Description

卡托和电子装置 技术领域
本发明涉及电子设备技术领域,更具体而言,涉及一种卡托和电子装置。
背景技术
通常可将数据卡放置在卡托上,再将卡托推入电子装置中以实现电子装置与数据卡电连接,用户需要将卡托取出时,通常利用卡针穿过卡托上的过孔并进一步将卡托推出,然而,在缺乏卡针的情况下,卡托难以被取出。
发明内容
本发明实施方式提供一种卡托和电子装置。
本发明实施方式的卡托用于电子装置,所述卡托能够容纳数据卡且能够插入所述电子装置的壳体,所述卡托包括:
卡盘,所述卡盘用于容纳所述数据卡;和
卡盖,所述卡盖与所述卡盘连接且所述卡盖可相对于所述卡盘转动,所述卡盖包括相背的第一端和第二端,所述卡盖还包括向所述卡盘延伸的第一凸起;
当所述卡托处于插入所述壳体的状态时,施加一推力在所述第一端,所述卡盖可绕所述第一凸起转动以使所述第一端更伸入所述壳体且所述第二端伸出所述壳体。
在某些实施方式中,所述卡盘在靠近所述卡盖的一端形成有连接板,所述卡托还包括第一连杆,所述第一连杆包括:
与所述连接板滑动连接的第一滑动端;和
与所述第一凸起转动连接的第一转动端;
推动所述卡盖靠近或远离所述卡盘可带动所述第一连杆相对于所述连接板滑动,和/或带动所述第一连杆相对于所述第一凸起转动。
在某些实施方式中,所述连接板形成有第一滑槽,所述第一凸起形成有第一轴孔,所述卡托还包括:

在某些实施方式中,所述第一端的侧面为第一侧面,在自所述卡盘至所述卡盖的方向上,所述第一侧面逐渐靠近所述卡盖的中间位置;所述第二端的侧面为第二侧面,在自所述卡盘至所述卡盖的方向上,所述第二侧面逐渐远离所述卡盖的中间位置。
在某些实施方式中,所述卡托还包括连接件,所述连接件自所述第二端向所述卡盘延伸,当所述卡托处于插入所述壳体的状态时,所述连接件伸入所述壳体以用于连接所述卡盖与所述壳体。

在某些实施方式中,所述卡托还包括结合件,所述壳体还包括固定件,所述结合件固定设置在所述固定件上,当所述卡托处于插入所述壳体的状态时,所述结合件用于可拆装地连接所述卡盖。
在某些实施方式中,电子装置还包括卡座,所述卡座设置在所述壳体内,所述卡座形成有导向槽,所述卡托插入所述壳体时,所述卡盘伸入所述导向槽。
在某些实施方式中,所述卡座包括底壁、顶壁和侧壁,所述底壁与所述顶壁相对,所述侧壁连接所述底壁与所述顶壁,所述底壁、所述顶壁和所述侧壁共同形成所述导向槽。
在某些实施方式中,所述卡托还包括密封件,所述密封件设置在所述卡盖的侧壁,在所述卡盖伸入所述插卡槽时,所述密封件位于所述卡盖与所述插卡槽的内壁之间且密封所述卡盖与所述内壁之间的间隙。
上述的卡托和电子装置中,在需要将卡托从壳体中取出时,只需要推动第一端,便可使得卡盖转动且使得第二端伸出壳体,可进一步地拉动第二端以将整个卡托取出,由此,在缺乏卡针的情况下,也能将卡托从壳体内取出,大大方便了用户。

请参阅图1-图3,本发明实施方式的电子装置100包括壳体20和卡托10。壳体20形成有插卡槽22,卡托10可伸入插卡槽22以插入壳体20。
请结合图3-图6,本发明实施方式的卡托10可运用于本发明实施方式的电子装置 100中,卡托10能够容纳数据卡200且能够插入电子装置100的壳体20中。卡托10包括卡盘11和卡盖12。卡盘11用于容纳数据卡200。卡盖12与卡盘11连接且卡盖12可相对于卡盘11转动。卡盖12包括相背的第一端121和第二端122,卡盖12还包括向卡盘11延伸的第一凸起123。当卡托10处于插入壳体20的状态时(如图3所示),施加一推力在第一端121,卡盖12可绕第一凸起123转动以使第一端121更伸入壳体20且第二端122伸出壳体20(如图4所示)。
如此,在需要将卡托10从壳体20中取出时,只需要推动第一端121,便可使得卡盖12转动且使得第二端122伸出壳体20,可进一步地拉动第二端122以将整个卡托10取出(如图5和图6所示),由此,在缺乏卡针的情况下,也能将卡托10从壳体20内取出,大大方便了用户。
进一步地,在需要将卡托10插入插卡槽22时,先将卡托10与插卡槽22对准(如图6所示)。然后逐渐将卡托10插入插卡槽22,具体地,可先将卡盘11插入插卡槽22(如图5所示)。再推动第一端121,使得卡盖12绕第一凸起123转动,此时第一端121先伸入插卡槽22,第二端122仍处在插卡槽22外(如图4所示)。最后再按住第一端121,且同时推动第二端122以将整个卡盖12完全推入插卡槽22内(如图3所示)。
具体地,第一凸起123位于靠近第一端121的位置,使得第一端121到第一凸起123的距离小于第二端122到第一凸起123的距离,依据杠杆原理,推动第一端121使得卡盖12绕第一凸起123转动时,第二端122的转动行程大于第一端121的转动行程,如此,第二端122伸出插卡槽22的部分较多,便于用户抓取第二端122并将整个卡托10取出。
电子装置100可以是各种能够从数据卡200中获取数据并对数据进行处理,或者能够将数据导入到数据卡200中的设备,例如电子装置100可以是手机、平板电脑、计算设备或信息显示设备等。壳体20可以是电子装置100的框架和外壳,壳体20用于承载和保护电子装置100的内部元件。
数据卡200可以是SIM卡、TF卡、SD卡等数据卡。卡盘11可以容纳一张数据卡200,也可以容纳多张数据卡200,例如两张,多张数据卡200可以是层叠放置,也可以是并排放置。
请再参阅图2,在某些实施方式中,电子装置100还包括卡座30,卡座30设置在壳体20内,卡座30形成有导向槽32,卡托10插入壳体20时,卡盘11伸入导向槽32。
具体地,请再结合图7,卡盘11包括卡盘本体112,卡盘本体112上开设有卡槽 1122,数据卡200放置在卡槽1122内,卡槽1122的周壁限制数据卡200的在卡槽1122插入平面内的移动。卡托10插入壳体20时,卡盘本体112伸入导向槽32内且与导向槽32的内壁抵触,在导向槽32的导引作用下,卡托10容易插入壳体20且插入的方向容易控制。导向槽32的延伸方向与插卡槽22的深度方向相同,以便于卡盘11穿过插卡槽22后进入导向槽32。
具体地,在某些实施方式中,卡座30包括底壁34、顶壁36和侧壁38。底壁34与顶壁36相对,侧壁38连接底壁34与顶壁36,底壁34、顶壁36和侧壁38共同形成导向槽32。更具体地,顶壁36可以包括两个相对且间隔设置的子顶壁362,每个子顶壁362通过侧壁38与底壁34连接,两个子顶壁362之间形成有避让空间39,以便于电子装置100的接触端子(图未示)穿过避让空间39与数据卡200电连接。
请再参阅图5,在某些实施方式中,卡托10还包括密封件13,密封件13设置在卡盖12的侧壁,卡盖12伸入壳体20时,密封件13位于卡盖12与壳体20之间且密封卡盖12与壳体20之间的间隙。
具体地,卡盖12伸入插卡槽22,密封件13位于卡盖12与插卡槽22的内壁222之间且密封卡盖12与内壁222之间的间隙。如此,密封件13可用于防止水分或者灰尘从卡盖12与内壁222之间的间隙进入电子装置100,另外,密封件13与卡盖12、密封件13与内壁222之间均能产生摩擦力,摩擦力使得卡托10在震动下不会自行滑出插卡槽22而掉落。在本发明实施例中,密封件13呈连续的环状且套设卡盖12,密封件13可以由硅胶、橡胶等材料制成。
在某些实施方式中,第一端121的侧面为第一侧面1212,在自卡盘11至卡盖12的方向上,第一侧面1212逐渐靠近卡盖12的中间位置。第二端122的侧面为第二侧面1222,在自卡盘11至卡盖12的方向上,第二侧面1222逐渐远离卡盖12的中间位置。
对应地,插卡槽22的内壁222包括第一内壁2222和第二内壁2224。卡托10插入插卡槽22时,第一内壁2222与第一侧面1212配合,在自电子装置100的内部至外部的方向上,第一内壁2222逐渐靠近插卡槽22的中间位置;第二内壁2224与第二侧面1222配合,在自电子装置100的内部至外部的方向上,第二内壁2224逐渐远离插卡槽22的中间位置。
如此,当推动第一端121使得卡盖12绕第一凸起123转动时,第一端121和第二端122不会与插卡槽22的内壁222发生干涉,卡盖12得以进入到插卡槽22内。
请结合图2和图3,在某些实施方式中,卡托10还包括连接件14,连接件14自第二端122向卡盘11延伸,卡托10处于插入壳体20的状态时,连接件14伸入壳体 20以用于连接卡盖12与壳体20。进一步地,在某些实施方式中,卡托10还包括结合件15,结合件15设置在壳体20内,当卡托10处于插入壳体20的状态时,连接件14与结合件15可拆装地连接以连接卡盖12和壳体20。
具体地,连接件14与结合件15的具体结构可以有多种选择,请结合图7,在本发明实施例中,连接件14为卡勾,结合件15为卡扣,连接件14的端部形成有导引斜面142,连接件14在逐渐伸入壳体20内且与结合件15接触时,结合件15与导引斜面142相抵,连接件14进一步被推入时,连接件14与结合件15相卡合。在需要将卡托10取出时,连接件14在第二端122的拉动作用下与结合件15脱离。
进一步地,在某些实施方式中,请结合图2,壳体20还包括固定件24,结合件15固定设置在固定件24上。在本发明实施例中,结合件15缠绕在固定件24上,以使得结合件15上与连接件14配合的一端具有较高的自由度以实现连接件14与结合件15可拆装地配合。
请参阅图7-图9,在某些实施方式中,卡盘11在靠近卡盖12的一端形成有连接板114,卡托10还包括第一连杆16,第一连杆16包括第一滑动端161和第一转动端162。第一滑动端161与连接板114滑动连接,第一转动端162与第一凸起123转动连接。推动卡盖12靠近或远离卡盘11可带动第一连杆16相对于连接板114滑动,和/或带动第一连杆16相对于第一凸起123转动。
如此,卡盘11与卡盖12活动连接,可以通过调整第一滑动端161的位置,或者调整第一转动端162的角度来调整卡盘11与卡盖12之间的相对位置。具体地,当需要将卡托10从壳体20中取出时,通过拉动伸出插卡槽22的第二端122,可带动第一连杆16运动以使得卡盖12与卡盘11的距离较大,便于用户抓取卡盖12,或者同时抓取卡盖12和第一连杆16以进一步将卡盘11抽出。
可以理解,第一连杆16的运动状态包括第一滑动端161相对于连接板114滑动且第一转动端162相对于第一凸起123静止的运动状态;还包括第一转动端162相对于第一凸起123转动且第一滑动端161相对于连接板114静止的运动状态;还包括第一转动端162相对于第一凸起123转动且第一滑动端161相对于连接板114滑动的运动状态。如此,卡盖12与卡盘11的相对位置关系更多样化,以便于用户对卡托10进行多种操作。
具体地,在某些实施方式中,连接板114形成有第一滑槽1141,第一凸起123形成有第一轴孔1232,卡托10还包括第一滑动轴17和第一转动轴18。第一滑动轴17与第一滑动端161固定连接且穿设第一滑槽1141,第一滑动端161可带动第一滑动轴17在第一滑槽1141内滑动,第一滑动轴17与第一滑动端161一体成型或分体成型。 第一转动轴18穿设第一转动端162和第一轴孔1232,第一转动端162可绕第一转动轴18转动。
如此,卡盘11、卡盖12与第一连杆16的连接结构简单且易于拆装。第一滑槽1141的延伸方向可以是垂直于卡托10插入壳体20的方向,第一滑槽1141包括第一侧端1142和第一中端1143,第一侧端1142较第一中端1143更靠近第一凸起123,第一滑动轴17在第一侧端1142和第一中端1143之间滑动。
在某些实施方式中,第一连杆16包括间隔设置的第一上板163和第一下板164,第一上板163和第一下板164之间形成第一收容空间165。推动卡盖12靠近或远离卡盘11时,连接板114伸入或伸出第一收容空间165。
如此,连接板114可伸入第一收容空间165内,连接板114与第一连杆16不会发生干涉,进一步加大了第一连杆16活动的自由度。具体地,当连接板114伸入第一收容空间165时,第一滑动轴17处于第一中端1143的位置,且第一转动端162转动以使第一连杆16整体处于较靠近卡盖12的位置,此时,卡盖12、第一连杆16和卡盘11较紧凑(如图8所示)。
请继续参阅图7-图9,在某些实施方式中,卡盖12还包括向卡盘11延伸的第二凸起124。卡托10还包括第二连杆19,第二连杆19包括第二滑动端191和第二转动端192。第二滑动端191与连接板114滑动连接。第二转动端192与第二凸起124转动连接。推动卡盖12靠近或远离卡盘11可带动第二连杆19相对于连接板114滑动,和/或带动第二连杆19相对于第二凸起124转动。
具体地,第二凸起124靠近第二端122设置,第二凸起124与第二端122的距离可以等于第一凸起123与第一端121的距离,第二凸起124的凸出高度可以与第一凸起123的凸出高度相等,第二连杆19的形状可以与第一连杆16的形状相同。
如此,当拉动卡盖12时,卡盖12可通过第一连杆16和第二连杆19同时作用于卡盘11,相较于仅设置第一连杆16,更容易控制卡盘11被拉动或被推动的方向。可以理解,第二连杆19的运动状态包括第二滑动端191相对于连接板114滑动且第二转动端192相对于第二凸起124静止的运动状态;还包括第二转动端192相对于第二凸起124转动且第二滑动端191相对于连接板114静止的运动状态;还包括第二转动端192相对于第二凸起124转动且第二滑动端191相对于连接板114滑动的运动状态。如此,卡盖12与卡盘11的相对位置关系更多样化,以便于用户对卡托10进行多种操作。
具体地,在某些实施方式中,连接板114形成有第二滑槽1144,第二凸起124形成有第二轴孔1242。卡托10还包括第二滑动轴1a和第二转动轴1b。第二滑动轴1a与第二滑动端191固定连接且穿设第二滑槽1144,第二滑动端191可带动第二滑动轴 1a在第二滑槽1144内滑动,第二滑动轴1a与第二滑动端191一体成型或分体成型。第二转动轴1b穿设第二转动端192和第二轴孔1242,第二转动端192可绕第二转动轴1b转动。
如此,卡盘11、卡盖12与第二连杆19的连接结构简单且易于拆装。第二滑槽1144的延伸方向可以是垂直于卡托10插入壳体20的方向,第二滑槽1144包括第二侧端1145和第二中端1146,第二侧端1145较第二中端1146更靠近第二凸起124,第二滑动轴1a在第二侧端1145和第二中端1146之间滑动。第二滑槽1144的延伸方向与第一滑槽1141的延伸方向相同。
在某些实施方式中,第二连杆19包括间隔设置的第二上板193和第二下板194,第二上板193和第二下板194之间形成第二收容空间195。推动卡盖12靠近或远离卡盘11时,连接板114伸入或伸出第二收容空间195。
如此,连接板114可伸入第二收容空间195内,连接板114与第二连杆19不会发生干涉,进一步加大了第二连杆19活动的自由度。具体地,当连接板114伸入第一收容空间165时,连接板114同时伸入第二收容空间195,此时,第一滑动轴17处于第一中端1143的位置,且第一转动端162转动以使第一连杆16整体处于较靠近卡盖12的位置,第二滑动轴1a处于第二中端1146的位置,且第二转动端192转动以使第二连杆19整体处于较靠近卡盖12的位置,此时,卡盖12、第一连杆16、第二连杆19和卡盘11较紧凑(如图8所示)。
在某些实施方式中,卡盖12在靠近卡托10的一侧形成有收容槽125,推动卡盖12靠近卡盘11时,第一连杆16相对于第一凸起123转动并最终收容在收容槽125内,第二连杆19相对于第二凸起124转动并最终收容在收容槽125内。
如此,第一连杆16和第二连杆19可以收容在收容槽125内,使得卡托10的结构紧凑。进一步地,当第一连杆16和第二连杆19收容在收容槽125内时,连接板114伸入第一收容空间165和第二收容空间195内,使得卡盖12、第一连杆16/第二连杆19、连接板114层叠设置,减少第一连杆16、第二连杆19和连接板114占用的水平空间。
具体地,收容槽125穿过第一凸起123和第二凸起124以将第一凸起123和第二凸起124分成上下两部分,第一转动端162设置在第一凸起123的上下两部分之间,第二转动端192设置在第二凸起124的上下两部分之间。在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“某些实施方式”、“一个实施方式”、“一些实施方式”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本发明的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不必须针对的 是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。此外,在不相互矛盾的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以将本说明书中描述的不同实施例或示例以及不同实施例或示例的特征进行结合和组合。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种卡托,用于电子装置,所述卡托能够容纳数据卡且能够插入所述电子装置的壳体,其特征在于,所述卡托包括:
    卡盘,所述卡盘用于容纳所述数据卡;和
    卡盖,所述卡盖与所述卡盘连接且所述卡盖可相对于所述卡盘转动,所述卡盖包括相背的第一端和第二端,所述卡盖还包括向所述卡盘延伸的第一凸起;
    当所述卡托处于插入所述壳体的状态时,施加一推力在所述第一端,所述卡盖可绕所述第一凸起转动以使所述第一端更伸入所述壳体且所述第二端伸出所述壳体。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡盘在靠近所述卡盖的一端形成有连接板,所述卡托还包括第一连杆,所述第一连杆包括:
    与所述连接板滑动连接的第一滑动端;和
    与所述第一凸起转动连接的第一转动端;
    推动所述卡盖靠近或远离所述卡盘可带动所述第一连杆相对于所述连接板滑动,和/或带动所述第一连杆相对于所述第一凸起转动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述连接板形成有第一滑槽,所述第一凸起形成有第一轴孔,所述卡托还包括:
    第一滑动轴,所述第一滑动轴与所述第一滑动端固定连接且穿设所述第一滑槽,所述第一滑动端可带动所述第一滑动轴在所述第一滑槽内滑动,所述第一滑动轴与所述第一滑动端一体成型或分体成型;和
    第一转动轴,所述第一转动轴穿设所述第一转动端和所述第一轴孔,所述第一转动端可绕所述第一转动轴转动。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述第一连杆包括间隔设置的第一上板和第一下板,所述第一上板和所述第一下板之间形成第一收容空间,推动所述卡盖靠近或远离所述卡盘时,所述连接板伸入或伸出所述第一收容空间。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡盖还包括向所述卡盘延伸的第二凸起,所述卡托还包括第二连杆,所述第二连杆包括:
    与所述连接板滑动连接的第二滑动端;和
    与所述第二凸起转动连接的第二转动端;
    推动所述卡盖靠近或远离所述卡盘可带动所述第二连杆相对于所述连接板滑动,和/或带动所述第二连杆相对于所述第二凸起转动。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述连接板形成有第二滑槽,所述第二凸起形成有第二轴孔,所述卡托还包括:
    第二滑动轴,所述第二滑动轴与所述第二滑动端固定连接且穿设所述第二滑槽,所述第二滑动端可带动所述第二滑动轴在所述第二滑槽内滑动,所述第二滑动轴与所述第二滑动端一体成型或分体成型;和
    第二转动轴,所述第二转动轴穿设所述第二转动端和所述第二轴孔,所述第二转动端可绕所述第二转动轴转动。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述第二连杆包括间隔设置的第二上板和第二下板,所述第二上板和所述第二下板之间形成第二收容空间,推动所述卡盖靠近或远离所述卡盘时,所述连接板伸入或伸出所述第二收容空间。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡盖在靠近所述卡托的一侧形成有收容槽,推动所述卡盖靠近所述卡盘时,所述第一连杆相对于所述第一凸起转动并最终收容在所述收容槽内,所述第二连杆相对于所述第二凸起转动并最终收容在所述收容槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述第一端的侧面为第一侧面,在自所述卡盘至所述卡盖的方向上,所述第一侧面逐渐靠近所述卡盖的中间位置;所述第二端的侧面为第二侧面,在自所述卡盘至所述卡盖的方向上,所述第二侧面逐渐远离所述卡盖的中间位置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托还包括连接件,所述连接件自所述第二端向所述卡盘延伸,当所述卡托处于插入所述壳体的状态时,所述连接件伸入所述壳体以用于连接所述卡盖与所述壳体。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托还包括结合件,所述结合件设置在所述壳体内,当所述卡托处于插入所述壳体的状态时,所述连接件与所述结合件可拆装地连接以连接所述卡盖与所述壳体。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的卡托,其特征在于,所述卡托还包括密封件,所述密封件设置在所述卡盖的侧壁上,在所述卡盖伸入所述壳体时,所述密封件位于所述卡盖与所述壳体之间且密封所述卡盖与所述壳体之间的间隙。
  13. 一种电子装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体,所述壳体形成有插卡槽;和
    权利要求1-12任意一项所述的卡托,所述卡托可伸入所述插卡槽以插入所述壳体。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述卡托还包括结合件,所述壳体还包括固定件,所述结合件固定设置在所述固定件上,当所述卡托处于插入所述壳体的状态时,所述结合件用于可拆装地连接所述卡盖。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的电子装置,其特征在于,电子装置还包括卡座,所述卡座设置在所述壳体内,所述卡座形成有导向槽,所述卡托插入所述壳体时,所述卡盘伸入所述导向槽。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述卡座包括底壁、顶壁和侧壁,所述底壁与所述顶壁相对,所述侧壁连接所述底壁与所述顶壁,所述底壁、所述顶壁和所述侧壁共同形成所述导向槽。
  17. 根据权利要求13所述的电子装置,其特征在于,所述卡托还包括密封件,所述密封件设置在所述卡盖的侧壁,在所述卡盖伸入所述插卡槽时,所述密封件位于所述卡盖与所述插卡槽的内壁之间且密封所述卡盖与所述内壁之间的间隙。
