息对应的资源内容。”
但是,如上所述的声波识别技术,需要花费时间解读“资源信息列表”中的内容,无法有针对性地、即时的获取用户真正需要的信息,并且用户要学习新的使用习惯,用户体验不佳。

首先,对本发明中涉及的缩略短语和关键术语进行定义和说明:
1、声码
如背景技术所述,本发明中声码定义为:是将信息数据经过编码形成的声波数据,所述声波数据与资源信息对应。
2、资源信息
本发明中资源信息是图片、文字等数据信息,或者是URL地址。其中,URL(统一 资源定位符)是对可以从 互联网上得到的资源的位置和访问方法的一种简洁的表示,是互联网上标准资源的地址。互联网上的每个文件都有一个唯一 的URL,它包含的信息指出文件的位置以及浏览器应该怎么处理它。
3、条码
如背景技术所述,本发明中所定义的条码包括一维条码和二维码。
4、BLE
低耗电蓝牙BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy),一项低功耗无线通信技术的国际标准,采用蓝牙4.0技术的设备可以使用钮扣电池供电,并与其它蓝牙设备连接与传统蓝牙和无线网络相比:功耗更低,连接速度更快。
5、iBeacon
iBeacon是苹果公司提出的“一种可以让附近手持电子设备检测到的一种新的低功耗、低成本信号传送器”的一套可用于室内定位系统的协议。这种技术可以使一个智慧型手机或其他装置在一个iBeacon基站的感应范围内执行相应的命令。
6、NFC
近场通讯NFC(Near Field Communication),又称近距离无线通讯,是一种短距离的高频无线通讯技术,允许电子装置之间进行非接触式点对点资料传输,在十公分(3.9英寸)内交换资料。
7、RFID
无线射频辨识RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification)是一种无线通讯技术,可以通过无线电讯号识别特定目标并读写相关数据,而无需识别系统与特定目标之间建立机械或者光学接触。无线电的讯号是通过调成无线电频率的电磁场,把数据从附着在物品上的标签上传送出去,以自动辨识与追踪该物品。
8、Wi-Fi Direct
Wi-Fi直连(Wi-Fi Direct),之前曾被称为Wi-Fi点对点(Wi-Fi Peer-to-Peer),是一套软体协定,让Wi-Fi装置可以不必透过无线网路基地台(Access Point),以点对点的方式,直接与另一个Wi-Fi装置连线,进行高速资料传输。它的主要对手是蓝牙3.0协定。
9、声纹
声纹,是一段声波的特征数据,俗称“声音的纹路”、“声音的指纹”。声波的特征数据,主要是声波在时间轴上包括频率和振幅在内的频谱特征。不同的声波,有不同的声波特征。接收终端通过时间轴上的频域分析算法,获得不同声波的不同声波特征,从而获得所对应的资源信息。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,均属于本发明保护的范围。
请一并参阅图1、图2,图1为本发明一实施方式中信息扫描识别系统的结构框图,图2为图1中信息扫描单元和信息收发单元的结构框图。
所述信息扫描识别系统100包括扫描终端1、信息发送装置2、与扫描终端1通信连接的信息服务平台3、与扫描终端1通信连接的第三方平台4。所述第三方平台为具有一定的操作功能和信息展示及处理功能的网站、APP等,例如,可以是支付平台、智能硬件控制平台、社交APP等。
所述信息服务平台3用于下发预设信息,所述信息发送装置2用于输出所述预设信息。所述信息服务平台3还用于设定绑定关系表,所述绑定关系表记录有条码与第一资源信息的对应关系以及预设信息与第二资源信息的对应关系。其中,所述第一资源信息对应第一信息界面,所述第二资源信息对应第二信息界面。
所述扫描终端1包括处理单元10以及分别与所述处理单元10相连的图像获取单元20、信息收发单元30、显示单元40。所述处理单元10包括条码扫描单元11、信息扫描单元12、信息推送单元13。
所述条码扫描单元11用于通过图像获取单元20扫描并解析条码,以及根据所述绑定关系表得到所述第一资源信息信息。所述信息扫描单元12用于当侦测到所述条码扫描单元11开启时,通过信息收发单元30获取所述预设信息, 然后根据所述绑定关系表得到所述第二资源信息。所述信息推送单元13用于驱动所述显示单元40显示所述第一信息界面和/或第二信息界面。
其中,所述预设信息是声码、声纹数据、蓝牙信息、iBeacon信息、NFC信息、RFID信息、或Wi-Fi信息。
所述信息收发单元30包括音频收发模块、BLE模块、iBeacon模块、NFC模块、RFID模块、Wi-Fi Direct模块。
所述信息扫描单元12包括声码扫描模块、声纹扫描模块、BLE扫描模块、iBeacon扫描模块、NFC扫描模块、RFID扫描模块、Wi-Fi扫描模块。
如图2所示,信息扫描单元12中的扫描模块通过信息收发单元30中与扫描模块属性相应的通讯模块获取信息发送装置2输出的预设信息。
其中,所述扫描终端1可以是智能手机、平板电脑、PDA、扫码器等各种电子设备。所述信息发送装置2可以是智能手机、平板电脑、PDA、电子看板、大型显示屏、音频播放器等各种具有信息收发单元的电子设备。
具体地,在一实施方式中,当绑定关系表设定完成后,所述信息服务平台3将绑定关系表发送至与其通信连接的扫描终端1。在另一实施方式中,信息服务平台3根据扫描终端1发送的条码信息和预置信息从绑定关系表中提取相应的第一资源信息和第二资源信息并发送至扫描终端1。
所述信息推送单元13用于驱动所述显示单元40显示所述第一信息界面和/或第二信息界面。
其中,所述第一信息界面和第二信息界面是网页、支付界面、智能硬件控制界面、APP界面、或信息交互界面。
其中,所述扫描终端1还用于将通过所述第一信息界面或第二信息界面获取的操作信息发送至所述第三方平台4,所述第三方平台4用于根据所述操作信息执行相应的操作指令。
其中,所述信息扫描单元12还包括扫描启动单元121,所述扫描启动单元121用于当侦测到信息收发单元开关被打开时,启动所述信息收发单元30获取 所述预设信息。具体地,所述处理单元10还用于当所述条码扫描单元11开启时驱动所述显示单元40显示一扫描界面,所述信息收发单元开关设置于所述扫描界面上。用户可以通过此扫描界面,根据需要自主选择扫描模式来对预设信息进行扫描。

所述信息推送单元13包括第一判定模块131、第二判定模块132、以及开启模块133。所述第一判定模块131用于判断所述条码扫描单元11解析条码是否成功。所述开启模块133用于当所述第一判定模块131判定解析条码失败时,驱动所述显示单元40显示所述第二信息界面。
第二判定模块132用于当所述第一判定模块131判定解析条码成功时,判断第一资源信息和第二资源信息是否相同。所述开启模块133还用于当所述第二判断模块132判定第一资源信息与第二资源信息相同时,驱动所述显示单元40显示第一信息界面或第二信息界面。所述开启模块133还用于当所述第二判定模块132判定第一资源信息与第二资源信息不同时,驱动所述显示单元40分别显示第一信息界面和第二信息界面。
具体地,所述“分别显示第一信息界面和第二信息界面”可以是依次显示第一信息界面和第二信息界面,或在不同的显示区域同时显示所述第一信息界面和第二信息界面。
在一具体实施方式中,所述第一信息界面为信息交互界面,所述扫描终端1用于根据第一信息界面接收到的选中操作,向所述第三方平台4发送选中信息;所述第二信息界面为支付界面,所述第三方平台4根据所述选中信息生成所述第二信息界面;所述第一判定模块131还用于判断在预设时间内,是否有解析条码成功发生,若否,通知所述开启模块133驱动所述显示单元40显示所述第二信息界面。
请参阅图4,为本发明一实施方式中信息扫描识别方法的执行流程图。所述方法应用于上述信息扫描识别系统中100中,所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤S1、信息服务平台设定绑定关系表,所述绑定关系表记录有条码与第一资源信息的对应关系以及预设信息与第二资源信息的对应关系,其中,所述第一资源信息对应第一信息界面,所述第二资源信息对应第二信息界面;
步骤S2、当侦测到条码扫描单元开启时,扫描终端通过信息收发单元获取所述预设信息,然后根据所述绑定关系表得到所述第二资源信息;
步骤S3、扫描终端显示所述第一信息界面和/或第二信息界面。
具体地,在一实施方式中,当绑定关系表设定完成后,所述信息服务平台将绑定关系表发送至与其通信连接的扫描终端。在另一实施方式中,信息服务平台根据扫描终端发送的条码信息和预置信息从绑定关系表中提取相应的第一资源信息和第二资源信息并发送至扫描终端。
其中,所述预设信息是声码、声纹数据、蓝牙信息、iBeacon信息、NFC信息、RFID信息、或Wi-Fi信息。

请参阅图6,为图5中步骤S35的具体实现步骤的执行流程图。在本实施方式中,所述第一信息界面为信息交互界面,所述第二信息界面为支付界面。所述步骤S35的具体实现步骤包括:
步骤S351、扫描终端根据交互界面接收到的选中操作向所述第三方平台发送选中信息;
步骤S352、第三方平台根据所述选中信息生成所述支付界面;以及
步骤S353、扫描终端判断在预设时间内,是否有解析条码成功发生,若否,显示所述第二信息界面。
在另一实施方式中,所述的信息扫描识别方法还包括步骤:当扫描终端侦测到信息收发单元开关被打开时,启动所述信息收发单元获取所述预设信息。具体地,在所述条码扫描单元开启时,显示一扫描界面,所述信息收发单元开关设置于所述扫描界面上。用户可以通过此扫描界面,根据需要自主选择扫描模式来对预设信息进行扫描。
应用场景举例
下面通过本发明所应用的具体场景举例,来说明本发明的技术方案所带来 的技术效果。
应用场景1、支付
为解决背景技术中排队支付问题,采用本发明可获得如下方案:商户通过信息服务平台设定绑定关系表,将支付界面地址与支付条码和支付声码绑定,商户所在区域内,信息发送装置播放植入所述支付声码的声波信号。
消费者支付时,可常规的显示条码扫描单元扫描最近距离的支付条码,或者进行空扫。此时,扫描终端录制支付声波信号并解析出支付声码,支付声码会根据所述绑定关系表得到支付界面地址,并显示相应的支付界面。
在挑选多个产品支付时,本发明的方案是通过扫二维码选中待支付的产品,并在长时间没有扫二维码时,通过声码驱动支付,实现批量支付,提高了支付效率。
应用场景2、智能硬件控制
例如共享单车领域,目前采用条码(二维码)作信息识别,当二维码破损时,单车并无法使用,且因为单车随意停靠不利于管理。
为解决该智能硬件控制问题,采用本发明可获得如下方案:商户通过信息服务平台设定绑定关系表,将智能硬件控制界面地址与开关锁声码绑定,在商户设定的共享单车停靠点,信息发送装置播放植入所述开关锁声码的声波信号。
消费者启动或停靠共享单车时,可常规的显示条码扫描单元扫描条码,或者进行空扫。此时,扫描终端录制开关锁声波信号并解析出开关锁声码,扫描终端根据所述绑定关系表得到智能硬件控制界面地址,并显示相应的智能硬件控制界面。消费者可通过该智能硬件控制界面启动或停靠共享单车。
本发明实施方式的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明的实施方式中,将多种信息传输技术与条码扫描技术在用户端无差异体验的整合起来,即,无需改变用户的使用习惯,建立了“条码+通讯信息”扫描机制,使得商业及各种应用场景下对通讯信息扫描的广泛应用成为可能。本发明能够实现对条码扫描失败进行补足,如果条码没有解析成功,通过信息收发单元对预设信息 的扫描获取能够完成资源信息的识别。基于空间传播性,可在一定范围内通过信息发送装置发送预设信息与多个扫描终端建立信息交互,克服了条码平面图像带来的扫描距离和条码数量的局限,提高了信息交互效率,节省了成本。进一步地,通过扫描方案的设计,本发明能够通过声码对条码的资源信息进行补充,以及对通过条码获得的操作信息实现批量执行。
在本发明所提供的实施方式中,所揭露的系统、终端和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的终端实施例是示意性的,所述单元的划分,为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用硬件加软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,管理服务器,或者网络设备等)或处理器执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(英文:read-only memory,缩写:ROM)、随机存取存储器(英文:Random Access Memory,缩写:RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。

  1. 一种信息扫描识别系统,包括扫描终端、信息发送装置、与扫描终端通信连接的信息服务平台,所述信息服务平台用于下发预设信息,所述信息发送装置用于输出所述预设信息,所述扫描终端包括处理单元以及分别与所述处理单元相连的图像获取单元、信息收发单元、显示单元,其中:
    所述信息服务平台用于设定绑定关系表,所述绑定关系表记录有条码与第一资源信息的对应关系以及预设信息与第二资源信息的对应关系;所述第一资源信息对应第一信息界面,所述第二资源信息对应第二信息界面;
    所述处理单元包括:
    条码扫描单元,用于通过图像获取单元扫描并解析条码,以及根据所述绑定关系表得到所述第一资源信息;
    信息扫描单元,用于当侦测到所述条码扫描单元开启时,通过信息收发单元获取所述预设信息,然后根据所述绑定关系表得到所述第二资源信息;
    信息推送单元,用于驱动所述显示单元显示所述第一信息界面和/或第二信息界面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的信息扫描识别系统,其中,所述系统还包括第三方平台,所述扫描终端还用于将通过所述第一信息界面或第二信息界面获取的操作信息发送至所述第三方平台,所述第三方平台用于根据所述操作信息执行相应的操作指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的信息扫描识别系统,其中,所述信息推送单元包括:
    第一判定模块,用于判断所述条码扫描单元解析条码是否成功;以及
    开启模块,用于当所述第一判定模块判定解析条码失败时,驱动所述显示单元显示所述第二信息界面。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的信息扫描识别系统,其中,所述信息推送单元还包括:
    第二判定模块,用于当所述第一判定模块判定解析条码成功时,判断第一资源信息和第二资源信息是否相同;
    所述开启模块还用于当所述第二判断模块判定第一资源信息与第二资源信息相同时,驱动所述显示单元显示第一信息界面或第二信息界面;
    所述开启模块还用于当所述第二判定模块判定第一资源信息与第二资源信息不同时,驱动所述显示单元分别显示第一信息界面和第二信息界面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的信息扫描识别系统,其中,所述系统还包括第三方平台,所述第一信息界面为信息交互界面,所述扫描终端用于根据所述第一信息界面接收到的选中操作,向所述第三方平台发送选中信息;所述第二信息界面为支付界面,所述第三方平台根据所述选中信息生成所述第二信息界面;所述第一判定模块还用于判断在预设时间内,是否有解析条码成功发生,若否,通知所述开启模块驱动所述显示单元显示所述第二信息界面。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的信息扫描识别系统,其中,所述第一信息界面和第二信息界面是网页、支付界面、智能硬件控制界面、APP界面、或信息交互界面。

  10. 一种信息扫描识别方法,其中,所述方法应用于如权利要求1-9任意一项所述信息扫描识别系统中,所述方法包括如下步骤:
    信息服务平台设定绑定关系表,所述绑定关系表记录有条码与第一资源信息的对应关系以及预设信息与第二资源信息的对应关系;所述第一资源信息对应第一信息界面,所述第二资源信息对应第二信息界面;
    当侦测到条码扫描单元开启时,扫描终端通过信息收发单元获取所述预设信息,然后根据所述绑定关系表得到所述第二资源信息;以及
    扫描终端显示第一信息界面和/或第二信息界面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的信息扫描识别方法,其中,还包括步骤:
    扫描终端将通过所述第一信息界面或第二信息界面获取的操作信息发送至第三方平台;
    第三方平台根据所述操作信息执行相应的操作指令。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的信息扫描识别方法,其中,所述步骤“扫描终端显示第一信息界面和/或第二信息界面”的具体实现步骤为:
    判断解析条码是否成功;
    当判定解析条码失败时,显示所述第二信息界面。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的信息扫描识别方法,其中,所述步骤“扫描终端显示第一信息界面和/或第二信息界面”的具体实现步骤还包括:
    当判定解析条码成功时,判断第一资源信息和第二资源信息是否相同;
    当判定第一资源信息与第二资源信息相同时,显示第一信息界面或第二信息界面;
    当判定第一资源信息与第二资源信息不同时,分别显示第一信息界面和第二信息界面。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的信息扫描识别方法,其中,所述第一信息界面为信息交互界面,所述第二信息界面为支付界面,所述“分别显示第一信息界面和第二信息界面”具体包括步骤:
    扫描终端根据第一信息界面接收到的选中操作向所述第三方平台发送选中 信息;
    第三方平台根据所述选中信息生成所述第二信息界面;以及
    扫描终端判断在预设时间内,是否有解析条码成功发生,若否,显示所述第二信息界面。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的信息扫描识别方法,其中,还包括步骤:
    当扫描终端侦测到信息收发单元开关被打开时,启动所述信息收发单元获取所述预设信息。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的信息扫描识别方法,其中,还包括步骤:
    在所述条码扫描单元开启时显示一扫描界面,所述信息收发单元开关设置于扫描界面上。
