Abstract
L'invention concerne un câble résistant aux hautes températures, comprenant des âmes de câbles principales (1), une couche d'enveloppement (2), une couche de protection (3), une seconde couche d'enveloppement (4), et une gaine (5). Il y a deux âmes de câble principales (1) ayant la même structure, et les deux âmes de câble principales (1) sont pourvues d'un conducteur (11) et d'une couche isolante (12) séquentiellement formées dans une direction radiale respective depuis l'intérieur vers l'extérieur; les deux âmes de câble principales (1) sont torsadées et combinées; le conducteur (11) est formé par torsion d'une pluralité de fils de cuivre plaqués de métal dans la même direction, les fils de cuivre étant des monofilaments de même diamètre, et des couches adjacentes étant torsadées en sens inverse; la couche isolante (12) est constituée de polyétheréthercétone, et enveloppant la couche externe du conducteur (11); la couche d'enveloppement (2) est formée par enveloppement d'une bande de mica autour des deux âmes de câble principales torsadées (1); la couche de blindage (3) est formée par tissage de fils de cuivre plaqués de nickel ayant un diamètre de 0,1 mm à 0,3 mm sur l'extérieur de la couche d'enveloppement (2); la seconde couche d'enveloppement (4) est formée par enveloppement de la bande de mica autour de la couche de protection (3); et la gaine (5) est constituée de matériaux de bande d'acier inoxydable, et la bande d'acier inoxydable se verrouille pour gainer l'extérieur de la seconde couche de gainage (4). L'invention améliore les performances à haute température du câble.
