Abstract

一种转接装置(1)及手持环(2)设备。转接装置(1)用于将手持环(2)与外部设备连接,转接装置(1)包括快拆组件(10)和与快拆组件(10)连接的转接组件(20);快拆组件(10)可拆卸地连接于手持环(2)上,转接组件(20)包括用于与外部设备连接的转接件(220),转接件(220)可相对快拆组件(10)转动。转接装置(1)通过快拆组件(10)安装在手持环(2)上或从手持环(2)上拆卸下来,用来连接手持环(2)和外部设备,外部设备通过与转接装置(1)的转接组件(20)连接,从而与手持环(2)连接。当拍摄者使用手持环(2)时,外部设备可以把云台和相机的重量转移到拍摄者的身体其他部位受力,使拍摄者拍摄起来更轻松。并便于当拍摄者需要调节云台角度时对手持环(2)进行转动调节。

转接装置及手持环设备 技术领域
本发明涉及手持环设备技术领域,特别涉及一种转接装置及手持环设备。
背景技术
手持环,一般用于搭载装设有拍摄器的云台。云台用以实现拍摄器的固定、调节拍摄器的姿态(例如:改变拍摄器的高度和方向)和使拍摄器稳定保持在确定姿态上,从而实现拍摄器的稳定、流畅且多角度拍摄。
然而,众所周知,云台以及拍摄器的体积和重量一般都较大,当云台搭载至手持杆上由拍摄者控制时,所有的重量都由拍摄者承担,由此增加了拍摄者的负担。当拍摄者单独握持手持环拍摄时,因为整机重量很重,拍摄者很难持续使用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种转接装置及手持环设备。
根据本发明实施例的第一方面,提供一种转接装置,用于将手持环与外部设备连接,所述转接装置包括:快拆组件和与所述快拆组件连接的转接组件;所述快拆组件可拆卸地连接于所述手持环上,所述转接组件包括用于与外部设备连接的转接件,所述转接件可相对所述快拆组件转动。
进一步地,所述快拆组件包括第一抱紧件、第二抱紧件以及用于将所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件连接的紧固组件;所述紧固组件能够调节所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件夹紧或松开所述手持环。
进一步地,所述第一抱紧件的第一端与所述第二抱紧件的第一端相铰接, 所述第二抱紧件的第二端设有锁紧槽;所述紧固组件包括转动设置于所述第一抱紧件的第二端的紧固件;所述紧固件能够在所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件转动至相互拼接时卡设于所述锁紧槽内,从而将所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件夹紧所述手持环。
进一步地,所述紧固组件还包括用于带动所述紧固件转动的拨动件,所述拨动件与所述紧固件连接;所述紧固件能够在所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件转动至相互拼接时卡设于所述锁紧槽内并抵靠于所述拨动件,从而将所述拨动件与所述第二抱紧件夹紧。
进一步地,所述第一抱紧件的第一端与所述第二抱紧件的第一端相铰接;所述紧固组件包括转动设置于所述第一抱紧件的第二端的第一调节件,所述第一调节件能够改变所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件之间的夹角。
进一步地,所述紧固组件还包括转动组件,所述第一调节件为凸轮件,所述转动组件的两端分别转动连接于所述凸轮件和所述第一抱紧件的第二端,所述第二抱紧件的外壁设有与所述凸轮件相对应的收容槽;所述凸轮件在所述转动组件绕所述第一抱紧件的第二端的转动下收容于所述收容槽中,从而将所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件相拼接,所述凸轮件在绕所述转动组件的转动下抵持于所述收容槽从而将所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件夹紧所述手持环。
进一步地,所述凸轮件包括凸轮抵持部和凸轮手柄部,所述收容槽包括与所述凸轮抵持部相对应的抵持槽和容置所述凸轮手柄部的容置槽,所述凸轮手柄部容置于所述容置槽中;所述凸轮件在所述凸轮抵持部的转动作用下抵持所述抵持槽,从而将所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件相拼接并夹紧所述手持环。
进一步地,所述紧固组件包括装设于所述第一抱紧件内的锁固件和装设于所述第二抱紧件内并与所述锁固件连接的第二调节件;所述锁固件上设有螺纹连接孔,所述第二调节件上设有与所述螺纹连接孔相适配的螺纹连接部。
进一步地,所述转接组件还包括与所述快拆组件固定连接的固定件,所 述转接件转动连接于所述固定件。
进一步地,所述固定件上设有固定轴,所述转接件包括套接部,所述套接部套设于所述固定轴。
进一步地,所述固定轴上套设有轴承件,所述转接件套设于所述轴承件。
进一步地,所述固定件上设有万向连接部,所述转接件包括万向连接头,所述万向连接头活动设置于所述万向连接部内。
根据本发明实施例的第二方面,提供一种手持环设备,包括手持环、搭载装置、以及如上所述的转接装置,所述搭载装置与所述转接装置的转接组件的转接件连接。
本发明的转接装置,可以用来连接手持环和外部设备(例如易事背),转接装置通过快拆组件能够方便的安装在手持环上或从手持环上拆卸下来,外部设备通过与转接装置的转接组件的转接件连接,从而与手持环连接。当拍摄者使用手持环时,外部设备可以把云台和相机的重量转移到拍摄者的身体其他部位受力,使拍摄者拍摄起来更加轻松。另外,由于转接件能够相对快拆组件转动,即相当于手持环和能够相对外部设备转动,便于当拍摄者需要调节云台相机的角度时对手持环进行转动调节。
本发明的手持环设备,手持环和搭载装置(例如易事背)通过转接装置相互连接,转接装置通过快拆组件能够方便的安装在手持环上或从手持环上拆卸下来。当拍摄者使用手持环时,搭载装置可以把云台和相机的重量转移到拍摄者的身体其他部位受力,使拍摄者拍摄起来更加轻松。另外,由于转接件能够相对快拆组件转动,即相当于手持环和能够相对搭载装置转动,便于当拍摄者需要调节云台相机的角度时对手持环进行转动调节。

下面结合附图,对本发明的转接装置及手持环设备进行详细说明。在不冲突的情况下,下述的实施例及实施方式中的特征可以相互组合。
参见图1至图7所示,本发明实施例提供一种转接装置1,用于将手持环2与外部设备连接。所述转接装置1包括快拆组件10和与所述快拆组件10连接的转接组件20。转接装置1能够通过所述快拆组件10可拆卸地连接于所述手持环2上,所述转接组件20包括用于与外部设备连接的转接件220,所述转接件220可相对所述快拆组件10转动。在本实施例中,所述外部设备可以是搭载装置4(例如易事背结构),可以用来辅助拍摄者握持手持环2进行拍摄。
由上述实施例可知,本发明的转接装置1,可以用来连接手持环2和外部设备(例如易事背结构),转接装置1通过快拆组件10能够方便的安装在手持环2上或从手持环2上拆卸下来,外部设备通过与转接装置1的转接组件20的转接件220连接,从而与手持环2连接。当拍摄者使用手持环2时,外部设备可以把云台和相机的重量转移到拍摄者的身体其他部位受力,使拍摄者拍摄起来更加轻松,当外部设备为易事背结构时,云台和相机的重量可转移至拍摄者的腰部。另外,由于转接装置1的转接组件20的转接件220能够相对快拆组件10转动,即相当于手持环2和能够相对外部设备转动,便于当拍摄者需要调节云台相机的角度时对手持环2进行转动调节。
配合参见图2至图7所示,对本发明的转接装置1的转接组件20进行介绍。所述转接组件20还包括与所述快拆组件10固定连接的固定件210,所述转接件220转动连接于所述固定件210。
在一实施方式中,所述固定件210上设有固定轴211,所述转接件220包括套接部222,所述转接件220通过所述套接部222套设于所述固定轴211,从而与固定件210保持转动连接。这样,外部设备的连接件(例如皮带或是套接件)与转接件220连接后,能够与手持环2保持相对转动。
进一步地,所述固定轴211上套设有轴承件221,所述转接件220套设于所述轴承件221,更便于转接件220相对固定轴211进行转动。所述转接件220的端部还设有挡片223和固定螺丝224,转接件220的套接部222套设在轴承件221上,所述挡片223封闭设置在套接部222的端部,所述固定螺丝224穿过所述挡片223并与固定件210连接,从而将转接件220固定在固定件210上。可选地,转接件220的两端还分别设有限位部225,限位部225凸出于转接件220的表面设置,可以防止外部设备的连接件从转接件210上脱落。
在一实施方式中,所述固定件210上设有万向连接部(图未示),所述转接件220包括万向连接头(图未示),所述转接件220通过所述万向连接头活动设置于所述万向连接部内,从而与固定件210保持转动连接。这样,外部设备的连接件(例如皮带或是套接件)与转接件220连接后,能够与手持环2保持相对转动。
下面对本发明的转接装置1的快拆组件10进行介绍,快拆组件10的结构形式包括但不限于以下介绍的几种方式:
(1)配合参见图1至图7所示,在一实施方式中,所述快拆组件10包括第一抱紧件110、第二抱紧件120以及用于将所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120连接的紧固组件130。所述紧固组件130能够调节所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120夹紧或松开所述手持环2。如图2和图3所示,所述紧固组件130调节所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120相互夹紧,从而夹紧所述手持环2时的状态。如图4所示,所述紧固组件130调节所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120相互分开,从而能够松开所述手持环2。
配合图5至图7所示,所述第一抱紧件110的第一端与所述第二抱紧件120的第一端均设有销轴孔144,所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120的销轴孔144设有第一销轴141,所述第一抱紧件110的第一端与所述第二抱紧件120的第一端通过第一销轴141相铰接,所述第二抱紧件120的第二端设有锁紧槽121。所述第一抱紧件110的第二端设有销轴孔144,所示销轴孔内设有第二销轴142,所述紧固组件130包括通过第二销轴142转动设置于所述第一抱紧件 110的第二端的紧固件131,所述紧固件131能够在所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120转动至相互拼接时卡设于所述锁紧槽121内,将所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120相互夹紧,从而夹紧所述手持环2。
所述紧固组件130还包括用于带动所述紧固件131转动的拨动件132,所述拨动件132与所述紧固件131连接。所述紧固件131能够在所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120转动至相互拼接时卡设于所述锁紧槽121内并抵靠于所述拨动件132,将所述拨动件132与所述第二抱紧件120夹紧,从而使所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120夹紧所述手持环2。
进一步地,所述第二销轴142上设有螺孔143,所述紧固件131上具有可以与所述螺孔143配合的螺纹连接部。所述拨动件132包括容置部135,所述容置部135上设有容置空间133,所述紧固件131还包括抵持部134,所述紧固件131穿过所述容置空间133再与所述第二销轴143连接。另外,由于所述手持环2通常采用圆管结构,因此所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120可以采用和圆管结构相适配的结构形式,即如图6所示,第一抱紧件110可以包括和圆管结构相适配的第一圆弧抱紧部111,第二抱紧件120可以包括和圆管结构相适配的第二圆弧抱紧部122,便于与手持环2抱紧连接。
配合参见图8至图10所示,第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120相互分开时,如图8所示。当需要将转接装置1安装到手持环2上时,将所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120转动至相互拼接时(如图9所示),再通过所述拨动件132带动紧固件131转动至卡设于所述第二抱紧件120的锁紧槽121内,然后通过紧固件131的螺纹连接部和第二销轴142的螺孔143相互拧紧,使紧固件131的抵持部134抵靠在所述拨动件132的容置空间133的底壁上(如图10所示),将所述拨动件132与所述第二抱紧件120夹紧,从而使所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120夹紧所述手持环2,完成将转接装置1安装在手持环2上。当需要将转接装置1从手持环2上拆卸时,先将紧固件131的螺纹连接部和第二销轴142的螺孔143相互松开,然后通过所述拨动件132带动紧固件131转动至脱离所述第二抱紧件120的锁紧槽121(如图9所示),再将 所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120转动至相互分开的状态(如图8所示),即可将转接装置1从手持环2上拆卸下来。
(2)配合参见图11和图12所示,在一实施方式中,所述快拆组件10包括第一抱紧件110、第二抱紧件120以及用于将所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120连接的紧固组件130。所述第一抱紧件110的第一端411与所述第二抱紧件120的第一端421通过第一转轴414相铰接。所述紧固组件130包括转动设置于所述第一抱紧件110的第二端的第一调节件510,所述第一调节件510能够改变所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120之间的夹角。
所述紧固组件130包括转动组件,所述第一调节件510为凸轮件,所述凸轮件通过所述转动组件连接于所述第一抱紧件110的第二端412,所述第二抱紧件120的外壁设有与所述第一调节件510相对应的收容槽424。所述凸轮件在所述转动组件绕所述第一抱紧件110的第二端412的转动作用下收容于所述收容槽424中,从而将所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120相拼接,并且所述凸轮件在绕所述转动组件的转动下抵持于所述收容槽424从而将所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120夹紧所述手持环2。可选地,所述第一抱紧件110的底部设有第一挡片胶垫4101,所述第二抱紧件120的底部设有第二挡片胶垫4201,既可以对所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120起到保护作用。
进一步地,所述第一抱紧件110的第二端412设有第一转轴孔415,所述第一转轴孔415上设有第一转接槽416,所述第二抱紧件120的第二端422设有与所述第一转接槽416相对应的第二转接槽423。所述第一调节件510上设有沿厚度方向贯穿的第二转轴孔511。所述转动组件包括穿设于所述第一转轴孔415内的第二转轴417、穿设于所述第二转轴孔511内的第三转轴418、以及沿所述第二转轴417的径向连接于所述第二转轴417的连接轴419。所述连接轴419能够在所述第一转接槽416和所述第二转接槽423内转动。
所述凸轮件包括凸轮抵持部512和凸轮手柄部513,所述收容槽424包括与所述凸轮抵持部512相对应的抵持槽425和容置所述凸轮手柄部513的容置槽426,所述容置槽426与所述凸轮手柄部513相对应,当所述第一抱紧件110和 第二抱紧件120夹紧时,所述凸轮手柄部513容置于所述容置槽426中。所述凸轮件的凸轮抵持部512在所述凸轮抵持部512的转动作用下能够抵持所述收容槽424的抵持槽425,从而将所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120相拼接并夹紧所述手持环2。
参见图13至图16所示,当需要将转接装置1安装到手持环2上时,所述第一抱紧件110的第一端411与所述第二抱紧件120的第一端421先通过所述第一转轴414转动至所述第一抱紧件110的第二端412与所述第二抱紧件120的第二端422相互对接,如图14所示。接着,再通过所述凸轮件的凸轮手柄部513使所述凸轮件通过所述第二转轴417绕所述第一抱紧件110的第二端412转动至所述凸轮手柄部513收容于所述收容槽424内,然后再通过凸轮件的凸轮手柄部513绕第三转轴418转动至凸轮抵持部512抵持所述收容槽424的抵持槽425,从而将所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120相拼接并夹紧所述手持环2,如图16所示。当需要将转接装置1从手持环2上拆卸时,按上述步骤进行相反步骤的操作,即可将所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120相互分开,从而将转接装置1从手持环2上拆卸。
(3)配合参见图17所示,在一实施方式中,所述快拆组件10包括第一抱紧件110、第二抱紧件120以及用于将所述第一抱紧件110和所述第二抱紧件120连接的紧固组件130。所述紧固组件130包括装设于所述第一抱紧件110内的固定连接件520和装设于所述第二抱紧件120内并与所述固定连接件520连接的第二调节件530。所述固定连接件520上设有螺纹连接孔521,所述第二调节件530上设有与所述螺纹连接孔521相适配的螺纹连接部。
进一步地,所述第一抱紧件110位于手持环2两侧的端部内分别设有一个所述固定连接件520,所述第二抱紧件120位于手持环2两侧的端部内分别设有一个所述第二调节件530。通过所述第二调节件530的螺纹连接部与所述固定连接件520的螺纹连接孔521相互拧紧或松开,实现第一抱紧件110和第二抱紧件120的相互夹紧或松开,实现将转接装置1安装在手持环2上或从手持环2上拆卸。在该实施方式的连接结构下,所述第一抱紧件110和第二抱紧件120 相互平移靠近或远离,实现相互夹紧或松开。
配合参见图1所示,本发明实施例还提供一种手持环设备3,包括手持环2、搭载装置4、用于搭载云台相机7的安装件6以及如上所述的转接装置1。其中,手持环2的两侧分别设有一个转接装置1,转接装置1通过快拆组件10与手持环2连接,所述搭载装置4包括搭载件5,搭载装置4通过搭载件5与转接装置1的转接组件20的转接件220连接。也就是说,搭载装置4通过转接装置1的快拆组件10与手持环2连接,并能够通过转接装置1的转接组件20相对手持环2进行转动。在本实施例中,所述搭载装置4可以是易事背结构、摇臂结构或是斯坦尼康等辅助设备,所述搭载件5可以是皮带活连杆等连接结构。需要说明的是,上述实施例和实施方式中关于所述转接装置1的描述同样适用于本发明的手持环设备3。
本发明的手持环设备3,手持环2和搭载装置4通过转接装置1相互连接,转接装置1通过快拆组件10能够方便的安装在手持环2上或从手持环2上拆卸下来。当拍摄者使用手持环2时,搭载装置4可以把云台和相机的重量转移到拍摄者的身体其他部位受力,使拍摄者拍摄起来更加轻松,当外部设备为易事背结构时,云台和相机的重量可转移至拍摄者的腰部。另外,由于转接装置1的转接件220能够相对快拆组件10转动,即相当于手持环2和能够相对搭载装置4转动,便于当拍摄者需要调节云台相机的角度时对手持环2进行转动调节。

  1. 一种转接装置,用于将手持环与外部设备连接,其特征在于,所述转接装置包括:快拆组件和与所述快拆组件连接的转接组件;所述快拆组件可拆卸地连接于所述手持环上,所述转接组件包括用于与外部设备连接的转接件,所述转接件可相对所述快拆组件转动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转接装置,其特征在于,所述快拆组件包括第一抱紧件、第二抱紧件以及用于将所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件连接的紧固组件;所述紧固组件能够调节所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件夹紧或松开所述手持环。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转接装置,其特征在于,所述第一抱紧件的第一端与所述第二抱紧件的第一端相铰接,所述第二抱紧件的第二端设有锁紧槽;所述紧固组件包括转动设置于所述第一抱紧件的第二端的紧固件;所述紧固件能够在所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件转动至相互拼接时卡设于所述锁紧槽内,从而将所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件夹紧所述手持环。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的转接装置,其特征在于,所述紧固组件还包括用于带动所述紧固件转动的拨动件,所述拨动件与所述紧固件连接;所述紧固件能够在所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件转动至相互拼接时卡设于所述锁紧槽内并抵靠于所述拨动件,从而将所述拨动件与所述第二抱紧件夹紧。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的转接装置,其特征在于,所述第一抱紧件的第一端与所述第二抱紧件的第一端相铰接;所述紧固组件包括转动设置于所述第一抱紧件的第二端的第一调节件,所述第一调节件能够改变所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件之间的夹角。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的转接装置,其特征在于,所述紧固组件还包括转动组件,所述第一调节件为凸轮件,所述转动组件的两端分别转动连接于所述凸轮件和所述第一抱紧件的第二端,所述第二抱紧件的外壁设有与所述 凸轮件相对应的收容槽;所述凸轮件在所述转动组件绕所述第一抱紧件的第二端的转动下收容于所述收容槽中,从而将所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件相拼接,所述凸轮件在绕所述转动组件的转动下抵持于所述收容槽从而将所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件夹紧所述手持环。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的转接装置,其特征在于,所述凸轮件包括凸轮抵持部和凸轮手柄部,所述收容槽包括与所述凸轮抵持部相对应的抵持槽和容置所述凸轮手柄部的容置槽,所述凸轮手柄部容置于所述容置槽中;所述凸轮件在所述凸轮抵持部的转动作用下抵持所述抵持槽,从而将所述第一抱紧件和所述第二抱紧件相拼接并夹紧所述手持环。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的转接装置,其特征在于,所述紧固组件包括装设于所述第一抱紧件内的锁固件和装设于所述第二抱紧件内并与所述锁固件连接的第二调节件;所述锁固件上设有螺纹连接孔,所述第二调节件上设有与所述螺纹连接孔相适配的螺纹连接部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的转接装置,其特征在于,所述转接组件还包括与所述快拆组件固定连接的固定件,所述转接件转动连接于所述固定件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的转接装置,其特征在于,所述固定件上设有固定轴,所述转接件包括套接部,所述套接部套设于所述固定轴。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的转接装置,其特征在于,所述固定轴上套设有轴承件,所述转接件套设于所述轴承件。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的转接装置,其特征在于,所述固定件上设有万向连接部,所述转接件包括万向连接头,所述万向连接头活动设置于所述万向连接部内。
  13. 一种手持环设备,其特征在于,包括手持环、搭载装置、以及如权利要求1至12中任一项所述的转接装置,所述搭载装置与所述转接装置的转接组件的转接件连接。
